Perfect place next to the board walk. Its a easy 1 minute walk to be on the board walk. We love staying here or at one of the other "Beach House" properties when ever we come to OC. Clean rooms and the owner is very responsive if we had questions.

If you're looking for a place to stay for senior week, this is the perfect place. We had units 1 and 2 on talbot street and comfortably had 18 people living in the two units. The noise naturally got blocked out due to the layout of the house, and the short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and pizza places (especially Fat Daddys) made this not only the perfect house but the perfect location. I highly recommend staying here, the owner is nice and understanding, and after a week of staying, we got our entire security deposit back.
