Filthy, wet carpet in my room. Giant questionable red stain in the middle of the floor. Unscrubbed toilet. Trash in the hallway. Absolutely disgusting.

Very lovely place, very nice service.

We booked as a park sleep fly hotel. Hotel shuttle was over 50 minutes late leaving us in the cold and rain at the airport. Calling hotel desk was not helpful. Do not recommend using as an airport shuttle. Hotel is dated and a bit run down. Area where long term parking is does not feel secure at all as security code never changed in a week. Room was decent, lobby was nice. Would not recommend for park sleep fly.

Its nice to have your birthday party here. Its comfortable. And good service nice and quite.

Normally always stay here when we have flights out but last night I was very disgusted. I always check the bedding and when the comforter was held up in light you can see these weird stains. I don’t know if it’s mold or what but looks disgusting. I immediately took it off and used my own blankets I brought. I’ve never seen this before and honestly was disgusted.

DO NOT USE THEIR PARK N RIDE! We paid and parked to have access to shuttle back and forth. To airport. We just returned to Chicago and called for shuttle time which they said is always every 15 min after the hour and every 45 after the hour. They told us we get no shuttle back to our car unless we want to wait until 6pm tonight (it’s 12p now)

No food, no bar, got a minibar but unspoken… not even water. Got a coffee maker but no cups or coffee and flimsy plastic cups for maybe water. Bed and a bath for $100.00. No valet, no bell service yet charging premium prices. marriott, you need to get all of your cookies in one basket. Arne m sorenson, i'm calling you out.

We have stayed here for probably 10+ years when we fly out of OHare. This year when I booked they failed to mention their shuttle to and from airport only runs 4 hours a day, the restaurant and bar no longer is there, can’t accept money at front desk, very limited hot water, no Kleenex in bathroom. I understand CoVid but did not like being blindsided by lack of services. Probably will have to find another hotel next time we fly out.

Not happy with my 3 day stay very awful, paid almost 100 dollars a night for a subpar service.

The bar menu was so delicious. The hotel itself was OK but the bar… so good and the service was great.

We did a park and fly. Had no problem getting to the airport and from the airport. Will definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed having a restaurant here.

As a SPG Elite member and now Marriott elite member I advise everyone to stay far away from this dump of a hotel. I checked in with points and checked out literally 20 minutes later. This place is a disaster and disgusting! Don't waste your points yet alone pay for this giant crap hole.

On a positive note, the food was very good at this hotel and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and I found a bed bug, and thus switched rooms. Then I noticed that I had left my phone charger in the first room, but it was not returned to me although I asked several times to check with maintenance. Also, unless you have a car, you're stuck in an unattractive industrial area with nowhere to go.

Good place, nice restaurant and bar. Rooms have been updated. Vans run all the time from door 2 at the shuttle center, which is nice. Sits by itself so if you're looking at walking to some where else to eat your only choice is the Subway at the gas station nearby.

Easy to check in, room was nice and cool when we first walked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. A crib was provided quickly when we asked. Airport shuttle runs about every 20 minutes and is pretty good. The pool area is clean and nice, with 3 foot and 9 foot depths separated by a rope. Elevator is a bit too small for the luggage trolley. Check in was fast. Overall this was a nice hotel that I would return to.

Hotel is very close to the airport, but it is not super easy to get over there and back. With traffic and road closures Google maps is not up to date. So… give yourself extra time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. This is an older hotel. There was water damage on the doors/windows and in the bathroom. The bathrooms are very small if more than one person is getting ready there is no overflow space. They could put a mirror above the coffee bar for overflow to accommodate. Lots of well lit parking. The hallways and common areas are clean as well.

Beautiful reception area! Loved it. The staff was great, always polite and smiling ths whole time. If we needed anything they were readily available and worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was so lovely. Sad I didn't save any of the pictures I took. Great place though.

The bath wasn't draining water properly. The microwave wasn't working properly but was nice to have one for use. Parking was paid for separately $12. The rooms should be checked before anyone arrives so they know which rooms need maintenance. However. Sheraton is always my best choice. I have had one of my launch in one of their halls in a different country and their service is top notch, I will pick them any day.

For the price it was not worth it. $99 a night plus you had to pay $15 to park on campus… wtf?. Bathroom was small no vent for shower. The room we booked, the AC wasn't working it was hot in the room. Waited around for maintenance to fix… he couldn't so we had to move all our stuff to another room. Guy at desk was not very personable for that type of position. All access doors were not locked. Ive paid more at a "cheaper" hotel and was much happier with the stay and the whole experience. Wouldn't go back to Four Points… not to mention there "Mirage" restaurant was way over priced for the quality.

