The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Location is awesome. Only down side is that they allow dogs in the restaurant area. I understand the hotel is pet friendly but I was eating my dinner and there was a dog running around jumping on the furniture where people sit and eat.

A pleasant place to stay in Annapolis downtown. I only got to stay one night I wish I can stay more nights. Since it s downtown, the parking cannot expect to be cheap. The restaurant serves until 11 pm. In weekends, the breakfast serves until 11 am.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are clean and modern. Staff is friendly. You can definitely hear other rooms especially when they slam their doors but I guess that's expected. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Centrally located. So close to Ms. Shirley's! Will definitely stay again when we visit annapolis.

Nice and clean hotel. Walking distance to downtown. You can use their bikes free of charge to do some site seeing. Pool, jacuzzi and OK sized gym in the lower level, although the first two only opens at 8am so no swim for early birds or for ones that are on business and have morning meetings. Breakfast menu is good value, staff was super accomodating. Would stay here again.

Our event was professionally serviced from beginning to end. Food was exceptional, drinks were expertly crafted, and the service top-notch. We would definitely use this venue again for another event.

I think the ac unit was leaking, about 15 sq ft of carpet was soaking wet (who knows how long it had been sitting there) and gave the room kind of a mildewy smell. Food was good though, bar seemed lively and all staff were really nice and helpful! The "courtesy outlets" by the nightstand really blew me away though, without em I might've had to charge my phone across the room.

This is a nice hotel in the downtown Annapolis area. Our room was unique to say the least as far as the view. We opened the window curtains and there is an old Military Grave Yard for our view. Very interesting. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was the first Grave Yard View. Very clean room, work out room and pool. The Weston is near the water front. Nice area to with lots of restaurants. The Crab Cakes are wonderful!

Huge round of applause for this hotel! I am a dog mommy and this hotel allowed you to bring your pet which is so wonderful. However when we all arrived, he got dog treats and bed and bowls right from the start! Not to mention the constant belly rubs in the lobby! He got treated like a King and I thank the staff of the Westin Annapolis for this! Price wise it was a little pricey just for one night. But the way I look at it, I wouldn’t have wanted to be away from my pooch so we didn’t the right thing And brought him along!

Really spacious room. Great customer service. Clean bed, bathroom. The price to stay here was well worth it. No noise. The staff are really care about their customers. Always smiling.

Spent a wonderful week in Annapolis. Room was clean. Had trouble with getting things fixed tub handle came off. The door squeaked very loudly. Complained three times, that never got fixed. Then at checkout requested charges to be switch to another card. That didn’t happen until a called. Spoke with Wendy in accounting, she was very short. Not happy with this Westin. The one in Charlotte is much nicer!

Very nice facility for business conferences. Paid parking. Good customer service.

I recently stayed at this Westin and I have a few complaints. First, they nickel and dime you for basic ammenities that two star hotels give you. However, on my particular stay they had a prom. The bass from the DJ at the prom rattled out room until midnight. Definitely not something you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I was extremely dissapointed with my stay.

Lovely customer service. Also great location for being close to small shops, cafes, and restaurants in any direction. I wasn't pleased with was our fire alarm going off at 5:30 am for no reason. It was going off in our room only. Our phone also weirdly had a bad connection whenever we wanted to contact the front desk. But other than those two things I had a great time. I would stay there again!

I was photographing for a wedding. The hotel was very clean. The front desk helped the guests at the bar and everything was great.

This is a very nice hotel. Good restaurant, and close to a lot of things.

I had a very breif but pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the nessisary amenities. Their valet service was extremely convenient and quick, and allowed us to park cheaply.

Staying long term for a second year and customer service has gone notably downhill. The Pool and hot tub are closed for the Winter because they just don’t feel like staffing them. Expensive dry cleaning service goes out late, comes back well after promised and then you have to go fishing for them to dig it out. It wasn’t always this way but things have gone downhill lately.

