This has been our family’s go-to place for a mini vacation for many years. We always enjoy staying here. Nice indoor pool and breakfast, laundry room and exercise room, too!

We rented from here went up to room and when I open door and aint been clean gave us another room and air unit was making loud noise and then I got bite on hand and found out they had bed bugs showed them to front desk refund our money but dont recommend this place.

They don't abide by the guarantee policy that is listed on the website. We opted for "Pay at Check-in" and our reservation came with a guarantee that our room would be held until 7:00 in the morning. It was not. We went on down the road to Country Inn and Suites by Radisson and now we will stay there when in Somerset. Super clean and homemade cookies!

For the price it's a very good deal. Only complaint II have is the little teeener toilets. For handicap or older people they are a killer on the knees. Should have comfort height toilets, even the handicap stalll I used had a short toilet.

Nice, quiet place to stay. Friendly atmosphere, affordable rates.

Nice rooms could use a little more breakfast items other than that nice location if you need to pick up some stuff without going far the room was very clean.

Our client Jake Daniels is a touring comedian who stayed here recently, and loved the room! The staff was very friendly at check-in and there was plenty of room to really relax after a long day on the road. There was plenty of parking and a free breakfast in the morning which made getting up and back on the road super easy! Thank you for taking such great care of us and we look forward to staying with you again in the future!

We stayed here last year when my step daughter graduated. The staff was very friendly. Our room was beautiful and very clean. I loved it here and am looking forward to bringing my daughter and grandson with us this summer.

Rooms were not worth the price. We got there at 10pm after a fire at home. But still paid nearly $125 after taxes. During construction. Room was HOT even set at 60. Stains on sheets, exit halls were gross. Elevator was disgusting. So disappointed.

Staff was nice, bed was the best sleeping one we've ever had, very quiet and clean, and a great breakfast bar!

This is a very nice place to stay. Been staying here on and off three years when we come to visit family here. We live in Knoxville tn. We come three to four times a year. Always clean and friendly. Awesome complimentary breakfast. We love this hotel.

I love this place they are true to their word! I have stay here two time, nothing bad about this place! The pool is heated better then any other hotel! Best place for kids! I love everything about this hotel!

Great stay. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. Water pressure was great. Didn't use to Wi-Fi or eat bfest so can't comment on that.

The room smelled bad the halls were worse. Breakfast not good eggs like rubber, gravy past. Staff nice.

We stayed in the king suite, room 230. It had a jacuzzi tub and was very nice. The staff was awesome, especially Victoria (I think that was her name). There's a railway right behind it, but the building must have thick walls because it just sounds like a loud AC unit (that honks a few times before it turns on lol). They have a good breakfast, nice indoor pool, laundry, and exercise area. Good location with Arby's and the best beer, wine, and spirits store in town in immediate walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again.

Great service. Clean room. Had an issue with room that was entirely my fault. Management/owner took care of it in a prompt manner. Thank you so much. We are locals and do not do motels often but when we need a night away, you get out business! Thanks again!

Dustin and they whole entire crew here at Quality Inn will take care of you. If you need something, let them know. Next time it will be waiting on you. The first visit you are guests and the second visit you are family. The hotel is always clean and I love the breakfasts! The beds are soft, pillows and blankets feel like goose down! You gotta love it. I already have a fantastic review but utt must want more.

I really enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn and suites. It is clean and has a Relaxing atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have to travel often for my job and have stayed at several hotels. This hotel is by far the nicest home away from home so far. Besides, being affordable.

Nice clean room including microwave, refrigerator the bed very comfortable. They have parking for semi truck and pet can stay. Indoor pool, fitness and laundry. People here are very nice.

The staff was amazing. I loved the fact that my dog was welcome. I also loved the smoking room option. The value was amazing as well… I had stayed at the Cumberland lodge in Cumberland falls for one night and it was awful. Run down, expensive, dirty, the staff was rude, I had to pay a pet fee (which I didn't mind, but still…) I could go on. I was so much happier with the quality inn. Way more bang for the buck. We all loved the pool and used it often. Our room was cozy. The clientele was to be expected, but we still had an awesome time. Great location as well. I also wanted to commend the staff… I was a dummy and left my pocketbook in the room. I called them and they found it for me and held it while I made the 2 hour trip back to get it. Nothing was missing. They made what could have been an ugly situation not ugly at all and I thank them for it. I liked the maintenence man as well, I think that's who he was. Very friendly and laid back. All in all, great experience. If we get to come back down I will definitely choose this hotel.

Booked the room based on the price, which was very low based on others. First room we were given it was obvious someone had been using it for a smoking room. We received another room which was fine. OK breakfast buffet. Overall, good value for the price.

Our stay was great. Curious front desk staff, and clean rooms were a relief after a long drive. One thing specifically jumped out at me as needing some improvement. The provided pillows were very insubstantial. They looked great, didn't tear at all or anything, but I could stack them onto of each other and still not have much neck support. In short, they were clean and fluffy, but not very dense. Otherwise a very clean, comfortable, and professional hotel.

Very clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Have rooms with hot tub. Nice staff. Have breakfast and coffee. If I remember right they also have milk and juice. Also have elevator for second floor.

Much nicer than the casino hotels we have stayed at (and the room wasn't 100% clean! ). The bed was super comfy, the pillows were really good, the shower had an adjustable head, great water pressure, and the room had a microwave, and mini fridge. It was so nice we overlooked the pair of someone else's dirty socks under the bed, and the two missing light bulbs. They had a breakfast bar from 6.30 till 9.30am, the WORKS, biscuits, gravy, French toast, sausage, waffles, lots of pastries, bagels, cream cheese, yogurts, juices, very impressed! Typical south eastern Kentucky hospitality!

We've stayed here a few times before and there were a few issues with the gym equipment, that's still not fixed. This time however they messed up it reservations and we had to stay in a king room instead of a room with 2 doubles. Which made it crowded with 3 kids. Then of course they charged is more for the room that we didn't reserve to begin with. Which caused or bank about to over draft. However when we checked out the attendant said she couldn't give it money back that was up to her boss. After we told her what kind of trouble it cause us she when ahead and gave us a refund. As you can guess tho it was too little late. The rooms are nice and clean tho with lots of things to do.

Sieverville Tn. Hotel was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Pools were clean.

Everything was great! The only problem we had was Wi-Fi, but other than that, everything was fantastic!

Called to make reservations and was told to call back they were checking in customers. Got me another room up the road.

Had a very nice stay at the Quality Inn. Was there just overnight but the front desk clerk was very courteous and friendly. The room was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet they provided the next day was very nice. I had a great experience there.

Very nice place to stay we worked all week and stayed in this hotel since we was out of town they cleaned our room everyday even folded my pjs and my special blanky I carry with me got our wake up calls on time every morning donna the lady that works night is awsome very nice lady and will do anything to help u out on your stay.

Havent been here but about an hour but just wanted to brag on the sweet lady at the front. I didnt catch her name, she wasblonde and had a beautiful baby dog named buddy. She is a sweet person and a great asset to your company!

In sort, this is one of the lowest cost options for name brand hotels in this city. When I checked in, the room they gave me had not been cleaned by housekeeping. They did upgrade me to a jacuzzi suite (not that I had any need of a jacuzzi), but it was at the end of the hall, and Wi-Fi was only reliable at the desk, not at the bed, near the window. Their breakfast room is WAY to small. People have to pack in and maneuver around the occupied tables, bumping into strangers. Not a "bad" place, but next time I'm in town, I will try one of the other hotels.
