Essex is exceptionally managed. It's a beautiful building in a great location. Views from the apartments are fantastic! Amenities are great, neat, and well-kept. Wide variety of community events and the management team has all the necessary precautions for COVID in place. Very impressed with how staff has adapted to the pandemic. Notifications about package deliveries are timely and tracked; 24-hr concierge is awesome! Love the staff (Justin is my secret BFF)!
This is by far one of the best apartments I've seen in Chicago! Beautiful building, amazing amenities, and wonderful staff. Can't get over their dreamy winter garden! So grateful to be here and to have an amazing experience with Essex! Love this place!