My son traveled from Ireland alone yesterday he had a few problems at the airport and along the way but I must say when he reached to this hotel the Staff could not have done enough to help him thank you so much for your kindness and care it's much appreciated from a very greatful Irish mother! Xxx.

We were at a wedding. The Kennedy banquet. Very small venue. Tight places. HVAC was up & down. Decor & lightning was beautiful. The ambience was romantic and special for the couple.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The staff was extremely rude. Aubrey the maintenance man was very unprofessional. Corporate should hire more professional managers. By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. They also have bed bugs.

Annoyed that the hotel gym is no longer available 24 hours. It’s abailable from 5-11, which is fine if your staying on a vacation. I am here for work and have to be in the shower by the time that it opens. I asked an employee the night before about opening the gym early. She said that it’s up to the person working, however I woke up early and called down to double check. She made an excuse that the automatic doors that “lock” the gym won’t open until 5am. That there was nothing she could do. I find that extremely hard to believe. Especially since the employee the night before did it’s up to the employee. Also the airport has travelers coming and going all hours of the day, it should be 24 hours especially since it is in the lobby and AWAY from all guests rooms so it cannot disturb anyone.

Was there for a quick 1 night and flew out the next day. Nice to be able to leave the car there while traveling. Amenities were good and a free shuttle to the airport was nice as well.

Generally nice hotel — rooms were clean, staff was friendly, very nice lobby. The room had free water bottles which is an underrated bonus. The thermostat in our room didn’t work great, it was cold most of the night. Some of the room dimensions and features were a little weird, but overall it was very nice!

Nice hotel, very nice staff. They advertise a hot tub which is why I chose this place. There is no jacuzzi as advertised. I am a little upset about this. Otherwise good experience so far. Pool is decent size and parking is good. Rooms are good and came with a fridge which I did not expect. Would stay here again. Lost a star for false advertisement of the hottub.

Given its price and accommodations, for business or family, I'd never stay here. Rooms are old, carpet looks old (but appeared clean). Don't get me wrong… Beds, bath, and rooms are otherwise reasonably clean. So what's wrong? Given the heavy competition from other hotels and chains within a 2.5 mile radius, there are plenty other more modern updated alternatives for just a few $more per nite.

Stayed for a night before an early flight out of O'hare, overall experience is positive. Shuttle is reliable every 20 minutes, and stops at Terminal 5, but can get a bit crowded. Room is clean, not too much noise, pleasant environment. One downside is the digital clock near the bed, seems they forgot to reset/clear the alarm after the previous guests checked out, so I got woke up at 4:00 a. M. Which is quite surprising.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The front desk staff never smiled and were less than customer service minded. The pool was under construction along with the weight room and there was no breakfast included with the stay. On our way out of the city we remembered that we had left a charger in the room so we went right back. We were able to go back to the room but it had been removed during the cleaning. The staff seemed very irritated and upset when we asked for them to look for it before we left. This will be my last stay at a Sheri.

Stayed here to have close access to parking garage we had reserved for a trip out of O'Hare. Only stayed for one night and just late evening to very early morning. However, room was very clear, staff was nice, and overall we had a good experience. For the price we paid, I felt it was a good deal.

I love the four points hotels, but for some reason the American ones don't have a room fridge which I find annoying. The bedding is high quality, the rooms are nice and clean, and the shower on this one was one of the best showers I've ever had. I also found it odd we were charged for over night parking and that wasn't mentioned online when we booked the room, I guess my fault for not checking if there was free parking but you kinda assume there is. It was only 12 dollars, and the room was very reasonable even with the parking, just two things I found odd to not include.

Wonderful customer service, large rooms, and they do have a fridge in the rooms now. We were disappointed in the restaurant after reading other reviews just because the menu is incredibly small with maybe… MAYBE… 20 items to choose from. After reading reviews mentioning Ruebens and stuff we were looking forward to dinner. We ended up just going for fast food. They didn’t even have burgers.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle was very convenient to go back and forth to the airport.

I only stayed one night but I liked the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. Coffee was given. Shuttle to the airport was available every 20 minutes. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Room was clean, spacious and had multiple elevators to access it. The fitness center and especially pool were also very nice. The mirage restaurant next door had great wings, Reuben, and easy service, and the hotel staff were accommodating when we requested for a late check out. Great experience in all.

Great location — 5 minute shuttle to the airport. Driver was really friendly, and drove safely (have you ever been on a shuttle and wondered if you'd get there alive? ). Clean accommodation, modern. Everything in the room worked.

Stayed here when we had a canceled flight out of O'Hare. Very nice place and helpful/cheerful staff. Room was excellent. Would definitely return if ever would need to overnight here. The restaurant (Mirage) had ribs that were among the best I've had.

