This is the worst airport avoid it at all cost!
1 — the employees at the restaurants are extremely rude. No client service
2 — they lost our luggage with all our toiletries, all my girlfriends clothes, my jungle hiking boots and two pair of shoes. When the united airline tried to call them they never had an answer about our suitcase. So now we are in Costa Rica and have to buy all toiletries and my girlfriend has to buy a bunch of clothing for the week. FYI : the toiletries here are extremely expensive it cost us 70$ for soap, sunscreen, deodorant and insect repellent. I’ll say it again to your best to avoid this airport it is really the worst one I’ve ever seen!

Terrible customer service phone system, impossible to reach a real person. Each extension leads to dead end options. Parking attendants incredibly rude.

EVERY single person that works at this airport is extremely rude and HATE their job and life. They were rude for absolutely no reason.
I will gladly drive hours to another airport before I EVER go to this airport again.
If you have a choice stay as far away from this place as possible!
They will try to ruin your vacation before it even begins!

Terrible airport, horrible customer service, extremely rude during security checks. I would actually give them 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Will definitely spend a 2 hr layover at a different airport and gladly pay extra not to come to this one ever again.

My experience at O'Hare today was the worst I've ever had at any airport anywhere. Customs was complete and total chaos — people packed in like sardines, only a few desks open to help hundreds of people. I almost missed my connecting flight because of how horrible and disorganized it was, and the shuttle driver was one of the most rude service workers I've ever encountered. Not a single thing about my time there went well. If I picked up covid on my trip, it was from O'Hare, because the systems that are supposed to be in place to keep people safe are almost entirely nonexistent. Handing people flyers saying to wear masks and social distance doesn't fix your system. With all sincerity, do better. Because what I saw today was downright shameful.

I wanted to ask a person directing traffic at arrivals about where something was and he told me that would he would answer my question after writing me a ticket. Very rude and very unprofessional.

What a terrible place right now. Tram system is shut down. So you have to leave the entire airport then come back thru security. And they don’t have special sections to get back thru. Had to dump liquids again. Because they are doing construction and not kind about this. Everything is very dirty as well not a great to travel thru during this time!

Everyone is so rude here, too much attitude. Everything is a mess and staff don’t know anything so asking them for questions will get you no where. If you do ask someone then you’ll probably be told to go to another person and then another person. I hate this place. — 1000000/100. Fly anywhere else, do not go through this airport.

Security lines are a mess and TSA staff are slow. They need more staff checking people that are singled out, not just one person. Dirty restrooms. The lines for transportation between terminal are chaos. Avoid ORD if you can.

It is a Hampton on the outskirts of Chicago. Take what you will from that. The staff is really nice though and the prices were reasonable. My only complaint would be that there are literally NO microwaves in the rooms. So you have to share the 1 they have in their mini convenience store. Free breakfast tho so there's that.

Hotel is showing signs of aging and could really use a remodel. That said, my room felt clean and I was never concerned about cleanliness — bed was the usual and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit better than the usual Hampton Inn breakfast.

Great hotel. Front desk staff was Very informative. They offered us some bottled water and gave us some complimentary tooth brush and paste since we forgot ours. We also did the park and ride to the airport. So far so good.

Nice room. Comfy bed and nice clean bathroom. They provided a list of restaurants that were close by so we could have dinner. Breakfast was good the next morning, friendly staff and they're letting us do a late check-out. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Chicago. They have a shuttle to take you to the airport and then you can take the train into the city (about 50min ride by train). Get a day pass for $10 or 3 day train pass for $20. This will provide you unlimited public transportation on the trains and buses. The people who work at this hotel are super friendly. Especially the kind lady who keeps the breakfast area so nice. This hotel is busy yet there was always plenty of fresh hot foot at breakfast. The evening front desk man recommended the great Escape restaurant our first night and the food there was great. Several restaurants in the area provide a free shuttle so if you didn't drive to this hotel, no worries, you can still get to some great local restaurants. The pool and hot tub were awesome, a great place to relax after you busy day.

