Very clean and friendly, accommodating staff!

While traveling from Richmond VA, I had a car accident and needed a place to stay. Larry was amazingly helpful and gave me a spacious room. After a shocking experience, it was a blessing to find kindness and compassion from a stranger. Larry and his staff are top notch and I’m grateful for their kindness and reasonable rate, especially on a holiday weekend. To be sure, I will recommend Hampton Inn of Hagerstown MD and I will always remember their kindness to a stranger.

Check in even though completed online when speaking to hotel staff seemed like an interruption and they actually debated who was going to assist me. I am a Diamond member of the Honors plan but no greeting as such (a Hilton requirement) and there was no complimentary water (also requirement). Room was ok. Yet another reason why I am leaving Hilton completely for Marriott.

Great rooms, great customer service, and everything you need near by :) happy camper here.

First time at a Hampton Inn. We had a very nice stay here. Room was excellent and had a very comfortable bed. Not sure if walls and door are sound proof because we never heard any hallway noise. Great free breakfast every morning. If all Hampton Inns are like this I'd pick them every time we travel.

After two 14-hour days on the road, we came in ragged and grumpy. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming it disarmed me immediately. The room was spacious and clean, the bed like a cloud, and the shower hot with great water pressure. Add a free hot breakfast with waffles, fruit, bagels, cereal, eggs, yogurt, etc and I don't know what more you could ask for at $120 per night when I booked in summer. I highly recommend this location!

I am so thankful to have found this location for the evening! The place was very clean, everyone was very polite and helpful. The pool was a nice bonus. Glad we had our suits! The rates were great, especially if you take into consideration the wonderful breakfast they provided. Much better than your average continental breakfast. That saved us at least 30+ tip before hitting the road. We plan on vacationing the same place next year and we will book our room here again!

The rooms are up to date and comfortable. The bathroom mirrors provide up close perspective. Daily breakfast provides a variety of hot entrees and fresh baked goods and fruits. Digital smart phone keying is available. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and polite. Fridge in room was helpful. Breakfast options were great for the kids, and I was pleased to see some gluten free cereals offered (hotel breakfasts are tricky for those who are GF or have food allergies). One treadmill was broken in the workout room, the speed function would not work, so the treadmill only functioned at an extremely slow walk. Several people tried to use it during my workout, so its repair would go to good use. Other than the treadmill, no complaints.

Only stayed one night but everything was good. No complaints at all! I had the king bed in my room. Very nice room. I usually stay at the Country Inn & Suites on Valley Mall Rd but they were all booked. I think I found a new place to stay.

Excellent hotel. Good price. Great location. Very clean breakfast was awesome a lot af choices. Easy access to restaurants. Store's and quick access to main Hwy. Would recommend to everyone. I cant wait for my next visit to stay again at this hotel. Keep the good work.

We were looking for a place for the night on our drive from Maine to South Carolina. We booked this hotel on the fly, thinking it was closer to 81 and was a bit surprised when we had to drive through downtown and miles off the highway but it has been well worth it. It is a nice, clean hotel with an extremely helpful staff. Larry and Laura were working tonight when we arrived and have been nothing but friendly and helpful. From suggesting a great local place for pizza delivery to getting us milk for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area for vacation or just a night passing through!

I always love me a Hilton hotel! The only reason a have them 4 Stars is because they charged me for using there phone which I didn’t. They did correct it but make sure you check your bill before checking out!

Very clean, nice looking hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing! I have never been to a hotel where the pillows didn't hurt my neck, the pillows here we're so comfortable! Only an overnight stay, but was pleased.

The staff were super courteous, the bathroom was very nice. Honestly the comfiest bed I've stayed in. Would Def recommend.

Nice inn conveniently located beside a sonic, checkers, McDonald’s, and loads of food places. Breakfast was good, the lady in the kitchen accommodated amazingly to the tourist group and continuously brought out food. Only downside was the outdoor pool, wish it wa indoor and open : (

The rooms we're nice and very clean. All interactions with the staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Quiet nice stay. Left pretty early so I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. Bathroom and room were super clean. Loved the mirror, it was a 3-way and the sink was large. Husband was able to hook up gaming system so we watched Netflix. All in all the stay was great.

The room was very nice. King sized bed, backlit ceiling, desk with chair. Wi-Fi was acceptable for streaming video. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable and good size rooms, nice bathrooms, nice size TV. Really good free breakfast that ran till 10am. I do recommend this hotel, well priced.

We came in Christmas Eve and left the day after Christmas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean & quiet. There are 5 of us, so they provided a roll-away for free. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. We were impressed that they had smoked sausage one day! We would love to stay here again!

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel overall was clean and the front desk was very helpful. The entire hotel was very quiet as well.

When travel to Hagerstown this is where I stay. Been staying here for over 5 years. No issues, clean and friendly. Only down fall is my most recent stay I got a wake up call that I did not request. The breakfast is great every morning.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. It was extremely easy to get around and the staff was very friendly. They were able to give us a late check-out and the breakfast is way above the standard Continental that most places have. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice gym with dumbbells and treadmills. Updated lobby and rooms, but the first floor room was a little noisy at night. I kept waking up to something that sounded like an ice machine. Maybe better look for a room away from the lobby.

Polite and helpful front desk attendant. Clean room, clean sheets, clean ironing board. Clean iron, clean bathroom. Personal thermostat. Comfy beds.

This Hampton is AWESOME! My husband have stayed her twice now and each time, the rooms have been clean and the staff has been wonderful to work with.

