My room had 3 large water like spots on the ceiling and stuff still falling down off the ceiling, one lady was nice the other reception had a nast disposition abou me will not stay again and they still chaged me full price.

Smelly & we felt very unsafe. Many doors look like they've been jimmied, and we were able to get into our room in less than 10 seconds without a key by simply sliding a credit card into the door crack. This is also the only hotel in our 2 week vacation to charge us more than our reservation @ booking. Com. The irony? the extra fee was for a security box… convenient to the airport but don't stay here.

The location is very convenient if you plan to tour around Chicago as it is very close to the O'Hare airport. The service is good. The fact that it also serves complimentary breakfast every morning makes it even more convenient.

For the money? EXCELLENT. We couldn't find anything cheaper for our stay in either downtown Chicago or in Evanston, so this fit the bill quite well. The building is older, but very clean. Front desk peeps were very accommodating, and quite kind — definitely good people. The breakfast had nothing available that isn't bread/wheat/sugar, so plan ahead if you avoid any of those things. Our bathtub was an over fit, and there was water trapped between the older layer and the newer, so it was very strange to shower in. Overall, a positive experience and I'd recommend if you're on a budget.

The service was amazing. The front desk lady was wonderful. Our first room we went to had food on the top cover so we requested a new one. The second wouldn't open. The third room was just fine. The breakfast had one waffle maker (waited 10 minutes for one), and more cold breakfast items. The shuttle is fantastic which is nice to get around.

Comfortable, convenient to the airport courteous and caring staff.

Customer service is good, very close to the airport and understandably busy because of that too. They are going thru renovations so I'm really hoping in couple of months they'd be ready completely and have exceptional feel in their rooms as well.

This hotel is next to expressway so we didn't slept well due to traffic noises. They have every 30 min shuttle service but it's not that much punctual we waited about an hour at airport once and 40 mins on another time. Rest all were okay, breakfast was good. Room service was good. Beds were comfortable. No near by stores close to this hotel so we arranged Uber for getting basic stuffs like food and water.

Very convenient for people traveling from Chicago airport. It’s close by to the airport. A great place to stop by and get rested especially if you are catching a long distance flight from Chicago O’Hare Airport. There’s a restaurant where you can get your meals and breakfast is included when you book a room.

Quick trip on their shuttle from O'Hare airport every half hour from Door 1 at shuttle area at airport. Nice staff. Restaurant on premises temporarily open only for dinner (4/2018), didn't see any other restaurants close. Good bed, bathroom okay, lots of outlets for charging.

They claimed to have parking for people flying out of O'Hare but I go to check in and she lets me know they don't have any room for anybody to park if I was flying out… Which okay that's fine I understand but then I ask what am I supposed to do because I'm not familiar with any Airport parking places and ask her where is one and she told me I could get on the computer and look it up… So when I went back outside I noticed there was one right next door… Thank Goodness. Now if you don't have any room for people to park. Maybe you could give them something with the numbers on it for people not familiar with the area to find Airport parking. Then I go to order room service and was informed that they're not doing any room service but I could go to the restaurant and pick it up. The room was okay… I was put in a handicap room. I will stay elsewhere next time I fly out of O'Hare.

The hotel is a little older but clean and upgraded. Room was clean. Items functioned properly. They do have a restaurant which is okay. The breakfast is allright, nothing spectacular, but could have a few more items and also hot items would be a nice Plus. Most, but not all, Quality Inns do a hot breakfast or at least have a few hot items such as waffle maker or pancake maker if Continental. This particular location seems to only offer a what I consider to be a small continental breakfast. Obviously it's free so I can't say much about that, but it could be a little better. Bar is open late till 4 a. M. If that's your thing. Again, the hotel does appear older and just slightly Rundown despite recent renovations, but the room again was functional, the staff was polite, bed was comfortable. I would consider staying here again, although this would not necessarily be my first choice, at least for my needs. I would have ranked higher, but my only issue other than an incorrectly calibrated, though functional thermostat, which roasted or froze me is there check out time. Most other hotels 90% to 95% of them on Earth do a standard check out of 12 p. M. And 1 or 2 for late checkout. This one is 11 a. M. Which for my travel needs & flight dispatch doesn't work. I had asked for a late check-out as I am an elite top tier Dimond member and the best they would do was noon. Obviously they are under no obligation but late check-out is one of my daimond perks.

Really good value for the money. Their airport shuttle is quicker than many of the other hotels and runs all the time, I stay near the airport at least once a month and this is my first pick for value price and the good shuttle service. Rooms aren't recently redone but they are clean and comfortable, I have pretty good luck with the Wi-Fi, staff is always great, and the on site restaurant is pretty good, the eggplant sandwich is my go to.

