It was a nice place. The staff was all very nice.

Great staff. Very well kept. Clean rooms and a very nice breakfast.

It was nice. My kids enjoyed the exercise room and the free fruit available during the day.

Always great staff behind the desk. The rooms are standard but comfortable. The breakfast is typical Hampton but tasty. Conveniently located near a lot of restaurants but on the “older” side of town.

This is my favorite home away from home! Rooms are always super clean, everyone is so great! While I may not be a familiar face to the staff, all their faces are familiar to me. Mr exuberant overnight check-in guy, you rock! Ms Opal is an all around great lady. And God bless it, I can not for the life of me remember the name of the day manager, but oh my she's A-1 love her to death; she always has a kind word for everyone. I love walking in and feeling like I've come home. Here's to many more stays!

Nice hotel. Breakfast area is small, hard to get to food when Hotel is full. No indoor pool which was a bummer for the kids. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

Staff was truly nice and the room was nice and clean. This location also offers breakfast and Wi-Fi and it is also located in a awesome location surrounding shopping and restaurant's.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice although they were unable to provide a roll out bed as originally promised. Also the only hot breakfast items available other than waffles and oatmeal were scrambled eggs with ham or just ham. Many people would like eggs but don't eat pork for a number of reasons.

Good enough for kids. No cuzzi but location ia right off exit. Eateries around the corner… There is a reason this place sells out every night and free hot and continental breakfast helps.

This hotel did not disappoint. The room was clean, bed was soft, had everything we needed. The hotal staff was amazing and friendly. They called about an hour after check in to make sure the room was up to par, see if we needed anything and let us know to call to the front desk if we did. The morning breakfast staff was so friendly it was impressive and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful every day of our stay as well. Thank you to everyone in the hotel for making it so enjoyable!

Appear to be Friendly but unprofessional and incompetent. I was put on hold 5. Times while attempting to make my reservation by Shebi. Fraudulent charges appeared on my bill without my knowledge. Since the week end was booked at my preferred Hilton Hotel I had to settle. Not recommended and I have been a Hilton rewards member for years. Water pressure low in the shower. Michelle, house keeping, supervisor needs lessons on etiquette, without rolling her eyes and neck, wile addressing customers. Candice M. The manager needs to also be enlightened on stereotypical behaviors that are unacceptable in upper management; prejudice.

Nice hotel. Standard for all Hamptons. King rooms are very roomy and comfortable.

Shelby working the front desk did a great job on 4-27-16. She was able to stay calm during a 40 minute period that tornado sirens were sounding. She followed hotel procedures and was very helpful.

Great location close to dinner and shopping of all kinds. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Fitness room small but nice and breakfast bar had good variety of food. Staff was very friendly and professional.

I travel a lot and like to stay at nice hotels. I have to admit I wAs leery but after speaking to the manager felt more comfortable in booking. It was veryyyy clean which is a must. They were helpful gave us free passes to the YMCA. The bed was actually comfy. I have stayed at a Hilton recently that was horrible so I was very pleased to say this puts the hilton to shame and I highly recommend staying here if your in or near owensboro, Kentucky! Happy travels.

The room and facilities were top notch and very clean. The service here was awesome, some of the nicest people I've encountered at a hotel. I would recommend anyone staying in the area to stay here. I will no doubt stay here again, Roll Tide.
