Normally I don't like posting bad reviews, but I've given this place multiple chances to change its tune but it hasn't so here we are. This place would get zero stars from me if that were an option. Our fridge leaks, one of the lamps doesn't work and we've mentioned this multiple times but it's never been fixed and we've been here for 2 months. If we had another hotel to stay that would allow our dog nearby we would be gone from here it's that bad. Housekeeping is a joke. Good luck getting it once a week like you're supposed to and telling management does no good. The manager is a complete joke. Had a conversation with him and he's useless. The only redeeming quality is the nice folks who work here but they seem to dislike management as much as the guests. They try to get stuff done but crappy management/manager doesn't allow anything to get changed. I know it seems like a good deal especially if you have a dog but don't stay here. Stay at a different Extended Stay no matter how far you have to drive.

This location seemed more beat up than most other Extended Stay venues. Room #1: My first room had a lamp which wouldn't turn on. When I was trying to isolate the problem, I found that the power cord was held together with electrical tape. The air conditioner had a settings knob which turned in a complete circle, so one could never be certain of the settings until it clicked "off" and then adjusting from there. … It also never cooled the room after an hour. And the bathtub turned out to have a loud, incessant drip. Unable to sleep comfortably in that room led me asking for another room. Room #2: Terrible water pressure in the shower, combined with a drain which, well, didn't drain. Otherwise, the room seemed a far cry better (with working air conditioning! ). But then, sleeping through the night, I found that I didn't need my alarm clock. The room, it turned out, also featured a refrigerator with an intermittent, loud drip inside. From the amount of water pooled inside, I thought the freezer was defrosting, but the ice was still frozen inside. Would I stay here again? Only after verifying temperature controls, and packing a set of earplugs.

For one night stay… yeah maybe u could go there. But anything more than one night please save your money and go somewhere better. They have one VERY rude and UNPLEASANT male staff, the non smoking rooms have people smoking right by your room, the second hand smoke is so bad that it feels like the cigarette is in your room. The Wi-Fi is terrible even with the advanced connection. Honestly if u stay one night yeah. U might not encounter that rude and unprofessional staff. U might get the other 2 polite and nice staff… the room is comfortable and clean. But for me my experience was ruined by that male staff, internet connection and second hand smoking.

Staff was very nice. The conditions were disgusting! Very dirty and things in the room did not work.

It's exactly what you expect. Meant for long stays, rooms have a basic kitchen, relatively clean.

Room was clean, hotel staff was friendly, and the coffee in the mornings was decent. Good location. Would stay again.

Booked a room for a weekend get away. It wss great. Loved having a fridge, microwave and stove top in the room.

This place is the best the rooms are very clean and the staff is super friendly.

Me and my grandmother got a room and the customer service was terrible at this extended stay they had no towels and wouldn't bring us any the room was dirty and when I asked for new blankets they said ok and never bring them. The employees were just playing on the job which I don't care about that but they were playing through the hotel while we were waiting for things they never brang us when called the manger she hung up on me I will not let this go because you shouldn't have to pay to have people disrespect.

The room was disgusting. I left with nine spider bites (in which I'm allergic). Yet all they wanted to offer was a free night after lying and stating I was offered another room during my stay. Outrageous. My stay was 3/21/18.

This IS the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. My room smelled of urine. My bedding smelled of cat urine. I was threatened by the hotel manager on the phone and when I asked for the district manager to contact me. He threatened me with physical violence when I returned to gather my belongings "there will be trouble when you return. " Apparently this was because I wore boxer shorts and a tshirt in the hallway to the vending machines. Both managers stated I broke a dress code policy and when I asked for a copy of the dress code, I was informed that no policy actually existed, but I would have to follow the policy if I wanted to continue my stay. When I voiced my disproval of my treatment I was informed the police had been called and I had less than 5 minutes to clear the property. And no refund would be given for any of the nights I had pre paid for. When I contacted priceline, they contacted the site manager and she relayed to them I was walking around naked in the hallways (which priceline noted on their system). The site manager admitted she didnt work nights and had no evidence other than other hotel guest complained of my nakedness. Listen. I dont walk around naked, I dont like to be naked, its a body image, self confidence issue. While I was on the phone with priceline customer service, the site manager started yelling at me, while I was removing my belongings, that I wasnt moving fast enough and I had now less than 5 minutes and the police had been called. Seriously.

I love this hotel. … its the best clean affordable. And. Save a lot of money. Because kitchenette. Staff is great. Adriana manager, sam, ed, jay and the other staff. Is awesome very helpful!

Quiet place with lots of comfort here. Desk help is greatly appreciated for their help and efficiency.

