Would not recommend this place to no one. The rooms are out dated. Went to shower and the towels and wash rags look like they weren't washed. Good thing we bring our own towels and wash rags. We always do. I brought them down to the front desk and showed them then walked back up to talk to the manager. I asked him if he would shower with them he said no. We normally stay at comfort in. I can promise I will stay with comfort inn. I have picture but don't know how to post with pictures.

Comedy. Check in to room 255, no towels, TV don’t work, moved to room 253, in the middle of the night my bed fell apart, I called and reported it to front desk, he said he would write it down, returned from work that evening, the bed was still broke, funny thing is, the idiot housekeeper made the bed, why didn’t she tell somebody so maintenance could have fixed the bed, I had to fix the bed myself. I feel like it was check in, take my money and I was on my own, I had to go to desk for towels, soap, shampoo, tp, etc. Good bye Owensboro.

Room was nice but there was no Wi-Fi and it took us over an hour to check in due to computer issues.

Everything was on point. No complaints I was just an overnight guest. Ive states there several times without incident.

Days inn in owensboro, ky. Is an absolute pleasure to stay at. From the moment I walked in I was greeted nicely. Everyone was courteous. The room was very decent. Everything was clean. I slept like a baby all night long.

It was ok. Beautiful Kentucky never fails. Rooms are decent. Ppl professional and nice. Clean and comfortable.

These are nice people and the room is comfortable and there is a big bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Small coffee pot and iron with ironing board. I think it's a good place to stay.

Ultimate 1 star. Musty, old, noisy. Large gaps in Doors allow in light and sound, and cold breezes. Toilet lose from floor. Non functional remotes. Very dusty. Shameful.

Stayed March 18 — 23 2017 for work. Nasty. I found a used condom under my bed. The showers are disgusting I recommend bringing shower shoes. There was no remote in mine or my coworkers room so we had to borrow one from a neighbor. Sheets are sand paper rough. There is a loud highway next door. A crazy crack head lady staying in a unit below me that comes to the door every time I pull up in my car. It took 30 minutes to get checked in. Every time you do the key card lock it takes about 5 try’s. Floor wasn’t vacuumed upon arrival. Sorry days inn but I have higher standards.

We had stayed there three times. Each time it stated getting worse. This Last time it was NASTY floors were dirty Mirrors were filthy and smells like mold, bed sheets were dirty three pillows for King size bed. So I told the girl I wanted a diff room, she put us in another room, not much better, so I told her I wanted a refund, I was not staying in that dirt. I came here to have surgery and It needed to be clean. Very disappointed, will not be staying there ever again. One star for the girl behind the desk. For the apology for the rooms condition.

I was pretty scared after seeing all of the reviews. It was a decent hotel. Outside access to our room. The room was clean. The towels definitely need replaced or bleached. There was a gap at the bottom of the door. It was pretty quiet though. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

It is right off bypass. I had to change rooms cause the 1 I got first was dirty. I might still have the pictures. But the room they changed me too was great. Its a nice place to stay.

Smells like an ashtray, even in the non smoking room. Cockroaches and Mystery stains on the carpet add to the ambiance. Someone else's pee stains on the front of the toilet really made me feel at home. Hope you don't want to take a shower after a long day, because you'll probably come out dirtier than when you got in. Oh, and breakfast? No.

The staff were friendly and the check in will quickly fool you that the motel was nice. It’s not, my room had an awkward smell as if it was damp and sat for a while. Found hair all around my toilet and on it. The tub was gritty on the bottom and was also dark brown from stains. Could definitely use some work. Cheapest hotel in the area but I wouldn’t go there again.

The staff here are awesome. My room didn't have an ironing board, iron or microwave. When I requested these items one of the staff came to my room with a new iron and ironing board within minutes. She said that someone else would have to bring the microwave because it was too heavy for her to carry, she was a small little girl. A few minutes later there she was at the door holding this microwave. Awesome customer service!

I stayed here for work two seperate weeks. First room was ok. Cleanliness was certainly lacking both times. Second time, my room had no toilet paper, the toilet stayed running after flushed, there was no microwave, the shower drain was stopped up. The refrigerator was unplugged and had disgusting rotting food in it. Completely unacceptable! I would never bring anyone I cared about to this pathetic excuse of a hotel!

