Staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby and dining area are spacious and inviting. Breakfast and dinner were being offered during the week of my stay. The room was clean. The only negative was the humidity level in my room. When I got to my next destination all of my clothes in my suitcase were damp.

Week night dinner served also with a hot breakfast.

Stayed here for a wedding a couple of weekends ago. Really nice, clean hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay!

We recently stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our group. The hotel was clean and comfortable. When I returned home I received a call that housekeeping had found my son’s kindle and they would ship it to me. I have forgotten items in hotels before and have never received a call that it was found. All around a wonderful experience!

Loved our experience! The staff was the sweetest and most courteous and helpful. Loved the extra options they had to welcome small children. Very clean and well-kept — would definitely recommend them!

Clean room and decent service, location is quite remote so its a but travel when you are looking for a good food. They however provide complimentary breakfast and dinner, so free food enjoy!

Comfortable, clean, warm and cozy beds. Pool area is very clean and relaxing. Friendly staff. Would re-book in the future.

Great staff, breakfast, & week night dinner are comp. Rooms were clean, fresh and current. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is gym had 1 elliptical, 1 bicycle and nothing else… at all.

OMG the staff was nothing less than AMAZING. They were respectful helpful and caring. The rooms were perfectly cleaned. Margret was caring and wanted to make sure everything was perfect with our stay. I dropped some shampoo on the floor and wiped it up with a white towel, and there was nothing on the towel but the shampoo, no dirt or crumbs nothing. The breakfast is top notch, everything was fresh, oatmeal was really good and the eggs were perfect. The area was clean inviting and comforting. There is a laundry room for your use and a fitness room. I dont usually write reviews because its there job to accommodate me, but the Hampton Inn went above and beyond. Stayed here for a tournament on lake Cumberland and the rooms were clean and tidy. The only slight negative was there wasn't enough room and electric hook ups for how many guest with boats. Other than that it was excellent.

Initially requested a room by phone and spoke to Debbie. Very friendly people and service! The breakfast was good, many choices. The room and bed was amazing! I would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!

Exactly what a chain motel like this is supposed to be. Convenient, clean, affordable, comfortable and staffed by friendly people. Would be a 5 except their free Wi-Fi was impossible to access due to complicated process.

My wife & I spent 2 wonderful & restful nights here. The staff (working at this particular location) could not have been more helpful & friendly. We both agree that this is the best place in Somerset, Ky to stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Two months ago my family came to Somerset for my grandmother’s funeral and stayed at this hotel. The staff was so kind and thoughtful they gave us a sympathy card and a care package. Its hospitality like this that made our time of grief easier. If you are in the area and looking for a great place to stay I would definitely recommend their business.

Clean rooms and absolutely wonderful staff! Felt welcome the entire stay and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Will always stay here when in town!

Had a great stay here while in town for Somernights! Tim the manager was awesome to us! The room was clean and we were able to park right below our window to keep an eye on our car. (But the parking lot is pretty well lit! ) When I told the girl at the front desk I was gluten free, she offered me gluten free snacks in place of the free cookies! SO AWESOME! You'll get free breakfast with your stay and they have a huge area with all kinds of food. They have a pool and a gym and a cute little fire pit outside for the cool evenings! This is the place to stay if you're in Somerset for sure!

Excellent facility. The staff had a great time with Eclipse day. Very creative. I'm a Hilton Gold member, and would stay here again.

This is a terrible Hampton. I've been more than satisfied with other Hamptons I've stayed in, and this was completely sub-par. They're doing renovations so it looks terrible while under construction. While we were there, they patched up the parking lot and put no signs up, and when I asked the guy if it was still wet, he said it was fine. But our service animal got tar all over her paws. They refunded our money, but that doesn't make up for the hours spent painstakingly removing the tar. Assistant manager was not helpful in the least, making it sound like it wasn't a big deal.

Leaving one of the most accommodating Hampton Inns we have ever stayed in. An outstanding staff provided the Alabama Corvette Club with impeccable service from the first call for reservations down to the details of parking. Kudos and five stars for this establishment! It is a top of the list hotel in every way! Thank you for making our stay awesome in every way!

We loved our stay! It came highly recommend and it lived up to it. The staff was very courteous, the rooms were modern and well decorated, the rooms were quiet (even next to the pool), the amenities were the best and things were close, breakfast was perfect and the a/c was very functional. Oh yeah, the beds and bedding were amazing!

Clean hotel with great prices and friendly helpful staff. My husband left 2 pair of dress pants when he checked out and they kept them back so we could pick them up later. Always had fresh coffee in the lobby. Large breakfast selection too. Best value for everything offered!

Two problem areas. Smokers smoke just outside the main door. Everyone entering and leaving must breath second hand smoke. Also the desk chair is too low making it difficult to work at the desk. Everything else is really nice.

Just came to town for a quick over night stay with no reservations. The check in and out staff were very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Can't beat the room for the price. Hampton Inns have a great reputation for comfortable bedding, nice bathrooms and amenities and a great breakfast and this particular one lived up to the Hampton Inn superior standards. So I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I travel a lot for work, often weeks at a time. The staff at the Hampton Somerset is amazing and make you feel like youre home away from home! The rooms are always clean, the people are very helpful, and breakfast is always on point. I feel that the entire team gives that extra attention to detail that makes a huge difference.

I stay at the Hampton Inn always when I Travel. I was in California, Phoenix. Always friendly, clean and breakfast fresh and great coffee all the time. Be and honors member. Awesome.

We stay here several times a month. Although a bit pricey, you do get what you pay for. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice and welcoming, and the breakfast is good. Their fitness center although small, has enough to get the job done. I rarely hear noise from neighbors, and it's usually young people you'd hear anyway. Hampton Inn is the only place to stay if in Somerset.

We stay here all the time and we absolutely LOVE this hotel! The employees are so nice and friendly! There is a 3 shift employee named Ann and she always makes are stay wonderful right along with Sherry and Courtney! Thanks girls you all make us feel right at home! Tim the G. M is a wonderful person also. I can't leave him out lol! But seriously hands down the BEST hotel in Pulaski County! :-).

This Hampton is beyond what the normal Hampton Inn. The people here are friendly, rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast the next morning was good. This is our second stay here and it's always the same, so I would say its their culture.
