It was a decent place BUT one MAJOR problem was the bugs! We had dead bugs all over our room and for $180 a night I don't want to see dust let alone bugs. Other than that it wasn't bad.

Good size rooms. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good internet connection. Breakfast is not great but average. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

We had the best experience at this hotel. Our housekeeper (April) left us a handwritten note and left us extra towels. Also, the continental breakfast was great! Everyone was so friendly and it was over all a great place to stay!

The hotel seemed to be nice. Once we were inside it was nice. Our room was a different story. The pull out couch had been slept on and not cleaned, so dirty sheets and blankets were left laying on the bed. The side of the table was hanging loose from the rest of it. The toilet had been peed in and was left all over the seat and stained inside. It was not clean. The coffee pot in the room had mold in it as well. We checked for bed bugs to be safe and found nothing. The maids and maintenance needs to do a better job for me to stay again.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights. Overall was a very good experience. Has a nice pool, very comfortable beds, and in general very good amenities. The staff was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend and will be back the next time I'm in town.

Bummed the hot tube was broke. Only real problem is our shower water was only scalding hot. But the late night clerk quickly solved our problem and let us shower in a vacant room next to us.

One of the best motels I've ever stayed at. Extremely clean. Quite and safe area. Our room was clean and decorated nicely. We had a mini fridge and coffee maker but no microwave. There's a microwave located next to the lobby for guests. They're remodeling or have New owners or new management. I cant remember what they said but they're working on providing microwaves in every room. Free breakfast! Food was terrific and you have numerous items to choose from. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Washer and dryer near the lobby. Both machines have coin slots and cost $1 each. Non smoking motel but there ash trays outside in the smoking areas. Picnic table and small grill available. Views of the Ohio river and a large bridge are beautiful. Next to the interstate but its a very peaceful area. Small town of Rockport just minutes away. There you can get something to eat or have it delivered to the room. Convenience stores, Dollar General, a grocery store and a park are all minutes away from the motel. Rates are good. There's discounts for returning guest. The older lady that runs the desk on 3rd shift is the best!

Very nice hotel. Great employees and a great breakfast. Beds were a bit soft for my taste.

Service was great. Breakfast superb! Only lost one star because although the pool and hot tub were good sized, both were quite shallow. Pool was littered with assorted personal pool toys-which was fun, but kinda messy and soggy. Finally, room was comfortable and mostly clean, except had a good layer of dust, and something unappealing splattered upon headboard.

Friendly staff. Always attentive and proactive to accommodate any needs. The lead maintenance man, a long haired fellow named Allen was the embodiment of what a hotel staffs demeanour should be. Very helpful and positive. Rooms were neat and clean. As well as spacious. Ill recomend this hotel over and over again. Good job Comfort Suites Staff.

Clean room, friendly staff, typical continental breakfast. Would stay here again. Good value for the money. One of the only ones in the area with an indoor pool. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Very nice hotel, one of the better comfort suites I have been to. Breakfast was very plentiful in it's selection, and the rooms looked like they were recently redone. Wi-Fi speeds were also very fast.

We stayed one night, as part of a group of guests in for a family event. The staff was amazing: so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, if dated. The beds seemed new, and the linens were nice, but the carpeting, lighting fixtures, bathroom tiles, couch and chairs all showed significant signs of age. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and hot tub, but found the heaters in both to be non-functioning. My wife settled for a bath.

The staff is always friendly and professional, the rooms are clean, and the proximity to cool stuff is pretty good.

Great place to stay for the value! Only 40 convenient minutes from Holiday World. Breakfast is great and the staff is helpful. Very clean!

The room was clean and comfortable, the people at the front desk were nice and helpful and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The only problem I had was that, upon check in, my debit card was charged a $150 deposit on top of the room charges without warning. I don't so much mind that they took the deposit, my problem is that they didn't tell me about it even when I specifically asked what was going to be charged to my card before I signed the papers when I checked in. (I will note that, when we checked out, they had added a sign at the front desk explaining and warning of the deposit. )

From the time we pulled into the parking lot and I read an inspirational message on their sign I was expecting great things and they did not disappoint. From the veteran parking, excellent staffing, delicious cookies at check in, water and popcorn waiting for us in the room along with a crib for my little one. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. They even took the time to help me get a problem solved with my choice rewards that I had from a stay with another hotel. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We will be staying again.

It was very clean and well taking care of, I didn't like the location but that was only down fall. The staff are simply amazing.

We booked two rooms, both were tastefully decorated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We were not disturbed by any noise from the hallway or other rooms. The staff was friendly, and helpful. I took away one star because the first room we were given was actually undergoing repairs at the time, which was no big deal, but I found it odd that the desk clerk was not informed of this, especially since the hotel was very full the night that we stayed. Also, housekeeping attempted to enter our room without knocking or announcing themselves at around 8 am. I think that they must not have known that the room was booked, as I heard them knocking and announcing themselves at the other doors when I walked down the hallway. I think they need to communicate with their employees a bit more clearly about which rooms are available and which ones are occupied. Other than those two minor issues, our stay was great, and we will defiantly stay again!

Rooms were nice, I stayed here on a business trip for about two weeks total, in two different rooms. Privacy was good between walls, I stayed when they had a full house and could nt hear my "neighbors" at all once I was in room. Would have been nice if the pool was outside, but my opinion on this would be different if I stayed here in december.

Absolutely great service. Amazing rooms. I absolutely loved it. I wish I could afford it more often.

It literally rained in our room and the only thing the front desk had to say when my husband called was, "Do you need more towels? " On the same day our room wasn't serviced until 3:30 pm and that was only to take out our trash and give us fresh towels. We were here with our softball team for the National Softball Association World Series and it was as though management had no idea this many people would be staying here; and we paid $145/night for this crap.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast bar. The Wi-Fi works well. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are lovely. The only complaints would be some of the staff were at best ambivalent about their job and that the room numbers outside the doors were gone. Not a big deal but didn't leave a great first impression.

Overall pleasant experience, nice foldout couch, lovely atmosphere few issues to note other than the breakfast eggs were bland and some other minor personal prefrences.

It has been a wonderful stay.

Left stuff in room to go down and eat breakfast. Came back to check out and got to car and then lookef into purse and seen 260.00 of my money was gone. Had not been anywhere but hotel! Got some sticky finger workers here. Please keep a eye on your stuff.

Really liked the spacious rooms.

We stayed here on the way to Holiday World. We wished we stayed somewhere else after one night. The bed was horrible! And they give you two free waters in the room. But, we had one bottle already open. I could hear people above us all night. The pool and the hot tub was not bad. But, I don't think we will be staying there again!

Got quoted a price on the internet and booked room with credit card when I got there I noticed price for room was quoted higher then what I booked, when asked why the clerk had no idea what I was talking about, I explained I booked on line and he said this was the price always been the price and that's what he charged. After further investigation the site I went to I guess was a on line travel agency but they were saying it was the comfort suites, I don't care who or what iut was I was quoted a price and didnt get that price and that's false advertisement, if I was the owner of this hotel I certainly would not want to have the repetition of a liar and dishonest business practices but apparently this owner doesn't mind being dishonest or a liar don't stay here give your business to a hotel that values you the guest because with out the guest there is no hotel. Might want to consider that comfort inn.
