We spent two nights here. The location of hotel is close to our destination and a lot stores near to it which is great. They also have free breakfas (bread toasts, cereal, pancakes and, oatmeal, yogurts) from 5am to 9am. Can't complain about price but first of all, our reservation was for Deluxe King room, they gave us Queen room. They said that room we reserved has some technical problem that's why they gave us a different room. Than we were waiting about 15min to get another room and when we finally came inside everything was dirty, room was dark and the worst thing is that towels wasn't changed, bed sheet probably wasn't charged too, because there was some stains. Good that we took our own towels and bed sheet from home… And they have only coffee in the room, no tea like it says on website.

Checked in with my service animal and thank God I had her paperwork or else it would have been a 55 dollar pet fee. I've never heard of that before. Insane. Wifi was so slow videos didnt play properly. Also my room didn't have the air on in it and it was very hot for the first hour I was there till the a. C. Cooled the room off. On top of it none of the lights worked in the room but the bathroom light. Bathroom towels are small and thin. The only reason I am giving a 2 star review instead of 1 is that the room was clean and the Beds were pretty comfortable.

Clean, cheap, basic motel service. It didn't seem like there was an elevator — which was fine — but the air conditioning hadn't been turned on in our room, so it was pretty warm upon entry, and through the first part of the night.

Very clean and they had coffee. For myself the bed was to soft so I slept on the floor.

Clean room. Clean linens. Plenty of hot water. Someone's sock were left in the room from previous traveler. Breakfast was all carbs. Minimal choice.

Good location. Value for money. Many food chains near by.

Very basic motel with drab, aged accommodations. One of thise places you check in to sleep and leave as soon as you can. If you have a pet, be prepared to pay an additional $25 per pet per night fee.

Amazing good. The room was not only clean, it was cozy! The breakfast also was amazing: good coffee, fresh waffle, fresh fruits, yogurt… everything we like. Enjoy it!

We were given a double room when we had booked a king. Coffee maker in the room didn't work and breakfast was laughable. Towels were thin and yellowed with use and the sink leaked. Rooms were decently clean and comfortable for a budget hotel.

Everyone is very friendly. They are all like a family oriented group. Great hospitality. Very clean rooms. Makes it feel like home.

Clean, decent rooms, nice continental breakfast, the gentleman who worked the night was very nice. The company did not honor pricing I received from an employee when I called to reserve with a military discount. I even had a confirmation number. I had to ask for more towels as I only two towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth for a double queen room. They wouldn't allow a 1pm check in so expectations of the room I feel should have been met higher.

Our stay here has been adequate to say the least. Basic accommodations are present. Perfect for a quick stop in-between hours of driving by not for a prolonged stay. The wait staff has been very pleasant and the rooms we clean and maintained. If you're looking for a no frills hotel this is it.

We paid $87 for a very dirty hotel! Carpets in halls and room were obviously dirty, maybe they don't have a vacuum. There was what looked like black mold on the tub seal with the wall. They advertise a HOT BREAKFAST. No way. No hot eggs, meat. Very skimpy. Not even creamers. Coffee was not hot, had to use the microwave in the room to heat it up. Skip this one. Another foreign owned hotel getting the life sucked out of it. Pathetic.

Stayed here for two nights. The first room I had the air conditioner was broke but I moved and everything else has been fine since. Nice and clean. Nothing wrong.

Super nice they let me leave my broken down car there for a week while in worked in Chicago.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast available. Rooms were updated. But the no smoking floor hallway wreaks when you open the door. The first room they gave us smelled like stale cigarettes. Clerk changed our rooms. Price is reasonable. If you're a smoker, this place is for you.

It was your average 3 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. The hotel did kinda sink though.

Decent price. Clean room. Lobby had smokey smelled smokey, but room was good.

Service was good. Room was decent. Only real complaint was the fridge smelled like something died in it.

This is a pretty decent motel. The rooms were big and clean. The only problem I had was that the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Even if you were in a non smoking room. It was hard to escape the smell. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. They even waived my pet fees both nights I stayed. The breakfast is nice too. Bagels, toast, waffles and coffee and juice. Not bad for a motel.

We stayed on the 30th of January for the eagle watch at starved rock. After a full day and 7 miles of hiking I was beat, I was then awoken by my boyfriend at midnight. A BEDBUG was crawling across his pillow making its way to me! The front desk moved us at my request (didn't offer) was not really apologetic at all. This is NOT new to them because the lady was on the phone, telling the other person, that now the next room is infested. I will never stay at a super 8 in IL again.

It's nearly midnight and I've been on the road all day. It's 23° with a wind chill of 8°. I'm tired but I can't go to bed right away because I have to turn the heat on when I get to the room. When you pay $65 for a room you shouldn't have to sit with a coat on till the room heats up. The bathroom floor will never get warm.

Its very good staff, comfort size room, nice breakfast, every thing is fine. I had very good experience be staying thair.

Non smoking room smelled an awful lot like smoke. The water came out yellow/brown from the tap. I feel dirty from being there. The only positives were the ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly, and the bathroom didn't have mold or anything.

It was a very nice hotel. It was clean and quite. We had plenty of hot water and we slept great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The price was great at around $70. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Hats off to Misty and Cheryl. This hotel was suggest by a friend and it was spot on.
