Not satisfied at all booked reservations 3 weeks in advance for a small birthday party paid almost $200 for a suite and room sheets bathroom was still dirty broken lamp. They advertised 2 rooms for the suites, lies there is hardly any space to couch or passing room the only big area is the bathroom free breakfast was not good even with covid it could have been better then when there was a mistake because sodas you can buy was in the same cooler as the free breakfast I took not realizing they were for purchase instead of explaining the front desk was very rude about it and starting yelling it was theft infront of the common area instead of explaining better since was no signs or explanation during checkin in also in the pool was dirty needed clean baddd and I also had to limit my party even with the biggest room then when I show up to pool area still was not following covid and limited people in common area then finally go to leave pool area because couldn't swim because pool was so dirty had party members breaking out on skin so we leaving no wet signs by elevator I fell hard I got no assistance or anything but when I go to check out there is then a wet floor sign after the fact? I feel I was let down and would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be back.

Austin was awesome. I’m on a business trip in a charter bus. He should me where I could plug by bus up in the freezing cold. Also I had a room that was extremely cold and he did not hesitate to move me to another room. He is very kind and friendly. I’m very happy you have someone like Austin. Great job!

Pool has a hot tub, and hotel is located within walking distance of dining and shopping. Good experience. My disappointment is that this location has less luxurious rooms, decor, and service than locations in bigger cities. Why does quality vary from market to market?

Fairfield Inn has a Great and Kind staff! Yummy and beautifully prepared breakfast with comfy beds. A peaceful and pleasant stay was enjoyed by this Diamond Hilton Honors Family. We were taken by the amount of people enjoying their vacations and looking sooooo relaxed! Truly a safe and intriguing area. ☆☆☆☆☆ A must visit ♡

Fantastic hotel! Definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Last minute reservation; no problem. Room was clean and comfortable; bedding was outstanding. Pool has lifts to lower disabled guests into either the pool or Jacuzzi.

Bathroom desperately needs a fan. It was constantly humid in the room and the bathroom stayed damp for a while. Other than that it has been great. Staff is friendly, pool is nice, hot tub was a bonus.

The location is convenient and the facilities were very pretty. We were coming home from South Dakota and very tired so we wanted to relax. This place does have a pool but it is VERY small. They do have a lift for the pool and got tub though. We had an any issue that wasn't resolved but other than that it was great. The staff on duty were very pleasant.

Rooms look like theyre two stories tall. Comfortable beds. Updated appliances. In the shopping area of east peoria.

Rooms are good but the water is not warm enough. Please have more coffee and tea.

Nice and roomy but pool was closed when we were there with 2 groups of basketball teams. We wished we were warned the pool is the reason our teams chose the hotel.

Stayed here 2 times and I wasn't disappointed either time. Good breakfast and good hospitality. Very comfy beds.

I am not one to ever write a bad review I believe everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves, but after my experience I would never want anybody else to go through this. First, we had ants in our room. All over the bed, nothing is worse than trying to sleep and feel little Critters crawling on you. They were not only in our room but in the pool area too. Second my husband is diabetic so we have to chill his insulin, with the amount we paid for this room it is absolutely insane we did not have a small refrigerator microwave nothing of that sorts. It was cold enough that I could leave his insulin in my vehicle but I had to run back and forth when he needed it. Third, most people go to hotels to get some rest, this was not the case we had been placed next to the stairway where people were up and down up and down all night banging slamming things. We had people knock on our door at 2 a. M. Do not disturb sign was clearly on the outside of our door. We have children so I can sleep through noise but this was just absurd. I addressed these issues with the front desk, even ask to speak to a manager I was very polite about it. I was told there is no manager on duty and there's nothing that they can do for me except I can leave a phone number and they will give me a call to try and resolve the bad experience we had… well it's been a day now no call. (Imagine that) The lady at the front desk didn't really seem to care about any of the issues. VERY Bad experience for the $$.

It's not fancy… but I find the Fairfield to be a nice and consistent experience. Stay there all the time.

It was a great experience, breakfast included, clean beds and bathrooms, everything I needed.

Not a bad place to stay. A mile away from good food and a mile away from paradice casino. Only down fall from our comfortable clean room is the Wi-Fi that is supposed to be free doesnt work. Logs you in but says "internet may not be available" and still have to use my data.

Pretty standard but comfortable room. Bathroom ok and even slightly larger than some higher end hotels. Breakfast is basic but straightforward. Also like the idea that there is coffee available 24/7 in the lobby and that I can help myself. I miss this at a lot of hotels, especially the more expensive ones. Recommended for a no fuss basic stay.

Nice hotel. The rooms seem clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection. The furnishings are a bit basic, but this wasn't a big deal. Two issues — I'd like the room to be cooler in the winter, but even with the system off it was too warm. I wish there was a fridge on the room too. Also, apparently they're switching to requiring a key card to turn on power in the room. I've found this leads to forgetting the key card, which can be very frustrating.

Pleasant stay near downtown Peoria. Decent room size and helpful front desk with great breakfast options.

