The room is sealed w Lysol clean stay but the room is dirty. During a pandemic this is unacceptable. If you seal the room, it should be clean. The duvet had holes in it. I feel like this room was not sanitary and put my family at risk.

I've heard from a lot of friends that the manager in Georgetown named Terry is very rude and talks very ill will of her employees It seems like she needs to be replaced with a more gracious host manager and I've heard a lot of people getting robbed in the one in Georgetown and she doesn't do anything about it.

Had a great time at the hotel. All the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful. Wish we had time to use the pool and hot tub.

First of all, the staff is just wonderful! One can eat and have a drink without leaving the building.

Great facility with a nice pool and hot tub. Staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet is a southern style display of many choices. Quiet place and near gas and local food places.

Love staying here on our annual trip to Tennessee. They have not disappointed us. Breakfast is awesome. $10 but worth it.

The room was not ready on time but we were given a free breakfast for our wait. When we entered the room it was clean although the bathroom floor was dirty. The beds were very comfy though. The pool was decent the hot tub was hot but had no jets. The breakfast was not included for $10 it was all you can eat though. I was not impressed however. The eggs were cooked to order which was good but there was no bacon and the sausage looked greasy. The grits and potatoes weren't very good either. Everything else was self serve i. E. Toast, waffles, cereal fruit … etc.

I like staying here the rooms are in good nice and clean. Only 5 minutes from Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky makes this place a really deal. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat. Lots of parking. Breakfast in the morning bar at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is small but clean, most people who stay here are here for business.

The most wonderful staff that I have ever encountered. Friendly and helpful, it was almost like saying goodbye to family when I booked out.

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Georgetown many times and have always had a pleasant experience. The hotel is extremely clean and the employees are friendly and always go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The check in girls that work late evenings have made it feel like home staying 3 weeks with them. They have made living here for work very enjoyable. Making sure my toddler got a cookie every evening. Besides the ladies the pool and room have been very clean. We stayed one week in a king bed which is good except for having a toddler with us. Missing a bath was hard but the shower was still good.

Loved this Hotel. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Room was perfect and clean. Front desk ladies were so helpful and gracious. There is also a great little pool and Jacuzzi. The workout room was just what you would need for a quick workout.

Great staff, and easy access to the freeway. Guests for two nights with no issues or complaints at all. Close to a great restaurant too.

The best of beds and pillows a thing I learned about town, there isn't much night life on this side, only hotel with a in house bar. Katie the bartender last night was great breakfast fantastic omelettes, great fruit selection. Good times thanks.

Hotel room was nice. They charge for Breakfast. The staff did not disclose this checking in or there were no signs displayed. I complained because I was charged $10.00 for a waffle. The breakfast was subpar and no different than any other hotel. Rip off!

Was having a good time here. Everything was nice. But so disappointed in the service I received on my 4th night at the hotel. Staying for 5 nights for two people and my room was not touched. No new towels, no garbage removed or coffee station refilled. Did not have my "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, so don't know if they do not service rooms after a certain time of the day or what. Had to call and get new towels. So sad that I'm going to be spending all this money and the best I can get, is gor me to call in the morning to let them know to clean my room. Hopefully my room will be serviced on the last night of my 5-day stay (times 2 people. )

This being a regular venue for hosting professional development never fails to deliver. The staff are welcoming and courteous. The facility is clean and well put together. Great experience every time.

The over the phone was pleasant and fast. The location is extremely easy to find, the entryways, rooms, and hallways we're extremely clean with no funny smells. If I'm ever in the area I would look up to stay there again. Front desk staff was amazing especially Melissa who took my reservation, checked me in, and checked me out.

The front desk and the cleaning ladies on the 4 to floor were very friendly and accommodating. We slept great!

Great place for business trips. Rooms are a little older, but clean and staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice updated rooms. Bedding was comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Nice staff. The only problem is they didn't have a comp breakfast.

To much money for the stay. Rooms weren't very clean especially the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Drapes didn't shut so sun shown in your eyes until it went down, and the indoor pool was really small.

It's clean, but way over priced. We we're supposed to be getting a room to sleep five, but ended up with 2 FULL beds and no couch. Just a chair with an ottoman. We made our reservations through Expedia, and apparently that's obvious to the people who work there. The breakfast isn't free, even after paying the hefty price for slim accommodations. The Wi-Fi isn't even free unless you make the reservations from their website. So not worth even the "discounted" price.

When I walked I the first thing I noticed was that the room smelled very clean and looled very tidy. The staff are very nice and helpful. They offer free Wi-Fi and a Ethernet cable for a laptop. But overall I would recommend this place for everyone.

I had my wedding and reception here on march 11th 2017. Almost all of our guest were from out of town and we all stayed here through the weekend. Terri petty and all of the staff were absolutely amazing! They made my wedding weekend perfect for our family, our friends, and my husband and I. The place is beautiful with so much yummy food. I can't thank them enough for taking care of everything and making our day perfect for us.

I couldn't have been more satisfied with their staff. They were attentive, kind, caring, making sure to add customer service that was personable. The Chef there rocked and the food was excellent. Our visit there this weekend was excellent because of their staff, from housekeeping, to the Desk clerks, to the waitress, to the Chef. A wonderful stay and I would recommend to all.

The Hilton staff were exceptionally accommodating, they made sure we had a great stay. The dial-comfort bed was a big plus!

Rooms were comfortable, staff was pleasant. I am not a fan of the keurig coffee machines they provide in room — they are very wasteful. Otherwise a good experience.

The room was great. I exspecially loved the juccuzzi tub and the fact that the room has a living area separated from the bedroom. The employees were very polite and helpful. I also loved the pooh and the fitness areas.

I travel here regularly for work and have never had a bad experience. Staff are all very polite, especially servers. Rooms are fine, not the newest but always clean and in working order.

Rooms were par for the course. The highlight was the lady who works in the mornings in the breakfast area. She was delightful.

I've stayed at this hotel for business for nearly four months. Their staff, and service are some of the best I've ever experienced. The Rooms are clean, and they offer a full cooked breakfast. I can't recommend this place enough.

The staff was amazing! The room was nice and spacious for the two of us. There breakfast was AMAZING! I ordered a salad with grilled chicken from the menu and it was so fresh and the chicken was so juicy. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you for making the last couple of days in Georgetown better for me. The previous hotel was a nightmare.

Recently this hotel has changed its Wi-Fi offerings. The complimentary Wi-Fi used to be reasonably decent. Good enough video conference with family back home or watch a little Netflix. As of a couple of weeks ago the had drastically reduced the bandwidth. Now Speedtest is consistently showing about 1mbps down and 0.3 mbps upload. This is far too slow for any kind of video services. Why did it change? Because now the Wi-Fi service that used to be free will cost you $5 a day. And no your Hhonors Diamond status will not save you any money. When are hotels going to join the 21st century. Business travelers expect decent broadband like they expect running hot water. It's a basic utility.

Great place! Stopped there while traveling. Clean, 24 hour pool/hotub and fitness. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. All the Hampton Inns we used were great. This one was the best.

Great place for the price. Many amenities for small hotel.
