Quiet location. Great customer service. Delicious food. Perfect drinks (thanks James). Nice room service. Clean rooms. My only concern was the room temperature. Unseasonably warm, even after the hotel Engineer attempted to adjust the air conditioner. My room temperature never got below 77°.

Great brunch. So many choices. Will visit next time.

The food was over priced and terrible; afterwards we went to the pool area, the water in the hot tub was cool, and the pool was over chlorinated.
Will not be coming here again.

This is my first time staying in the Doubletree I love this hotel. The staff is AMAZING the room service is Remarkable. The whole staff is very polite and very nice. The maids are very nice and polite I had asked for more coffee and sugar and creamer more times then I can say and they are very sweet. This hotel is the prettiest hotel I have ever seen I guess it's because I'm a small town country girl. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come stay here I've had such a great time here it makes me not want to go back home to Michigan. I will definitely be coming back to the Doubletree. Thank you staff for having a great service.

Stayed here for a wedding. Great place but I wish the rooms had fridges available. Very comfy beds and pillows. Would recommend!

There's no fridge, no microwave, that's a negative. There are also advantages. Very clean, neat. The shower is equipped for the disabled, it is very commendable that there are such rooms. There is a cafe where you can eat.

I would have to work really hard to find an issue with my stay. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was extremely nice and professional. The room was nice and comfortable. I felt that the time spent in my room was refreshing and provided no hinderance for providing a good night of sleep. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent. It is evident that the quality is well worth the price for the buffet. If given the opportunity, I would make this property my first choice to stay in Lisle.

Super clean carpets, glass chandeliers on the ceilings everywhere making it look fancy, bathrooms had automatic soap dispensers. Plenty of chairs and couches in the hallways. Only thing I did not like was… they did not have automatic doors to get into the building witch was hassle.

Window AC unit was noisy, so went over to check the vents. Noticed that the unit was nearly 1" away from the wall and daylight shining through. I reported this to the front desk first thing the next morning. And through my stay, no one fixed the problem or asked additional questions. I'd asked for foam pillows too, and those were undelivered. The TV was on a slide-out platform that would not stay in the cabinet unless the doors were closed. Even though they've remodeled the lobby and bar area, the restaurant and rooms still have the old carpeting and furniture. Hallway carpets are quite tired and can use a refresh as well. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom products are Crabtree and Evelyn, which is nice even if a bit over fragranced.

When we first met with the Hilton, we were very excited to see what was to come, but as over the months went by during the wedding planning, we were met with numerous bumps in the road… such as the staff we were meeting/emailing with, kept turning over. I think at the end, over a period of 1 year, we spoke with 4 different people regarding our event. Because of this, they did upgrade us to the larger ballroom at no extra minimium. Bonnie was thankfully always prompt to respond to my emails and get back to me! The food was amazing. We offered a chicken, beef and vegetarian dish and we had no complaints from anyone. The one thing I instanlty noticed was that the caluliflower was different than what we had previously tasted. Our cake… drool… was delicious. Service was top notch and my drink was never empty. People continue to tell us how amazing the food was. The hallways, especially on the 7th floor were always warm, and as it was a busy weeeknd, waiting for an elevator was uncomfortable. There was some issues with the group rates that my parents had to discuss with management regarding better rates online that included breakfast than what was offered to our group rate. The parlor room was a great space for entertaining and getting ready the morning of, however, the fridge took a while to cool down. It would have been nice to have a bigger fridge or even a microwave in there. Our room on the executive floor was absolutely amazing.

Excellent hotel room at a reasonable rate. Front desk staff made a great recommendation for a late-night place to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was in clean and neat condition, everything was great; exactly what I have come to expect from Hilton. I missed having a mini fridge, but I survived. The dining room was delicious both for dinner and brunch. My dinner was one of the best steaks I had ever eaten, and if I am back here for business, I will definitely set aside time for the food.