Recently renovated. Rooms are decent. Plugs/USB ports didn't work on the lamp so I had to plug in my phone and other electronics in other less convenient locations. Hate the ironing boards because the iron is chained to it. Breakfast doesn't start until 6 am and I had to leave around then so I didn't get any. It's cheap and close to the airport so good value for convenience and location.

Affordable. The late night shuttle only runs every thirty despite what they'll tell you. The bar is sufficient. Rooms old and cheap but clean.

The affordable casual hotel to crash-in for a night near the airport. The Front Office ladies are exceptional. There's a free hotel shuttle van, a restaurant and in some rooms there's also a microwave or we can use the microwave at the Front Desk.

I booked this specifically because they had airport shuttle for free. But they don't allow you to park while you're gone! We ended up having to pay a company to park our car for a week. You might as well pay the extra money for a nicer hotel with free shuttle AND parking.

Came in late. Everything seemed fine at first. I was notntoldnabout breakfast time neither did in receive any paper stating it. I called reception three times that night until the 3 am but no one picked up the phone. As I went to bed late, I woke up so late at 930. I missed the breakfast. I also started to Warm up my instrument just before Check in out time for about half an hour when I got a phone call that I was loud. I have never received any complaint of that sort in any motel or hotel in big town or small town, because I am really conscious about others when I do warm up or practice in a hotel room day time. But The 2 star goes for the quality of walls and some bathroom appliances. It was really nice when the ac outlet hits you in the back as you take a warm shower. Could you have not put the wall register elsewhere but above the bathtub? Ridiculous. Fossett wobbles, toilette pipe is out and ugly, dents in the wall just over painted, door is ugly. TV channels were bad nothing really interesting on other other hand in Flagstaff, you get quality channels in quality inn.

Great rooms and great customer service. Maintenance man was kind and helped us jumpstart our car. The airport shuttle was late, but overall we were satisfied.

Park sleep n fly is very convient. Price is reasonable. Not the highest quality but it's good enough for staying the night before a flight!

Our stay was exactly what we expected when we booked the room. It was inexpensive compared to competitors in the area and the room was nice. It accommodated us for our overnight stay and we were happy with it. No complaints.

Room was great. Hotel was renovating so it was a bit hectic. Would stay again.

I'm not sure where all these other people have been staying, the buildings smelt old and moldy. The pictures look nothing like this place either, unless you want the need to get a tetnis shot go some where else.

You get what you pay for. The rooms were adequate. Neither great nor horrible. The bathroom didn't have a fan. The airport shuttle only runs every 30 mins. Almost didn't have a parking spot. The desk attendant was pretty disengaged. The breakfast was ok. Could have at least had some scrambled eggs and links. But for the price there was nothing lacking. The fire alarm did go off for about 15 minutes and none of the staff seemed to know what was going on. That was pretty annoying.

This hotel is gross! The first room smelled so bag we asked to move. The next one wasn’t really better. Heard a couple in the room next to us at 3 am doing THINGS very loudly. Only good thing was the shuttle. We got to and from the airport rather quickly.

Good service, nice free breakfast and efficient shuttle service to the airport. Rooms were clean and well designed.

Is obvious management doesn't place customer service 1st. Burnt out light in room (a fundamental of housekeeping duties — confirm working status of items in the room. ) Very dirty bathroom in the lower level near the workout room. This is early A. M. Dirty tables at breakfast. Ate in the restaurant at the hotel last night. Only one server. Was very competent, but overwhelmed and overall service suffered. Was also informed when calling to reserve, we would get a 10% discount. Upon checking in, was told that was a mistake. Being this hotel serves the general airport area (Ohare), most guests, I assume, aren't return travelers. This situation can lend towards a sense of not putting customers first. There are always plenty of new guests to be had. If you're looking for a close to the airport lodging, with shuttle service, and a reasonable rate, this is your place. Just keep your expectations low.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very convenient to get to from the airport. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Would definitely go back!

Decent hotel and cheap. Not too much around it as a lot of places are off the highway and not easily accessible from the hotel. Decent looking bar/restaurant off the main lobby.

