I would never be staying here anymore these are stains on pillows of theirs. The curtain doesn’t even close completely. The water barely gets hot in the shower. The tub around the ring isn’t clean. The bed was stripped and left like that until I went to get new lining myself from the front desk to put in myself because housekeeping had to wash everything. The TV isn’t stable either. They won’t give no refund as this is unacceptable.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Red Roof Inn. We extended another night as soon as we saw the room. It’s one of the best ones we’ve been to. The room was very spacious and clean, everything looks new. It’s conveniently located to a lot of places, easy access to a lot of restaurants. Neighborhood that it is in looks decent. Plenty of parking. The staff has been very courteous from housekeeping to the front desk. Pricing was very decent.

It was an okay stay. The price was reasonable but no microwave or fridge in the room. It looked abandoned when we first drove up because of renovations to the front building but the rooms in the back building were newly renovated and clean.

Will be back Amazing Staff and The Rooms are the bomb.

Room smelled bad, door hard to open/close & interior lock broken. Loud guests woke me up several times (thin walls? ) before 6 a. M. Nice staff, decent bed and room was clean so not a total loss but I wouldn't go back.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and kind. I was a little rude to him our first day there because they messed up my reservation but Jaweeb (so? ) was quick to get it taken care of. I was just over tired and still feel bad. But overall this place was well worth the money!

It was very clean friendly staff would go there again if im ever in Chicago again.

Visited on 05/23/18, very clean and remodeled rooms. Everything is new. Fresh floors, sheets, shower (even included shower mat). The beds are a little hard I'm guessing from being new. Can't stress enough how clean and fresh it is. Very beautiful and modern. Was worth the price. They do have Wi-Fi that works great. Flat screen TVs, you can hook up your phone or computer or gaming console to it and stream Netflix or Hulu. And connect to their internet. TV does have Xfinity cable with premium channels. Great place to stay. I stayed in 211. Ask for that room for guaranteed satisfaction.

I stayed in the back building. The room was recently renovated, it was clean and comfortable. It is well equiped, there is iron and hair dryer. No refrigerator nor microwave.

Jaweed was the front desk worker and was so amazing. Even though they had no available rooms for an early check in, we were still able to get a great room at a great rate. Only stayed for 1 night and we had our 2 dogs which we had to call and confirm it was ok. Room was nice and clean, still doing some construction around the hotel but they weren't actively working while we were there so it was okay.

Clean, quiet, newly renovated rooms, Friendly service, dog friendly, comfortable beds. Get the RediCard, earn points with your first stay. Free fast Wifi, expanded cable, in room coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, 39 in flat screen TV, workstation area. The mini fridge and microwave comes with the superior king rooms. Excellent management.

This place is More often don’t judge a book by its cover because they’re currently renovating but their rooms are amazing for the price in this area. I definitely recommend this place.

What a beautiful spotless room. Great greeter Jaweed… more than helpful. Extremely kind people. Down side no microwave or refigetator yet… but they are remodeling and its beautiful. Comfy beds… great place to stay!

The room was a lot better than I had expected. Up to date modern. Was clean. Friendly staff and helpful. Stayed in the back building, 10/10 would stay again.