At the hotel the rooms were very clean and it smelled nice. We had two beds and they were clean. The food was great.

Great breakfast spread with waffle makers, oatmeal, and healthy choices. Quick access to I-74, and highways 24, 8, 116, Bradley University, Peoria Zoo, and downtown Peoria. Next door to the Levee District and Pair-a-dice Casino. Caution, there are trains that come through this area all night if you are a light sleeper.

We were only going to stay for one night & ended up staying 3 nights.

Not a bad hotel. Has everything you need in the lobby and room. Clean and easy.

Brand new. Very clean. First hotel to deny my request for a king size bed for reasons other than lack of availability. Literally feet from the interstate, think motorcycles revving and 18 wheelers engine braking in the middle of the night. Average fitness center. Small pool, no room for laps. Average hot tub. Average breakfast. Firm beds, and three levels of pillow firmness to choose from. House keeping did not restock coffee. Free internet throttled at 2 Mbps down. Will not be returning because of king bed denial, proximity to interstate, and pool size.

Good Continental breakfast, nice size rooms. Some of the staff were friendly, but some we're kind of crabby.

Friendly staff and decent room. The bed was comfortable and continental breakfast was fine. The room had an annoying energy saving gadget that required inserting your room key in order to power (at least some of) the outlets, overhead lights, and lamps. The idea is that you can't leave the lights on when you leave since you need your key and removing your key turns off the lights.

Can't go wrong staying at this Fairfield inn. Good price and really clean rooms. I have stayed here five times and never a bad experience. My only complaint is no mini fridge in the room.

Rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was outstanding, everybody from the gentleman who picked me up at the airport to the hotel staff, They were all extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful!. I would stay here again.

The location was a little difficult to find because they road is a little run down. But the hotel itself is nice. The room was clean and it has good amenities. The biggest downside was that they did not have an option for two queen beds and a pullout.

We stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites 2-3 times a year and have always had a great stay. The rooms are in good condition and the staff is great. This is the first time we have had any issues. The pool pump broke on Sunday, and we were told it would not be fixed until at least Tuesday. If it wasn't for that, this would have been another great stay.

We were in Peoria to attend a Peoria Chiefs baseball game. The Fairfield Inn is located close to the field and provides a free shuttle to and from the game. The hotel is newly renovated and is very inviting. All staff members were very helpful and friendly.

The place seems like its being consistently updated which is great! Staff was AMAZING and incredibly accommodating to our group, which had to leave before breakfast was served so they went above and beyond and packed us complimentary travel breakfasts for two days in a row. The rooms were wonderful and the beds were greatly comfortable.

We booked a block of room for after our wedding reception on March 19, 2016. All of our guests that stayed here had a wonderful time. Our room was complimentary since we had 10 rooms booked. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice and clean. We had a shuttle take us to and from our reception at the Gateway Building. Mary Ann, the director of sales, was very easy to contact and she made sure everything went well during our stay!

Courteous staff, nice place with reasonable rates. Complimentary breakfast is okay.

Really nice service and great breakfast! My whole family had trouble with the Wi-Fi, which didn't want to work for us. But a really nice place with a nice pool.

Failed to disclose the $20.00 per night hold to your credit card or the reservation is cancelled. Failed to adequately deal with very loud guests above our room even after 2 complaints at 10:45pm and again at 12:41am. The housekeeping staff failed to pick up towels and dump trash had to request clean towels and when we asked them to dump the trash they handed me a large trash bag and walked away. 1 star service in a supposed 4 star hotel.

The service was excellent and the staff was so nice! I definitely recommend a stay here!

Wonderful staff and they had a beautiful fireplace in the lobby you could sit around and relax. Of course the usual breakfast and they even had free coffee! Thank you Jennifer for your hospitality and yes we behaved lol.

Room is very spacious, bathroom is large, very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The service is what really stands out at this location. The staff are friendly and quick to help resolve any issue. They learned my name after a couple of stays. The rooms are what you expect from a Fairfield Inn. They are comfortable and handy for getting some work done. I like the fitness center as well. This location is handy for work at Caterpillar.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great service. Nice rooms and fitness center. I've stayed there twice and plan to again many more. It's not a 5 star hotel. After all, it's a Fairfield. But as far as hotels in this class, I'm very happy with this one.

I will NEVER book a room at this hotel again. Hotel is in an industrial looking area so I tried to cancel my reservation or receive a credit to use at another location and the management staff would not work with me AT ALL. I do understand policies, since it was within the 24 hour period, but I called as soon as we got into town and saw the location. VERY poor customer service if you ask me. Not a fan of Fairfield Inn's any longer!

Poor. If you like hot water, don't stay here. They said it was probably just my room, but relatives on the other side of the hotel, could not get hot water (showers) either. They make it difficult to cool room, when out, since AC requires a key. Took 10 minutes and clerk still could not print me a bill/receipt. If you like to swim, skip it, pool is smaller than most tubs. Continental breakfast and workout room were okay.

Excellent facility that is fairly new. Rooms are bright, cheerful, and quite comfortable. Complimentary breakfast makes the overall stay a no-hassle experience. A great choice.
