Great little hotel that accepts dogs! The front desk was nice and so was the cleaning staff. I spilled wine in the room (I made the mess — not my dogs! ). The rooms were nice and clean! The beds were comfortable and they had Dish TV. They partner with local restaurants to offer a 10% discount. I would definitely stay there again!

Easy on and off I 75. Stacy at reception was very professional and courteous. Suggested restaurant within walking distance and our meal was excellent. Inn was overall fine; a bit run down but room was clean. Breakfast very good.

Passing through to attend a funeral of a long time friend. Barbara did a great job attending to the details of my room. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice continental breakfast with number of nice to have items like an ironing board and iron, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, free local and long distance calling… If I'm in the area, I'll come back.

Staff gets a Five star! Breakfast was great, bed comfortable. But too many people smoking right next to entrances even tho signs say stay 25 ft away. Non smoking room smelled smoky. They offered to move us… but I was exhausted. Towels are The Worst Towels ever in my life. HS Gym class had better towels.

Water and coffee are available in the lobby; pool and fitness room were clean and well-maintained. Room included a unique bay window with a view of beautiful forest. Location is near shopping and restaurants; front desk attendant will provide discounts for businesses in the area. Wifi signal was strong enough to stream video easily. Breakfast included egg, sausage, pancakes, & sausage-based gravy with biscuits. Was greeted with a pack of donuts upon arrival and a water bottle upon check out.

Fantastic experience. Passing thru, needed a place to stay for the night. Prices were great. Hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful! Rooms met and exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Indoor pool, big plus. Excellent spot for traveler's. Walmart, shopping, and plenty of choices for dinner. Hot breakfast, hot showers. Will be staying here again! Highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if that was a choice.

I would recomend this Hotel 100% Great people to stay with, very accommodating. Clean rooms, really comfortable beds! I had to stay 2 weeks on emergency trip from Alabama to Kentucky. They made me feel like family! So thankful for them! I will miss their smiling faces…

Older but the company looks to be updating slowly. The breakfast had no fruit, not enough seating on a weekend, and weak coffee. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Walls are thin.

Great place for a birthday pool party. You get the breakfast area and the pool for 4 hours. Nice facility. $175 for this PLUS $75 deposit, however the deposit is refunded if you clean up. My daughter had a great time!

It’s a mixed review. I came in frustrated in a rain storm, exhausted and in pain from surgery a couple days before. The red haired desk clerk was not pleasant. She did not smile once and couldn’t have cared less about my circumstances. It was after 10 pm. Room has no carpet so everything echoed really badly. Not sure what the second floor wouldn’t be carpeted. I know first floor could hear me walking. A large rust ring fell out of the slicker into the tub which we told them at check out. The area behind the toilet paper holder was very dirty as it stared me in the face while on the toilet. The only thing I could eat was yogurt due to surgery and they were out of stock at breakfast. Beds were nice. The two people I encountered in the morning were nice. They gave me. A water bottle and air freshener (I must have dropped) which was a great touch. The rooms are attractive with a cute window seat.

Awesome for the price! Friendly staff! Comfy bed with clean sheets/pillowcases and comfy pillows. Nice little reading nook in front of the window. Clean room and clean bathroom. Actually has a heated pool which was amazing after being on the road and nice to watch it snow outside while we relaxed in the heated pool!

Always a good stay. Always friendly people at the front. Always a good price. Always clean. I stay at this Hotel every time I'm in town. At least once every other week for work.

Great hotel. Price was right. Room clean, staff friendly, donuts and the personalized water bottle were a great touch. Breakfast terrific as well. We will stay again next year when passing through!

It was a nice place, friendly staff! Rooms were a little small, but nice and clean! Breakfast was Very Good! Would stay again or recomend. Only thing I didn't like was placement of TV. It was hard to get comfortable and watch because it was up high.

Great value. Recently remodeled. Comfortable. But new laminate floors are cold. Also if the room above you had kids it gets loud thumps in your room.

Had a great experience here. Cherry D and Jessica B, we're very kind and most helpful! Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean top to bottom, bathroom was clean as well! The breakfast was great! Had a full spread! I would recommend this to anyone!

