Emergency ONLY! Explored the dark side. After calling 10 hotels at 1:30 A. M. This was the only one I could find with a vacancy on 6/28/18. The first room they gave us was not cleaned yet with bed linen piled on the floor. Upon return to the front desk they took us to a 2nd "non-smoking" room that reeked of cigarettes so badly I couldn't enter. The 3rd room (final available room also smelled just like an ashtray and was a disaster but my last choice for a 5 hr nap. Pictures posted here show a hotel provided ashtray in non-smoking rooms. There were also hairs on the filthy bathroom floor and in the tub. There was no shuttle to the hotel from the airport, but they offered us a shuttle back to the airport 1 hour before the time we wanted because 6 people were already booked at our time. Don't stay here. Stay on a bench at the airport! I should have taken a clue from the bold rat the size of a small dog staring at me in the parking lot.

Cheap. Good shuttle service. The shuttle is always every hour on the hour! Checkout time is 11.00am. The nice young lady gave me till 12.00noon. But she said she had to charge me 10$ per extra hour afterwards. Which I was OK with. The older lady doesn't seems friendly, but she won't bite! Cleanliness is not their brand name. My room (115) had a smelly A/C. It wasn't that hot so I didn't turn it on. But I would say rooms looked cleaned!

Great service. Everything worked perfect. Breakfast 6 to 9 AM. Older but cozy.

Stayed yesterday and again today. The staff are nice and friendly. The beds are too hard. The only breakfast is ceriel and some left out crackers. Could use some improvements. Like a Better breakfast and soft beds. Thanks.

So my reservation was for 5 days. In which I paid up front. On the 2nd day of my stay, I was kicked out of the hotel at 2am. I was told I had 30min to leave. I asked for a reason and was told that the owner doesn't want me there anymore. I tried to plead my case, being I had ALL of my belongings with me and since it was 2am. They were not trying to hear me out at all. This is not a fabricated story, 100% factual.

Internet could be improved. The cleanliness could be improved alot. Shower is too small, the sink is too low and outside of the bathroom. Some of the appliances are damaged.

This is a decent place. Rooms are clean the price is just right they have a shuttle to the airport and it was quiet.

Hotel was to be as expected for a 2 star inn. We stayed 1 night for a layover so the shuttle was nice to have back and forth from the airport. The heating unit kept blowing cold air, I cleaned the filthy filters in it and then it worked ok. Would not stay for an extended period.

Great place to stay if ur looking for park and fly. Nice room and extremely comfy bed. Shuttle was on time and we got to o hare with no issues.

Smells clean and fresh. Nice customer service at the front desk. Free shuttle, cable, and Wi-Fi and very fair rates. I would stay again. The stars are for the cleanliness.

The room was dirty and smoking smells all over the places. The manager was so rude. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I printed two pieces of paper from their printer for my airplane ticket and charged me two dollars. Plz, never never choose this hotel!

I like the new shower surround/insert, curved curtain rod and good water pressure. I also liked the updated linens, free chocolate truffles and cracker samples (these are samples given them and can change), microwave and fridge. The room was clean and the staff was very responsive & friendly. I would give 3 stars if the owners finish updates. I needed an overhead lightbulb changed and an extension cord brought for nightstand light to reach the plug. One of 2 chairs had embarrassingly torn upholstery. And the heavy entertainment center simply needed to be moved over a few inches so you didn't have to squeeze into the room. I was happy that I got a better rate by calling the front desk late in the evening then what I found online. So if you're on a budget and simply need a decent safe place to sleep then this is not a bad place and has potential for being better. I wish I had taken pictures of the nice Linens in the nice shower.

It was a last minute choice to stay in chicago due to bad weather. The O'Hare Inn ans suites was fine until uwnt to 'll.

Needed a cheap room because United messed up my connecting flight. A bit sketchy, old gross carpets, but the rest of the room appears clean. The front desk guy was a little rough but Pleasant enough. There is a 24 hour gas station with subway sandwiches and dunkin donuts inside. It saved me since everything at the airport closes at 10. I guess it could always be worse. I at least got a place to stay rather than camp in the frigging airport for 14hours. I got food and a hot bath. The best should be better than the benches at the airport, so I'm just going to be grateful for this old ratty hotel.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Even though it matches the price, I do not believe this motel should even be open. The carpets were sticky, had to put towels on the floors to walk. The beds, bathrooms, and linens were very dirty. The "continental" breakfast was cold coffee and 2 cereals. Not what its made to look like online. Very disappointing stay.

Asked for 1st floor because we had to sort through a lot of stuff from our car and arrange it in luggage to be ready in three hours to head to airport and there were no elevators. It was the middle of the night so we were relieved when the attendant said yes, we have a 1st floor room for you as we were very tired. After paying, we went to room and learn that it is on second floor. We go back and ask again, and he says that what he gave us was a first floor room and that the rooms on the ground were ground floor rooms, but that they aren't available. Very frustrated and disappointed. Do not recommend. Not trustworthy.

I felt that the low price matched the quality of the accomadation. Nice to have such a cheap priced hotel this close to the airport. I think if they upgraded, repaired etc they would have a nicer hotel but then they would have to charge more! Very low quality hotel but at this price I was perfectly satisfied.

The room, and electronics were up to date. The vibe was very professional it smiled very clean, very quiet. So perfect for a business travel.