The gentleman who was their bellhop was super nice. We chatted briefly and was just very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. I absolutely loved the pillows. We were there for a wedding reception & the room it was in was beautiful. The food they had at the reception was SOOOOOO good. The staff who helped with the reception were extremely professional, polite & efficient. It was an all around great experience. We also had a false alarm fire & they ushered us out effectively & then also offered bottles of water. I was very happy with my stay. My only complaint was the room they had the reception in got extremely hot (in my opinion) however my stay was amazing & the staff is so e of the best I've ever dealt with. I do not remember the bellhop's name or the wedding coordinator (who was also very nice & efficient) but I do remember George of the reception staff & Helen. I came in with the bride the night before & Helen introduced herself which I thought was wonderful. She seemed to have ran everything flawlessly. Great event & great 2 night stay. Thank you!

Room was very nice, bed and pillows super comfy, very clean. Staff were very nice. Hilton never disappoints.

The hallways are very long, it's a v shaped building, there is only 2 ways in/out… the lobby and the pool in the back. Staff is accommodating, I needed a fridge for meds and I got it in less than 5 min. Be prepared to walk a lit in this building.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Nice and quiet. No fridge or microwave. Pool with access to the balcony!

We ate at the restaurant inside this hotel. The lobby and parking lots are always clean. The food is fresh and amazing and the service is perfection.

I stayed in a room a friend reserved for a convention we were attending. I had never stayed on a Hilton before and am impressed. The room was exceptionally clean and neat, and the beds were comfortable. The food is excellent, and the staff friendly. They do go out of their way to help you. The elevators were fast moving and readily available. The only criticism I have is it is nearly impossible to figure out how to use the Wi-Fi password and when you finally do, you keep getting kicked off and having to re-enter it. Wifi is pretty important to most of us, so it shouldn't be so difficult to use. However, that is the only criticism, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really liked the room but restaurant is extremely slow. We also had a meeting there, that was a pretty bad experience, employees not very friendly and after set up they never came back to fill up anything. I wouldn't recommend this place for any meetings.

Only one elevator working, smells like vomit. Only lavender soap in bathrooms, no good for allergies. Totally screwed up our reservation, wrong type, not in the block of rooms reserved for our group. The call-girls in the lobby talking to their clients added interesting color to the experience. Sinks in the bathroom are too high for little kids and there’s no bath just a shower stall. Not good for young families. Oh and you have to pay for Wi-Fi.

The hotel is good, but not my style. I prefer to have a refrigerator and a microwave oven in my room to allow me to make my own snacks and to nutritionally supplement meals. There is a microwave oven in the market room near the front desk. The parking is not good, but there were at least enough parking spaces for those of us who could walk to the back lot. My wife had problems getting comfortable with the chair and desk. I'm quite a bit taller and do not have as many physical problems, so I could adapt better. The staff was stellar. Housekeeping and the ladies at the front desk were excellent. Ron, the shuttle driver went over and above my expectations every time.

Nice looking rooms — that I'll give them. However, the elevators are terrifying. We stayed on the fourth floor and got on the elevator to go to the lobby. It shot us up to the 8th floor and then immediately dropped us back down to the 4th with a huge jolt. The maintenance man told us one of the elevators was totally broken, one worked "a little" and one was fine. There are a total of three. We were booked for a big student convention. We also prepaid meals, but couldn't eat because although they insisted they had gluten free, the entree was a plain salad on a flour tortillas. When I tried to talk to the manager she told me that I could just"pick the salad" off the tortilla. Food service should know better.

I enjoyed it here and would recommend. Only spent 2-3 nights here. I particularly liked the open and spacious layout of the lounge/bar area just off the side of the lobby-front desk. Everything was clean, helpful staff, and close to dining and shopping!

Older hotel but facility seems well maintained, rooms are clean. Staff also very helpful and friendly. The meeting rooms were well kept and spacious. Nice quiet location but close I-88 highway to the airport and downtown Chicago. Also only minutes from downtown Naperville and the Aurora outlet mall.

