Standard hotel accommodations. Clean rooms and a nice fitness center with 2 treadmills and other aerobic equipment. Convenient location for conferences as they have event space attached with one ballroom and multiple break out rooms. Big Ten theme.

A really nice hotel, one of the cleanest I've stayed in In a long time. If they are hosting a wedding reception or a loud function it may be recommended to stay on the third floor or above. I coincidentally was staying there for a family wedding with the reception at the hotel. You could hear the music and festivities of the reception plain as day while walking down the hall of the second floor to my room. It was no problem, considering noise is to be expected and I was there as part of the reception, however, if you are just there for a stay, it may be an inconvenience.

Great lobby and customer service but rooms are loud with outside noise. Toilets flushing will wake a deep sleeper and there were signs on ceiling on third floor of stress cracks and discoloration.

This used to be one of my favorite breakfast spots, but no more! Service was slow, food was slow and plain plus they raised their prices and cut the breakfast hours! Not good!

Beautiful rooms, big comfy beds I didnt want to get out of, a pretty nice gym and pool area, and very courteous staff. I would like to see the Hilton chain in general provide tea options with the Kuereg machines in the room but other than that I was very satisfied.

It accommodated our event in a cozy way.

We had breakfast here on Sunday morning and was disappointed. The concept is fine, $12.50 and order anything and everything on the menu. Price includes your drink. The omelet with bacon and french toast I ordered tasted good but took 45 minutes to get. Our server was trying hard but was simply overwhelmed. Our order came out intermittently and some of us were done before others got their food, this is a very poorly operated resteraunt. Obviously under staffed. The people there were friendly and busy, there just needed to be twice as many of them.

I attended an event in the conference center of the Hilton Garden Inn. The event was set up well and the food was delicious. The conference center was large enough for everyone to walk around before the dinner, but compact enough to hear the speakers on stage.

We our banquet there and it was a huge success. The staff was great and helped us with everything we needed! Highly recommend having your function here. First class all the way!

Their lobby was very cleaned and updated. They have a bar, snack bar, pool, gym and a comfortable seating area. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom was a little smaller than other places I have stayed but it was cleaned and stocked with necessities. The beds were very comfortable. I was happy they wasn't to soft. I would recommend this hotel.

My in-laws stayed here over a long holiday weekend. We went by there to swim in the pool and hang out in their hotel room. The room and other open spaces are very nice. There is a great downstairs bar and nice pool/hot tub area that we enjoyed.

I went for a holiday party with the company that I am emolyeed to. The entire locations was very clean. The employees were nice for the little that I spoke with them. The conference center was great for our company party of about 140 including a giant stage and dance floor.

Just stayed one night but would have loved to stay more! The staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable! It is well worth the price!

The conference rooms are great. The sounds do not carry from one conference room to the next. Truly letting your Conference go in uninterrupted! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! The management seemed to work as hard as the servers, which is always what it takes to have a great productive and coordinated team.

Went there for a conference, the place was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, but their really need to be more parking. Several people had to find off site parking.

We just had our wedding reception here (10/21/17) and the entire experience was wonderful. From the planning to the execution everything they did was helpful. We worked with Shelby for most of the planning and she was wonderful. Near the wedding we worked with Caitlyn and she was great at helping us pull it together in the end. They even provided snacks and champagne whenever we had meetings with them. Another great convenience is that the hotel staff did all of the reception set-up. We dropped off decorations, gave them some pictures of centerpieces ideas, and they got it all set up. The food was great (through the hotel) and all of our guests were impressed by it and the atmosphere. The rooms themselves were very nice as well. Highly recommended.

I like this hotel. Nice and quiet. Good service. Very disappointed in the shower for the special needs room. Has standard bathtub. How was my guest expected to shower?

The room was clean and the hotel as a whole was very nice. The hotel however was experiencing some renovations so parts of the hotel were inaccessible. The breakfast was not complimentary and over priced for what was being offered. There are diners close enough that have better.

I attended a work event here. The conference center is extremely large. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They had signage pointing in the right direction to help in navigating to the right conference room. Very clean!

Very nice hotel. When here, it was going through renovations. They let me check in before 10am and have been very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel in Champaign. Very close to campus and the athletic venues, and also close to downtown Champaign for restaurants and bars. It's always clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have everything you need at a hotel.

