Very accommodating. Friendly staff who go out of their way to assist and make your stay pleasant. Delicious breakfast too. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would say is that it would nice to have some outside seating — just bench or two. Also get rid of the tired dead ferns and fake flowers out front! Our room is spacious and comfortable. It is clean and the staff is friendly.

The female owner of? decent was disrespectful of the patrons and the hotel she apparently owns! Not only did she curse from behind the counter! She ran my credit card Again for the rented, after I checked out! & She Did not reimburse the monies charged for the deposit! Not only did she allow family & their friends to eat All of the Continental Breakfast, more than once! The room I stayed in had the Foulest smell from the Bathroom Sink! I called the Health Department to witness it for themselves! She is a Thief and NOT in Business to Accommodate Others with the Fascade of a Hotel she owns! Furious with the Hospitality!

Construction is horrible. Not their fault. But the big issue with this place. They charge you an extra $50 for incidentals right away. Of course they will refund it when you check out, but it'll be 3-5 days before you get that back. Based on that, I'll only stay here in the future if it's my last choice.

Great location and only minutes to the airport. Plenty to eat around the hotel and they serve a contentinal breakfast. The rooms were awesome with an amazing shower head, refrigerator and microwave.

I was very disappointed in this facility. Overpriced. Poorly managed and maintained.

Room was great yet they did not have any MILK for breakfast at 640 am. I asked the front desk and they all looked at me like they didn't care too much. The poor lady in the breakfast area will take the brunt of the customers complaints. No milk at Comfort Inn on 4444 Dixie Hwy in Louisville, KY.

It was a hotel. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Small TV, small bathroom and the handle on the toilet had to be manipulated to work properly. The hotel on the 2nd floor is being renovated and there is a weird smell in the halls, probably due to that. The breakfast was awful. Food was cold and bland. Still, all we needed was a comfortable, quiet place to sleep and we had that.

The place is nice, but some updating would be good. Location is easy to get to, service is great.

I stayed at the comfort inn at 4444 dixie highway on Feb 10th 2018. The quoted price was 128.00 they put a hold on my card for 204.00 Apparently I was such an awesome guest they decided to charge my card for Sunday as well at 145.00. Amazingly it doesn't show up on their end but it does on my card. Of course you call and they did absolutely nothing wrong.

Disgusting! Horrible hotel! Husband stayed one night, had to request a room change four times due to the horrific smell and freezing temperatures of each room! Night time clerk said there was nothing more she could do and offered a container of fabreeze! I guess the owner of this establishment must be a Scrooge, because none of the rooms had the heat on in the middle of January with 21° temperatures outside! Four rooms and each with freezing temperatures and a rotting joke scent! It took over two hours for the room to get warm enough to remove his winter coat! Sight wise, the room appeared clean, but the scent told otherwise! Horrible rooms & customer service! "Comfort Inn"? Where's the "comfort" in this hotel? Stay elsewhere, especially in the winter!

Great place to stay, fun and friendly staff. Hotub is nice and warm. Sauna feels great!

Fairly easy location to get in and out of for the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The free hot breakfast is better than most places I've stayed at and they have free cookies in the evening that are a nice treat. If you have to stay in the Shively area, I recommend you stay at the Comfort Inn.

Last night at close to 3am on the 17th of Dec I made a reservation and check out was at 11am the same day. The lady said my bill was 107.00 I check my credit card the next day and seen I was charged 172.00. What is the meaning for this? Nothing in the room was damaged I checked out at 810 am the same morning.

Rooms are overpriced. The television keeps changing back to the start up channel and maintenance has been “coming to fix it” for two days now. The air conditioning shuts off if you leave the room or go to bed and aren’t moving around. The second shift front desk clerk is rude and not friendly. Breakfast fruits consist of green bananas not ripe enough to eat with cheap eggs, chewy sausage, and nasty gravy for the biscuits. Bathrooms are small and cramped. Bedding is comfortable though with power outlets only on the small side of the bed that’s hard to reach. Come with flat screen and cable but good luck getting the cable to work properly. Sheets obviously hadn’t been changed because there was hair in the bed. Extremely overpriced for the area, but close to our job site.

