Don’t stay here, someone from the office tried to charge my card multiple times when I’m not staying at the property and haven’t even been in Georgetown in years. When I called to inquire they lady said I stayed there in November 2020 and didn’t pay (when I asked how that was possible she said she doesn’t know but if I didn’t pay her now she was going to call the police) when I requested to speak with a manger I was hung up on. Apparently they make copies of your debit card when you check in and hold them for years. If you value your privacy DONT STAY HERE! Thankful I have security locks because I paid when I stayed two years ago and I’m NOT paying again because they don’t know what they doing.

This is our fifth time staying at this Baymont. They always have the nicest staff, rooms are always clean. Every time my boyfriend and I come thru Kentucky this way, we make sure this Baymont is on our list of Wyndham properties we stay at. We HIGHLY recommend this place!

Very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is super nice and always helpful no what what or when. I will be staying again.

This has been the single worst experience at a hotel of my life. First it took over an hour to check in because of computer problems. Then I was sent to a dirty room reeking of smoke. After more computer issues the lady said she would comp the room. A few hours later after very little sleep I get a call telling me to come pay for the room. The manager basically said too bad. Now I'm back on the road after a few hours of sleep. Worst hotel ever.

Bedbug was found in the room on our last day. Because we weren’t officially bitten and manager, Seth said that they didn’t find any in the room or in surrounding rooms — no refund. We gave him evidence, brought the bug down stairs in a tissue! We booked through Hotel. Com and they tried to get our refund as well. No such luck. Terrible service!

We checked into this hotel at 6 am and was given a dirty room with mud all over bathroom door and what looked like blood all over the curtains. I was told by the midnight staff that I would only be charged for one night but after informing the front desk of the condition of room I was told I had to pay for another night. I have stayed here many times prior and always checked at same time and was never charged for 2 days. Not only this but my charge card was charged 5 different amounts by this hotel. I will NEVER stay at this establishment again. Went across the street the the Country Inn and Suites by Radison which was cleaner, and cheaper. The manager should seek new employment. He is ignorant and knows nothing about customer service or running a hotel.

How do you renovate the rooms and then leave the old air conditioners in the room? It was like sleeping with a hurricane. The rooms were renovated nicely and they were clean. Staff was friendly.

Ok place to stay; comfortable bed; funky smells (July 2018) Positives: Bed was comfortable. It was close to places to eat and area attractions. It was also easy to find. Reasonable price. Negatives: The staff was just ok, they were not "above and beyonders. " The hotel smelled funny (specifically our hallway did). The lock on our room door was acting funky — you had to use force to open and close it in order for it to lock. The room didn't "feel clean" to me. The other thing that really bugged me, was that the toilet paper was behind my back, over my right shoulder — a STRANGE place for toilet paper to be. I didn't like that! They did serve morning breakfast, I don't have information on that. The first morning we missed breakfast, the next morning, we skipped it, because we wanted to get on the road.

Everything was good. We enjoyed the indoor pool. I wish it was open 24 hours. They had a nice breakfast with biscuits and gravy. The room was clean. There is a mini fridge in the room. Plenty of accessable outlets.

Staff was nice. Room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rates were unusually inexpensive and my room was upgraded to a business suite. Bonus!

Very nice. Amazing bed! Very clean room. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the overwhelmingly smell of marijuana in the hall. But thats not the hotels fault.

Great stay for two nights. They have comfortable beds and the rooms are modern. They have a clean and functional indoor pool. They have the typical breakfast nar bjt it is clean, well maintained and free with your stay. The staff is caring and responds quickly. Checking in the evening will ne a bit slower but they keep things moving as quickly as possible. This place is close to many of the Bourbon Trail stops.

The hotel was very busy when we stayed but everything was great. Kept in immaculate shape.