The hotel is always clean. They accept pets. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is as good as any restaurant. Jessica is always happy to make your stay a pleasant experience!

My experience may not be typical of this location, but: The sink had only hot water, so unusable. Had to brush teeth, wash hands, etc. In the tub. The tub didn't drain hardly at all, so dirty water up to my lower calf after showering. Pink mildew growing visibly on the shower curtain. Phone and alarm clock were unplugged. Everything else was at least clean and comfortable. Very good included breakfast!

Great prices. Clean rooms. AMAZING huge hot breakfast. And Ursula is awesome. Had us checked in and settled in no time flat. Great customer service. Will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here; the staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The free breakfast was magnificent. I heartily recommend it.

This place really does know how to show southern hospitality. On check in they gave me free locally​ produced doughnuts. My room was clean albeit a little to heavy on the bleach. The bathroom was adequate, but leaving old pieces of soap on top of shower was gross and the dust on top of the cabinet showed the cleaners we're not really thorough. The door was also super hard to open and close which led to a lot of noise when exiting and entering room. The hotel was other wise clean and conveniently located just of i75 with great restaurants and a Walmart and dollar tree right next door. Over all, w great stay. Just be more thorough when you clean. PS… having breakfast ready even before you said it would be was super helpful as I checked out at 5am! Hope to visit again.

We stayed here for our anniversary and It really couldn’t have been better. The staff went out of their way to help me, especially, Stacy. I had planned a surprise and they helped me pull it off. The room was amazing. Everything was neat and clean and the room we stayed in was cozy and very spacious. We went to the movie theater across the street and even got a discount because we were staying at the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of items like gravy and biscuits, sausage, eggs, pancakes, waffles, bagels, cream cheese, a variety of cereal and oatmeal. Checkout was a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again and only here while in London.

Was welcomed by a very friendly front desk worker named Stacy. She was very helpful and showed us our room before we rented it. The room was a suite which was very nice, clean, spacious, and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. We will definately stay here every time we come through London, Ky.

We stayed here to get away and use the swimming pool for my son who loves to swim. Everything was amazing. The front desk lady, Stacy, was very helpful and friendly… the rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable… loved the pool and how everything was in walking distance from the hotel… will def stay again.

With large clean rooms, a friendly staff, and a pretty good breakfast, you can't go wrong with this pet friendly hotel. At the front desk, Kimberly checked us in with a smile. Betty was in charge of our room; it was beautiful and clean. Thank you for a nice change of pace for us and our dog.

Location was convenient. It was just off the highway which was great because I was just passing through for a night. Service was excellent. Rooms were nice (little lighting though) and the rate was cheap!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. The room was exceptionally clean and nice. Even more importantly, the staff was as friendly as you could ever ask for. Randy, the manager, took time to respond to my email concerning a room, and gave us "his favorite" just because it was our anniversary! Breakfast was really good too, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, fresh made waffles, and bagels and cream cheese. Loved the convenient location central to everything also. If you're looking for a place to stay in London, this is definitely it!

First of all the woman, Shari, at the desk was so welcoming and warm she actually talked with me while she checked me in instead of just rushing, the price was very reasonable and once I got my room I was very pleased, they recently remodeled I guess, very clean and modern! They have a full breakfast including eggs and sausage also biscuits and gravy. A heated inside pool too! Just a fantastic hotel I'd DEFINITELY stay again! Thank you Shari,!

I love this hotel. I have been staying there a week every month when I come down. The rooms are super clean. The pool is warm. The exercise room is great. They have a wonderful verity of food to chose from for breakfast. The staff is very nice and the location couldn't be better. Walking access to restaurants and shopping. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. There is even a place to do our laundry.

I've stayed here multiple times in the last few months and every time was very enjoyable. The staff was great, hospitable, professional and helpful whenever I needed anything. In fact they allowed us to use their lobby's dining hall to host a small birthday celebration that went perfectly and the staff and manager was very accommodating to any requests we had. Couple that with the extremely reasonable room prices as well as the in town perks like discounts at restaurants for staying with them, I have and will in the future recommend them to anyone traveling through the area in need a quality affordable stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at Microtel and it will be the very last. First time was great, minor issues but overall it was nice. Second time was a total nightmare. The room was dirty and musty. Was supposed to be non smoking but there were cigarette ashes on the floor. The mattress was dirty. Lots of water damage in the bathroom. There was a horrible smell coming from the ac unit, smelled like diesel fuel, skunk? I don't know but it made me sick. I have cancer and all I wanted to do is lay down and rest in comfort, Didn't happen! I am one day home and still sick. I will never stay at microtel again!

