Love this hotel! They make this world a better place. Come see Parker (their rescue dog) and enjoy everything else. Food and drinks are wonderful, however, the in-room dining menu (regardless of the time of day) is miserably small and infuriating. The iPad's in the rooms are truly useless and, again, infuriating as they do not work.
Staff here is awesome and beyond amazing! They are truly the reason we continue to return.

Great location! 1 block off Michigan Ave — 5 blocks to the Lake Front. Beautiful views of the historic water tower…across the street from anthropology, Nordstrom rack, Stans Doughnuts, beautiful rooms — service AMAZING…. 🤗💗BreaKfast on the roof top — perfection!

I love it my room was so beautiful, comfortable and relaxing and to mention I was on 31st floor so the viewing was awesome.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is so well located and you have everything on walking distance. Highly recommend the 8 course chef tasting menu. You can’t miss it!

Location, location, location. Kind, attentive staff.

Went to the Nomi spa with my husband for a couples massage. No receptionist was present and we had to wonder around to find someone to check in. We were in full expectation of a relaxing spa experience for our ten year anniversary. Instead we found no spa attendants, no slippers, cramped locker rooms, no lounge space, the supplies in the locker rooms all out, dirty towels everywhere, urine splashed toilets, no hot water in the showers, and loud teenagers and kids splashing in what we thought was a spa area. Highly disappointed with the amenities and service. Would definitely not recommend this spa and would encourage others to go elsewhere for a nice spa experience.

Concierge is very friendly and helpful. They are fast as well. The regular queen bed is very hard. The room is very small. But, I also bought a sleep number last year so everything that isn't that, is a hard bed. It was good for what we needed, close to food and shops.

So I was staying the weekend for my wedding Anniversary. I got to the room I found use condoms under the bed the bathroom sink was dirty the bathtub had mold. I called the front desk and they said Anderson doesn’t want to pay for more staff to clean. Then Lindsay was supposed to book us a special romantic getaway but she got us these flowers that looked like they were dead. We got locked out of our room and Security said they weee busy and didn’t have time.

Super nice and fancy hotel. Top of my list personally. The bathrooms are amazing, huge tubs for soaking, great amenities.

Service was way too slow. Kitchen/server got order wrong. Premium price for middle quality food. Hostess should have been making sure service was better, instead two hostesses stood and talked to each other.

This may be the favorite out of all hotels I've ever stayed in! My wife, son, and I stayed for five nights, and what a great time! I'll start with the room, which was clean, large, well appointed, and modern. We had a suite with a separated bedroom that included two full bathrooms. The bathrooms were fantastic and large. Both had very good showers. The bed was extremely comfortable, which enabled a great night sleep to recharge for the next day of adventures. The rooms were also very spacious, with a good amount of comfortable seating. Finally, the view from our room was excellent, looking directly at the old water tower and the unblocked beauty of Lake Michigan. The restaurants and room service were very good. We ate mostly room service for breakfast, but also had a dinner in our room the first day because we were weary. I believe they provide options from both the Nomi Garden restaurant (more casual fare) and the Nomi Kitchen restaurant (more high-end fare. ) All the food was well prepared, and all of it came quickly… sooner than the time provided. I was always impressed. We also ate at the Nomi Kitchen restaurant for our last night, which was great, and provided a lovely view, similar to that from our room. They also were very accommodating to our child, and made his chocolate ice-cream dessert special for him. It was so cute, he almost didn't want to eat it! The pool area and spa services were great.

Great hotel in a great location! The value is the key. It's a 5 star hotel, a bit smaller than some others but it goes usually for a couple hundred dollars less per night! Love this hotel. Good water pressure, fast free Wi-Fi. Great restaurant, NoMi.

One thing is true — Hyatt stands on its own. I often stay at these hotels as my company puts me up when traveling. From Chicago to New York, you know you're going to get an amazing experience. This location is no exception! My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff here is unbelievably welcoming, and they make you feel like family. The room experience is also top notch. There's no place better to stay when you visit Chicago than this hotel.

