Pool was very very dirty! The rooms had a nasty smell to them as well.

Our second night the front desk employee Katie was rude and had poor customer service skills. The pool area was small, couldn't accommodate the demands of the hotel.

I was in town for three days and had an excellent experience at this Holliday Inn! The general manager and her staff are an awesome group of individuals! I recommend this place highly!

My bf and I stayed in this hotel on our move to California. We brought along our dog and our cat. Both were accommodated under one pet fee which was very nice. The pet fee was only $25 as well. Very good service even though we checked in later at night. Beautiful lobby and room. Super clean. The bathroom was nicely stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and mouth wash. There is also complimentary comb, toothbrush, etc offered at the desk if needed. There’s a kerig in the room which was very convenient. The breakfast was amazing. 10/10. Lots of choices, fresh food, even fresh Cinnabon! Overall we were very impressed! Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Very clean, room service excellent. Front desk staff helpful n friendly. Gave us a fantastic rate for our daughters wedding. This will be our hotel from now on, very pleased. Oh the complimentary breakfast, actually really good.

Not very happy. The first room had hair on the sheets telling me the did not change them. The second room we ended up with bedbugs. The cleaning staff was not professional at all. Yelling down the hall at each other while I was walking through. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a very convenient location. I would stay there again but they need to retrain and preform follow up after the cleaning staff.

One of the nicest holiday inn express I’ve been to! Loved the clean lobby. Clean room. Wonderful renovations. Feels new. Convenient location off of I-70. Staff was friendly. Safe environment.

Room was clean, staff was great. The ac worked great. We liked the cucumber water they offer in the lobby. It is also close to a McDonald's, a convenient store as well as a good fireworks shop. If you need to stay in Terra Haute, I recommend this Holiday Inn.

Clean rooms nice pool and hot tub. Only complaint is that at 6am both days it is very noisy. Not sure exactly what the noise is but both mornings st 6am it started.

This place was a welcome relief. Very nice and the breakfast choices were better than most. They are addressing food allergies, the hostesses were very knowledgeable about the items being served. Improve the scrambled eggs though!

Convenient location by the highway and close to Rose-Hulman. Larger suites available and dog-friendly. Mostly fast food outlets nearby, but not a far drive to restaurants and the mall.

This place was very nice. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was quiet. We would happily stay here again!

Super clean comfortable room. I wish it had a freezer, the service was great easy check in and easy to access.

Housekeeping stole my wallet out of the nightstand. Front desk manager filed a report. Next day, different front manager knew nothing about it. Was called by someone higher up that told me insurance would contact me. Insurance got back to me 3 weeks later and says the hotel is not liable, case closed. No safe inside the room. If your things get stolen, it is your fault for not handing them over to the front desk. Avoid this place.

The hotel is new and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and they were sweet to him. Will stay there again.

Stayed here a couple times for work. Conveniently located next to the highway as well as Walmart and Meijer and a few food restaurants. The hotel isn't that old. It's very clean, staff were nice and polite. They have nice rooms, free breakfast, a gym, laundry, business center, a pantry for purchase, a gym, and a pool. The beds were comfortable. Overall happy with my stays. Would stay again when in the area.

This place is great. The evening staff were excellent at accommodating any needs we had. The customer service here is great, and Luke especially was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Luke!

The service was fantastic. Asked for new blankets and a few other odds and ends and they were more than accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and very clean.

Joseph helped us check us in and was extremely helpful after my brother's car got a flat. He tried calling walmart for us to see when they opened but they didn't answer. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the room was clean and comfortable. If I'm in Terre Haute again I would definitely stay here!

This is a fairly new hotel in Terre Haute. The guest services personnel were helpful and friendly, housekeeping were flexible, and the entire facility was clean and comfortable. I loved the fireplace sitting area in the dining room. Nice place to sit and relax.

These people love their fax machine. Other than that the room was great. Front desk staff was helpful — or at least as helpful as hotel regulations would allow them to be. Located conveniently in Terra Haute. Bookshop and Panda Express nearby, with a mall and a handful of other things nearby.

The front desk attendant was very attentive, friendly and remembered my amenity points. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean and well-appointed. My room was bigger than ordinary and had a kitchenette. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, so I was able to get those at the front desk at no charge. The bed left a little bit to be desired, but was comfortable enough to sleep in. The room was clean and smelled clean as well. Overall it was a really good night stay.

Really was clean and modern hotel, while the staff was friendly and super helpful. Amenities were nice. The Free Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Pet friendly, and the staff even was so helpful to watch over my dog for a little bit while I had to run out. 5 stars for sure. Places like this reminded me of what a great hotel experienced should be like. Even compared to when staying at a more re-known or downtown-like hotel. Just a great experience, and I'd highly recommend.

Very clean building, very friendly staff. Hot and tasty complimentary breakfast. Comfortable room, easy check out. All around very pleased with our stay. Would stay again if we travel thru this way again.

This is by far the nicest Holiday Inn and for that matter any other road trip hotel we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and outfitted much nicer than average. Our room was very neat and clean and also peaceful and quiet. The front desk was very helpful with reservation snafu and we were very grateful for their help in straightening it out. We will definitely stay there again.

What a nice hotel! … We reserved a room because we where going for a college visit at Rose Hulman. I am glad we did there were storms the night before and there was power outages so the hotel was sold out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Considering the hotel was sold out it was very quiet. The breakfast was very good and filling. Again I figured with the hotel being sold out that the breakfast area would be would be crazy, but to my surprise even though there were people having breakfast there was still seating available, the breakfast stayed stocked and very clean. There where many options including omelets, pancakes, ham/sausage, cereal, sweet rolls just to name a few. I have booked many hotels online and you never know what you will get until you arrive. I was very happy with my stay and when I come back this is where will stay again. Thanks!

This is probably the nicest Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed it. It is newly built with clean rooms in a nice quiet area off of I-70. The breakfast was good and our room even had a kitchenette with a sink and a full sized refrigerator. I will definitely book again when returning to Terre Haute for a visit.

Had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend while traveling in from Chicago. ABC Transportation Service brought the Loyola Ramblers Women Soccer team to play Indiana State University Sycamore's Women's Soccer team. Loved the room very comfortable, microwave, mini fridge, swimming pool, and a whirl pool which makes all the difference to a bus driver. Loved the big screen TV in the lobby as me and a couple of Cubs fans enjoyed watching the Cubs victory the LA Dodgers. We are going to the World series baby! The staff was awesome. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Thanks. :-)

Very nice, staff were very friendly, bed was comfy. A bit noisy early bu not bad unless you're a late sleeper.

In town for graduation at Rose-Hulman. Great location and friendly staff. No issues!

Nice hotel in general, with ok breakfast. Wireless Internet didn't work, and we found someone else's dirty socks in between the bed covers when we went to go to sleep.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and dog friendly. Wonderful people working there. Great place to stay when we bring out dog to visit our daughter at Rose-Hulman.

Easy access from interstate 70. Newer hotel and clean rooms. Decent fitness room. Friendly staff.

The hotel is wonderful, they have a water pitcher with fresh fruit in the lobby. The rooms are clean. The excercise room is clean with okay equipment. The biggest drawback is the slow internet. I was trying to check my work email and it took forever to load and websites seem to never load.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites was very clean and our room was a good size. The staff was very friendly and professional. It accepts pets, which made it less stressful while we were traveling across country. The breakfast was fantastic!

Good staff, great clean rooms, decent sized pool for my kid and I to swim. I'd give this hotel A PLUS all the way through. I've stayed there several times and just love the breakfast and the managers are pretty hot. Especially the head manager.
