I checked in and first of all there was no remote for tv, took an hour to resolve. The girl working the front desk was very nice and helpful. I went out to appt and returned after dark, when I turned the lights on, there were roaches everywhere especially in the bathroom sink. I walked barefoot and the bottoms of my feet were black after about 30 minutes. I paid extra for a jacuzzi and was afraid to use it thinking there were roaches and no telling how long since jets were disinfected. I tried to sleep with the lights on to deter the roaches but stayed awake most of the night. I had an early appt and there was no hair dryer… I decided to check out and asked I assume the manager if she could give me a partial refund and she said I already had a senior discount. There was another guest in lobby that complained of roaches as well. She was rude and never made eye contact nor appologize. I will not recommend this motel to anyone for any price.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful, but the room was atrocious. When I checked in, and entered the room, the smell of the room was terrible. The sheets were stained, the chair cushion had some sort of dirty, crusty, substance, the floor was dirty and there was no way I was going to stay there. I went back to the front desk and explained the things I had seen. The ladies were very gracious and apologetic and refunded my money.

Always stay here when I’m in town. Probably 5 or 6 times a year. Don’t even price anywhere elae.

Very friendly desk clerk. Helpful with all our needs. Gave directions since we weren't from the area. Rooms were clean and fresh. Will stay there again when in that area.

Friendly staff and management clean room great price was a peaceful and wonderful experience I have nothing bad to say about our stay everything was excellent definitely going to come back in about 3 months.

The Red on the roof was literally peeling off the roof. The bed was lumpy like someone left piles of towels under the sheets. Two (to be fair, seemingly) abandoned cars in the parking lot. The tub faucet drip-ran constantly, no matter the effort to adjust. AC worked well, so did the Wi-Fi. The desk staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

Good place to hang your hat for a night. Old building with maintenance issues. Best priced in area. For a place to stay it's a good rest stop.

Nothing really special but clean, Comfortable and inexpensive. One Highpoint. Wake up before sunrise for the continental breakfasts and and excellent View of the sunrise over the distant mountains. It's way more spectacular than the continental breakfast. Lol.

This place is awful! People milling about EVERYWHERE-all night! And a tweaker clearly casing the parking lot for what he could get out of cars! A cockroach in the breakfast area-when pointed out the desk person just stepped on it and left it on the floor-in front of me! Nasty nasty nasty!

The employees were very nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean. This is a nice place to stay.

Beds were comfortable and the room was 'clean' but looked old and a little run down. The air conditioning unit cover fell off multiple times. Probably would no stay again.

It was an ok Red Roof Inn. Our room was non smoking, but clearly someone had been smoking so it reaked of old smoke. Other than that it was pretty good.

Room was tidy and clean. Staff was courteous. Wifi available though signal strength is weak on one side of the building. Breakfast left something to be desired but for the motel size it was decent. Best price in the area for our needs. Beds were very comfortable.

The room we were in smelled so bad! The floor into the bath area still had stuff spilled on it. The mirror in the room area looked like it was cleaned with a rag that has been used to wash a dirty floor. I will never stay there again!

Red roof continues to impress with their updates and quality. Not to mention exceptional prices for what your getting. Definitely not the ritz, but who can afford that anyways?

Had great Wi-Fi, nice beds, clean & was all at a reasonable price. Loved the fridge in the room and the fairly big TV. Had a bunch of channels I wanted to watch and had a good time. Would recommend.

I was a little nervous from all the reviews but this turned out to be a fairly nice room. Cathy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (there was a dirty handprint on the wall), but the shower, sink, and toilet were clean. Room smelled a little bit musty, but the beds and pillows were adequate, and most important, no bed bugs! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, friendly service, but the jacuzzi drain wouldn't hold water. That was kind of a bummer.

The staff are friendly ready to help considerate and all had a smile there is also a continental breakfast.

It's sick. When I checked into the room there were someone else's dirty socks and cockroaches all over the bathroom and crawling on the desk and walls. I won't return to this red roof inn ever again. When I talked to the manager she told me she could give me a very small percentage of the room price back and it took five days to do that! Smh.

My room was very clean the bed was a little hard not a bad place douring the week but on weekends it's a zoo.