What a beautiful place. However, I am sitting in the lobby enjoying my coffee and there is a man loudly holding court by the coffee stand. He’s negotiating how to get a hamburger with eggs for the cheapest price. The staff are just allowing him to stand ther and interrupt the quiet everyone is trying to enjoy. In fact the staff are laughing and being just as loud. This is unacceptable behavior for a hotel of this caliber and I doubt we will be back. Very disappointing. Chas, Philadelphia PA.

Rooms were nice and clean. Location was perfect for the reason I was there. Service was overall good. Definitely recommend for short stays.

Comfortable rooms and great staff! Loved the buffet-style breakfast and the great dining area. It was nice being able to hold a conversation at your table without having to talk over the people at the surrounding tables!

Very nice great rates. Close to downtown Annapolis. I like the bathroom amenities they put mouthwash and makeup remover wipes, things that I haven't seen in other hotels and that u forget to pack but realize u need. I took one star off since they have internet connection but it's so difficult to connect to from my phone.

Went for a wedding, staff was helpful and polite. Valet service was excellent and reasonable. Location was easy to find. Hotel itself and property clean looking and visually pleasing.

$500 at night during the sailboat show in October for a room stuck on the elevator. Noisy as a motel at $75.
Room service lunch… worst lunch ever received from my life, potatoes begging us to finish them. A Dutch sauce that is a declaration of war in Holland, and bacon that is physically closer to the cedar shingle than to the food world.

A bowl of yogurt no granola and 3 blueberries, obviously not the blueberry season in Maryland.
Once warned the reception of this food fiasco we leave at 8:00 in the morning to go to eat near the marina, what was our surprise to see at 4:30 pm our breakfast which was always in our room!
In short we had no house keeping before 6.30 pm!
One I don't care about at the kitchen level and the interview team.

Completely neutral here. I had to. Use the parking garage for jury duty. Garage was accessible and clearly marked where to go. I've heard great things about the Westin but haven't had the opportunity to stay yet.

Location is excellent — not too far walking distance from numerous restaurants and bars. Hotel impeccably clean and staff very polite. The only downside during my stay was the speed of breakfast. It's cooked to order and by the time I received it and had chance to finish it I was delayed attending a business appointment. Other than that the valet service and concierge have been very useful and I'd recommend the hotel to others.

Let's get the bad out the way first. I stayed on the second floor and there was this stench — awful smell — in the hallway that smelled like someone used the hallway as a gym. This is the only reason I could not give this place 5 stars. You have to fix this. A walk from the elevator to room 251 — trying to hold your breath can be a bit of a task. It was disgusting. Shampoo the rugs or find out what smells! The staff is winning customers for this place. Everyone smiles and is eager to help. I found the front desk team to be professional and agreeable. My room was very clean and comfortable.

The Westin Annapolis is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Beds feel like you're sleeping in a cloud. There are bikes which you can check out and ride down to the harbor for free. And if you forgot athletic gear, the hotel will hook you up with new balance sneakers and clothing for $5. Everything you could need from a hotel and more.

Nice hotel with a beautiful circle front entrance! The staff was awesome and very pleasant and accommodating. There was no refrigerator or microwave in our second room (from 411 to 452), which I thought was pretty standard. I was only there for a night, so it wasn't a game changer. We were moved because there was what appeared to be dried blood around the skirt of the bed. Also, the toilet was extremely low for a taller individual (6' or taller).

The location was great. The Westin was in downtown Annapolis not tonight far from Main Street. The room was clean and spacious. Service was excellent! Whenever I inquired about anything with any of the staff they were all more than happy to be informative and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

A nice hotel with some very enjoyable perks: cool shower head, comfy bed with nice linens and two suitcase racks (always a plus). If you chose not to have your linens and towels changed they'll give you a voucher for Starpoints (or whatever it is they give) or $5 off in the restaurant. It's within easy walking distance to the downtown area (~1/2 mile-ish). In addition to the restaurant there is a bar, plus a small coffee shop. Sadly, though the restaurant food was pretty good, the selection is small and the service was abysmally negligent both times I was in there. Fortunately there is plenty of good food as close as across the street.

