The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was pleasant when we needed new set of bath towels. The staff was pleasant. Maintenance staff needs to respect the guests and clean up after themselves. Very unprofessional. The staff made up for them. Good breakfast bar.

Sink full of dirty water, no blankets on beds, phone out of service, TV busted, no carafe for coffee pot. No offer to fix, replace or reduce price.

Very nice indoor pool area. Free breakfast. Restaurant and bar. Smoking and non-smoking rooms in separate buildings. Small incidentals shop next to front desk. Super friendly staff at Front Desk, breakfast, and housekeeping. Property is old and everything isn’t perfect. Great location with easy access to downtown and dining. I booked thru the Wyndham site and got great rates.

The location is not too bad, is like 5 minutos ride to downtown. The service at the front desk is not the best, they do not put as many attention to you as you would expect. My room has a good design but it's old and it does smell very well. The shower doesn't work properly. I'm staying in a room with king size bed and and it's big. They offer free dinner on Wednesday that was great, I had chili dogs. I don't like that my room is outside because I don't feel safe.

Oh my. Booked it at the last minute to accommodate our altered schedule. Place was dirty. Outlets had broken covers. Sheets had burn holes. There is a bar on lower level & the party crowd was loud when they "left". (They partied for hours after bar closed under our room) front desk was very friendly. They deserve that credit, but the location & atmosphere was not conducive to a good night's sleep.

Room has too much furniture and it’s crowded. There were only two towels in the bathroom. Toilet paper roll was empty. Beds were small and pillows were tiny. We could hear constant stomping from up stairs and we could hear the couple staying next to us during their conversation. Constantly hearing doors slamming and people yelling. The pool area was a mess because there were several Birthday parties going on. Floor was soaked, there were no towels and kids were throwing towels in the pool by the handful. Running up and down the hall, throwing rocks and ballons. Pool water was freezing cold. We finally got up and left. Our shower had a huge crack in the floor and there was a hole in the wall. The bathroom door stuck every time we closed it. Not worth the money.

Had lots of fun staying here. They kept it real clean. Housekeeping was great. Very nice. The pool was in good condition. A few problem. Noisy, noisy, noisy. People constantly slamming doors, drunks coming in out of the downstairs bar yelling and screaming. Kids running back and forth in Hall yelling and screaming. Too loud for my taste.

Very small rooms, queens aren’t queens, they’re only full size. Floors were dirty, our room and around the hotel smelt like weed. The manager was nice though, that’s about it.

Went to see old friends. The rooms are very clean and nice. I really liked the location. Which is just down the to as d from wh w re we live. But the room prices are a little to high for my blood.

The staff appears unprofessional and unkept; one girl that checked us in was nice but everyone else we encountered was rude and standoffish. The breakfast was a joke.

Paid $60, wasnt even worth that price. From the start the tub spout had a large amount of calcium build up around it. The same spout was warped to where the shower wouldnt kick on when engaged, it just continued to flow out the spout. The bathroom had finishing nails all over the floor. Room smelt of slight cigarette smoke, but nothing overwhelming. The heat worked ok, didnt have any issues with it. Didnt have any issues checking in although it was quite late. The night lobby lady was very nice. The biggest reason for the 1 star was in the morning before we left I decided to tear the bed apart. Sure enough, there was strong evidence of bed bug activity with hundreds of dead bed bugs all over the box springs. While I didnt find any live ones, I proceeded to inform the front desk lady about my discovery. She couldn't have cared less. Same goes with the ratchet lady that served breakfast who couldnt even look up from her phone to offer help. Only time she did was to rudely stare.

The worst hotel I have stayed at. The staff was not helpfull. There was black mold in the bath tub holes in the wall. Bathroom door handle was loose and my 7 year old daughter got stuck in the bathroom. The only rooms that they said they could move us to were worse than the one that we were in. House keeping never came in we had to go get fresh towels ourselves. We eill never nor any of our family ever stay at this hotel again.

It smelled a little strange in our room, like really strong lemon cleaner. We got used to it though. It seemed like a ghost town as if it used to be a really classy place but it's getting dated. The price was unbeatable though and totally worth it for a couple boys from out of town.

Pretty much worst hotel I've stayed in, and I have stayed in many. Went to use shower, bug came out faucet. Pool had a big bug in it. Continental breakfast consisted of toast, stale pastries, no hot foods offered. Went to check out… Wanted to pay cash and they had already charged my card. I suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

It was the most horrible experience for me and my family… This should be a Motel not a Hotel. Website shows a restaurant in hotel not true. It says breakfast bar. Only waffles and cereal… The air went out in middle of the night started leaking like it was raining outside. People knocking on our door and standing by window of room. Very scary. The front desk wouldn't move us because the hotel was full… not true 6 rooms I counted with guest in them… Ask for Management or General Manager no respond… Instead of $100. A night it should've been 40. — 50. Bucks really… first and last time.