Michelle and Tim were amazingly wonderful! Next time I come down to Louisville I will definitely be staying there again!

This hotel doesn’t deserve the 1 star that I gave it. My husband and I were in a wedding and given a card to use room 437, which we did to change our clothes. After the wedding we went back to that same room to get our clothes and the card no longer worked. We asked the man about it at the front desk and he told us that no one was supposed to be in that room and we told him the card was given to us by the bride and groom and we wanted our clothes back. He said he would call us after he found out what was going on. Later he called after we arrived back home and my husband had to make another trip back there and the man told him we weren’t supposed to be in the room and that we needed to pay him and he wound give us our clothes. My husband said he was tired and just wanted out of there so he paid him for what was rightfully us, that being our clothes. I filed a complaint the next day and no one bothered to ever contact me back. That was so hurtful and unethical for someone to treat their customers like that and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a cockroach!

Staff knowledgeable, friendly. Room larger than expected. Enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi. For smokers the gazebo was a pleasant touch.

Good food, 6-10 eggs bacon yogurt biscuits and gravy. Clean environment. Non smoking everything except outside in gazebo.

Great Place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, Beds and pillows are awesome, and quite. Lots of places near by to eat and drink. Very helpful and friendly staff. I will stay here again for sure.

Always a number one visit. Great desk clerks that are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and the bed feels like sleeping on a cloud! Can't wait for breakfast!

OMG… horrible service, employees speaking ill of guests at front desk. Hotel limited amount of towels you could use, also housekeeping has the authority to charge damages as they see fit (i got charged an additional 150$ for sprinkles on night stand and in front of t. V. Stand, but speaking of the sprinkles I asked for a broom and was told they didn't have one, nor were guest allowed to use their vacuum, also it took 3 days to get a hold of someone who could tell why/what charges were) … The hotel is a *WHITES ONLY * hotel. If your looking for somewhere to stay and you are of color do not stay here. Please don't be fooled by the awesome phone service they have, it'll trick you. Its a NO STAR (couldn't write a review without it)

The location was on Dixie Hwy in Louisville, KY. The rooms were very clean, and I didn't experience much service since it was a night visit. Overall it was a good stay.

Stayed at this Comfort Inn for one night for U2 concert on 6/16/17. Hotel and room just average. Hallway carpets need to be steam cleaned or replaced. Room A/C was loud when it kicked on which wakes you up during the night. The price was more than when I booked online due to some additional tax I was not aware of. I think price paid could have been $20 cheaper. Front desk staff friendly so no issues with them. Breakfast just OK… I only ate Raisin Bran and made a cup of tea (bags I brought from home. ) Not many healthy options but I understand healthy means more expensive.

Overall a good place to stay. Friendly staff and clean indoor pool area. The only complaint I have is their breakfast. They didn't seem to be able to keep up with the amount of people eating. We stayed there for 4 days and each morning there was never enough food. Once they even ran completely out of food with over an hour left of breakfast time because the staff had stopped working in the kitchen. Breakfast would be my only complaint.

The rooms are always nice and the employees. Never have any problems.

In the first room she gave me there were 2 opened condom wrappers. Then when she gave me a new room. She threw the condom wrappers in the stairway on the floor. I have the pictures.

The room was dirty. Not ok. Dirty towels stuffed into our dresser.

Agree with someone who said that shower was nice. Service was not so great (receptionist didn't seem to happy about new arrivals bothering her + coffee was cold in the morning). But aside of that — the best place for a tired traveller.

The hotel was ok! Nothing to write home about. We stayed in a suite. Nothing to brag about… really plain… no decorations… except the 50' TV! OH. The shower was nice!

Don't get me started bout DAT hotel it best hotel in Louisville ky for u and your kids or for you in your husband it awesome got to try it bruh you will fall in love they have a awesome pool plus they have nice looking work and very nice respectful workers.