We went to the hotel for a wedding last night. The venue was very elegant. Dinner service was well executed and the dishes were tasty! Bonus points for that. Overall level or service was exceptional throughout the entire evening. Bride and groom were very happy and did not have to worry about anything. Would recommend for wedding receptions :)

The Hilton staff is phenomenal. Been using this venue for business events for years and they've always been super professional and taken great care of us. They've really updated the whole hotel. Definitely recommend this place.

If you are booking via Priceline express deal — do yourself a favor and pay $5 more per night to stay across the street at Sheraton — it is significantly nicer and the front desk is far more accommodating. I have stayed at both several times before, but this will be the last time I come to Hilton. There was a large party — and at 31 weeks pregnant the front desk thought a good idea to put us next to this group/party … in a room with an adjoining door that was paper thin. I called down to complain about the noise and explain that I was very pregnant/needed sleep — and he said he would send a security guard up. Never called back to check if resolved (it wasn’t). In addition there is water/mold in the corner of the room. I will be writing a letter of complaint to corporate tomorrow.

Went to Allgauers restaurant in the hotel. While the prices are somewhat expensive, it is warranted. The shrimp bisque is amazing, the food is prepared extremely well, the service is outstanding and the chocolate cake was decadent. Money well spent.

We did not stay at the hotel as guests. My family went to Allgauers restaurant for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was delicious. The variety was great. There was something for everyone to enjoy, even my extremely picky 6 year old. The food was hot and everything was cooked perfectly and kept perfectly in the serving line. It was a bit pricey if you aren't having drinks and the kids rate was high at $22.50. My 6 year old ate a few pieces of bacon, 2 breakfast sausage links, a roll, some grapes and dessert. On the other hand my 11 year old eats like an adult so he got his money worth. Over all we would go again.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner spread at Allgauers restaurant locates in the Hilton hotel. Food was fantastic. Pretty much everything you can think of to eat, they had it. All of it delicious!

Location is very easy to distinguish from the road. Great place right off the highway. Carpets redone within the last year which brings a more modern look. Updated some chairs for our event for comfort and look. Service always on point when needed for chairs, tables, pads of paper, pens, water and mints! Would recommend for any event!

Hotel and restaurant were all the best with one exception; Saturday morning, my last morning there, I tried to call room service three times between 6:30 and 6:45 (room service is advertised as beginning at 6:00). Never got a reason why from the front desk. Therefore, four stars, not five.

The front desk, concierge, and event management staff have bent over backwards to make sure that everything is just right. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Great choice for any event!

We had a very nice stay. Room was well appointed. It was weird that there was no mini fridge in the room, but otherwise we had no complaints at all. Bar was nice and we were able to catch some of the Bears game there.

The foyer was lovely looking and the room we were given the presentation in was clean and elegant. We were provided adequate refreshments. Overall pleasant.

The new decor is great. The breakfast buffet at Alguers was very good. Our room was very quiet and peaceful. Very clean.

Great staff. We were actually booked at another hotel but at 1pm they had no rooms available to check in. Called Hilton and they got us in and had rooms available immediatley. We were able to get changed and make the wedding we were attending. Room was nice and clean, lobby bar was decent.

We just had a wonderful wedding reception in Hilton Lisle! Taylor has been very easy to work with and very helpful. Everything worked out perfectly during wedding night and all the guests were pleased by the food, service, and surroundings and everything else. Highly recommend Hilton Lisle/Naperville for wedding reception.

Went for the Champagne brunch. Awesome service, absolutely delicious food on the buffet. I have dietary restrictions and there are so many choices I can eat… all yummy. The wait staff is so attentive and sincerely friendly. A great morning.

I was at a party and the room was very nice. Only thing that stands out is the massive crytal chandeliers which make the room seem very grand. Their is also a nice outside space in front of the room which is nice for appetizers and another socializing area for the party. There is also a good amount of parking. This is a good place to hold a event.

