The location of the place wasnt the best, the entrance had construction signs and was very had to get through. The room was nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again once they have the whole parking lot fixed. I also like there wide selection of breakfast.

The rooms were beautiful and updated, very clean and comfortable. After settling in the front desk called to make sure we were happy. There was some road noise but earplugs solved that. Tons of TV channels, clean microwave and a very cold fridge. Very cute and warm bedding. Nice breakfast buffet that stayed open after advertised. We were very pleased.

This hotel was really close and convenient to the Expo Center but it was a little outdated and in need of repair. The pool and fitness center were both closed for repair but it looked like they had no intention of repairing the pool and the fitness center wasn’t making a lot of progress either. They never cleaned our room one day and when we went to get some clean towels we were told they had none! The gal at the front desk was rude and told my husband it was not her problem. I would not recommend staying here regardless of the convenience!

We were anticipating having a pool from what I found in my Google search, but there was no pool. The staff was very kind and understanding. Our room was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of places to eat, and right across from Kentucky Kingdom! I would recommend it, but know there isn't a pool. Breakfast was hot and tasty.

Room is clean in bed was comfortable. Had an issue with some noisy neighbors. Claudia was working graveyard shift and was very accommodating with moving me. She even checked my new room for noise before assigning it to me. 5/5 because of the customer service.

Decent and clean rooms. Basically no breakfast, however. Super close to the Expo center.

Decent upkeep. Got rid of their pool with no plans on putting it back in. Free small breakfast, which isn't that impressive tbh. I wont be back anytime soon.

Don't accidentally leave anything valuable behind, they will steal it. You may also want to check your account after your stay, they charged my account 3 different amounts with no damages to the room at all.

When we got to the hotel, the pool and the fitness center were under renovation, something they failed to mention on their website. There was nothing to do in the hotel : (the customer service was not the best either.

It was nice but not the greatest I've been too. Very lacking in the breakfast area but always friendly service and it was very clean.

Everything was clean, and the room was spacious. The location was quiet, with very little traffic on the street in front of the hotel. However, it is directly in the landing zone of the airport located nearby. Lighter sleepers may be awakened by the planes, but we didn't find it to be a problem. The location is very convenient. I-65 is nearby, putting downtown only minutes away. The beltway around Louisville (I-265) is in the other direction and puts more destinations reasonably close. Both Churchill Downs and the University of Louisville football stadium is within walking distance as well (perhaps a half mile or so? ). As mentioned earlier, it is very quiet around the hotel, which means there is no 'action' nearby. If you want to go clubbing or sight seeing, you'll need to drive. There is no bar in this hotel, but the 4 Points Hotel located next door has a bar. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying again.

I checked in, sat my things in the room then went down to the restaurant. Upon walking in the restaurant I revieved a phone call that tragedy had struck my immediate family. I notified the front desk who assured me they would refund my money. Once out of the hotel they refused to refund. I will never stay at ANY RAMADA again!

Blood stains plus hair on the bed sheets makes you question cleanliness here. I agree with past reviews about street/airplane noise. Thankfully only here 1 night. The staff was friendly enough so 2 stars instead of 1.

Cozy and clean. It was nice.

The hotel offers good value for the price. The king rooms are large and have a seating area where I read a new book while looking out my window at the big tree in back.

First room wasn't cleaned completely, beds were inmsde as we walked in. Had to be given a 2nd room with a roll away bed for 5th prrson which there was no space in the room to fit it. Very poor quality. Staff must have been short, as there was soiled laundry left laying in hallways.

Coffee maker barely works hairdryer stopped after 10 seconds and the non-smoking room smelled like old cigarettes.

They accommodated my family and I at every turn. Anytime I had an issue they had a resolution. I even made a horrible booking issue and booked it for the wrong date. An employee named Joshua made it right for us, even though it was my mistake and he absolutely did not have to. I am so grateful, it made our trip. There are also great Pokemon at this hotel.

Wasn't in any of the actual guest rooms. Was there for a business meeting. Otherwise, it was very clean and neat. Staff was very attentive.

Nothing fancy but fine hotel rooms. Great location if you're going to the Louisville expo center. The walk over is easy and helps you save on parking.

Very very Nasty rude customer service room had horrible odor.

We thought we where getting a room with a king bed and pull out sofa. We got a pullout love seat which is twin size and basically a 2 in. Mattress on Springs. They had no linens for the pullout and when I called the desk to get them they informed me I can come down and get them Instead of bringing them to the room. When I got to the desk she handed be some sheets wadded in a ball not neatly folded. I had no idea if they were even laundered. And they had no blankets. So if you plan to book this hotel bring your own linens and blankets.

Room are clean and updated but the lighting is not good and the "breakfast" was pretty much only waffles nothing else. Overall the hotels not bad just not very good either, and our room had an odd smell not bad just odd…

They gave us 2 different prices then charged card $18 more dollars. They lied to us 2 different times. Will do further to see what can be done. That is theft.

Fairly nice, my only complaint is that the parking lot is rather small and the breakfast is somewhat limited.

Close to Expo Center Very noisy neighbors. Paper thin walls. I had to call front desk 3 times because of noise. Some noise was adult and unappealing. Especially if you have small childern with you. Need a wider selection on contential breakfast. No meat. Selection. At all.

Not a good experience. Staff is rude and arrogant. Room was clean but don't expect any ice. The in room coffee maker is unusable. Do not use the pool unless you are used to swimming in Farm Ponds. Good luck if there has been any snow because they will not clear a walk or driveway. Breakfast consists of all sugar and carbs. No Protein. Bring your own trash bag because all trash cans are full.

No vending machines. Paper thin walls. Rude clerk. We'll go somewhere else next time.

Our room is clean and neat. This place is great because of the front desk help. Steffen was courteous and helpful.

AWFUL : (! This hotel is horrible! As we first came in it was sort of dingy. When we first walked in the room it didnt seem bad. As the night when on we figured out the window was leaking and water was poring out of the walls. Then the air conditioner was blowing out all sorts of stuff and my family started breaking out from allergys. All in All this hotel is TERRIBLE!
