It was good! Got the job done. Hot shower. Nice bed. Great breakfast! And they allowed our dogs to stay to!

I’m black and there was a black man at the front it seems like if he didn’t really care to have my business and the reason why I stayed because I had class the next morning and I wanted to lay down and go to bed.

We stayed a week in a king room. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and bug free. The shower could have had better water pressure, but wasn’t too terrible. They strictly enforce the no partying and no noise after hours. Which was great because I had my 19 month old with me. Also the crib they provide you with is actually a pack n play so bring extra blankets for your little ones comfort. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. Besides carbs they had fruit, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. It definitely surpassed my expectations for a two star hotel.

Very friendly and helpful front desk clerks! Very comfortable room. No tub, shower only except for Jacuzzi Suites. Guest laundry available. No pool. You may be able to do bobtail here, but no tractor and trailer parking. Fairly convenient location. Within reasonable walking distance to Wal-Mart and Target, eating locations, Starbucks, drugstores, and other shopping and bars.

I only stopped by for a short time, but from what I noticed the lobby was fairly clean. If I had any tips for improvement, I would say the front desk could be a little bit more pleasant with interactions but overall the hotel seems just fine.

One of the dumpiest hotels I have been in. I have been in better hostels. Our room was musty and smelled of wet dog. This caused my severe allergies to flair. Staff was unapologetic and only offered to have the room sprayed. Not exactly how allergies work.

Thos place is so elegantly designed. Very nice place to visit with a nice indoor pool area with budget friendly pricing food and bar on site.

The rooms are newly renovated and the showers are some of the best of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast is about average as far as Hotel breakfast to go. The beds are pretty comfortable.

The staff was great and very helpful. Pat & Will both rock. The rooms were clean.

Rooms have been updated and clean but I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom was VERY small and my remote didn't work other than that all was good and I'd stay here again!

I love the service the parking is sufficient in safe. The service is incredible they are really down to earth people.

The hotel was clean & inviting & Amy, the front desk clerk was awesome. She was courteous & eager to provide service. My stay was the perfect relaxing get away.

Amy was very helpful & eager to assist with addit'l towels to make my stay comfortable. While checking in she was inviting, efficient & welcomed any requests to ensure that I was satisfied.

Baymont Inn hotel has got great services, very clean environment and friendly staff. The rooms were specious and well maintained. I will always stay here during my holidays.

The people's was very nice but the housekeeper did not come in and clean our room we asked twice but she didn't come in but they serve breakfast in the morning and I had a nice time but one mistake where the cleaning person she didn't want to clean our room we was there for tonight.

The facility is "ok" a nice place to stay… however, the staff… better yet Lillian… front desk reception was "EXTREMELY" nice, concerned and helpful. I had an issue with my reservation and Miss Lillian went above and beyond trying to assist me … her concern about my plight was genuine and refreshing. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast needs overhauling but everything else was great!

Great place to stay. Customer service outstanding. If you are a veteran, discounts are offered upon request. I checked in about 9pm, the young lady at the desk whose name I can't remember, greeted us with a wonderful smile and welcoming words. Checked on us to see if everything was ok with our room. The overnight guy, was also very good in answering any questions we had. Both did it with smiles on their faces. Great employees both of them. 5 stars isn't enough so I rate them and Baymont Inn in Also… OUTSTANDING!

The Baymont is conveniently located near many places to eat. The rooms are clean, it comes with cable tv, microwave, small refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. Continental breakfast is served daily. The staff is friendly and courteous.

We love our amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff at this Baymont location. We can stay anywhere and choose this location for the staff alone. They are truly helpful, nice, kind and polite. We have 2 small dogs and they are allowed here but pet rooms are limited to call asap if you need one. The only BAD thing about this location is the female owner. We had never met her and our first experience involved her barking orders in a very disrespectful manner at one of the awesome employees. I don't know if it's a cultural thing or not but nobody deserves to be treated like a dog and most definitely not in front of guests. For us this was heartbreaking because it was our fault he got in trouble for saying hello after we said it first. Please Ms Owner if you see this, rethink the treatment of your staff. They are a rare group in today's guest service market. We stay BECAUSE of them. And you are going to run them ALL off, then my reviews will tell that story as well. Amy, Kelly, Dennis, Sam and the rest thank you for all you do. We appreciate you!