Building is old, and has several maintenance issues. The room was clean, and everything worked; the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming; but the hotel looks more like a 50 dollar/night hotel than an 80 dollar/night.

I'm here for 2 dad and the room they put me in was not clean. Apparently they overbooked and it was the only one the had. Kids were up running and screaming All night long. I was here last year for my daughters bday and was told to leave bc no pool party's. But now people can run around all hours of the night. And to make it even worse the "breakfast " in the morning was nothing but cereal and bread! Nothing to drink besides water n the milk for cereal. Don't waste your money on this hotel. It's nothing more than a oversized motel 6.

Its decent, could be better, but it could be a lot worse if you know what I mean. Travel for work alot and this place is good for the money.

I stayed there 6 months ago and it's not a very good place to stay. I was woken up at 2 am from the bar music and the maid service was terrible. Too many problems with the place to give it anymore stars.

The room was clean but in poor repair. The shower curtain rod was not anchored correctly and stuck out from the wall. As a result the curtian sank wouldn't stay drawn and sank towards the middle of the rod. The bathroom floor had two district elevations, which seems dangerous. The front wall of the room was a giant window overlooking the central common area, and the curtian had to be fiddled with to assure privacy. It was pretty small.

Nice facility. Large, clean rooms, great staff. Hard to connect to the Internet, free breakfast is just Continental style. Inconvenient to get to the ice maker.

I love love love this place. Great staff! Great bar! Great people! Good environment! Nice price! And the bar have karaoke during the week! Best hotel I've ever been at. Nice and clean. Good pool. I can go on.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel needs some major upkeep. It was run down and dirty. I went in was told they sold out of King rooms though I had booked 2 weeks before I came. I was offered a queen and took it because I was tired from our drive and wanted to lay down and rest. We drove around looking for our room number only to see many people hanging outside of rooms and parking area. When we finally found our room there we about 6 men in the parking lot, drinking bottles of alcohol and placing loud music right next to my room (their room we right next door to ours). I never seen the inside of my room, I went back the front office and gave them back the key and went to another hotel.

The rooms were dated! We had to switch to another room because the TV didn't work! For breakfast they only served cereal, waffles and juice… It sucked! Then there is NO fitness room well no equipment! The pool water looks dirty! It should be $45! if that just horrible!

The rooms are tiny, the tvs have lines through them, the cards drop their programming each day, and the place looks like it's about to be condemned. Dont let the pictures fool you, this place has seen way better days.

Just aheads up if you are a single mom or dad and have more than 5 children all Ramada's will not give you a room due to a fire marshall law so here goes to having a big family. Thanks.

It's a huge hotel. Very nice staff the computer in lobby has been down the whole visit that's disappointing, we have been here three weeks. The housekeeping staff goes around each morning to collect dirty towels and give you fresh ones. Which is very nice unless your here for work and you work nights like my husband but we figured out finally were the do not disturb sign was! Very quite hotel. Nice pool. The t. V. In our room is lousy though. The picture is going, and it's old needs to be upgraded to a flat screen. But I believe they are working on upgrading. Overall experience was pretty good.

The rooms were super nice… the food their was great also.

Room was very clean, nice bed, everything worked and the shower was awesome but the free breakfast was bad, biscuits were hard waffle didn't come out fully cooked.

The pool room is incredibly and the rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great prices too.

It was quite and the beds was comfortable. No bed bugs and the room smelled fine to me. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy and cereal. Some danish too. Hot coffee and orange juice. The only problem I had was on Friday and Saturday night the bar had soon many people they took up parking. My room was 101 near to the bar. If you had a room away from the bar their was more parking. But with one bar at the hotel and another next door it was busy. But, I couldn't hear anything once I was in the building. The area was clean and the pool wasn't bad for the chlorine smell. Over all I would stay there again…

I needed to change my room two times until I had one that was technically working. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for me.

I was not impressed with this place I thought with a name like Ramada associated with it then I would be getting something worth it. I had two small kids and was given a room way in the back by construction workers and had to walk outside in order to get to the pool. The decor is extremely outdated and smelled like stale smoke terribly. Not to mention the first room key opened a room that was occupied and had to go back and get a new room key and room, not a good first impression. The rooms were filthy and I refused to let shoes off, we slept on top of the sheets and the pool area was less than welcoming. The only positive of this place was the breakfast that had a very nice lady working the breakfast bar and an adequate selection. I will not recommend or stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable beds and room. Good breakfast as well. Would return here for next bbq festival. Slept well.

Stay far away. Dirty, no new renovations, not safe, did I mention dirty. Absolutely disgusting. This entire property needs to be demolished. The rooms stink. No matter what the other reviews say that may favor this motel, it is not true. gross.

Stay somewhere else. Its basically an old Days Inn. Granted they have one new building with a nice indoor pool and breakfast area. The rooms in that area may be very nice. Where we were was a small crowded room. Not near the malls or restaurants either. It is near the Moonlight.
