Anytime I travel to the area I have to stay here the presidential suite is a must for me. I had my wedding here last month Julie Taylor everyone was amazing. Very accommodating.

Good hotel. Well managed. No complaints. Good swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool.

I had my wedding in Peoria this weekend and Holiday Inn hosted our wedding party and most of our guests. I cannot say enough great things about this place, we had the best weekend because of our hosts! From transportation, to hosting our rehearsal dinner, being GREAT communicators and allowing early checkins and late checkouts, everything was incredible. Thank you Jeff, Kyle, and Julie for everything!

My mother was in the hospital for nearly 3
months and after her passing, my father became sick spending 8 weeks in the hospital. We live 2 hours away, and the hotel became my new home. With dad’s condition, we have weekly appointments. They always know who I am when I call, make sure to know what I need and when, but more than that amazing service they have great compassion, understanding and empathy. It’s a beautiful hotel, near anything you need. But more than anything, they care about their guests. Thank you so much for your amazing service and hospitality!

Can't say anything about the hotel itself, but $7 for a draft beer is downtown Chicago Hilton prices, not Peoria corn country prices! Ridiculous.

Very pleasant front desk staff at check in. Beautiful hotel, room are spotless and very roomy. The resturant is gorgeous and food was fantastic.

Holiday Inn is a 6 story hotel with a swanky lobby and Johnny's italian steakhouse in it's lobby too. Rooms are nice and clean, amazing and clean showers, and well maintained hallways/elevators. 24 hour fitness center and pool hours are 6 a. M. To 10 p. M. For kids and to 11 p. M. For adults. Breakfast is 6 a. M. To 10 a. M. And conference rooms are available.

Stayed here while in town on business. Hotel is pretty modern, seems a little understaffed at times, but for the most part staff is attentive and professional. Rooms are decent and offer basic amenities. Fitness center and pool available. Nice restaurant/steakhouse onsite that provides room service. Great location! Banks, shopping, and several restaurants in close proximity.

Beautiful! Completely unexpected! Had dinner at there restaurant, 6 ounce filet with garlic mashed potatoes and Caesar’s salad. Truly the best filet I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over the country! As I stated before totally unexpected the 5 star experience! Wine was delicious! Our room was clean and they made sure to accommodate us!

Had a great time with our new friends from Brazil, celebrating the Fourth of July, watching the fantastic view of the Red, White, and Boom fireworks display! Staff was courteous and the rooms were immaculate! Thank you for making our friends feel welcome!

I had to stay for a week long business trip and was very comfortable while I was here. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant here is very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

It was clean and comfortable and the service is good, location is good too. Our room only had two outlet sets that worked though, which was fine for the two of us but a whole family wouldn't be able to stay in this room and charge all their phones. Otherwise it's nice here. It has a restaurant conveniently attached for those interested. We stayed here as part of a block of rooms for a wedding and I think this place does nicely for that kind of thing.

Nice new hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are very nice and designed well. Restaurant's are about a 5 minute walk.

I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean the front desk is very helpful and the restraunt is top notch.

We went there for the mother's day buffet, which was at the Jims Italian steakhouse. The food was amazing and the staff there are always friendly and professional, as well as eager to help.

I was here for a conference but did not stay overnight as I live locally. The conference facilities were very nice and the staff did a fantastic job supplying the conference with water and iced tea throughout the day. The conference rooms were extremely clean and the meals catered were superb. If there was one thing I think could have been improved, I would suggest that there should have been another waiter at the final meal to refill water and tea for that meal, but the conference was not on schedule so I don't think I can fault the venue for that. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn for conferences.

Great staff. This is my home away from home. The rooms are modern and well cared for.

The overall appearance of the hotel is nice, but if you are going to stay here you need to bring your noise canceling headphones! The ac condensers are extremely loud. When I first arrived at the room I thought there was an airport nearby. Will not stay at this location again.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Came for a group birthday celebration held in one of their many party rooms/conference rooms (i don't know what to call them) and that was nice. Room was comfy and pool was nice too! Nothing bad to say about this place.

This is a great hotel. Nicely decorated and the staff is helpful. The breakfast could use a little work, just a little, freshen it up a bit. Change presentation of oatmeal or go instant oatmeal. Regardless of the breakfast, I would stay again in a heartbeat. To those people who complained about breakfast price, good luck spending the same anywhere else to get the same value.