It was okay. The lobby and common areas are modern and updated. The rooms have elements that seem rather recent. The breakfast was super basic. They only offered the bare necessities. There was no hot breakfast.

It's a total 1950/60's feel from the art deco when you walk in. Very clean and friendly. My only complaint is the tiny bathroom. Reminds me of my efficiency apartment.

This was my first time staying at a Baymont Inn. My experience was okay. The room was comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was dim, but that wasn't too big of a deal. Didn't really like the location of the jacuzzi in the room, since it was right next to the entrance door of the room, therefore, if I was in the shower/Jacuzzi, my hubby couldn't leave the room for ice or anything, as anyone passing by in the hall could've seen in. Our room was directly across from the elevator, so at times, it was very loud, with people getting on & off the elevator. The breakfast was a joke (sorry) … had homemade waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, fruit, juices, freezing cold boiled eggs, & coffee. No meat… none, whatsoever. I thought maybe this was just a one time thing, but I asked the lady who was refilling the waffle maker and she stated they never have meat! No swimming pool was also a bummer. But overall, the stay was okay. The room served its purpose.

Very very nice hotel for a great price. Rooms are very clean and new. The bed was extremely comfortable and we got a great nights rest. Friendly staff. Wonderful dining/lounge area when you walk into the hotel. We were there for work so we didn't explore the area too much, but a couple miles down the road there's food and stores.

This is the worst place ever! Run the other way dont waste your time nor money here. Extremely out dated, floors are damp with old water smell, appliances havent been dusted in a long time, the cleaning crew dont change your linen when they clean the room they just flip the sheets around so you wont see the dirt at the bottom of the bed where most peoole dont pull the sheets back. And when you ask to not be bothered with the sign hanging outside your room they still come in while youre gone after physically telling them not too! First day my bed had hair, tissue, and debree on the bed and sheets didnt fit the bed. Took 3 hours to fix. But she was nice and helpful trying to fix it. Hotel rooms smell musty. Rust and build up on shower head. Door had one hinge. Chairs look like they had been sliced with a knife. Wallpaper peeling off the walls… This place is not up to part!

I came her for my Water Safety Instructor training so it was fine for what I needed. My room was clean but kind of run down. It was expensive for the quality for sure. Over 99 a night plus more for the weekend. It was at least quiet at night and clean! For a business trip it was fine but I wouldn't bring my family here. Staff was friendly. Online said there was a pool and there wasn't which was kind of disappointing.

Everything in the room was good. Just doing a little remodel so there's a few rooms sealed off with tarps right now. But the breakfast area is brand new and fabulous. Comfy beds.

We are so happy that the hotel is under a make-over. The staff is great. We always stay here when we come in town. They shuttle you to the train station to go Downtown. We cant wait to see the hotel once its done.

I heard and saw that they are renovating the whole inside from top-to-bottom. The maintenance department fixed my heating issue very quickly. The staff members are very nice. I will be back next time I am in town.

As a frequent traveler, I can honestly say I have never met a better staff. They take car of my every need to complete satisfaction. Candy, the manager, has a great staff — particularly Amy and Laura. Alsip is a great place to stay, its like home.

Much better than the Days Inn down the street. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast spread, clean rooms, and quiet. Worth the price for a short stay.

Dear Baymont Inn Staff, The entire staff is courteous and kind. I was there for two weeks for this stay and everyone made me feel like I was truly in my second home. I have been staying at this location on and off since September 2015 for business and can honestly say that I would never stay at a different locations. Thank you to all of your for making my required travel experience that much more palatable. I wish you all a happy holiday season and prosperous, joyful New year.

Stayed at the Baymont for 3 days. The hotel staff was great. I guess they are renovating the hotel for which it needs it. I am sure the hotel will be beautiful and I cant wait to see it finish. I will be a regional guest here.
