Nice staff. Off the road and away from the crowded city activities but close enough to any event you may want to attend. Best of all the price was right.

The customer service was good and the staff was very friendly. My room at the cleanest bathroom I've seen in any hotel room ever… It was completely spotless. I would stay again.

Park sleep and fly they participate in this program it's a good program and and good way to leave your automobile somewhere other than a parking lot and it doesn't cost you any extra money. You can leave your car sit there for 14 days if necessary in the lighted locked right next to the motel. Then fly out fly back in call them limo from the hotel they will drop you off you pick up your car and you're on your way it's a very good program.

Room was dirty. Looked like mud dripping down bathroom wall. Toilet seat had been worn til brown was showing thru on seat. My grandsons refused to use it. Thought it was poop. Phone in room didn’t work. Dangerous if emergency call needed. Clock was an hour behind and we were one hour late to funeral. Morning staff was abrupt bordering on rudeness. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff and housekeeping very friendly.

Good hotel, great staff, but 4 stars because no cable or satellite tv, just broadcast, breakfast was good, room was clean with fridge and microwave.

It was micro. The room was about 10x10. The bathtub had pubic hairs in it. All around it was very dingy inside which was weird because it looked pretty new on the outside. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Kudos to them. But my rating is for the hotel room itself.

Third floor is where smoking rooms are and so obviously smells like smoke throughout. First and second are extremely clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is pretty small. Couple juices, coffee, toast, bagels, and some packaged oatmeal. Wi-Fi was really spotty. If you need internet for something, is recommend elsewhere. Staff was very friendly.

Great weekly rates. Nice economic rooms. This place is great conserves water and electricity.

Don't stay in. Service is bad. Staff is rude. First thing I saw when I walked in was a dead mouse on a door of a room. It STAY all night and all morning, the 'offer' breakfast, like fruit, buns, instant oatmeal to do it your self bit they don't offer milk. Yeah, that's so stupid. Beds are old and dirty, noisy, carpet are dirty too, the only thing clean here was the bathroom, but it is so cold. Hot water works well. I left some pictures on my trip advisor review, I recommend you to pay a little bit more bit to stay in a nice place specially if you're traveling with family/ kids. Super 8 in Tuscola is a good place to stay.

Nice place to stay for being out of town for work. A little bit outdated but very clean rooms. Staff was very nice and accommodating will definitely be back.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were super clean. And good for a budget Hotel. Will definitely stay here again. The only downside would be noise. I would recommend staying in the upper levels of the hotel. Hotel has an elevator.

This place blows porcuipine deeiks. 1 star because corn is my favorite vegetable and it's growing everywhere around it. — 4 because the continents were left out of the breakfast, the carpet looks like it was installed by a blind, quadruple amputee, stains on all surfaces, and the only thing that drowns out the smell of ass and cigarette smoke is strippers perfume. Most importantly, mattresses were used in a previous study to simulate waking up in the body of a 100 yr old. Other than that, great place, would highly recommend it.

The hotel room was amazing. The bathroom was well laid out and if my aunt who was physically handicap wanted to stay there, she would have no issue navigating the area. The bedroom area was also well designed and efficient. I had a peaceful night sleep and slept so soundly, I felt like I slept for days. The staff was kind and thoughtful. It was easy to get in and out of the building and parking lot. It's directly off the highway and about a mile from chain eateries and grocery stores. The Wi-Fi was strong and easy to connect to. I'm a very "left brain" person and everything was functional, easy to navigate, and comfortable. It was more than I expected and everything I needed.

The hotel is a very good hotel for the price. The workers were extrmely helpful in explaining their reward system and I ended up getting started with one.

We were surprised at how clean and quiet this was. The room had a comfortable need, a fridge and microwave, all the required items for tired travelers.

Exceptionally* clean rooms. I can't stress this enough because it's a vitally important fact considering the hotel needs some rehab. Outstanding service. Claudia at the front desk was very helpful, and very quick to acquiesce to my many requests. The comfort of the bed was fair. Ample parking.

Woke up with a bed bug on my pillow! Front desk said they aren't "authorized" to give refunds, but the manager would be in later and might give me a call. When he did he stated that they had already had attention brought to the room I was in prior to us being there. Thanks for the heads up and the bed bugs we got to take with us when we left.

The worst shat hole I've ever stayed in the rooms small the shower head drips out the breakfast was ridiculous water and bread, prison serves better, the price way to high for wat u get do not stay here.

Clean and comfortable. Room is really small but sufficient for my needs.

Wife and I are traveling across country on foot went in to get a room and didnt make to the desk before the lady said we wont rent u a room. This is complete discrimination on the owners part if anyone has a heart or just belives in karma dont rent a room here this place is being blacklisted.

Uncomfortable bed and sheets. Seriously my car is more comfortable. Old tv. So if u want to hook up a game system to pass time u cant. It smells like the sick ward in a hospital in the lobby. However the guy up front was vert nice. 3 stars if better beds and tv.

Solid. Stayed here for a week. Fresh towels and room cleaned everyday. The maids didn't mess with my stuff. They cleaned up my crumbs and there was cold ice in the lobby. Enough TV to keep me occupied and the shower was hot.

The proximity to the university of Illinois campus was great. The room was small, the toilet didn't flush initially but one call to the front desk and it was remedied immediately. There was no iron and ironing board in the room, again another phone call and it was brought to my room however I couldn't keep it because there is a limited supply so it had to be returned immediately. The bed was horrible! I felt every spring in the mattress, I had to sleep on top of my pillows to get through the two night stay. I think the $117 per night was too much to sleep that miserably. If they replace the mattresses soon this place would be a gem.

My husband and I just traveled 15 hours and were ready for a clean comfortable place to rejuvenate for the next day of travel. We've stayed at microtels before so we were aware of the size, etc. However, this place is major need of an update (mattress is thin and lumpy, carpets are worn, paint peeling, holes in bedspread and no hot water). We switched rooms and had hot water but couldn't get comfortable on the bed. If we weren't so tired and hasn't booked through another website were would have left this dump.

I stayed here a year ago, and it was nice. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are small, but they are nice and modern. This time however, when I called to make a reservation, there was no answer, so I just drove over the hotel and checked in, but the guy behind the desk quoted me a price $8 higher than the sign said. After some haggling, he gave it to me for the advertised price, but was very unprofessional about it. After checking in, the person above me was making a lot of noise, so they gave me another room, the next morning, at about 10 am the front desk announced that the water was being shut off by the water company and that there would be no water for the rest of the day, and that there would be a boil order for the next 24 hours and that there would be no refunds or adjustments, and they were too lazy to go out and buy bottled water, so I just checked out and went to motel 6, it was a dump, but at least they were a little more professional, the management and staff at microtel were terrible! but the rooms are nice, small, but nice.

I would not recommend this hotel. The facilities are adequate and pretty clean, about what you would expect for a cheap hotel. The 'special rate' we found online was no different than the rate on the sign as we pulled up. The young gentleman behind the counter was horribly trained and had to call his boss to switch our room from one bed to two (after initially telling us he couldn't do it because we booked through Hotwire). To me this would seem like the most elementary of tasks for a hotel receptionist. I asked to speak with his manager, and the number he gave me just rang to the phone he was standing next to. And by the way, the bed change took 20 minutes and ended up costing us almost as much as the room itself. I've never paid for a bed change in my life. Spend the extra 15 bucks and go up the street to a hotel with nicer rooms and a competant staff, you wont regret it.