If you have been to any other Hampton Inn, you know what to expect here. That is to say this hotel follows the tradition of excellent quality and service that is customary to the brand. This particular hotel is definitely one of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at. It is extremely comfortable, quiet, and isn't terribly out of range of the city. I can't recommend it enough.

Very pleasant staff! Full breakfast and more! Kept filled up with lots of FRESH items! Cleanliness good! Stayed here 50 years ago! It was our honeymoon!

I can't recommend this hotel. It is probably the worst Hampton Inn I've stayed at. Use only in a pinch. Check in was a pain. They actually charge your card for more than the total anticipated bill, then refund. The electronic display shows the charge total with "OK, Yes or No" I clicked "No", since I didn't at that point know why it was too high. It charged my card anyway, immediately after I clicked "No. " Bad start. Then the clerk explained, and I quote, "In case you break our TV". Not a nice welcome. Really, a shabby statement. There was almost no water pressure at the shower, far less than the Federal 2gpm standard and the water temperature was hard to adjust. The room thermostat told you what you set the temp at but not what temp it was inside, nor that it shut off at various times of its choosing to save energy. The room was often hot as a result. The micro-pastries at "breakfast" were obviously stale. The room was clean and ok. Overall, not an great experience.

Our hotel room was clean and staff were helpful. Location was less than 10 mins from airport and they offer long-term parking for guest that are traveling. The front will also print your boarding passes and give you a breakfast to go bag! I recommend staying here.

I absolutely Beyond A Reasonable Doubt wouldn't stay at any other Hotel. This is been my go-to hotel for many different reasons. Most of the reasons are for a fun weekend getaway and we'd only live around the corner great at volume at happyfun staff fresh clean Pool and hot tub. Maryloo,, Ricky, and Vanessa are super staff. Ty again Ricki for going way beyond desk. Great spread for a yummy continental breakfast and I love that woman who makes my eggs in the morning. Rooms are super comfortable & the bed so soft & comfortable makes ya wanna snag the blankets lol.

Shuttle service to O'Hare was quick. Rooms were clean and what we expected staying at other Hamptons. Pool was closed but we knew this when we made reservations. Breakfast was good and as expected. Overall a good experience, would stay here again.

Clean and spacious rooms! Friendly and helpful staff! Free continental breakfast. Free shuttle to and from the airport! Great amenities for a budget conscious traveler!

This hotel was awesome! they told us exactly when to be downstairs to catch a shuttle to the airport and it was exactly like they said it would be, no problems at all. We left so early in the morning breakfast hadn't opened yet and they gave us a breakfast bag to-go, perfect!

Just super & just still cheap.

I love this hotel. It's very cozy and the staff treats everyone like family. The last time I was there I had forgotten my phone charger. The front desk employees did everything they could to help me. I really appreciate their efforts!

Very comfortable beds, with a nice sized room. Decent morning breakfast with free shuttles to the airport.

The indoor pool and hot tub were roped off / closed. Pool had greenish water — looked like its been down for a while. Major bummer!

It was very nice place especially if you are flying you go there spend the night and then that they keep her car parked there for cheap so it's good to check with them rates are very nice.

The location is very near the airport but far from downtown. The facilities were nice and the rooms great. Great breakfast, and very nice people.

Didn't enjoy my stay a lot… There was no water due to some issue from city. Recieved sorry email later. Was expecting some reimbursement as it's big thing to stay in hotel without water.

I was so pleasantly surprised by our stay here. We did a stay, park, and fly package and the service, the quality of the room, the breakfast, and the shuttle to the airport service were all outstanding. Great work by the staff here.

Convenient to ORD with complimentary shuttle between hotel and the airport. Not close to downtown, if that's your true destination. Great staff, good breakfast. Small but comfortable room.