I worked with the Hilton/Lisle Naperville for a wedding I recently coordinated at their location. To start with: Taylor was absolutely incredible in helping me connect all of the pieces to the puzzle after being hired only 2 weeks before the wedding! Then the banquet staff, every single one of them was friendly & professional. And to add to the experience, even the front desk staff, who have no responsibility to me, the planner, was helpful and kind! I could not have asked to work with a more accommodating group of professionals, that helped me so much in making sure the wedding day went on without issue! As a wedding planner, I would highly recommend hosting your wedding at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville!

Very uhhhhmazing brunch great service … one server in particular his name is Mario and his last name starts with an "A" not sure what it was … but uhmazing service very great server … I will recommend him to all that come in to dine.

Overall I was pleased with Hilton Lisle/Naperville, but they didn't go out of their way to impress me. The rate was excellent, but much of that was because of my company's corporate rate. The building felt old. It wasn't dilapidated. But the décor felt outdated, the seventh floor smelled musty, and the power was out for a couple hours on my second day. And the elevators were super slow. The rooms were tidy and clean. Housekeeping did a very good job. I did not eat in the restaurant, but several co-workers told me it was good. The bar was sad. The bartender had a very light hand. I drink my liquor straight, and my double was more like a single shot. The drinks were overpriced. The staff was not friendly, nor did they go out of their way to serve. For instance, on the second evening when the power was out in my room, I went to work in the bar which still had power. I was there for 45 minutes to an hour and not once did any of the servers or the bartender ask if I needed anything. The room itself was comfortable. The bed was great. I had a good night's sleep both nights. I did not utilize the gym or pool/spa area. If you don't require amazing service, updated decor, or anything fancy, this hotel is a good value.

The hotel venue had plenty of space for the wedding we were attending. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was super nice, only charging us for one brunch instead of two when we were in a rush. My only complaint was constantly waiting for the a bartender or the elevator, but that was expected given the three weddings that were occurring.

Rooms were clean and had good light. The elevators were horribly slow and constantly crowded. The bar only had one bartender even though there were 3 concurrent weddings happening on a Saturday night, which led to massive lines and wait times.

I attended a work conference held at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville. While I did not stay as a guest, I did spend about three hours there in a conference room. The food provided was excellent. Two types of scrambled eggs, bagels, sweet rolls, and fresh fruit. Beverages were Starbucks coffee, tea, and juices. The bagel was fresh and they provided a toatster, which is a must for me. Butter, cream cheese, and a jelly assortment were available for toppings. About the only thing missing that would made it perfect would have been peanut butter. The fresh fruit was indeed very fresh and juicy. The the accoustics in the room were a little muted, however my company presenters decided to not use the provided sound system. The staff was awesome. They didnt let any empty dish or cup sit for more than 30 seconds. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. It was a 5 star experience.

Stayed at the HGI for a friend's wedding. As always, Hilton knocks it out if the park. Clean rooms, very generous hotel staff, and beautiful design.

Only there for one night and not much time spent at the hotel. But the room was nice and clean. No complaints there. I ate at the hotel down in one of the large rooms used for meetings and I was impressed. The food was quite good, though the meal being paid for by the group holding the event could have introduced bias.

We booked the Lisle/Naperville Hilton as the hotel block for our January wedding, and we were so pleased that we did. The blocking process was simple — it took one phone call — and it even included a complimentary shuttle service for our guests between the venue (the Morton Arboretum) and the hotel. We simply had to pay gratuity for the shuttles, but it was a small price to pay for the convenience it offered our guests! Everyone enjoyed their stay the night of our wedding, and the hotel block room rate was very reasonable. Our room was lovely and as a very nice surprise, when we arrived the night of the wedding, the staff had put a bottle of champagne in our room, as well as chocolate covered strawberries. We are so happy with our decision to book at the Hilton and would highly recommend staying there to anyone getting married nearby!

Enjoyed my stay at the Lisle/Naperville Hilton where I attended a two-day seminar. Very clean and welcoming environment with friendly and helpful staff. The food at Allgauers was delicious. I recommend this hotel.

At th Holton in Naperville I had a great time because the elevators were fast and the guests were treated fairly.