My flight was cancelled due to weather so I called this Hotel. The gentleman said yes there were rooms but the shuttle was no longer working due to the late hour. I took a cab and when I got there this same gentleman said do you have a reservation. I said no and he said sorry we are all booked. I explained that I have just called and magically he found a room. The rate was $64. No coffee pot, USB ports. The bed was so hard and the pillows were extremely old and lumpy. The hallways smelled of mildew and they had a fan running. The breakfast that was offered was 2 kinds of cereal, milk and coffee. That was it! As we left the next day the shuttle driver didn't assist any of the passengers to put our luggage in or take it out. He only spoke to ask where we needed to go. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place! The place was old and dumpy but at 1am with a toddler I had no other choice. If it had been only me I would've stayed at the airport, much better accommodations there.

Good service. Great shuttle drivers really friendly to talk with. Location is super close to O'Hare. If you need to get to the blue line to reach downtown the shuttle can drop you off at the airport, there is a direct link to the blue line inside O'Hare itself. Would definitely stay here again if I end up in Chicago again, perfect for short stays.

The rooms are ok. Very lumpy pillows. The towels were hard as if they don't use dryers. The front desk staff is rude. The so called breakfast is 2 types of cereal and coffee. I would re consider before booking here. I suggest the Country Inn a little ways down the road for just $10 more. They actually have full on breakfast choices and everything they say they have.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a bit dated (think 70s shiek). No towel rod or shelves in bathroom. Note that they have "seasonal" non-smoking rooms: smoking in winter, not in summer. They're well cleaned (no prominent scent), but it could be an issue for those with severe asthma.

Stayed here for 5 days last December. I was expecting something horrible for the price but it exceeded my expectations. It was clean, staff was friendly, shuttle service was awesome, and the hot chocolate in the lobby was nice during December. Room was decent, I was happy there was a little fridge in there to keep drinks cold. And the Wi-Fi worked fairly well in our room. Now it's definitely not a 4 star hotel but I was pleasantly surprised with it and on a super tight budget, it was definitely a good choice. I would chose again.

Holy crap — — stay away! Dirty, horrible experience Breakfast included? Here's two kinds of cereal and half a gallon of milk. We asked them to put more coffee in the coffee machine since it was making flavored water, and they said we had to wait until some random ass person came to do it himself. What? Room was dirty, ants everywhere. Shampoo bottles opened, dirty soap. Told we'd be given a discount for extending our stay for a few hours since our plane didn't leave until very late at night. Guess what? No discount, because "the housekeepers would be leaving and the room would stay dirty all night. " (Well it was dirty in the first place! ) No duh, we told you we'd stay longer; why even mention the discount in the first place? Horrible horrible horrible experience Avoid at all cost (We paid $130 for a. 5-star hotel)

This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with any hotel. The service is awful and the staff is not friendly or accommodating at all. Save yourself the time and upgrade to a hotel worth staying at.

It's not terrible. Not unsafe. Kinda skeezy. But for an unexpected overnight stay, it was perfect: cheap and with a shuttle to the airport.

This is a 2 star hotel, so for a 2 start hotel, it's below expectations. Needed a place to stay the night and I booked on my phone so got the place a bit cheaper. Pros: Has a fridge and microwave, separate sink not in same room with toilet and shower, bedding was clean, free parking, clean toilet and bath, close to airport. Cons: continental breakfast is cerealand milk, no food, I repeat. No food. The soap looks extremely old, the packet looked used n rusted, they actually left half used shampoo in the bathroom and its been there for a couple cycle because the paper looked like it had gone through a couple wet and dey cycles. They didn't have toothpaste. Good thing we are driving home and not to a meeting. Didn't like the setup of having a window where ppl walk right by. It wasn't loud, nor did anyone disturb us but if it was somehow left open, someone could potentially climb into your room though I expect that not to happen much but ppl are crazy. Old style wall paper, duvet and carpet but who really cares. In summary, I wouldn't stay here again.

Best deal and experience for a 3 star hotel, convenient location, just by O'Hare airport and easy access to public transportation plus shuttle 24/7 to airport. Staff very friendly, clean and big rooms, I got one w king size plus little living room w couch, fridge and microwave. Nice TV. Always have nice deals, weekly rates available.

I wouldn't even say this place was worth one star! This is by far the shadiest, most unorganized place I have ever dealt with. I paid for one night stay for 4 people (meaning 2 queen beds) and 9 nights of parking through parksleepfly website. When we arrived at the rundown establishment I waited in line and listened as the front desk person told two other people in front of me that he didn't have reservations for them. The man at the front desk, who can barely speak or understand English, said the same to me. Luckily I had all my travel documents and receipts, all of a sudden he found our reservation. The room he put us in was disgusting and only had one bed! We were told after being hung up on a couple of times that blankets and pillows could be brought up and two people could sleep on the floor. Are you kidding my, just disgusting! Finally there was a shift change a man named Melvin moved us to a different room. We had a flight to catch in the morning, which is the reason we got a hotel that we could leave our car at. The front desk person told me it would be $9 per night to keep our car there. I said no, my receipt says everything is included, which I had to find once again. Not sure if they are just trying to rip everyone off or they really have no idea what is going on. They then demanded that we leave our car keys with them! What a joke, after all the unorganization and shadiness now we are going to hand over our car keys? NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE!

Great efficient service being picked up from the airport. While it isn't the Hilton, you definitely get Hilton service for a much better price. It is very clean and pleanty of restaurants deliver directly to your room door. The staff is polite, friendly, and very accommodating. It is so convenient to have the shuttle take you directly to O'Hare. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay near the airport and who doesn't want to break the bank!