Disgusting. Bathroom had hair on floor & in tub. There was dirt on carpet. My son & I wore our socks entire time in room so we wouldn't get gross feet. I didn't know what was in that carpet. TV remote & phone broken. Air conditioning blowing cold air but no temp control as it was broken. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it's "non-smoking hotel. " Breakfast room had food/crumbs on floor. Tables not getting wiped up. Couldn't call the front desk so had to walk to front desk to complain. Clerk was apologetic but only offered replacement of TV remote. Said no other room to move to & no credit. Said no quick resolve to maid or maintenance service & by this point it was almost 10 pm & I was tired. Went back to room &slept minimally due to having the "creepy-crawly" feeling of what else might be unclean.

Breakfast included. Mostly clean. Currently being renovated.

Great location except many tolls between the hotel and chicago. Very caring with accommodations. I would reccomend it.

Great place, free shuttle to and from airport (takes about fifteen, twenty minutes to pick you up, so plan accordingly). Good breakfast options — cereal, fruit, donuts, waffles, toast, yoghurt but no cooked eggs or sausages. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. Only complaint was the hotel isn't super soundproof — can hear voices in the hallway and vice versa. Perhaps current renovations are changing this. Restaurant downstairs is good for a lazy meal — nothing special, atmosphere is bar-like and dim.

Everything was fine. Bartender was good. The only thing is the bathrooms are all the way downstairs. Otherwise there is pool and slot machines. A decent place overall.

I will never stay at another Quality Inn in my life. I arrived at the hotel at about 8:00 after an 8 hour drive. It was raining out and dark. My mom is in a wheelchair and I had a confirmation number in hand for a handicap accessible room only to find out that they had no handicap rooms available. They were fulll the day before so gave our room to someone that was there for 2 days. We were allowed to look at a standard room and see if that would work but the bathroom doors are so narrow the wheelchair wouldn't fit. I then checked the public restroom thinking although it would be a pain mom could go down the three hallways from our room to that bathroom if necessary. Their public restroom has a toilet too low for anyone in a wheelchair to use. So now here we are, no accessible room, no options that I can think of and the only thing they offered was to cancel our reservation at no cost. To say the least, I am not happy. I emailed two weeks ago and still have not gotten a response from the corporate customer support email. I finally called last week and sat on hold for 21 minutes but did talk to someone eventually. I filed a complaint and I was supposed to hear back within 72 hours. No surprise here but I haven't received a phone call. This is the 2nd time in 3 years that we've had a confirmed handicap room at a Quality Inn and got there to find out they gave the room away and had no options for us. This all after the fact that they charge more for the handicap room.

I was only there to drop of parents that I had paid for accommodation for. They had a good night's rest but as there is much needed restoration ongoing I won't judge to highly or negatively. There is a musty odor through the corridors but the reception area is lovely.

Great staff has a bar and restaurant inside of the hotel. Comfortable beds recently updated. This is probably my 4 or 5 time staying here in the past 2 Years and will continue to come back.

My Room was neat and the bed was nice and firm. They served a nice breakfast. Staff was very courteous and attentive even though they were extremely busy…

Basic hotel functionality. Wifi is good so is the breakfast. Has airport shuttle service, which was very important for me. There's a car hire service just next door!

Horrible stay! Mold in 2 rooms they tried to put us in another room the bed smelled badly of urine! Complained and we didn't get anywhere! Staff was nasty and not accommodating at all! I wouldn't let my dog stay here! Never had such a bad experience in our lives!

It's just okay. I give it 2 stars. Dated, but they're renovating some now. Musty smells, depending on your room. Breakfast isn't awesome, but it's food. It's a cheap place (relatively) to stay of you get stuck at ORD. It serves that purpose for me without breaking the bank. Avistar transportation does their shuttle service, and they are very unpredictable.

I never even got past the booking phase. Called up to find out the rates for one night for my fiancé and told them I'd call back after checking with her. I called back 30 minutes later and they put me on hold for so long I had to hang up and call back. Then, when the lady asked if I could hold and told her no, she got an attitude with me and raised the rate. There's plenty of hotels in Chicago, but they act like they're the only game in town.

This place sucks. My wife called me crying hysterically because she has an early morning sign in for work and she has been waiting over 2 hours for the van driver to pick her up. She was so upset she called them and canceled. I tried to calling them to let them know what lousy service they have and to make sure they didn't charge my credit card. I was on hold… and hold… and hold. I hung up and decided to let you all know. By the way, my wife just called. She has a new place to stay and the van driver is on his way.

Very nice Hotel, its price is affordable, they have a shuttle free to the airport.

Thank you Manny for everything. My review is a costumer service review. My dad flew in and I found this hotel to be near the airport he was at. I spoke with Manny and found him to be very friendly, patient and helped me get my dad to the hotel by giving me directions on where to get their shuttle. The manager should reward Manny for his great customer service.
