Convenient location, clean and reasonable room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Its ok. Needs a little updating. Would stay here again when choice membership has great pricing going on.

Staff barely speaks English and hard to communicate with them. Book online and days in advance for best rate. Don't waste time with walking rates.

Nice people, clean. Quite place. Comfortable been coming here for 3 yrs.

Wifi did not work. Asked front desk for help. Said it was something to do with our internet security software on our computers. Tried to disable, did not work, as expected. Problem persisted across three different devices. Front desk was unhelpful in solving this issue. One of the towels in the room were unclean.

Outside of my room deposit taking so long to return to my car. It was decent.

Very friendly stuff, Good breakfast, but bad elevator and very bad washer and dryer.

Okay, this place is borderline acceptable. I stay at a lot of hotels and on the plus side, there were no bugs, it was pretty quiet, there was plenty of parking, free breakfast (we didn't eat though), pet friendly, they have smoking rooms (could be a pro or con? ), and the bathroom was clean. But the man who checked me in seemed to be quite rude and acted weird when I told him we had a dog, like I wouldn't be able to pay the extra $12 or something. I booked on Hotwire hot rate so there was nowhere to indicate that we had a dog, but I don't think he understood that and told me I should put it in the comments? Anyway, the room was meh. I don't think the mattresses were on the right size frames, plus they were just crappy mattresses anyway. The pillows were awful. We didn't even sleep under the covers. The floor seemed damp for no reason. We left a few minutes late and housekeeping was knocking at like 11:10a… I'm like dang… it ain't like y'all cleaning that hard anyway! Lol… I don't know… just not a great experience, but not the worst either.

When we arrived, the man at the reception desk was quite rude. He stated that if we were to bring pets, we needed to call beforehand. The website never stated such a thing, and we had already made reservations. We were appalled at his attitude. The staff the next day were much kinder, and breakfast was great.

Dude was asleep when we got to check-in, wouldn’t check us in for one room at 3 am on a freezing night because we had three adults and one child so wanted to charge double for a standard 2 bed room. Unbelievable, don’t stay here.

This Hotel is horrible… we made a reservation on priceline and when we got to the hotel they guy at the desk said that only one of the rooms were available and refused to let us check in because they reservation was for two rooms but they only had one available… we tried to tell the man to just give us the room that was available and we would straighten it out in the AM. Mind you its thanksgiving night and I have my two children with me and we are 5 hours from home… The fool at the front desk still argued and refused us the check in! He even called the cops because he wanted us to leave but we wanted our 200.00 back if your not going to provide services that were already paid for in advance! Needless to say I had to go thru my bank for a refund because neither this hotel or priceline was willing to help. They kept calling it a cancellation like I canceled my stays by doing this they are not required to refund your money. Unfucking believable! DO NOT STAY HERE! THESE FOREFINGERS THAT OWN THIS HOTEL ARE ASSHOLES! The condition of the hotel is not what you see in the pictures BEWARE!

We stayed for two days and we had a great stay. The staff was friendly and the room was neat and clean. We booked online and there was no issues checking in. The Wi-Fi worked great in the room and we had a nice flat screen TV with a wide range of channels and a microwave and fridge all clean and new.

Run down hotel, not very clean. I saw a cockroach crawling on the bathroom wall! I told them and they said they would give me a $10 discount but they never did. Still price was ok specially last minute and this hotel served it's purpose, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Room is fine, this is for the shameful service. I mistakenly booked for the night before we arrived and they wouldn't honor it. Had to pay again and was told the Manager could refund in AM. He was less than concerned and refused to do it. Horrible customer service from a greedy hotel.

Everything looked and smelled nice when we went in. Had more in the room than I expected. It was nice and so was the people.

We didn't get the room we ordered. We were supposed to get a king size bed with a Jacuzzi in the same room. The guy at the front desk acted like we were annoying him every time we went to ask about something. We asked for more shampoo and he said no. The Jacuzzi had to be scrubbed and bleached before we could use it. There was soap scum all over. For over $300 we expected better accommodation. The couch was not a sleeper as the as said. Instead of a king bed they gave us two small full size.