We had our wedding reception at the Hilton, and it was wonderful! Not only was the venue fantastic, but the service from top to bottom was fantastic. Jenny and Shelby worked so hard to make sure the logistics were perfect and the wait staff were so sweet and helpful. Everyone had a blast! :) They did all of the decorating for the reception and coordinated with my DJ and the lady baking our cake and everything was perfect. Our out-of-town guests enjoyed the hotel stay as well and the discount offered for the wedding guests was super helpful. Would definitely recommend this venue (especially Alumni Hall) if you are looking for a wedding reception venue! :)

Attended a wedding here. The space was very nice, and the food was great as well. The best part was Janice tending the bar. My son really wanted a cherry that was in one of the butler-passed cocktails, so I told him we'd go ask for one at the bar. She let him have one, and then every time I went up for a drink the rest of the night she gave him a skewer with three cherry's on it :) She even gave me a skewer of olives when I commented on how big they were.

Conveniently located hotel for University of Illinois events (only a 2-block walk) and very clean and comfortable rooms. The lobby area is bright and welcoming and the staff were very friendly and engaged in conversation. Noise from other rooms and bathrooms was easily noticeable and the AC unit seemed louder than most, but it would not prevent a future stay. This will be my top-choice for my next C-U visit.

Very comfortable setting. Great variety of refreshments. The only thing I would suggest is to offer you some kind of small snack like cracker or cookies or something.

I was best man at a wedding here. The staff was great. The manager took care of all of our extra needs and made sure the couple was happy. Nice venue.

I was there for a formal, college event with a student organization. I thought that the room we were given was set-up very well. The food was fantastic, although I did not try the desserts. Also the bartender did a great job with customers for what I was able to see. My only problems were with the dj and the sound system, but I don't know how directly related to the hotel they were.

I attended a professional event at the hotel. The lobby area is very nicely finished. The ballrooms are medium sized and well maintained. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

Very clean. That was the best customer service I have ever received. They accommodated our 26' moving truck and towed car while the hotel was full.

I attended the CUSF gala at the Hilton Garden Inn. Service by the hotel employees was prompt and polite. Overall a good experience for the event.

Best hotel gym in the champaign area. Keurigs in room for coffee. No complimentary breakfast which is a bummer. Overall though best hotel for the money in the area. Great place to stay if you're traveling for work.

Definitely not the nicest Hilton I've stayed at however it isn't trashy or anything either. Rather middling.

Came here for a Chamber event. Very nice place. Appears to have a lot of business travelers.

The rooms were clean & spacious. Service was decent, we called & asked for firmer pillows & were put on hold for quite some time. However they brought them up about 15 minutes later & we slept great! Location was right were we needed to be, close to campus! Awesome stay, highly recommend!

If you have not stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Champaign, I would highly consider you reevaluate your current stay situation. This is a great hotel for business, with excellent staff and quality amenities. My favorite place I stay at in Central IL. Thank you.

We had our wedding and reception at the Hilton Garden Inn in Champaign. Everything went beautifully even though we had a few last minute special requests come up! Before the event Danielle was fantastic. She asked me questions about details I had not even considered and kept me on track. She is definitely an expert. I'm honestly not sure I could have put the wedding together without her. The food was also great! I recommend the Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken, and I recommend you hold your events at the Hilton Garden Inn.

I was staying here for the weekend on buisness. I had to go out to my car around 11pm to get something, and there were 3 drunk men loitering around my car, looking into my windows when I was inside, and randomly started yelling profaine things at me. I was only out there for about four minutes, and in just that ammount of time, they had set off about 4 or 5 car allarms! Not only was I terrified to even attempt to walk back into the hotel with them out there, but I am also verry worried that my car is going to be next. When I attempted to notify security, they didn't seem at all bothered. I also found about 7 drug bags with little pictures of something on them laying in their parking lot right next to my car! If you are ever plan on staying at this hotel just be aware it seems to be in a terrible part of town. I don't believe I would ever stat again.

This is one of the better places I've stayed in Champaign-Urbana. The Hilton Garden Inn is located near campus less than a mile from Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium. The rooms all have flat panel HDTV's and yes, they actually have HD channels. They're just the local ones off the air, but they are HD. The room also have wireless internet and allow you to print directly from your computer to a remote printer in the business center. Rooms come with a computer desk set up with a phone and lamp as well as a really comfortable chair. There's also a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The company I'm working for is paying, so I don't know the price, but this really is one of the better places that I've stayed near campus.
