The staff were so nice. They found a place for us to dine in. Gave us great directions and suggestions for events. Our room was very nice and clean. Staff brought us extra towels etc…

I reserved a regular two queen bed room. When I went to check in the gal at the desk asked if I wanted a suite instead of the one room. We got a nice two room suite with a kitchenette at no extra charge! It was very nice! — с Travis Brown.

I was held up in Peoria due to snow storm with a U-Haul towing my car. I used my points to get a room. Staff was super friendly and helpful about where to park my U-Haul and trailer. My room is spacious and very clean. I would definitely come here again and recommend to other people.

I am in a handicapped room that is so tiny you can barely turn around. There is no nightstand on one side of the bed, the mattress is soft and squishy, there is no place in the bathroom to
put any toiletries and there is not even a hair dryer in the room!

If anyone ever asks of a hotel to stay at in Peoria, I will most definitely NOT recommend Best Western Plus. They are so incompetent there. We were originally booked for 2 nights, however we had to cancel one night due to my son's all day field trip. The minute I found out about it, I called and cancelled. Over a month's notice! The first lady I talked to said that I would need to call back because it wasn't letting her take the night off. So I called the next day. That lady said she did it. I made sure I took notes because they didnt seem like the brightest. We call Saturday to see if we can check in early. We were told that they NEVER cancelled Friday night. We explain everything and she says my manager will need to fix it when they come in. Fine. I originally held the room with my debit card but decided I wanted to use a different card instead. I tried to tell her that and she said no you pay when you leave. Ok. Come to find out when we are checking out on Sunday, they already charged my debit card. So the lady at the front desk says okay we can refund you and charge the other card. After FOREVER, she says she did it. My bank account and credit card have each been charged $140! So now I have been charged $280 for a one night stay. So everything that front desk said they were going to do never happened. Never recommend staying there.

I came early to beat the snow storm but flight was canceled. Everyone did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience! Clean, friendly only thing missing is a restaurant nearby.

Location is close to pretty much anything to would need. Rooms are nice. Staff are very responsive, friendly, and work to ensure that your stay is comfortable. Would stay here again.

Lobby was always full of people night and day and during breakfast food tray were empty ask about it and front desk was rude.

A\C didn't work, sent someone up to room, said may come on eventually! — — ever did. Business center computers are a mess, no ink in printer, couldn't be remedied until Monday morning. Total disappointment. Best Western is usually very good. This location is the worst I've been to. I stay in a hotel 5 nights a week. Expect breakfast to be z flop as well. Never stay here again. Expect more from a Rhodway Inn.

This hotel stay has so far been a nightmare. I had requested a top floor originally and that wish wasn’t granted. I do understand that as I know that special requests can’t always be met and I didn’t complain. My daughter’s were excited about staying here because there’s a pool, and we went out and bought them new swimsuits. When they went to the pool, the door was locked and the gentlemen at the front desk told them the ph was off. Fine, I understand that’s a safety issue and I can understand that. Very disappointing though since this is one of the reasons why we chose to stay here. So, the girls decided that they would go get a Roku from the front desk since the welcome packet in our room stated that these were available free of charge. Well guess what? They told us they have never had these available. So why tell us it’s available if you’ve never even offered it to your guests? The next issue was blaring music coming from one of the rooms and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. It finally stopped at about 11:50 pm. Well, it is now 3:00 am and I was awakened by my youngest daughter telling me that somebody was trying to get in our room! I go look out the peep hole and sure enough there’s a man standing out there leaning up against the door. I about had a heart attack! Why was he trying to get in our room at 3:00 am? I called the front desk and she informed me that somebody from the “earlier” shift messed up the keys and so this man thought our room was his room.

My room, a queen double, was well appointed and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which was necessary with the summer weather. Staff were very helpful; the front desk clerk apologized profusely for not being able to put me in my originally requested king room due to a damaged window but it made no difference to me. The included breakfast was quite tasty and better than some other Best Western locations. While the hotel was located close to the interstate, my only criticism is the access road; it confused me at first since it was a bit rough and ran past some very industrial buildings. Google Maps got me to the door without a problem though!

Stayed the weekend for a music festival… friendly staff, clean rooms and cold air conditioning. The food is pretty decent too. Only complaint is that we were assured that there would be a shuttle to pick us up at the concert, only to be told that is not true and had to pay $36 to get less than 2 miles back. Austin is the absolute best employee they have!