Nice place friendly staff. Free shuttles to and from airport 24/7. The continental breakfast is good. Has a waffle maker. Room gave me lice. (Yes, I verified no one else I know has lice. Checked every possible place it could have been. The only possible place I picked it up is from the hotel. ) Overall I'd stay again but will bring my own pillow and get entirely clean fresh bedding once I'm in the room.

The staff here are outstanding! They were happy to provide anything needed! The rooms were clean, and they even left us a friendly note! Very close to O'Hare, with a convenient shuttle.

We stayed here twice during our trip. Each time we were blown away with the professionalism, kindness, and hospitality shown by every member of their team. The rooms were spotless and the breakfasts and snacks were delicious.

We found a good deal on Hotel Tonight. Unfortunately when we arrived the staff could not locate the reservation. After twenty minutes or so they did check us in, but that was unnecessary. Young women at counter did do their best to help us. Room was suitable, and the free breakfast was fresh and tasty and plentiful.

All very well, clean. They're going to have to renovate. Excellent breakfast as always.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at! The staff are so nice and helpful! When I made the reservation, I asked if they had any gluten free items in their breakfast (which is fantastic by the way) because I have Celiac Disease. When I arrived a few months later, a basket of gluten free items were given to me! Gluten free food is not cheap and the basket was filled! I couldn't believe it! The hotel and our room were very clean also! I haven't felt this calm about staying at a public place in a long time and if I ever come back this way again, I will definitely be staying here!

Clean, comfortable, but the people made the difference for me after 18 hours of traveling. I am so happy I chose this place. Ryan, the front desk manager, was the MOST HELPFUL! I was still exhausted after my day of traveling and called the front desk for help with carrying my bags downstairs, and even though he could have told me no, he volunteered to help me carry my 3 bags downstairs AND found a taxi for me. These people really care about their business.

The location is superb. It is not far from the airport, 10 minutes with traffic. The hotel itself is amazing. It looks nice and modern. The rooms are well organized and furnished. The beds are comfortable and clean. They also have free parking, which is perfect in Chicago!

Conveniently placed close to O'Hare, the hotel also offered complimentary breakfast, as well as shuttles to locale restaurants. However, each room only supports three devices per Wi-Fi.

The beds were tiny full sized, the carpet was sticky. I found hair in the sheets. The breakfast was good at least. Some of the staff was pleasant others were cranky.

Very nice and clean. Staff was exellent. Pool is salt water which is very nice especially with children. Would definitely stay again.

I liked being able to choose my room before we arrived at the hotel. Parking is very limited so I would suggest getting there early. The room was nice and clean and had very comfortable pillows. The only other negative I have is the breakfast wasn't all that great.

Located a short shuttle ride from O'Hare, friendly staff and typical Hampton Inn amenities it is a familiar and enjoyable experience. Very good complementary breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. It's older and smaller than many newer Hampton Inns.

Hampton Inn Chicago-O'Hare is one of the nicest hotels with very few hassles. Rooms are pretty adequate for the price. The indoor pool is nice for relaxation and their got breakfast is a plus. I just wish the time was stretched a bit longer to accommodate those that wish to sleep in longer. However, overall it was a great experience.

We had no problems with the Hampton inn however we were only there for one night and had to catch a plane early the next morning. The nice thing about the hotel is the airport parking allowing you to store your car at their hotel while you are away. They also have a shuttle service to and from the hotel.

The hospitality was excellent! Nice hot breakfast each morning which changed daily. My room was exceptional clean and I really liked the fact the hallways & room smelled of fresh febreze! Two nights of my stay, the hotel threw a reception (free food & drink) for all the guests. What a treat! Also there is a 24hr free shuttle that takes you back and forth to O'Hare airport and from there you can take the train all over Chicago. My stay at this Hampton inn was Great! I would definitely recommend it!

Great hotel, we are getting ready to check out, we will return. Didn't hear any planes in my room, breakfast is good, my daughter enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend the hampton Inn Ohare.
