If you like the smell of an old soggy musty frat house basement, this is the place for you. As soon as we walked in, the musty mildew stench took over. A few recommendations — 1. BYOB — bring your own bed sheets. The comforter looked like it hadn't been washed since it was made in the 70s. 2. Bring your slippers unless you like walking on cold dirty slimy tile floors. 3. Don't plan on sitting on the couch. It looked like someone got really drunk and hungry and strayed chewing on the couch. It's ripped with stuffing coming out. 4. Bring your own soap unless you like washing with scent less laffy taffy. 5. If you have back problems, don't stay here. The bed was more like a hammock. It caved in the middle. I've seen better looking motels in horror movies. Now I see why the sign in the office says "absolutely no refunds after check in" because once you see how bad the room is, you're going to want a refund. I would rather have slept on the beach.

Dirty. Bathrooms were not cleaned in-between guest. There was feces on the toilet paper there and the toilet paper holder was missing. The key to the door did not work and instead of the door being fixed I had to get someone from the front desk to open it for me each time. The only bright spot was the location and that the staff was friendly.

I made a last minute reservation and it was a very positive experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was decent but the sheet felt sandy and the the shower was very dark. But the space was clean and the water pressure was good. And great location.

I really don't like it. The bathroom was dirty with a lot of birth. The sheets trot… They don't give the free breakfast as they say… If you do not ask L Wi-Fi password They do not give it. The cable only as 4 channels serve. That's why I didn't like it.

Great value and excellent staff.

Loved how close the hotel was to the beach. The morning staff were very friendly and asked while we were outside if we needed anything and were quick to get what was needed. The rooms were decent not the worst as I was impressed with how comfortable the beds were but also was lacking in certain amenities.

Please let me no if im staying here this yr are what, I heard they are going back to sea breeze please get back with me on this Russell our the new owners.

Mold all over shower, torn up couch cushions, stains on sheets and towels, stench, gross, worst hotel we've seen yet and expensive. Do not stay here and waste your money. Drive two miles north for a better location. Everyone else must be talking about a different hotel. Pool is green and nasty and is about the size of a bathtub.

Clean room and friendly service. Small pool but just a block to beach and boardwalk.

This is a GREAT little hotel, the room's are clean, the help are friendly and helpful. So close to the OCEAN more than reasonable small pool that was clean and comfortable with ledge you can sit on and relax in the pool. HIGHLY RECOMEND to anyone looking for comfort, friendly people and many returning customer's. Will definetly return!

Pretty good. Good price. Great location. Great service. Not a 4 star but not a 4 star price, either!