Decent hotel. Friendly service. Complimentary breakfast. The only hotel I have ever stayed at where the elevator and hallways have no AC.

Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Room was open and have plenty of room to move around. Had a sink, dishwasher, small refrigerator with no freezer, and small 700w microwave. Shower was great all the water pressure and hot water you want. Really great water pressure for real.

Very nice hotel. The staff was great and the room was nice sized. Normally the bathroom is a point of negative discussion, but these bathrooms we well layed out and the water pressure in the shower was perfect.

It's a nice clean hotel. I little difficult to figure out how to get to it since it's behind strip mall. However, I'd stay again. Great staff.

Horrible customer service! Unprofessional staff! At least 20 children running around the hotel like they owned the place. Going up and down the elevator and pushing all the buttons. Leaving their towels, bottles and bags laying all over the lobby. Running up and down the halls yelling and knocking on doors. The parents sat in the lobby watching TV as the children ran around! Staff never said anything to them. We went swimming and never had a towel to use due to all the children who went swimming before us. Then I checked out early by accident and they refuse to refund my money. That is called stealing?!? Isn’t it? No where do I see a policy on refunds. Anyway at that point it’s called giving good customer service if you want customers to return!
**Update they finally released my money after a week of arguments! ** Even though it’s against policy lol to give people their money back for a night they didn’t use. Completely ridiculous but I have learned my lesson! Won’t make that mistake again!

I stayed here for three consecutive nights while attending a convention at the civic center. Check-in was OK and the rooms are large with nice amenities and comfortable beds. However, it was extremely noisy at night (2 of the 3 nights) and housekeeping was sloppy. One night there were kids running the hallways, yelling, playing on the elevator, people talking loudly in the hallway, etc. Well after midnight. I got very little sleep. I was on 2nd floor and and a friend was on 3rd floor. The friend experienced the same thing on 3rd floor. The following night was even worse. I called the front desk and spoke with Mike who informed me that "quiet hours" at the hotel started at 9:00 PM. I called the Mike at 10 PM to report the noise and behaviors in the hallway. He told me he wasn't at the front desk, apologized, and said he'd "see what I can do. " At 10:20, nothing had changed. I called and got the same lame response, and an apology. Additionally, there was a very loud group gathering in the lobby. Second floor has an open balcony, so all the noise from the lobby was traveling up to the floor. However, my friend on 3rd floor also could hear it. I called Mike again at 10:45 and reminded him that he said after 9:00 PM was quiet time and it was now nearly 2 hours beyond that. He gave me another apology, which I said was useless and he needed to DO something. I had come to that hotel to get some SLEEP and it was unreasonble to expect that at 11 PM.

The tub is taking on water as I prepared for a shower. Instead of offering me a room with a working tub that drains, I was late for work as I needed to shower. I suggested to be allowed to at least use a different room to shower and was told the maintenance guy would be by. I will be late to work because of this. Guy at front was no help and I told him I would speak to the mgr. He gave me her name like he wasn’t bothered. This place sucks! Stay somewhere else!

Wonderful experience, our suite was impeccable, and the toilet flushed fully every single time. The view of East Peoria was beautiful. The one and only imperfection was the lack of silverware in our suite, meaning my wife had to eat her chocolate cake in bed with her fingers. This is our new standard of excellence.

Normal hotel, I just want to point out one of the front desk clerks, Austin as providing exceptional service. The hotel didnt have my reservation but he was able to find it and resolve the issue with little problems and was overall very personable and helpful. His level is service should be the standard by which all staff should conduct themselves.

Just spent this past weekend with family and Friends at your facility. We could not be more pleased with the cleanliness and friendly staff. This is the second year we have planned our reunion there and both times we were all extremely satisfied. The breakfast service was also exceptional. Keep up the good work some surrounding Facilities. Could take lessons from you. We look forward to our visit next year.

Great place to stay in the Peoria area with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good location to downtown, shops, restaurants and freeways. The breakfast has a good variety and is included in the room rate. I am stay there for work and do not use all the amenities but they do have the standard ones that most hotels offer.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and relatively updated. They allow pets for only a $20 charge. The breakfast was amazing for a hotel, full hot breakfast. Our room was a double queen, had coat closet, mini fridge, TV, desk with chair, side lounge chair, bed side lights with convenient outlets, sink separate from tolet/shower.

