Customer service was very nice but the room was not as clean as it could be. The bathroom wall had some stains. The carpet seemed kind of sticky. The beds were very comfy but it seemed like one was a twin and the other was a double. I will not stay there again.

The hot tub didn't work and the shower. Could have been better.

Worst service EVER! Dont clean rooms daily. Excuse my family of stealing covers. Roaches in breakfast. I would recommend this location to my fead dog.

Place was nice and clean, no bugs or roaches that I saw, Linens were fresh. Andy was especially helpful and made my stay feel welcome. Accommodating day staff as well. I am a Wyndham diamond member and recognize good service. It is a partially smoking hotel but did NOT smell the faintest hint of smoke in hallway like a lot of places I walk right out of. Value and quiet it’s a great place. If you want perfect service, there are 5 star places with 5 star rates.

I checked in and found they pre registered me and charged my card twice even when I was locked and not able to get a refund on my reservation. The Wi-Fi was down and the pictures of room didn't look like the room, go figure. The saying you get what you pay for stands true, should have went to the Red Roof where I always stavy when visiting the area, what I get for trying to save $15. I am not a person that posts reviews, but I thought this was needed to warn others. I guess I should have read the other reviews.

This was a clean and quiet place. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The facility could stand a little sprucing up, though.

Very accommodating to my friend who was in a wheelchair. Andy was very helpful and even made juice for my friend in the middle of the night so he can take his medication. Room was clean and lobby area was very welcoming. They even allowed him a late check out! Will definitely book a room there when he comes back to town, and will recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay. For a motel, at this price range, we were very satisfied. Thank you Andy and staff!

Adequate bare bones facility. Water was there. It was hot. Linens we're clean and up to the task. Get best rates on promotions so as not to overpay.

Both my husband and myself are truck drivers that found/booked this hotel because they claimed we could park 2 rigs on their property. We were told if we parked on the street we risked being ticketed. The following morning when we approached our trucks we each had 2 tickets! One for 'off street parking' and second for 'load limit' We went back inside to speak with the manager (? ) Who only confirmed that in this town, rigs are not allowed to park anywhere public or private! Well, it certainly would have been nice to know that ahead of time, we would not have stayed there! Fines unknown at this time but we're pretty sure those will be ridiculous as well. Regarding cleanliness: the 'clean' towels were stained. And breakfast was continental with teeny tiny coffee cups. I didn't even bother since I figured the coffee would be watered down.

We were here for a school function for one night. It started with all of the rooms smelling like smoke or mold. Everyone's room that we went into had smelled the same way, so it had not been just our room. The microwave didn't work, and bathroom cleanness was horrible. Defiantly didn't appreciate the hair and urine found throughout the bathroom. Ceiling seemed to be splattered with some kind of residue. Lets just say we stayed up super late to avoid the bed as much as possible.

First, the floor. If you stood in one spot too long, you started to sink in and had to extract your foot when you moved. It was like a sticky movie theater floor, but it was carpet. The bathroom was dirty, and the toilet seat looked like it had been "cleaned" with dry toilet paper. We used Lysol wipes on every surface and still didn't feel like it was clean. Our experience only got worse from there. There was someone playing loud bass music all night somewhere in the motel. Although the desk clerk tried to find where it was coming from, he was unable to do so. We asked to be moved to a quieter room, but he claimed that all the other rooms were either occupied or reserved, and he politely informed us that we couldn't get a refund when we asked. It was a miserable night, and although the noise wasn't necessarily their fault, at the very least, they could have made sure that the room was clean. Never again.

The hotel was about what I would expect from a Super 8. Room was clean. Hotel was older and a bit run down. Every time my husband moved in bed it felt like an earthquake. We only had two towels even though we registered four people and the towels were really skimpy. I did like the white noise from the air conditioning unit, it was nice and consistent and helped to cut out the normal hotel noises. Location was convenient to shopping and dining and close to the sports complex, so I would probably stay again for an overnight.

It was fine. You know in your head, the base possible scenario that you can reasonably concoct for a Super 8? It was basically that. It didn't smell, nobody robbed me, and the air worked. Exactly what I paid for.

I was treated like I was in prison. They were racist and condecending. I wouldn't tell anyone to stay there! There are roaches and flying bugs in the dark rooms​. The staff doesn't speak English and rudely speak in their language. I guess no one told them it was rude. They wake you up when they want to Early in the a. M. By beating keys on the door jamb loudly. The only reason I stayed two weeks was because I had a ton of belongings. Worst hotel I've ever been in.

This is a typical Super 8, so no frills, but the room wad clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I love that the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves and the internet was fast. Overall, a nice, economical hotel.

The people were lovely and the rooms were clean, no shower curtain but no big deal. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Would come again!

They have bed bugs… I checked my bed and didnt see anything but me and kids all woke up covered ain bites went to doctor was confermed bed bugs… ugh…

HORRIBLE! I have never had such a bed experience. Not only was the room outdated and not particularly clean, it also had ants. Breakfast was terrible, burnt coffee & stale muffins. They also claim to be a pet friendly hotel (I travel with my Labrador) but charged me $50 PER DAY extra for my dog.

I stayed in this room with my mom and sister about two years ago. The staff was VERY friendly. There's free breakfast in he morning. I saw little things like waffles, little carts of cereal, milk, and orange juice. As far as the room, it was VERY basic. There were two beds, AC, really old TV, phone, bathroom, and a desk/table. But there were a few things that was I disappointed about. For one, the bathroom is not entirely secure. If you're loud on the toilet, people in the main room can hear your business. My sister laughed at me when she heard it, and I also heard one of them one morning since my bed was right next to the bathroom. So, the bathroom wall doesn't have a good sound barrier, or might have been the door. The shower works very well. But when you stand in it, it almost makes you think you're going to break through the floor. It would creak. There was an issue about being fined for Wi-Fi or buying more channels. I'm not sure what happened, but when we drove back home (900 miles away) we got a bill in the mail from them and had no idea what that was about. I think they should be a little clear about what's included and what's not in terms of staying at this hotel. One other thing I truly hated was that the room always felt wet, weather it was the floor or the bed. I've been in a hotel before where this has happened. And I can't explain WHY this always does. But it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Wasn't the best or the worst room. The TV and lights were censored so if you just lay down to relax in bed it will turn off on you. The room smelt like mildew and so did my aunts room as well. Also the bathroom was kinda dirty and the wall was chipping at the bottom. I'm unsure if I will stay here again but its ok. Its a good place just to sleep for the night.