I don't like how they have "non smoking" rooms on a smoking floor. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean.

Room had dry wall dust sprinkled all over the floor. Light switches are behind t he pillows on the bed. Last place I'd look. Worse than than being dirty and poorly layed out, they still haven't released the hold on our credit card for the room, even though we payed cash when we checked out. Aweful.

Very pleased with the room. It was a very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Three big pillows on each bed, and a Small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot were provided. The air conditioning was already on, so the room was comfortable the moment we entered. The bathroom and shower was one of the nicest of any motels we have stayed at in our travels. We will definitely be on the lookout for more Microtels to stay at on our other trips. Hope they are as good as this one!

My man and I stayed here and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and they had a awesome breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay here again in the future…

The service was great. Gave us pretzels when we checked in, a bottle of water when we checked out. Room was large. We got a suite for a good price. Called when we were an hour away. The room could use minor updates. There was a rip in the carpet but it was good. No complaints. Loved the seat under the window. We were on a smoking floor but non smoking room and it was okay, not overly powerful in any scent.

The room was fine but the free breakfast was terrible.

Great location. Tons of restaurants and Walmart is close by. So is a movie theater. Would stay again.

Room was great. The internet service was a joke. We were on the second floor, center of the building. Could barely get a signal and could not load any website before it timed out.

The hotel was really good all the way around and the people working there were great. Herschel, who was working the front desk, was very helpful and friendly. The manager was very helpful as well when we had an issue in town during our stay.

My mom had got bit by bed bugs all on her arms and the manager told her it was sunburn and it looked like a rash but it is bed bugs bite.

Very noisy and kids kept banging doors and running the halls all night. Kids in pool till late and pool had a green tint. Night shift manager pleasant all other managers not friendly. Breakfast was ok, my wife and I will not stay here again.

I have stayed here twice. I have 2 large dogs that stay with me so it is great they allow them, however I do not agree with charging an extra $10 per dog along with the threat of being charged for anything they think your dogs may have caused (ie, stains, etc). The first visit I was "accidentally"charged an extra dog fee and the second visit I paid cash and was told very abruptly that I had to leave a $50 deposit. Then at check out was asked if I had dogs (which they clearly already knew becaus he knew I had 2) and was told I was never charged a dog fee for them when I paid the night before. Over all they left me feeling like I was trying to "get away" with something when really it was simply bad customer service. FYI, it took a week for me to get my 10.00 over charge back from them, the person working the desk had no idea how to do it and then stated the night auditor had to do it. Ugh. Ps. The room smelled like BO.

We stayed here last year with our dogs during a field trial event and I had NO complaints. This year, different story. When we walked into our room, the maintenance guy was "fixing" the toilet. Which equaled a flood left on the floor and AWFUL odor throughout the room. The outlets are worn out and won't hold a charger. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut OR open and I killed several big beetles in our room during our stay as well. It's nice and cheap if your looking for a quick fix or if you have pets, but really, the best part of our stay was the breakfast. It was amazing. The staff are very friendly as well.

This is the hotel my fiance and I usually stay at and we never have a problem but we stayed this past weekend and as we were laying bed, my fiance saw a bug crawling in front of his face. We saw two more on the bed and packed our stuff up. The lady at the front desk was no help and tried moving us to the room just down the hall from our original one. We left and I still haven't been able to get ahold of a manager to get a refund. It is very irritating and we will never stay at this hotel again.

Convienent location, clean rooms at a good rate. The front desk really goes out of their way. This was my second stay. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this location for the first time and the hotel manager Ms. Sheila Ross was very pleasant and professional, to assist us, and to make our stay the beginning of many more. She'll do everything in her power to make it right if you have any complaints.
