This Best Western is a GREAT hotel. Some hotels smell when you go in them and I can't stand to stay in those. This one is great. No smell. It smells good. I will stay at this motel next year when we are back for the Region XIV horse show again. The breakfast was good. I've stayed at some motels that the batter for the waffles are so watered down that it's almost just water, not here. Everything was great. I wish they all were this good. It made our stay very pleasurable.

We had reservations at the Quality Inn in Dry Ridge, however we left that hotel because that room had mold and was making us sick! So we left at 11:30pm, just 45 minutes after arriving, and called this Best Western to see if they had a room. Not only did they have a room, but went out of their way to help us out. The room was beautiful, clean, and mold free! We had a lovely stay and the staff even went out of their way to find allergy friendly food for my daughter for breakfast! We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Georgetown BW! We explored in the mornings and relaxed by the pool and spa in the afternoon. We loved the popcorn and cookies in the evenings. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. Can't say enough great things about this place! would stay there again if in the area!

This is our motel of choice when in the area and we are there often. The hospitality of staff is of the highest quality, very accommodating, kind and courteous. Above clean and comfortable in every way. Sweet lady helping with breakfast. Quiet and peaceful.

Very friendly, very clean, and very accommodating! We booked ahead online and when we got there we noticed that the parking lot was on the smaller side with a sign stating no rvs or truck trailers. We were hauling a small trailer with our 2 motorcycles on it so I was worried that we would have an issue. The general manager came out and assisted us in parking along the edge of the parking lot where we would be out of the way. The front desk greeted us with a bag of fresh popcorn and oatmeal cookies. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, but the beds were very high (I'm short) and I felt like I was climbing a mountain. Then it was so soft it offered no support. The complimentary popcorn and cookies in the evening and full breakfast in the morning was very tasty.

Very quiet and clean hotel. Nice heated indoor pool and gym area. The staff were very courteous and made me feel like I was a good friend. Highly recommended… plus they had a great complimentary breakfast.

Super friendly staff! My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Popcorn and cookie night was a great added touch for the kids! Room location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spotless. The indoor pool and hot tub made the trip! We will be staying again next time we come to Kentucky!

I had to travel with my dog, and this was one of the only options in the area. I'm always worried about the quality of the room when animals are allowed to say… However, I very pleased with this best Western. The room was very clean and odor free. The staff was great and I can honestly say I would come back if needed.

Excellent experience. Fabulous staff, quiet and comfortable rooms, lots of parking for big pickup trucks, 5 star experience. Cracker Barrel is across the street, and TSC is on the way to the Horse Park if you need to pick up sawdust for your horses at the park. This hotel loves horse people!

We have stayed at this location in the past the staff is courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfortable and above average. Aaron was very helpful on the front desk. The breakfast was above average. I would recommend it to my friends. April 30 2018

We love this hotel. There staff is always welcoming and attentive. Rooms are extremely comfortable. This hotel is located in a great spot for a large variety of nearby restaurants.

This is one of the best Best Western hotels I’ve stayed at. Rooms felt very comfortable. Great lighting with USB charging stations. Bathroom was very nice, clean and roomy. Whisper quiet heat/air.

Very good experience. We were unexpectedly stuck in Georgetown on 3/11 when we hit a storm. Check in waa fast and easy. Room was very clean, well stocked. Only a couple of small things that we didn't love: beds are very firm, no thick duvet (3 thinner blankets layered together instead) and the tub didn't drain well so you were standing in water by the end of the shower. Breakfast was outstanding. Blueberry and regular waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with tons of toppings, cereals and more. The breakfast attendant waa fantastic. Nothing ever ran low, there were no spills, messes or uncleanliness at all. I failed to get her name but she was stellar and deserves a raise. Would 100% stay here again.

Great, clean hotel! The rooms are new and updated, and the breakfast is no doubt the best I've ever had at a hotel. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. Fabulous hotel!

Great hotel for the region… I was travelling early to escape Nor'Easter near Erie, PA/Western New York, once I made it across Ohio to Kentucky in the wee hours I was tired and very ready for a REST! The hotel night mgr was extremely accommodating in helping me get a room although the hotel was "fully booked. " (It was a room recently redecorated and awaiting a minor decorating adjustment in the bathroom — which he warned me about in advance. ) Bed was cozy and I slept soundly, awaking as a rested traveler.

Wonderful bed; we slept like rocks! Great pillows. Nice, firm sofa; one I didn't need help getting up from. Excellent selection of breakfast items! Would stay here again!

This hotel was excellent for the price! Honestly can't beat the value. The guys at the service desk were very friendly and helpful. Very nice lobby with a snack bar! Snacks were priced really well too, not expensive at all! Very happy with my stay here and I will be staying again. Oh they also have a pool and hot tub.

Stayed here a few times. Rooms are very nice. Wi-Fi is very good, even hotel is full. Complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Fitness room is very nice for a hotel.

We loved staying here. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming! Pool area was nice and clean, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious!

This hotel is in a nice area with plenty of dinner options with gas stations available close by. The building is well lit and nicely maintained. Nicely appointed rooms with extra lighting inside and a comfortable seating area and very comfortable beds. The room is spacious and quiet. Staff has always been accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is well organized with plenty of space. Items are varied many healthy alternatives with hot items as well as cold. Coffee was good.

This is a very nice hotel. There are a lot of extra details. The staff is supreme and very friendly and accommodating. Comfy bed. BW eggs are bland. I'd like to see some real eggs offered for breakfast. Morning protein is very important.

Wonderful place to stay! Check in was great! The desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly! Bed was so comfortable! Asked for extra blankets and pillows and had them within 5 minutes! Keep up the great work guys! I will be back!