The hotel has room ready as booked handicapped Roll in showers. It was located on 1st floor. The maid staff wad very helpful and kind. Room TV could have been bigger in smaller room. Clean.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for 21 days… our home away from home. The whole staff are wonderful, warm and friendly. The Inn is Clean and Inviting.

I'm a big fan of the Hilton brand so I have a bias. Like always the place is clean, welcoming and full of friendly staff. The room is spacious and has a fresh face on it. Breakfast, while not earth shattering, had plenty of options to get my day stafted. Definitely recommend.

Our second stay here. The first stay was so nice we said we'd come back if ever in the area again. We used the app to check in and select a room, which was easy and very convenient. We didn't need to speak to a single person to get in because we used the app as a room key. Worked very well. The room was extremely clean, the most important factor every stay. Would have given this stay a five star rating, except a car alarm went off right outside our room at 630 am and didn't stop for a long time. It's not the hotel's fault, but it did keep me from a perfect stay. Will be back if ever near again!

Very nice. I checked in with my sister and we got the last room in the place. There was a wedding or reunion or something. And we were so glad to get the room. The decor is adorable. You walk in and are greeted by a mural photograph of cows. How Maryland! Each room had a different Maryland picture on the placard with the room number. The beds were so comfortable. Clean. Soft towels. Huge free breakfast. And very friendly employees.

We love to stop here on our way to the beach. They have a great pool an easy access to the highway. Where they stand out is their people. They seem to take pride in their jobs. As Hampton Inn's go, this is one of the best.

Hampton Inn was not my first choice in lodgings as I have a preferred hotel chain that I almost always book. That said, I wanted to be closer to the venue I was traveling for so I reluctantly booked the Hagerstown Hampton Inn. To my surprise the hotel was modern and clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. My three day stay was comfortable and very affordable. I believe I have found a new preferred hotel chain and at a much more economical price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice. Service at places around wasn't great. We went to Black Eyed Suzie's but their service wasn't great in the least, then we walked into Sheetz and then right back out since there waitress was the cashier for the gas station part as well, then we went to Pizza Hut. That's right Pizza Hut. And found comfort in an old familiar place. The service was ok, but no one dresses well at any of the restaurants around, with holes in clothes or unfitted garments. Of course, we didn't try the expensive steak houses either. I would stay at the Hampton Inn though. They rock and the service there is exceptionally good.

Excellent, friendly service. The front desk staff was cheerful. Even the maintenance staff who were trimming the trees were polite and asked if they could do anything to help us. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the free hot breakfast was a delicious bonus. This is an excellent buy for the price. We were tempted to stay longer, but had to get on the road.

Everything was good. Decent location to the speedway. Traffic not too busy to exit the hotel. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was a good selection. Price was good. Overall it was a nice stay.

The maids are thieves. Zero Stars! On April 17th my 14 yr old daughter forgot 2 little clutch type purses in the nightstand drawer, a silver one and a black one. They had all of her stuff in them i. E. High school Id, metrolink pass for the month, & a bunch of gift cards. I called to let them know as soon as she realized. I spoke with the lady that was there at 3am east coast time. She went to look for them and called me back. She said she found the silver one on a maids cart but didn't see the black one. She told me she was leaving a note for the people working the next day to look for the black one. I called back at approx 9:30am east coast time to check on the other purse. The lady that answers the phone tells me "oh the lady working last night was wrong about the silver purse, that actually belongs to the maid". WHAT? The maid carries around a silver clutch purse while she's working YA RIGHT! I'm so pissed. I was told they will look again. I called back later and was transferred to a manager who insinuates her team would turn in a penny… oh please save it! Your maids on the 3rd floor room 304 at noon on Sunday April 17th 2016 are THIEVES! They know damn well that they kept those purses with all my daughters things. No one checked into the room after us so all fingers point at the maids… sorry but you know you have them. Karma will catch up with you.

We checked in at 12:30 a. M. And left the hotel by 5:30 a. M. The room was clean. Had a microwave and nice size fridge. They offered the typical amenities. Breakfast smelled delicious even though we didn't eat because breakfast didn't start till 6 am.

Rooms were very clean and the staff was very courteous. Coffee at the front door was very welcoming and the continental breakfast was above par.

Absolutely amazing! Cleanest place I have ever been. Arrived at 2:30AM and the staff was ass chipper and as welcoming as if it was 2:30PM. Worth every penny. Quiet. Clean clean clean. I will absolutely stay here again.

I have been staying here for over 15 years. Why would anyone stay anywhere else. Great staff, exceptionally clean, everyone greets you with a smile even at 6am when you go to eat. Also only 1 or 2 miles off interstate.

Nice hotel We did not have any problems. The rooms have been remodeled within the last few years. We had a quiet room. The staff was friendly and efficient.

SUPER CLEAN! fantastic place to stay, stayed there after my daughter's softball tournament and it was great. Very clean throughout the entire facility. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Quick check in and out. Would definitely stay there again. I wanted to take the duvet home with me, it was so soft and comfy and smelled like it just came out of the dryer. Loved our stay!

We have stayed here several times over several years. The rooms are always very clean and in good shape. The customer service is always excellent. We had a staff member go the extra mile by assisting our family on their time during a family emergency. The woman assisted us by taking my wife to a local pharmacy to save valuable minutes since my wife did not know the area. This is not something the staff has to do as part of their job. I hope this speaks of the type of staff members that work here. We reccomend this Hampton Inn to every one over other hotels within 50 miles. We hope you enjoy your stay.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel room. The price was very reasonable and included breakfast. The staff was very nice. I would go back again.