BEDBUGS! We just rented a room tonight, walked right in the door and instantly saw a bug crawling on the bed! We looked up what bed bugs look like because we’ve never seen them in real life before and it was a bedbug! We called the front desk to tell her to come see it so we can get our money back and she wouldn’t come up to the room. She believed us though and we got our refund! Will never be back ever! We thought the room was very decent and clean but couldn’t believe we just saw a bed bug! Ekkkkk.

Absolutely loved it. Me and my boyfriend spent our anniversary there. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely go back.

We were overnight guests. Just passing through. Everything was clean and the staff was efficient. The breakfast was more than continental. There were hot items (eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles) as well. Overall a decent stay. The beds were comfortable. The hotel looks like it was older and remodeled with a few signs of its age showing through. Also, the actual hotel looks nothing AT ALL like the picture that I saw on the Wyndham site. We were back on the road following our stay so I can't speak to any local attractions surrounding the location.

Great check in experience. Rooms were nice but shower area had moldy drywall around the perimeter. When I informed morning desk person at checkout she said, "Oh, ok I'm sure it's no big deal"… that's right, it's just mold, I told her and mold has never hurt anyone. Not sure I will stay again.

Room was clean but had an odd odor which we think came from the new carpet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. TV was not working and had been unplugged at the back of the TV itself (not the wall outlet) so we had to pull out furniture to get to the back of the set. We think the cleaning crew may have knocked the plug away from the back. Glad the room was clean though! The front desk was not helpful when we called about the TV but did try to call someone to help us. Luckily, my husband figured it out. I would stay there again if just in need of a room. Nothing fancy but reasonable and clean.

We checked in after midnight & went to sleep after bringing our bags up to the room. My husband woke up before me & he walked downstairs & outside to smoke as well as pay for an additional night WAY before checkout time (which they happily took our money). Waffle House is directly across from here so to surprise me, he called & ordered breakfast. Again, he walked downstairs & outside and smoked another cigarette — OUTSIDE. When he got back he woke me up w/surprise breakfast in bed (we were celebrating our 10 yr wedding anniversary). No sooner then I put my fork down from taking the last bite, the "Manager" come BUSTING in the room yelling at us & telling us to "get out now". We asked why (knowing we hadn't done anything & hoping he mistakenly went to the wrong room). The manager walked over to the sweatshirt my husband wore the night before & that morning, sniffed it then said, "because I smell smoke". DUH! Obviously he smelled smoke. My hubby is a smoker. He smokes in our house, in the car — where the luggage was during the 2 hr drive to the hotel. He had just smoked on his way to/from Waffle House. I am not kiddinfg when I say… he woke me up, we ate then here come the manager. LITERALLY that quick! I was still in some intimate wedding anniversary attire & the manager refused to close the door to allow me to change, he would not allow me to go in the restroom to change either.

Would not recomnend this place. There are many places nearby that will have better service and look to keep repeat customers. Bad experience.

Couldn't get Wi-Fi to work. The heated pool wasn't although it was clean. The room was clean and was equipped with a hot tub. It was conveniently located within walking distance of a Waffle House restaurant and a Cracker Barrell. Would stay there again.

Was kicked out because of my husband smells like cigarette smoke after he went to Waffle House to surprise me with breakfast in bed because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. Manager come busting in the room yelling at telling us to get out now because he smelled smoke. Obviously he smelled smoke our clothes smell like smoke because he is a smoker and he smokes in the car which is where the luggage was and he had just smoked a cigarette on his way to Waffle House and on his way back he woke me up we ate and no sooner than that here come the manager. The item of clothing he picked up and smelled that said smell like smoke was the sweatshirt my husband had just that he wore walking to Waffle House that morning too by the way. I was still in my very intimate wedding anniversary attire & the manager refused to close the door to allow me to change, he would not let me in the restroom to change either. However we heard a young couple having a disagreement while we were getting our bags the night we arrived. We quickly found out that it was a customer complaining to his prostitute the services he paid for were not perfor. Ed to his liking & he wanted his money back. So if you're those people that do illegal activities like prostitution and sell drugs this is the place for you. But if you want to get away with your significant other on an anniversary don't go here. If I was offered a free night here or to sleep in the sewer I would definitely sleep in the sewer.