A very nice place. Quiet place to stay. Front desk people are very courteous and extra helpful. No noise in hallways and no smells of smoke or weed. We also noticed no young people that looked Scarry or someone would be afraid of. So far a great place to stay. I am going to refer this place.

They couldn't find my reservation I had to show them I had one. The room was ok. You had to ask for amenities. Tub had a constant drip. Had no maid service not even a knock at the door. Coffee was old at 9 am.

Friendly staff. Sam, Miceala & the Gm are amazing. Always willing to help an the rooms are spacious.

The staff is nice and professional the room is okay. The area is quiet and is close to shopping and restaurants. Everything works okay TV, bathroom, kitchen. All in all an decent hotel.

Pretty on point. Could only recommend the plain oatmeal for the free complimentary breakfast. No room service knocks down a star, but other than that — enjoy your extended stay (no pun intended)!

Room was comfortable. Water pressure was a bit low. Easy access to the hotel. Good for business travelers, not great for kids.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I stay in a lot of hotels, and I'm not a fussy person. I only needed a place to lay down my head for the night, and I booked this hotel because it was a reasonable rate and I didn't need a hotel with a pool for one overnight. It was also very conveniently located to my aunt who I was visiting. Bonus. It had a kitchenette! But… there were no dishes in the room? (you had to request to get them) and in the morning their "free breakfast" was a grab and go breakfast which consisted of packaged muffins and oatmeal (which you would need to request a bowl and spoon in order to eat it). No coffee maker in the room either, and when I asked if they had one I could use, I was told they could provide me with one, but that they didn't have any coffee packets. WHAT? When I went to fill up my coffee cup at 8:00 on a Sunday morning, the pot was empty, so I had to go back 10 minutes later to get my 4 oz. Cup of coffee filled. The room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. But why book a room with a kitchenette when there is nothing you can do in it? And I have NEVER stayed in a room, no matter how cheap, that didn't have it's own 4 cup coffee maker at the very least. I will never stay here again.

Very nice at a great price! Room came with a full scale fridge, freezer, a small stovetop, and a microwave. We even got a little welcome bag with water and Oreos. We had TV and free Wi-Fi. Pretty clean, although the elevator smelled a little. Would absolutely stay there again.

Decent place to stay if you are on a budget, it not an amazing place out there but there are many things that could have been done better, but overall it's alright for the price you pay. I believe the manager was Mark he was very helpful at all times.

Order pizza through dominos but had incorrect room number. I did not notice until I looked at my email. Dominos put me on a long hold so I used my other phone and Immediately called the front desk to let them know. The lady at the desk refused to notify him and would not give him my room number! Needless to say the delivery guy came and went.

Check in slow and desk clerk not helpful or friendly. Pure filth. Dust. Dirt. And grime. Check out staff was fine. The room is the reason people stay in hotels and this was the worst ever. Dirty towel on floor upon arrival. Place needs deep down cleaning.

Came with a rather large group and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice as well.

Do not stay at this hotel. Next time I will choose a Marriott, or any other establishment available to me. I am hesitant to even publish this review, as the lowest rating metric still includes the word "fair", which my experience has been anything but. I have received calls late at night to my room because the front staff was "missing" information in my file that they never requested at my check-in. I specifically and intentionally stated at my arrival that I wanted to be charged automatically, and have received sporadic charges, as well as previous calls requesting payment, and upon reconciliation have been told that I was never asked to sign a statement releasing my credit card info for such transactions — apparently the half of the time I have been assessed automatic fees has been outside of legality. I've never stayed at a hotel in which staff had utter disregard for the time at which they called patrons. My business schedule is demanding, and aside from being woken up at night, I've had to exert effort toward getting the air conditioning to function, as well as making sure that these amateurs receive payment. Rooms smell atrocious. Cleaning staff forgets to replace key amenities. I feel bad for anyone who wastes money anticipating any sort of quality in their stay at these establishments; do not make my mistake. Stay at one of the local Marriott efficiencies that offer competitive rates.

I felt like I was put in smoking room though the front desk confirmed it was a non smoking room — The toilet sink was not working and I had to call service folks multiple time times to get it fixed. Every time they said its working but flush was not working. — Front Desk was good — No good food options with in mile or 2.

Would not recommend. No towels in the room, I had to go down and get them myself and when I got some they felt like sandpaper (I have never felt a towel this abrasive in my life). Will be purchasing my own towels just for my stay. Room wreaked of smoke with burn holes in bedspread. Shower head made the bathing experience very difficult, no shampoo or body wash only a bar. The mattress was about as welcoming as the carpeted floor. I'm no hotel snob but this was less than enjoyable.

Odor in the room, dirty sinks, it was pretty much useless to have a kitchenette because the bad-very bad odor in the room was terrible. One star for a bed and a nice girl at the desk.