The Hotel is very well located, very close to O'Hare airport. It has a roundtrip airport shuttle service. The rooms are very well equipped and very clean. The Chicago fashion Outlet is located near the hotel, for fashion lovers.

Avoided this place over a year since the last time I was here, housekeeping came into the room regardless of the green choice being displayed on the door. My bridal shower gifts were stolen and the room was partially clean. The bed was made but the dirty towels were still on the floor. A report was made but nothing was done including an apology. Flash forward to last night, where my husband and I had to stay at this property again. The green choice was disregarded and housekeeping cleaned partially again. This time a dirty towel was left behind, lotion was not restocked, and one bottle of water was provided I stead of two. Regardless, a level of trust and expectation is there that has been broken. I would not recommend this property to anyone and the manager should be ashamed for their lack of guidance to their employees and inadequate customer service for the entire situation.

Beautiful on the inside and very nice rooms located near the airport with an airport shuttle. I liked the restaurant happy hour from 4-7pm that offered light fare and drink specials and the items off the menu were just as delicious. We had nice service and clean rooms with very comfortable beds.

Rooms were bare bones, no mini fridge in rooms, walls seemed thin — room next to me was just watching news and sometimes they coughed and it felt like I could hear them all. BUT my room was clean and nicely stocked, the bed and pillows were comfy, and the showers were hot and had tons of water pressure. Also the Wi-Fi was decent. The restaurant appeared horribly expensive so I didn't go near it. For example, a basic breakfast started at 15 bucks. On Sunday night the hotel appeared to be under staffed, there were uncleaned messes. On the other hand, I attended a two day business event at the hotel and the staff and service for our business event was amazing. The food and coffee was catered by the hotels restaurant and it was excellent. What I wish I had known: with no free parking and high priced food and no way to keep chilled drinks — on other trips to Chicago it might make more sense to stay at a hotel with a higher booking price if it saves me the extra costs.

Excellent for in transit flight on next day with swimming pool open 5 to 11. Transportation to and from Chicago O'Hare International Airport is easy. Free shuttle runs every 20 minutes to O'Hare from 5 — 12 AM and by reservations only after midnight. Shuttle stop on arrival terminal 5 outside entrance E (SE direction) & to/from terminal 1 Bus/Shuttle Center at Level 1 of the Main Parking Garage.

I only stayed a couple of hours overnight here since my flight was delayed until morning. The staff at the front desk and on the phone were extremely friendly and accommodating. The price was better than many of the other hotels around. They also had a shuttle to the airport that leave every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day which is extremely convenient. I was pleased with my stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel. Well kept, good service. Room was no ready when we checked in so we had to wait for about 20 minutes but the desk agent was very nice and told us as soon as it was ready and even offered a few drink vouchers for having us wait, which we declined, but the offer was nice :) We were there for a wedding. Room set up was nice, food was good, and then we visited the bar afterwards. The bar was a bit dated but the bartender was great!

I missed my flight from O'Hara to NY and had to find a place for the night. I ended up choosing the Four Points hotel because they had the most reasonable price of $85. Upon arrival I was very impressed. They had a connecting restaurant and night club which were very eloquent. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The service was great and the staff was very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

We had a great experience at the Mirage for dinner. We only stayed over because we had an early flight but everything was good. Customer service was great. We had a room with no a/c and they switched us within 10 minutes to a better room. Would stay again.

Rated at a 3 due to it being a very clean hotel, very close to airport. Maybe a 10 min shuttle ride. Building is older, but also seemed to be very quiet on the interior. They have a nice lobby and restaurant, and being able to leave your vehicle there for $12/day makes it a very nice package. Room was just under $100 When I booked it. If the rooms were a bit more up to date, it probably would have made an easy 4.

We stayed at the 4 Points Sheraton at O'Hare the night before flying home in the morning. I have to honestly say we'd stayed at a Super 8 in Indiana all week and was much happier with that property. The Sheraton didn't provide a microwave or refrigerater. The room and hallways looked older and not nearly as nice. I probably wouldn't choose this property again. The one plus I can think of is they gave us a great veterans discount.

Nancy, the older lady working front desk was really rude and Loud! Very inconsiderate. For this reason she put a big damper on the happy day we were having… will never stay there again because of her ruthless service. She was just simply aweful and unkind. One good thing was the super shuttle drivers to airport and the maids were super also. But the service we got from nancy the front desk was basically traumatizing.

Nice hotel! Good fixtures, friendly staff, free shuttle to Chicago O'Hare every 20 minutes. Breakfast not included, but nice food in the restaurant.