2nd time to stay. Good price excellent service clean large rooms. Breakfast is good. For free breakfast it's very acceptable.

Room was clean enough, and staff friendly. A/C didn't work correctly the whole stay. Workout room was adequate enough to get the job done, but really small (had to step over/around one machine to get to another. )

It was comfy and a nice place to stay. They have an indoor pool which was nice. They also have a continental breakfast with lots of choices. They have a waffle maker to make your own and it's really easy.

Excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean and well presented. The bed and pillows are comfortable. This place is very close to everything, restaurants as well as stores and retail. The price is very good as this place you would expect to cost much more. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved everything about our 2 night visit. The room was clean, smoke and odor free. The bed and pillows were great! The staff was very friendly and professional. The area instilled a sense of being very safe and worry free. Excellent dining was just outside the parking lot and shopping was all around. We can't rate the pool because we didn't get in and we didn't use the exercise room so we can't rate those amenities either. For us, we were elated and would absolutely stay there again!

I booked online and it shows a picture of quantity inn but it was sold and changed 5 yrs according to the staff. I reserved thinking it was quantity. Inn… Anyways it is still nice. Polite front lady and kitchen guy too. The kitchen guy was happy to keep preparing hot food for breakfast. No bedbugs (so far) unlike one comment stated years ago. Room did smell a bit funky. Cleaning crew were polite.

My family and I stayed at the Baymont Inn in Georgetown for two week while relocating due to my husband's job. The managers Seth and his wife Rita where MORE than accommodating! The front staff constantly offered my kids cookie's and noodles to play with in pool. My 12 yr old loved the front desk staff and would makes special trips to see them just to chat. The breakfast was hot every morning, and there was a nice selection. The pool was warm and the kids loved it. Thanks Seth and Rita for making out stay so GREAT!

We booked in advance for our 2016 trip to church hill downs and kentuky horse park. It was better than expected. The reviews dont do it justice honestly. Breakfast was full and we slothed down at 840 am. The lady upfront was happy to fill the waffle mix even for as late as it was, fruit and bagels and such were full. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Rooms clean and cool. If I had 1 suggestion it would be to cool the pool down, But it was clean with towels stocked so no complaints there either. I definitely suggest them. Even for being under construction they were clean. We will return for our 2017 trip.

I had made my reservation for a non smoking room with 1 queen bed 6 weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told there were no rooms. I have a receipt where I paid in advance to reduce the pricing. They put in a suite that had a full kitchen @ no additional charge. I enter the room and it feels like 90 degrees — no air on. I turn it on and go the kitchen to turn it's air on and it doesn't work. I go to call them but find there is no phone. We go to turn on the TV and there is no remote. I go to the front desk to request a remote & phone. They try to find one but can't. I order a pizza on my cell to be delivered and to put the left overs in the refrigerator to find the kitchen light bulb is out. I take the one from the stove to put in the fixture. Later we go to heat the pizza but find the microwave in the bottom cabinet and too heavy to pick up. We go down for breakfast @ 7:30 to find only bread for toast and a couple apples. All else is gone. I ask about yogurts & cereals and was told they are out and no way to get more. There were several workmen with plenty on their tables and in thier pockets as they left for work. Day 2 when we came back from the Horse Park they had a remote for us and a light bulb. 3rd Day We went down @ 6:30 for breakfast. Found cereal & milk and 2 yogurts left. Yay! I really don't want to get up at 6:30 am on vacation to get cereal. Pool was warm and usually empty so that was ok.

It was ok… they have a very nice pool… but no vending machines and it's kinda boring there but… we had a great night sleep and the room was fantastic.

Bed bugs… Hotel tried to threaten to charge me for a plumber when we first checked in toilet did not work properly. Owners are unprofessional and rude. Front desk clerk is courteous and friendly.

Good hotel all the way good service flat screens mini fridge n microwave in every room indoor pool 5 stars for sure.
