Rooms are clean enough for the price. The stovetop is slow to heat and cool, and the microwave is slow to heat. Overall, you get the quality you pay for. *** update. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are staying for an extended period be prepared to do all of your own housekeeping. When the housekeeping staff actually come to clean the room, no cleaning products are used on anything and the room is never vacuumed. The sheets are rarely changed either. Personally, my sheets did not get changed until I got a new set myself. Again, you mostly get what you pay for.

The hotel was better than I expected. It's really not 3 stars… I didn't have the option for half a star to give it 2 and a half. Staff was nice, breakfast is really grab and go. Nice to have for a snack later. The kitchen wasn't wiped clean well. Iwouldn't return but I'm not mad at my stay.

Outstanding customer service from everyone here. I will definitely return on my next visit. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. If you're looking for a place to stay look no further. You've found it so enjoy! Thanks y'all.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff is AWESOME and friendly. Location is within walking distance of Starbucks, a TON of restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again.

Our check in time was scheduled for 4. My son had a race that day and we had until midnight to check in. We arrived at 8 and our room was not ready so we went and grabbed a bite to eat. We were so tired we couldn't eat. We then drove back to see if it was done… And it wasn't. It was about 10 before we could get in our room. I informed the front desk when she asked how my stay was and she could have cared less… Like she seriously said "we're short staffed, what you want us to do? " I was extremely nice when I stated what happened the night before. I guess they need to just not ask if they're afraid of the truth. Anyway, first impressions are everything. This chain is definitely on my blacklist and it's a shame because we travel a lot!

The room is small for two adults; I don't know how families manage in such a small space. The configuration of the room is awkward… its either space for computers or a space to eat, not both. There is very little closet space and that has a curtain, nota door. There is very little dresser space for two adults. The laundry facility is small (tiny washers and dryers) and the cost is $2 per load, which for the size of the machines is no bargain. There are several other hotels in the vicinity; would definitely recommend shopping around.

Room not clean. No toilet paper or shampoo. "Queen bed" is really more like a double. I'm over 6' tall and my feet were off the bed. Also charged 30 dollars for arriving 30 min before t he official check in time. There was even another guest who refused to pay the fee who sat in the very tiny lobby. Will not stay at another extended stay.

They didn't have keys for the rooms. There were annoying ppl in the parking lot smoking. There was limited parking due to truck trailers. We had burnt pots in the cabinets. The fridge was fairly warm. But the staff was VERY nice! Over all fair to bad experience. Not horrible but definitely not a first choice for return trip!

I personally did not like this hotel. Frame of bed was filled with dust. Sheets smelt like they have not been washed in forever. The bathroom was a bit filthy, and the room had a very unpleasant smell in it. It definitely doesn’t look as decent as it does in the pictures, or as clean. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone UNLESS you’re just looking where to take a nap for a few hours.

Unlike many, I'm rating this hotel based on the value, not what I think I'm entitled to. It's a lodging facility intended for extended stay, hence the name. It's not a 5 star hotel. Not even a 3 star hotel. It's ridiculous to rate this poorly because you didn't receive 5 star service. We stay here yearly when visiting relatives. $40 per night on Priceline express deal. Staff is always polite, room is always clean and comfortable. For the value, 5 stars all the way!

The room was awesome, good size room with microwave, fridge, stove top and even silverware which was unexpected. We did however have to wait about 15-20 mins for someone to show up at the desk. Not awesome after a 10 hour drive.

I second guess the cleanliness of the hotel. We stayed here one night for a wedding. There was scuz on the walls in the bathroom, our microwave was filthy and had a huge hunk of moldy food stuck to the rotating plate. Fridge had food boogers in it too. We didn't use it so it wasn't that big of a deal but still pretty gross. No convenience of ice machine, plates, sliver wear, pots or pans. They had one staff member running the front desk so they couldn't deliver anything to our door so, we had to run down to get anything we needed. When we booked the hotel it said Continental breakfast but it was only coffee and muffins. The staff was friendly. The air conditioner worked. The bed was comfy. Those the only good things I can say. I was very disappointed and don't think I'll be back.

The price was reasonable and the bed was comfy enough. There were no ice cube trays in our freezer and they don't have an ice machine, so getting in late didn't allow us time to get trays and fill them and wait for ice to form before having a drink at bed time. The microwave had not been cleaned and had mold growing on it. There was also a centipede in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything else was clean. More could be done to easily improve the quality of this hotel.

This hotel is located as such that it is not easily spotted from the highway. The staff is friendly, but the service wasn't very impressive. We had a room on the second floor that had a kitchenette which was OK but there wasn't anything in the room for cooking, eating and drinking. You have to ask at the desk. They don't offer amenities so be sure bring your own! They might have a small bottle of shampoo and bar soap (which smelled horrible). Overall, I was not impressed.

Management and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bed comfortable, amenities provided, free Wi-Fi, nice channel selection and location perfect. Kudos for the quietness even though they allow pets. Fresh smell throughout hotel!

Easy to find off the interstate, reasonably priced, room and bathroom were clean and well furnished. Staff friendly. When is said there was a free breakfast, we thought maybe it should have been more than coffee, tea and packaged foods (muffin, granola bar), but oh well.

Very customer service oriented and Professional. Next time i'm in town I will stay again. I did give 1 less star because they ran out of breakfast after 9a. M. And I had one issue with a room which was fixed A. S. A. P :)

Good Rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen, Fridge and oven makes cooking easier. Don't expect much in Breakfast as there is some muffins and chocolates with coffee. place is very boring and there is nothing to enjoy in the hotel.

Comfortable accommodations, clean, lots of amenities in the rooms, friendly staff. Minus one star for the very basic breakfast. Great for a short stay, price is right.

Rooms were nice and clean. Could not hear other guests in building. Counter service was courteous but slow. Located near other dining and shopping areas.

All very good, simple and inexpensive hotel. Bed very well. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, they're just muffins and bars.

For what I paid (Priceline negotiated $40, that's half off the booking price) It was worth it. Even at $80, I'm pretty content. The desk manager is very nice. The room? Wow. It doesn't feel like a hotel room. Maybe a single dorm room with a kitchen. I like it. This is easily a 3 star joint. I lucked out. It pays to negotiate.

Disgusting! Obscene amounts of short curly hair on bed after "fresh" linens were put on bed! Cockroach and spiders crawling on the walls! Very unhelpful manager.