Average size rooms, clean, good mattresses and pillows, clean bathrooms. Room service end at 11Pm which is a bit early for a big city handling congresses and international meetings. The good news is the Starbucks store in the hotel opens at 5 AM and closes at 3 AM. Helpful professional staff!

I loved staying at the Park Hyatt. All the staff was very kind to me including all the valet w/ my car. My room was lovely, it was nice having a soaking tub & Nomi was a delicious place to dine. The rooftop was beautiful as well. Thank you Park Hyatt Chicago.

Swing… and a miss. I was really excited to celebrate my wedding anniversary at the Park Hyatt but left underwhelmed. Firstly, our room wasn’t ready at our check-in time so we had to get dressed for our dinner reservation in the locker rooms. They did nothing to compensate. Next, there was only one robe in the closet instead of two and there was no top sheet on the bed, only a thin comforter. They advertise complimentary bike rentals but they didn’t have any bikes available for us when we requested them. They also didn’t do much to clean our room during the day. For a five star hotel, we were definitely expecting more.

Room was wonderful and the service was always on time. The location was great as well since we had access to all the stores we would want to go without having to walk more than a mile.

A very classy and large hotel. The suites were beautiful and wonderfully furnishes with no bad views. The greatest part of this hotel is the very friendly staff who are always available to help in any way.

Wonderful hotel, staff, and location. They even have a hotel dog in the lobby that the staff care for. The concierge was super helpful and Nomi was always consistently great.

We could give 5 stars but the arrogance of the Manager is unacceptable the rest of the staff is great the gym is small and at the pool there are many children the restaurant and bar are fantastic
The cleanliness in the room is not worthy of a 5 star Concierge does not know well Chicago. Ask for the high rooms with lake view.
I think the Manager is racist because it really is an unacceptable attitude.

I called for a small get away for myself and my wife. The concierge Karen called me and was interested on what we were looking for. She recommended a great steak house which was Benny’s and even contacted us once we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was nice but Karen went above and beyond my expectations. She was awesome.

Great hotel! The service at the Park Hyatt Chicago is superb, from the moment we checked in to the time we left every detail of our stay was expertly attended to. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and location is perfect, near shopping and superb restaurants. I highly recommend the higher floor, water tower lake view rooms which give great views and allow distance away from the city sounds. I look forward to a return visit!

We visited friends who were staying in a Park Executive Suite on New Year's Eve. The hotel itself is beautiful, if a little business-like. It lacks the charm of some boutique hotels but makes up for it in clean, modern design and well-appointed rooms. The staff was courteous and helpful and the location can't be beat. The room was fairly spacious with a good sized sitting area and a large bedroom. Two baths was a great feature. Our 12th floor view was spectacular. Pricey, but worth it.

Such a wonderful hotel hardly needs more perfect reviews, but I'm so inclined to, because it really was an outstanding experience for us, through and through. From the people at the front desk who were warm, courteous and friendly, to the rest of the staff who were always thoughtful and caring and very attentive. I'd like to especially thank Curtis, a security officer, who helped us retrieve something of sentimental value we'd left in the room. Thanks to everyone in the Park Hyatt Chicago — we'll be back!

My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyatt on 11-11-17 to celebrate our anniversary.
Everything was great. Our room was very nice and spacious. Everyone at the Hyatt treated us like royalty. (Aimee Miller). We had breakfast at NoMi and it was delicious. I would highly recommend the Park Hyatt. Can't wait to go back!

Lovely, helpful staff. Wonderful amenities and thoughtfully designed rooms. Loved all the attention to detail including the guest name greeting on the TV and tablet screens, the pass through closet from hall to bathroom, tub overlooking main area TV option, TV and phone in bathroom, dual showerheads, comfortable Eames lounge chair, motorized blackout and sheer blinds, and light and music controls within reach of the bed. Meals in NoMi were also such treats with the refined and clean modern atmosphere, light-filled views of the lake, and friendly staff. The exercise room, heated jacuzzi, and 3 lane lap pool were acceptable and from what we saw, mostly unused. The location is in a popular and safe area, filled with many food and shopping options, just a 10 min ride or 20 min walk to downtown or tourist locations. Our only issue during the stay was with a broken elevator that created a bit of a wait for that day. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I went to dinner at park hyatt Chicago as our first date night four weeks after our Son was born. Everyone congratulated us on our newborn, and everyone was quite professional. The food and wine were delicious, and we were fortunate enough to eat in the alcove that overlooks the square with the water tower. Everything wss fantastic!