Overall, not a bad stay for the price. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and we were pretty upset when we got there and realized it. The manager at the counter was very sympathetic, but had no vacant non smoking rooms. He offered us a bottle of febreeze ro try and make the best of it. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, but when we got into the room, it wasn't nearly as bad. We sprayed the room and slept fine afterward. The pillows were lumpy, but other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. 2 waffle makers, yogurt, cereal, danishes, bagels and muffins. The staff we encountered was very friendly.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room is what you would expect for the price. Fridge, microwave, and a safe in the room. Not a bad place to rest for the night.

Not much within walking distance as far as location goes. But the rooms are decent and the breakfast is pretty basic. Good nights sleep if ya need it.

It had good location. Good veiws. Service wqs good. The juice at the free breakfast was nasty tho.

I have to tell you we have not seen or worked with the best hotel manger (Scott) most genuine understanding and patience person. Bill his maintenance man was awesome when something went wrong. For us being there for many months he was one of the most hard working people I have seen. Really like Scott and Bill. Their staff was so nice and housekeepers where so so sweet. The hotel was a great place to stay. And they made you feel very welcomed. thank you scott, bill staff and house keeping. :-)

Very clean rooms. Quite, comfortable. Everything I need they have… Fast Wi-Fi, Refrigerators and microwaves. Safe area. Good discounts on many restaurants in the area. Very friendly atmosphere. Good free breakfast. Best rates in the area, nobody can beat the price. My son and I love our stay here.

Top Tier service, the people running this joint go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty, the area it's in is ninja, raising the bar in hospitality. This place is from now on choice when passing through Hagerstown MD.

Front desk clerk guy Sun. Evening could be nicer and at least greet or acknowledge guest and visitors coming in and out (especially after what happen in Paris). Instead of him actively on computer/internet. I went outside to smoke twice and both time he did NOT eye contacts at me. But his eyes sure nough glued to that monitor computer. I thought and always seek SAFETY and SECURITIES are my main focus and choice when I select or choose a hotel.

Rooms need to be remodeled.

Great service. My partner has a sleep disorder and the staff were very accommodating, making sure we were not disturbed, and were very nice about it. Rooms have been renovated with microwaves and mini fridges, and everything was clean and worked properly. (One light over the desk did not work but was simply unplugged, I have found this to be common — I think probably housekeeping unplugs a lamp to plug in the vacuum and forgets to plug it back in. ) Continental breakfast is average + hot waffles. I usually stay in the cheapest place I can find, and for.

This place was terrible. Me and my girlfriend were visiting Hagerstown and we thought this would be a decent place to stay. But when we checked into the room, it smelled terrible. In fact the entire floor stunk. I complained to the front desk and the lady told me that all the other rooms were full and there was nothing she could do. She came up to the room and sprayed stuff on the carpet. As if that was supposed to take the smell out of the AIR. I went back down and told them I could not sleep here and asked for a refund. She then spoke on the phone with someone in a different language and told me that I needed to talk with the website I booked with (Priceline). This was obviously just to get me to leave. I then complained to Priceline a few days later, and was told that they would contact the hotel. They then told me that the hotels themselves make decisions on refunds, and this hotel, refused my request. They don't know how to treat people. If you are staying in Hagerstown, avoid this place. Oh, and when I was in the parking lot some weird lady was getting undressed next to her car.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The gentleman at the front desk, Bill, had a SERIOUS attitude problem. I came up from South Carolina and reserved a room with my friend. Bill had a problem with 2 of my friends from in town coming over to watch a movie for 2 hours in my room. He got loud with me when I was polite with him and he told me it was not a theater. He proceeded by trying to say I was sneaking them in when we were at the front desk the entire time. I got my money back and went up the street to the Best Western where I had no problems whatsoever.