Attended a conference and the building was very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and made for an enjoyable event.

As always a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and very friendly. Love coming here. There is a ton to do in this area. Restaurants galore. Although I come for the nice people who work here.

Great hotel. Rooms are very vlean (a 'thing' of mine), staff always courteous and polite and a nice ambience about the whole hotel in general. Partnered with Johnny's Italian Restaurant to provide the catering, giving a unique and upmarket experience all round.

Very clean room wonderful water pressure in the shower soft towels comfortable bed lots of pillows very large closet large refrigerator very Roomy Room considering I'm here waiting on surgeries for my father I slept pretty good.

Very nice hotel and hotel staff. Rooms are very clean and modern and there are a lot of plugs. Airport van was late and they gave us free drink coupons for the hassle. Great customer service.

I booked a room here on their website. We were coming in town from 4 hours away for a wedding. Half way there, we blew a tire and as I sit trying to find a new tire, I try to cancel my reservation. No way to make it on time. Ashley, the front desk supervisor offered no help either. I understand them keeping deposit or some kind of charge, but they charged me $124 dollars regardless. Never again will I stay with Holiday Inn. No empathy for their customers at all!

I attended a wedding reception at the holiday inn hotel and suites. The service, food, and venue were all first class. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a wedding reception.

What a wonderful place to stay. Super super clean and probably one of the nicest staffs I've encountered during travel. The staff here always has a smiling face on and if you have any questions or concerns, they jump into action and take care of it immediately. I can actually say I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would come back and stay myself. Top hotel.

This is newer hotel and nicely decorated. Stayed here with grandkids for a special family time and swimming. Had the family one-bedroom suite which was nice had the air conditioning been working. It was 78 degrees in the room. Not the maintenance man fault at all as he tried to repair it. We should have reported it sooner but then would have had to pack everything back up to be moved to another room… Found out too late that they empty and refill hot tub every Monday morning. We had planned to swim and use it during that time… water was cold and didn't heat up in time to check out. Might suggest doing it between noon and 4 when it would be used the least… because we had 3 kids we had to book the suite which was fine but the sofa pull out bed had a mattress that was about 4 inches thick. Really fortunate the we had little boys because anyone bigger would have sunk to the floor. Was told at checkout they would have put a blow up mattress on top had we asked. I try not to be a complainer but I guess I should have voiced our complaints a lot louder or asked for a discounted rate. Live and learn!

Needed a hotel while family member was in hospital. Our room needed to be handicapped accessible. They gave us a great rate and an amazing room. The hotel decor is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn!

The toy Catipiller trucks in the room were a nice touch. Staff was friendly. Omelet was good. Loved the shower head and water pressure. No movie options. Parking was a little far from the front door. One of the best exercise facilities I've seen in a hotel.

Hotel was nice but our reservation was incorrect. I had reserved the room 6 months in advance and the day of check in they said I called and changed our room from the kids suite that morning then tried to charge us $60 more. I had my original email and they did end up honoring it but just a big hassle. I recommend double checking your reservation.

Upon checking in the front staff was extremely kind and checked us and very quickly. The front desk person also so that's where I'm meeting room would be the next morning. The room was very clean when I walked in however it was very warm in the room. Parking is also very easy at this hotel.

I wasn't there staying the night but was there for a barbershop event and everything was great as far as that goes. Friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond. Was very pleased and would stay there when the opportunity arises next.

Our stay at the holiday inn was great! The service staff were friendly and helped with every request. They gave us a larger room to fit our baby's pack n play, and toys! It's was also very clean.

Met with some colleagues at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse attached to Holiday Inn for some drinks. Staf was very friendly and the drinks were great, not rushed or watered down. Great atmosphere as well.

We were upgraded to a family suite after using some of our gold status points. Nice, new, and clean rooms. Would definitely stay again.

This is a new facility. It is nicely finished and is located close to downtown Peoria. The meeting room is typical of such rooms attached to hotels. The food came from the attached steakhouse restaurant and was well prepared and seasoned.

Rooms were spacious and extremely clean! Comfortable bed and pillows. Awesome bathroom /shower. Breakfast was incredible and free. Will be coming back soon!