Stayed with the family for 2 days here and it is a great base to see chicago. The staff were extremely friendly and my nieces loved the fact they had a rescue dog. The bar is great and the rooms are well appointed.

We have really enjoyed our stay here! Everything about our room is top notch — comfort of the beds, huge tub, blackout shades, plenty of space, large tv, and perfect lighting. The staff is so friendly! Every single person we have come across. We can't hear any outside noises, in the halls or the streets. Perfect walking distance from EVERYTHING!

Room featured stylish high-end furnishings. The bathroom tub was fantastic. The steam room in the spa was perfection. The water tower view from the room was incredibly pleasing. The morning breakfast setup and served in the room was exquisite and high-end. The food was exceptionally prepared and presented every day. Highly recommended luxury experience.

Stayed at Park Hyatt during our first trip to Chicago. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. Concierge made sure our taxi was waiting for us for our early AM flight. The room was the nicest I've ever stayed in and the view… wow!

My girlfriend lives in the residences and I am consistently amazing by the friendliness of the staff and the general upkeep of the building. The location is prime and it is a pleasurable environment to be a part of.

Had brunch at NOMI Garden. Fantastic service and great food. The view was great.

I was here for brunch with two others. We did a bottle of champagne, wine, oysters, sushi, flat iron steak and eggs, croissants, croque madame, buttermilk chicken, cappuccino, and a chocolate bomb dessert. The flatiron steak was cooked medium rare and was tender and delicious. The egg was requested over easy and was made correctly. This dish was served hot. The croque madame was served golden brown it was all so hot. There was an egg over easy on top. The cappuccino was okay. The chocolate bar was very delicious with caramel oozing out from the inside and the with chocolate filling and crunchy chocolate exterior. Nom nom nom. The waitress was fabulous. Very attentive and we did not want or wait for anything. She was in her twenties with below shoulder-length blond hair.

The fitness center has just about everything you could ask for, the location is perfect, the staff is courteous and attentive, and the rooms are beautiful. I love the sliding doors that let you see into the living area from the bathroom. My wife and I could chat while I watched TV and she relaxed in the tub. I stayed at the Michigan avenue Intercontinental a while back and the Park Hyatt is better by a mile. Stay here.

Room was phenomenal, it was so Huge, tub & all. Service was great, nothing to sign for room service, and open Wi-Fi — simple & easy stay. Only recommdation would be to add a Google Cast adapter so travelers can watch their own TV.

The room has a spectacular view of the water tower. The bathroom is fantastic with a great big soaker tub that can open to the view. The power sheer and blackout shades are a nice touch for when you need some privacy.

Crudite was good. Staff were attentive. Outdoor space is nice in good weather.

The rooms are well appointed and service is attentive. Bathrooms and decor are older, but well maintained. Rooms are quiet compared to the Hyatt Magnificent Mile. Location near the water tower and mag mile is convenient.

Attended a wedding. Staff were skilled, polite, and efficient. The evening went wonderful without a problem noticed by the guests.

Dined at the restaurant on the 7th floor, Nomi. It was delicious. Food was great, staff was attentive and the view was spectacular.

Staying at the Park Hyatt was, for the most part, wonderful. We had dinner at NoMi, and a great afternoon wandering Michigan Ave. The only thing that bothered me was the fact I could not lower the temperature in the room. I understand it was December, and the air conditioning might be shut off for winter, but it was unseasonably warm that night, and the room never got below 75, which was too warm for my preference. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

I was only here for an event in one of the rooms downstairs. It was a lovely venue though.

