Location is unbeatable. The views are amazing. Great hotel for great price. Super clean, renovated rooms.

Clean and comfortable location. The bed and duvets are such a comfort, I elected to spend more time in bed than going out early morning in the cold.

I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I will be planning future trips AROUND cities that have staypineapple hotels.

During my stay it was very quiet, I very much appreciated that. A coffee maker in the room would have been smashing. I have to say though the coffee in the lobby was shockingly good.

I stayed here for 5 nights for business, my company booked a room block and we had a breakfast voucher included which was LOVELY.

I don't do many 5-star reviews, but this is deserving. All the interactions with staff were wonderful — they treat you right. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need.

I stayed at the LaSalle Chicago for four nights while working at the Willis Tower. The hotel was very clean, elegant, and quiet, with a spacious, well-appointed room.

The room was bigger than expected and for two people with a two bed, it was very nice and comfortable.

This hotel and its staff made are stay truly exceptional. We traveled to Chicago to celebrate a birthday. Malcom welcomed us and made our family feel very special. They went above and beyond….

Amazing hotel very close to downtown Chicago and many of the local attractions.

We had a great stay here. The front desk staff was super nice and overall the service was great, they offer slipper and many other amenities that you can request and will be delivered promptly.

We had 3 moms and 4 kids in our group. We requested an adjoining rooms and they honored our request. We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and roomy.

No thrills Hotel well located in business Chicago area.
Rooms are functional, for example, the iron is shared in the corridor next to the elevators.

For the price AND location, this is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m a fan of JW Marriotts and Renaissance hotels, but CitizenM has deserved to be discussed among those ranks.

Came here for our valentine’s trip for 4 nights and it was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were incredibly cozy, and the staff was very welcoming.

Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel is an outstanding hotel in the heart of downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering spectacular views of the river and city skyline.

I recently stayed here for an end-of-the-year vacation and celebration.

Great facilities and everything was clean. The location is awesome, and I didn’t have to pay my firstborn. Absolutely amazing view (with the exception of Trumps name) of the skyline.

I spent one night at this hotel with my wife in February. We got a great rate for a Monday night. Found the location to be fabulous right in the heart of Michigan Avenue.

We had a great stay. Our room wasn’t large, but was very well designed and comfortable. The amenities were top notch and you’re right in the middle of everything on Michigan Ave.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family on a trip out from Ireland. Really enjoyed this hotel as amazing location, stunning hotel and give us such an amazing experience for during our stay.

The experience was wonderful. The amenities are great, large king-size bed, refrigerator and microwave in the room that space better than any hotel.

Rooms were nice and fresh, we arrived early so we were sitting in the lobby for hours until a manager walked by and asked us if we were ok. Mind you the staff kept saying there were no clean rooms on

This is an excellent place at the heart of Chicago downtown. The hotel is well kept, nicely decorated and recently renovated. What stands out are the staffs and their services.

Beautiful loft. View of Chicago skyline and water is amazing. Floor to ceiling windows throughout. Minimalist but tasteful furnishings with an urban vibe.

It was great staying at Kasa Hotel. The room was spacious and included a small kitchen with amenities for cooking.