The Lexington KY area is a regular stop-over for me in business and family-related travel. I had missed the Best Western Plus Georgetown Corporate Center Hotel until now! It, hands down, is the best site I have found yet! Clean, quiet, well located for an easy dinner and all the details just right! Don't just LOOK at the loveseat if your room has one — it is very comfortable for sitting too!

We LOVE to stay at BW's. Only problems we encountered were the price. Wow! Since UK was playing their blue/white game, state track meet was being held, FooFighters were scheduled for concert & our softball tournament was all going on, the price of the rooms almost tripled! That is absolutely absurd, to me anyway! We used our rewards points but they were doubled for use also. One gal on midnight shift wasn't the friendliest. She acted as if it was a bother to purchase anything from the "store" in the lobby! I never complain but these two particular things stand out to me. The most aggravating being the jump in price! Overall, we had a wonderful experience though!

Excellent experience staying at this hotel! Staff is excellent! They went out of their way when we wanted to change rooms due to a slightly musty smell (my friend has asthma issues). The next room was perfect. Clean, comfortable bed, nice bathrooms. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection, and was hot and fresh even though I went down just before they closed. Only issue with breakfast — I think it closed at 9! Early for me. Overall staff made the difference and rooms were great.

Upscale decor. Amazingly friendly, compitent staff. Great pool. The guests we met a breakfast were happy. This says a lot about the mood this hotel sets. Kudos! We'll be back.

The personnel were genuinely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. They also offer a great physical fitness center. I only wish I had more time.

We were visiting Georgetown for a family wedding and Best Western was in a great location for us. We are Best Western members and stay at a Best Western whenever we can. Always a great place to stay!

I was in Georgetown for a family reunion. I stayed at a different hotel from the family due to having called the 800 number to find a hotel that was NOT pet friendly. When I arrived, I found that it was a pet friendly hotel. I had prepaid for the room and would take 7-10 days to refund my money. I chose to stay. The hotel had an odor and my room did as well. The staff was wonderful in trying to solve the problem with a smoking machine and air freshners. Nothing seemed to work. Thank goodness the smell did not cause my son's allergies to "act up". I can't say I would recommend this hotel, however, I'm not sure about the others in the area as they are pet friendly as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They had shampooed carpets in a few of the rooms and ours was still damp. VRushal helped us move to our new room even though we said we could manage. When we had problems with our key, he once again cheerfully helped us. He apologized for any inconvenience we had. He went out of his way to make sure we, the guests, were happy.

Most comfortable beds. Desk clerk was a joy to meet and treated us like royalty. We have stayed at Best Westerns all over the country and find the same kind of comfort and service.

Stayed in penthouse suite. There was only one trash can (in bathroom, none in kitchenette), tiny windows, hard furniture, and a VERY loud toilet that made noise most of the night. Not thrilled with our stay, just okay. The service was very good, though, and the continental breakfast was nice.

1st night there the room had only 1 working light and 1 electrical outlet in the bathroom. The host at the front desk was polite and quick to compensate us for the inconvenience. Also moved us to a different room that had no problems. This best western is a great place to stay at and I will recommend it to anyone.

Son! Yo, so check this out. The old lady and I were gonna smash and crash down the street a bit, but there were burglar-cats everywhere, all up in the dumpsters! We drove right on past the microtel and stopped in front of the best western. This place ain't no joke son! It really is the BEST western! We rolled up and asked the manager for a room, and he was like an Indian OPRAH! All like "you get and upgrade, and you get an upgrade, and you get an upgrade! " Guess what was in my KING size suite?! Did you guess? No. Nope, not that either. A triangle bath yo! With air bubbles out the sides boy! My queen was like "yo, did you just drop the base in this tub? " I'm like "nah, queen, its the side bubbles! " Yeah, and I got laid. Like a king! They even had a free breakfast, so not only did I have cracker barrel country boy breakfast for dinner, but another breakfast in the very next morning! That's two breakfast in a row son! Stay here if you can.

Stayed here last night with my Boyfriend and loved it. Would I stay again? Yes. Clean and everything worked. There was no smell or bugs. Which is a great thing. There was a few things wrong but nothing that caused us to leave or get upset. We used room 205 and I have to say 5stars. The a/c was quite and in the morning we enjoyed free breakfast and oh yes it was good. The staff was polite and helped with our food and we enjoyed talking with them. If I stay in Lexington again. I will want the same room and the same staff… :)

Just called and asked to leave my car for a few days after I stayed a night in the hotel… they are too busy to allow this. Will not be staying here! Plus the pool is closed!

Best Western in Georgetown went above and beyond in meeting my expectations! Excellent staff! Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean rooms. Nice flat screen TV. Willa the cute night desk clerk was really friendly, even though it was cold & late. The heated pool/hot tub & fitness room were a great surprise. Breakfast was std continental with eggs sausage biscuits/gravy-good not great. I was disappointed by how FIRM the beds were, but I slept noon the less & will stop again next time I go through Georgetown KY.

I recently stay at Best Western in Georgetown let me tell you that the hotel was amazing. Room service was great clean bedrooms, shower, sink and the entire room was clean. Very friendly staff, they made me feel just like home. Breakfast is good they have many choices to choose from. Yes I will rate them 5***** star they deserve it.

My husband and I stayed for one night. I booked a nonsmoking room but ours was smoking, called the desk and was told there were no nonsmoking rooms available. The door to the bathroom would not close shut since the door was 2 inches larger than the door frame. All of the furniture was crowded in on the one side of the room, with the other side just having a chair and table. There was an armoire in the far corner of the room for hanging clothes, not a typical area just inside the room for clothing to be hung. The shower would not come on all the way with most of the water pressure coming out of the faucet not shower head. Will not stay there again.