I was very disappointed. Best Western was specifically chosen because it has an indoor pool and my granddaughters were with me on this overnight trip and they love to swim. After checking in, getting our room situated and the girls putting on their swimming suits we went to the pool only to find it cold as ice, the heater broke a few days prior and the needed part to fix the heater was on back order. Very disappointing for 2 little girls who did brave the cold water about 10 minutes untill their lips turned purple.

Room was clean and large! Bed was comfy! Plenty of towels available. Great water pressure in the shower. Wonderful sink space. Employees were friendly and helpful. Only downfall was the indoor pool was FREEZING! The pool itself and around it was very clean. Definitely would stay again.

We have stayed at this property at least 6-8 times and have always had a positive experience. From Gloria and her front desk staff to the clean rooms and excellent breakfast, this hotel has offered a pleasant experience at a good price. With a child at Bradley University, this has become our home in Peoria and it feels like coming home each time we check in. I highly recommend the property for its friendliness, its value and its location.

Excellent experience. We were attending a wedding in Peoria and it was a perfect relaxing ending to a perfect day. Our young ones enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was an enjoyable experience before we returned home the next day.

Maids aren't honest don't leave items there and think you will get them back cuz you won't. My husband left his wedding ring and we left 2 blankets belonging to my boys well they magically disappeared and no one has seen them.

Great value for the price. Served breakfast with ample parking. I enjoyed the fitness room and pool. I will rebook this location next time I visit.

Good experience staying at this location. My company uses this hotel frequently and I've not had any complaints to this point. Staff is always nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The location is close to mall/stores but no outdoor walking areas really but there is a decent fitness room with working equipment.

The rooms are beautiful and for the most part clean. This visit unfortunately I had food in a zip lock bag sitting out that I woke up to being covered in ants. Also there was a discrepancy with my room rate. Other than that everything else was fine. The breakfast was really good and the hotel is in a great location.

Best Western Plus in East Peoria is the best Hotel we have ever stayed at. So clean the most comfortable beds the best staff Mateo is so friendly and made us feel at home the continental breakfast is the best in town the pool was awesome we even used the dining area for our Son's birthday party had such good service we will be back they deserve a 10 but 5 is the highest they go we will be back.

Rooms were very nice; lots of space, comfortable, and clean. I did experience some noise from my upstairs neighbor in the morning that woke me up slightly before my alarm. The area doesn't have much to offer for walking to but if you make the quick drive to downtown Peoria river front area you're bound to have fun.

Was in town for a family emergency. The staff was very nice, told them we were here to be with family at OSF and got a better rate. The room was very nice. With my mom, two cousins, and myself, we were able to comfortably fit into a room with two beds and a pull out sofa. There was a separate living room area and a good sized bathroom. The breakfast was good, everyone found something to eat. Coming from a Hilton brand brand girl, I am giving this hotel a big kudos.

We are currently here for softball nationals. Within 4 days, I've had 3 rooms due to air conditioners not working and the rooms smelling must and humid. A few staff were helpful but overall the front desk staff and maintenance were condescending and unprofessional when it came to correcting the A/C. One staff even confronted me about having complained about her and attempted to drag me into their staff drama. There has only been one consistently working ice machine, feces in the stairway which closed it for close to 12 hours and vacuums, spray cleaners and sunflower shells in the hallways left overnight. I have been very disappointed in this hotel but at least my third room is finally cool.

The sink was in a very odd location in the room. My shirt got a huge wet spot on it when the iron leaked, that said, it got crispy fresh once once dry and the pillows were on fleek in that king suite.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Close to some stores and quick bites to eat. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere around the area.

Im not a person who really travels as much, the times I have gone out of town, I stayed with relatives. My son had a basketball tournament this pass weekend in Peoria, Illinois. We stayed at The Best Western Plus. I was so pleased and very happy I made this hotel my choice for my family to stay. This place was really great, very clean and well taken care of and the staff was soooo polite… When I visit Peoria again, Im definitely staying there… no doubt! MY KIDS ARE ALREADY WANTING TO RETURN… LOL.

Enjoyed our stay! Had a slumber/pool party for teenage girls. Cooked dinner in the suite's kitchen. Free breakfast. Loved the hotel! Loved the pool! Loved the quiet atmosphere!

The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows. The water pressure was amazing and the water stayed hot. Plenty of counter space for toiletries for two people near the sink. Only complaint would be that the heavy curtains can't close over the window blocking light, but this is common in hotels and was easily fixed with a small clip. Overall it was a very nice stay from the warm cheery lobby to the clean comfortable room.