My first trip to Chicago was carfeully planned w a stay at the Park Hyatt. We will stay at the Hyatt again because of the very nice staff! The room, even with the view of the water tower, 6th floor was ok. Hotel Intercontinental is usually our first choice. The doorman from Ghana was my favorite person I met in Chicago, but Shondra, housekeeping was top notch and Luis breakfast waiter ranked 2nd in the world next to the Cuban breakfast staff Biltmore Miami. Phenomenal! Matt, waiter was cool! We unfortunately decided to forgo the limo service for the u2 concert and wing it! Never again because of some crazy poor planning by the city of Chicago the concert at the United Center puts you at the mercy of whatever after the show. Uber would not pick us up so looked for taxi line, no line. Simple math 20, 000 people spill out 0 taxis plus chicago police clear streets for noone to pick up. One option a few buses equals long line 2 hours. Bus driver kicks u off 20 blocks from hotel, attempts to get taxi = 0. Walk. We get back to our hotel and all I wanted was a cocktail, beer, glass of champagne, water anything please. Get off elevator to jerk telling us to turn around it is a private party u2 I guess. I was one sad visitor! wished they had come to New orleans, Atlanta. Any damn where else. Park Hyatt security are jerks I could have saved some money. But next day the staff was so sweet I almost forgot my 1st epic night in the Second City. Jake and Elwood should be fired!

Stayed on the fourth floor; in town for 4 days on business. I love the tub in my room! I took a bath at least once every day and twice one day. The housekeepers are exceptional with their turn-down service and their detail oriented cleaning and organizing. Every day felt like I had a personal assistant following behind me adjusting everything I moved and putting my shoes and clothes neatly in my closet or folded. This is the way it should be and I will continue to come here.

If you need lodging in Chicago, this is a great option. Be mindful that is is a huge facility. The staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. The price is consistent with many local hotels, but you can get rooms well under $300/night if you keep an eye out.

The Park Hyatt Hotel’s Nomi Spa is fantastic. The spa offers a sleek looking atmosphere. When you step off the elevator a hostess will lead you to the spa reception area. The receptionist, Betsey was awesome! She provided a full tour of the facility that included the locker room, pool, whirlpool, and steam room. Make sure you arrive early so you can enjoy those amenities. The esthetics treatment room is large, and has a private shower and bathroom. My appointment for my facial was with Molly. She made my skin glow by utilizing a physical exfoliant and an enzymatic exfoliant. I will definitely be back.

The best hotel experience I've ever encountered. By far. The staff got us taxis the instant we needed them, had elevators waiting on us when we walked in, gave great tips and helped make my wife's birthday a success. Thank you to the whole Park Hyatt team, it was a really impressive stay.

I stayed here this week on business and was very impressed. First, the location was great, right in front of the old water tower and Water Tower Place. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a unique layout with a bathroom that opened up into the room, giving it a nice open feel. The room had a lot of little extras that made it great, from the mending kit and toothpaste, to the electric shoe shine in the closet. All of the fixtures seemed new and top of the line, from the bath tub which allowed me to set the temperature of the water to the motorized shades. The TV in the bathroom was an added bonus to watch the news while I was getting ready in the morning. The conference facility we were at was in the basement, so it lacked windows, but it was very nice. The coffee and espresso machines outside the conference room were nice, and there was a good selection of drinks next to them. The meal we had during our meal was pretty good as well. The only issue I had with the hotel was the lack of a good cell phone signal (I'm on AT&T) in my room. However, the hotel placed a note in my room, warning me the AT&T repeaters in the hotel were under renovation. However, a co-worker (on Verizon) also had difficulties connecting while in the hotel. When I checked out, the front desk said there were charges from the minibar. I told them I looked at the minibar, but didn't take anything. The front desk staff didn't question it and immediately took it off my bill.

The park Hyatt is a wonderful service hotel. The staff is amazing and the service is excellent. The hotel has a nice spa and gym and a wonderful bar. The bar is filled with people after wrok and the bar tenders are very friendy.