Room felt grimy and not cleaned very well. I didn't want to get under the blankets honestly. Floor felt grimy enough that I felt the need to walk around in my socks at ALL times. The beds were hard as rocks. When I finally caved and pulled back the blankets. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. Burn marks on the tub from where I'm guessing dopeheads nod off getting high. The ultimate kicker was being awakened at 5:30 AM by a trash truck emptying two dumpsters right outside my window. I'd literally give ZERO stars if that was an option. Oh and the toilet had to be hands down the smallest toilet ever made on Earth. I'll NEVER return to this Red Roof Inn or any Red Roof Inn for that matter.

Cathy and entire housekeeping staff went above and beyond. Just great and clean comfortable rooms at affordable rate.

The room was clean. Service great. Beds are hard as rocks. We bought a mattress topper hoping it would help. Finally we just left to my family's house.

Noise, trash in parking lot, police were there three times in two night stay.

Very bad hotel. Some of the counter workers were rude and our room never got cleaned the 5 days we were there. Plus when we first got there the first room they gave us didnt have air conditioning that worked. Room number115

Location was nice in Somerset. Though the rooms were a little sketchy. Cigarette holes in the blankets and dirty looking walls.

Very convenient location with very nice people working there. Parking is kind of hectic if Lil Caesar's is busy since they just about share a parking lot. Convienantly located by a shell, lil Caesars. And rite aid pharmacy. Haven't seen the pool open in a very long time.

We checked out of room realized I forgot jewelry was told cleaning lady Dawn didn't turn in and not to call back!

The staff was very friendly (especially the girl at the desk day time on Saturday 10/1 and Sunday 10/2). The room was clean. Nice little breakfast provided. Only issue we had was no stopper for tub to take a bath instead of shower. Other than that, enjoyable stay.

I was only there for a few hours but the rooms alp smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Rooms were clean and quiet. My complaint would be the staff with the exception of the young man Jeremiah. Who is very nice. The lady at the the desk with enough red lipstick on you could paint a wall was a total B#

Location is central to a lot of restaurants though not to close. Guests tend to be contractor heavy. Rooms are good for a place to sleep, nothin fancy. Service was good.

Therooms are dirty my door doesn't even close all the way I can't get extra pillows bathroom smells dirty notkid friendly at all not even great hospitality. Room is not want I expected. Even thephone In the room has 4 buttons on it. The only upside is the Wifi and little ceasars right outside my window.

We enjoyed or stay very much there, the rooms were clean and the service was wonderful. I think the clerks name was jerry or jerimiha. He was very polite an was quick to answer all ourour questions and assist use with or bags.

Very bad experience, My husband and I made reservations for two nights April 17 and 18. When we got there to check in no reservation was found, (reserved with debit card). They did have a room available, we checked out on Sunday, our bill was $149.70 which was what we reserved, however when we checked our bank account and additional $243.93 was charged to my husbands debit card. I have made phone calls and no response from the manager, the ladies who answer say he will call us. I have emailed corporate no response, we are still trying to get this charge reversed at our bank, would not recommend anyone to stay at this motel, I know the manager is there because he paced around the facility untill everyone left their rooms, everytime you look out the window he was there. We walked out of our room and he was waiting on us to leave and we checked out one hour early. Not a very good experience we are going to be staying somewhere else the next time we visit.

We make a hotel reservation for this hotel for the 127 yard sale. This was my first time staying at a Red Rood Inn. I have to say the staff was great. The rooms were great, clean and beds sleep perfect. They had the room nice and cool for us. The staff told us some great places to eat. The breakfast was good the next morning. The hotel room was very quiet. I will stay again a this hotel for next year! A+++ from me!

The room looked nice but the smell of urine was disgusting coming from the A/C. The bed was so concrete hard that I could barely move the next morning. I still hurt. The internet access did not happen, they were having problems with New Wave. The beds are set on 2x4 boards instead of a frame, the bed was horrible! I felt like I didnt rest at all. I complained the next morning but the desk clerk smirked and said "I cant give you a refund". I told him to have the manager contact me, he said "he's outta town and dont know when he will be back". How convenient… I will never stay here again. Oh and by the way the coffee was nasty as well.

First, Landmark has been bought by Red Roof Inn. My wife and I stayed there on July 27, 2008. Renovation work had been completed on about half of the rooms. And I must say, the rooms are very, very nice and clean. Everything in the rooms are new with all the amenities; including a nice flat panel TV! The front desk area had yet to be completed but was underway. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and the manager was great. I'll be back if I travel through that area again. I would have given it 5 stars, but hey… still some work going on!