Don't waste your money. Worse place we have ever stayed. If we had not pre-paid we would have gone someplace else. The room smelled like stale damp cigarette smoke. The commode wouldn't flush. Husband went to desk to ask for a plunger. He said give me 10 minutes. Half hour later still no plunger. Once again he went to desk. The man at the desk messaged the manager on duty. Twenty minutes later she comes to the door and said sorry I forgot. The water in the sink took forever to drain. The shower was a handheld shower head. When the maid service came to service the room she only made one of the beds. The breakfast was a joke. Cereal, toast, bagel and apples. We have stayed at several Days Inn's and they were very good. This place needs to be closed up period. Will never stay there again. If you are smart you will go elsewhere.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and reasonable… Was a normal continental breakfast, however, their fruit selection was limited to bananas only… Staff was friendly and helpful… My only issue was we were there with three dogs, because this was listed as a "pet friendly" hotel, yet the one and only really 'grassy' area, was the courtyard, where the pool was located, and for obvious reasons, no pets were allowed… Had to take my dogs behind the hotel, at the back of their parking lot where there were abandoned trucks, trash and plenty of ferrel cats running around…

Worst TV channel selection of any motel anywhere. Supposedly under renovation. Breakfast is skimpy and unappetizing. On the plus side employee I complained to was pleasant and apologetic. Maybe renovation will improve this motel.

Owners were very nice. They are in the process of remodeling so be aware you can't sleep in because of noise. Other than that it was great. I would stay again.

Stayed 1 night for a trip to holiday world. Front desk was polite. Before going read online reviews and was kind of nervous, but when arrived everything was better than expected! Shower was kind of loud, not the BEST hotel but my stay was way better than all the other reviews.

Was there for an friday night by the river wasent bad at all.

Dirty place, rude service, over charged my card $550! They were only suppose to take $50 for incidentals, and they took over $600 with no sense of urgency in getting it back for me, and no real answer as to why it happened.

It was wonderful, clean and quiet.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Gave lots of information on local places to eat.

Needs new TV's needs better cable provider, Internet was better this visit. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The location was good and so were the rooms, it was close to the park which was good.

Need upgrades and better breakfast.

Very disappointed. What traveler now a days goes into a hotel room without checking for bed bugs? We attempted to stay at the Days Inn Owensboro, KY on 4/22/15 evening check-in. The first room that we were offered, 149 on both head boards live bed bugs. I am very aware that just because one room has bed bugs not every room does, so we thought we could be checked into another room. Then we were offered another room 109 and on the 2x10 shoddy bed frame — a live bed bug. Uurrgh! I have pictures. Although the night desk woman was very nice, she claimed she knew nothing of bed bugs. How can you be in the hotel industry and not be able to speak openly about bed bugs and have knowledge of bed bugs? Come on! Its fair to say that we stopped giving the hotel free bed bug inspections and went elsewhere. We slept soundly without bed bugs down the road.

Room was dirty with food scrapes laying around. Bed spreads were so old with holes in them and so dirty looking I would not even set on them with clothes on. Bathroom was not cleaned very well. Needless to say I will never stay at the days inn again. I would rate it but stars dont go that low.

Where do I begin, booked 3 rooms for my family Memorial weekend we were in town for a baseball tournament. The first impression of this hotel should tell a consumer what his stay would be like. This hotel property is in need of a serious makeover and updating. We were booked into 3 smoking rooms as requested but what we didn't need was the stale stanky smell in the rooms, it took one squeeze trigger bottle of Fabreze Allergen 75 to freshen up 6 beds and few upholstered chairs, one spray can per each room of Fabreze Air Freshner to ease the smell and 1 each room of Fabreze Scented candles to finally abate the smells the room was emitting. Cost for treatment: $50.00! The rooms had such 90's furnishings they should be in a flea market. One guest room the bathroom sink drain was completely clogged and what the staff suggested was to move the guests in that room to another but we booked three rooms together so that we could stay together. I was told that our complaint never got written up by the evening staffers after we checked in and discovered it. I later found out that the owners of this property have two more hotel properties in town. I sure do hope they are better than the Days Inn but I fear with a name like Ramada Inn I fear for its guests, I will leave this rant to another day, but please consumer beware for the amount I paid for the three rooms over two days, they should at least offered me turn down service with chocolate mints on my pillow.

Great place to stay! Great staff! Very welcoming. And they loved my little dog.

The restaurant connected to the hotel was the best place I have eaten at in the entire town. The atmosphere is great and all of the employes are kind and very thoughtful of there customers. I will definitely be going back. A+++++.