Personally, I like the LaQuinta Inn better and had one been available, we would have stayed there. We came home from a 2 week vacation to a broken air conditioner and needed to find a hotel to stay in at 11 pm. Needless to say, one room, in the most expensive hotel, the Westin, was available. So we arrived there expecting wonderful service. Instead, we walked in to the hotel with no one at the front desk. The valet went to get someone. The front desk clerk she showed up, apologized for the wait, checked us in, gave us our keys and that was it. I was expecting directions to the elevators, what services they offered, pool hours. Anything really. As I stood there looking at her, awaiting sometime of direction, she looked at me and said, "Oh, your done here. ". Oh, well, alright then. We got our bags, had to ask directions to the elevators and then went to our room. I called the front desk from our front room a couple of times to ask questions. One was whether or not they had vending machines and they do not, but they have a gift shop. My husband went to get drinks from the gift shop and once he returned to the room, he wanted to know if the gift shop had benedryl but didn't want to walk back down (it's almost midnight now), so I called the front desk again to ask her (her name was Ashley). She said she didn't know, but she would check (awesome! ).

RUDE AWAKENINGS! Spent the night there for an anniversary getaway. The decor was nice in the hotel and the showers were delightful. However, during our one night stay a member of our staff walked into our room on two occasions! Once around midnight, someone used a keycard and asked for someone, the second, around 9am. It was the housekeeping staff. We requested a late check out, so we can sleep in a bit. Apparently housekeeping didn't get that message. I informed the front desk attendant about our overnight experience, they apologized. We will not return, regardless.

DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR WEDDING NIGHT! Pros: The bed in the room was very nice and the room was clean and well maintained. The hallways were clean and the elevators did not give you that feeling of you would get stuck and be trapped. Cons: I have never been treated the way I have at this hotel. The front desk was very rude to me and my wedding party. The moment we walked into the Westin, I could feel the un approving look from the front desk. They saw a group of young people and automatically thought we were going to be an issue or unable to afford the hotel. I was with a group that was coming for a wedding and they were not helpful at all. They first told us we could get ready in the public restrooms after saying the room was unavailable. Public restrooms, my goodness, to get ready in those for a wedding was just a shocking statement, and coming from the Westin was even more shocking. We came to the Westin for quality if we wanted this treatment we would have gone to a Super 8 Motel. We had called a few hours before we arrived and they said the room would be ready. When we arrived they acted as if they never said that and that the room wasn't ready, when they said it would be. To the groom of the party they were exceptionally rude and did not treat him with the same respect as other people due to him being a younger man. They didn't bother to give us another room until I asked them to.

I haven't even stayed here yet but the fact that a $200 room requires me to pay for internet in the year 2014 is absurd. Not to mention that apparently I will have to pay to park as well.

Our stay at the Westin Annapolis was amazing. The staff was great and Shawn, the concierge, assisted with reservations. There is a free shuttle that comes regularly and parking is convenient. All in all, when we return to Annapolis, this is where we will stay.

This place is unreal and has a great view of the annapolis area, I stayed here in may for a weding and they have great service and a very nice pool/hottub area in the basement. People have told me about this and I have heard great things from all who have stayed here.

Pros: Free "cleanse water", decent pool, nice modern layout Cons: Cold service and vibe overall. The girl who was working the service desk the majority of the time was just awful, rude and gave one word responses to answers. The whole vibe of the hotel was cold and lifeless in general. On top of the expensive room, enjoy ten dollars an hour for internet and an overpriced buffet. Oh yeah, its ten bucks a day minimum for parking too. All of this and its still not within walking distance of the city center.

Great location. Room price is ok. They charge for everything from parking to internet in the room but its free in the lobby and they charge $10.00 in the the room and they change extra to bring your room service to your room. The hotel is tired. No frige in the room but its has an empty cooler. No micro wave. The pool was not open when it was scheduled NO EXTRAS not Impressed at all.
