The rooms were underwhelming. However, the front desk agent Jessica — was amazing! Super friendly. Hotel is close to tons of stuff, good continental breakfast.

Always a clean and comfortable hotel with a swimming pool if that is needed. The service personnel are also extremely friendly.

Room 304, clean and comfortable. Everything went well, breakfast was decent. Just stayed prior to attending Six Flags, would stay again.

Location is great with the mall being right across the road along with the variety of food spots to choose from. Continental breakfast was included with the stay and wasn't bad.

FOXCONN project, will be staying here for a while. I stay in Racine and Gurnee frequently. Wonderful place to stay. Love new hot tub. Clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast is great too.

Really enjoyed my stay, especially the cleanliness of the room. Was a great option for me because I just needed to be up north for a night to save time on the traffic the next day.

Decent rooms. Chlorine in pool area is excessive, to the point kids were coughing and your eyes burned upon entry to the area, definitely a hazard that needs immediate addressing. Upon check in, verified our group would be rooming close together, and then we were all split amongst all 3 floors of the hotel. Gentleman (and that's being kind) that work nights has an anger issue, and admitted it openly. Banged head off wall repeatedly while closing pool area, threw towels, knocked over trash can propping pool door open to allow fresh air (see chlorine issue above). Very unprofessional and borderline scary. Better options available for $$$$.

Quick check in. Room price was reasonable. Clean room. Love the extra pillows! Food & shopping within 3 minute walk. Free breakfast had generous options. Ample parking. Didn't see any staff in or around the pool area at any given time so watch your own kids! Duh! Breakfast staff was very smiley and kept supplies available and area clean. Great location and value for room. Would recommend & stay here again.

Great hotel right at The Gurnee Mills outlet Mall. Couldn't get a bettee location. And super close to Six Flags, probably less than a 5 minute drive away. Tons of fun restaurants close by as well. Nice hotel, better than the Hampton Inn we stayed in the next night that cost 3 times as much!

Nice, quiet hotel with a very nice continental breakfast selection and large area to eat breakfast. The hotel has excellent customer service and was very clean. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. There is a large mall across the street and a lot of other stores and restaurants nearby too.

It's a nice size nice comfy beds good breakfast and a nice swimming pool with a hot tub.

3/11/18 Rooms are smaller then other hotels I've visited. Bathroom as well. Pool was nice, heated which is awesome! And the hot tub works! Most places all hot tubs are not in order. Our room seemed to be on the hotter side even with the a. C Seemed humid to me not sure if that's a common issue. Stayed in room 207. Breakfast was great! Staff is nice. Overall good stay. The rooms just seemed small to me I don't know. Everything felt cramped in.

Reserved a room online. Went to actual hotel. Walked inside. Left right back out. Place was so dirty. Front desk attendant needed a haircut. Just an absolute mess! Left IMMEDIATELY! Canceled my online reservation. Never again do better!

Seemed rather clean and staff were very helpful. Biggest downfall was the pool was way to small. Only other downside was the traffic due to the mall. But having the mall was a nice perk.

Close to everything, clean, the morning breakfast is awsome so much to choose from, waffle maker, pancake maker, good COFFEE, assorted cereals, Danish, toast assortment of bread-i loved that they served Coffee 24-7, if ever I would come back-up yes Staff was very nice, and helpful.

Very nice and very friendly people. They upgraded oirbeoom free of charge because when we put in for our room the system gave us a handicap room which neither of us are. We had an excellent time here.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Fifteen minutes after we got into our room the man who checked us in called and asked if our room was okay. He sounded genuine. Our room was spacious and like a mini apartment. It felt very nice. Location was fantastic! Overall, the hotel was pretty nice and I was pleased with the room and the service.

Happy guest! We always stay at this hotel every time we are in town or traveling through the area. Rooms are always very neat and clean with lots of complementary amenities. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The best part was the wonderful breakfast which included hot waffles, muffins, Geek and Regular yogurts, fruits, eggs, cereals, juice, 24 by 7 coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming! Lots of parking spaces and great location. Several fast food restaurants are just next to the hotel. Gurnee Mills shopping mall is just across the street. That was the best part that our kids enjoyed during our one week vacation stay at the hotel. Will be back again!

We were very excited to stay here in April 2017. It was only for one night. A quick get away. But we had so many bed bug bites from one night. I called the hotel to let them know and they reassured me that they checked the mattress in our room and found nothing. There's no way they could have missed them with all the bites we had. I had to spray all of our stuff before going back into our house. No refund was given nor discount. Very disappointing.

I'm totally amaze By their friendly service and warm welcome welcome for their guest, very friendly and informative staff at the front desk Richard, Lisa and William I had chance to interact with these 3 employees and they were super helpful in every way, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay with them is pleasant. General manager Jay, every morning would walk to every table at the breakfast to make sure they are enjoying their breakfast. I would stay here every time I'm in the area. Highly recommended hotel.

I stayed overnight at the Comfort Inn for a race. The staff was really nice and let me extend my check our time with no problem! The breakfast was good also. Only negative thing was the poor water pressure in the showers.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT:) Stayed for more than a week. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room and hotel is always clean and tidy. Breakfast is always great (lots of choices) everything was just perfect — Thank you comfort inn I really enjoyed my stay.

Gurnee IL Comfort In Room 305 was ok, service was the most horrible experience I have ever had, guy on the front desk (Alex don't remember the last name) was so rude and unprofessional made me and my friends feel so uncomfortable, we were having and awesome day until that point when we arrived at the hotel, so disappointed I would never stay again at that hotel never.

Was just visiting friends at the gurnee location. Pool seemed nice, rooms were clean, seemed like a smaller hotel but overall pretty nice.

Decent enough accomedations, nothing to brag about. But nothing bad either.

This hotel was a joke I went in my room and had some nasty stuff on the toilet I don't know what it was gum or mold also the hot tub was more like a cold tub the only thing I did like was that the staff was friendly and I had a good sleep.