Biggest p. O. S. Hotel! NEVER EVER STAY HERE! I booked my wedding at the mirage (no complaints there). But the hotel gave our guests 2 weeks prior to wedding to book a room. Well they booked up our blocks with other guests and we got 6 rooms for our 250 wedding guests. I will make it a point to tell EVERYONE I KNOW about this place. I will tell all my customers, family, friends, everyone I know getting married never to come here.

Nice looking hotel. No fridge or microwave in room though. Forgot my phone charger at home, USB ports in the room didn't work with the cord from my car charger. Asked the front desk if they had any spare chargers and they told me to go down to the gas station and buy one. Nice looking place, but lacking on amenities.

Very avarage. The rooms are clean, the house keeping staff is good. But for the price you pay you get nothing. There is no microwave or refrigerator in all rooms, only the executive rooms have it. Parking is paid ($10/ day) Breakfast is not included. Wifi speed is ok, not great. So overall the price is only because it is close to the airport. Won't recommend.

I was very, very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. In addition to the hotel room being subpar, I also tore my clothing on a broken barbed wire fence while jogging near the premises that was hanging off of the fence, jutting into the hotel walkway. When I notified the front desk staff of this I was told the General Manager would get back to me to resolve the situation (on two separate occasions), which never happened. It is unfortunate that when you raise a concern to this hotel in a courteous manner they choose to ignore it. Perhaps if I had screamed at them instead of calmly registering my complaint I could have at least gotten someone to acknowledge my concern and perhaps at least prevent future injuries for others.

We love staying at Starwood properties and most are memorable for the high quality, though every so often, one leaves us wanting — enter the O'Hare Four Points. Very nice lobby area, but as soon as you step into the hallways, things are old, you're apt to find empty trays in the stairways and the elevators smell musty. The rooms were decent, but were obviously a renovation from something like an airport HoJo. Our first room smelled of smoke and shame… though mostly of smoke. We called the front desk and were told they would come up with some "spray" and that no other rooms were available. Telling them that wouldn't work and that we'd wait resulted in us getting moved to another room… next door. This was a good fix, but we didn't appreciate the standard lines of "we don't have anything so please enjoy your gruel". Once in the room, the AC was nice and cold and the beds were solid, the TV left us wanting however — a little on the small side and a very un-sensitive remote. The bathrooms were very European minimalist. Dear O'Hare Four Points — Welcome to the USA where we enjoy large bathrooms with non-pretentious toilets, light switches that flip up and down and room for more than one person wearing skinny jeans and a turtle neck. But I digress — on the plus side, the internet was free and we got free water in the room. This is the rare miss for a Four Points and as such, we're not planning on coming back.

The only down side was the parking. People were parking on sidewalks and in places that were not parking spots. Other than that it is a really nice hotel. I was only there for a business event so I don't know of what the rooms are like. They do have a parking garage neer by but you have to pay for the parking.

Very nice, clean room. We left for VA and parked the week there. They gave us a shuttle to and from the airport. The food was delicious! Had a very romantic supper for two in front of the fireplace before we left on vacation. What a great start! I will always recommend Four Points Sheraton.

Had left my suit in room closet… hotel staff and shuttle driver coordinated and brought it to me at airport. Very cool, thanks guys!

The event rooms are very nice, I go for a conference, and it can be very noisy with all of the wedding's happening. Also parking is crazy, there are cars parked on all of the curve and sidewalks. The restaurant and bar is nice and the employees are helpful. Overall four points is a good location for our group which consists of people all over the Chicago land area.

Good clean simple airport hotel. Service was acceptable, Wi-Fi was strong enough for work and quick and easy airport shuttle.

Decent Wi-Fi, very very very very worn out rooms. Staff is very average. I tried lunch and while the staff there was good, the food was more than bland. Overall it's an extremely average airport hotel. Would I stay again? If I had to… But not by choice.

Very accommodating for a walk up customer. Had rooms available, and even a late check out the next day. Complimentary appetizers were served in the restaurant from 4-7pm so it was nice to grab a snack in the lounge. Shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent. Will definitely plan on staying there again!

Close to the airport. Good service. Basic rooms. Wi-Fi though was almost unusable, DNS lookups regularly timed out and page loads were slow.

Very nice room good food, great customer service, revamped well, showers were hot and great water pressure, pillows were perfectly puffy, great room service, soft beds… but can SOMEONE teach their shuttle drivers how to drive? I mean it is super convenient but… wow. I am always THRILLED to come to a stop light. I stayed 6 days, rode NUMEROUS times with mearly ALL their drivers… It was not great… but glad for the service just wish it was not as herky jerky crazy revving on and off and ON and off and Onnnnn and off… they are all nice and sweet but it is the only improvement I could see that is needed.
