I stayed here for 3 weeks because I could not find a suitable available apartment when I moved. I found that this hotel had everything I needed and more. The staff were very pleasant and enjoyable to speak with. The rooms were clean (and kept clean) and neat. The location for me was perfect — close to work, shopping, and restaurants. While I was there, the internet went down once due to severe weather. I called the front desk and asked about it and the manager came to my room directly within a couple minutes to test it. Then he informed me he needed to reset the modem. He did so and the internet was back on. I was impressed with the fast and personalised service. I would recommend this hotel to travellers — definitely worth it. Next time I need to stay in Frankfort, I will definitely return here.

My experience with days inn hotel was absolutely amazing. The rates was affordable which was great. Also the workers and managers are outstanding with customer service. My room was very comfortable and clean. Although I'm not big on breakfast I have to say was delightful, not to many choices but just the right amount to get the day started. I have to say when I come in to town my first choice is to be stay at the days inn hotel. :)

This place is an absolute dump. The first room we were given had a non-functioning air conditioner and was too hot to comfortably stay in so we ask for the air conditioner be repaired and instead we were moved to another room period after moving to the other room we discovered that the door lock did not function in the way that if you close the door while inside the room you could not open the door again. Somebody had to come to your room and let you out because the lock didn't work. When we asked the lock to be fixed we were told that we could move to a third room that also had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit or just deal with the broken lock. The hotel was almost empty but those are the only two choices we were given and management absolutely refused to repair the broken lock. So we chose to have the air conditioning unit and we're forced to stay in a room where we could not close the door while inside of it, which means that we had to leave the door open while we slept. The management is extremely rude, and this whole place is a run-down dump. Please do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else, but not the Knights Inn because that's part of the same hotel and run by the same people.

Rate was good and room was mostly clean. Great area close to downtown. Breakfast was lacking. Bagels and a few pastries, but no fruit or proteins.

It is so clean and I am at peace right now. My heart hurts but live and learn… "scars remind us the past is real"

Service was awesome, could vacuum room everyday.

Rooms are nice and clean. The staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly.

You get what you pay for. Cheap price=cheap room/cheap quality.

It's a ok place for staying while working. I wouldn't try and have a romantic night or not even a one nightstand which I don't have no clue how that goes, but it's ok for work stays.

My 10 year old son went to stay at this motel with his father that came into town to visit him December 4, 2017. He came home with these bites all over him. I called the corporate office while I was standing in the lobby showing the man that could not speak English the horrendous bites all over my son. The unprofessional man refused a refund and gave me a fake confirmation number to give the corporate office. He had taken their stay completely out of the computer. They stayed in room 256. Corporate office had no record of them being there. I left and took my son to the hospital. I am calling the news channel tomorrow, this place needs shut down. Absolutely 0 stars! Can all of us with these bed bug experiences from this place that obviously has kept bed bugs for 2 years from looking at the reviews have this place closed down?

The lady at the front desk demand that I give a credit card, after my room was paid for by my company. She absolutely refused to allow me to check in when I had a reservation number! DO not I repeat Do NOT deserve a room here, they are rude, and very unfair!

Room not that clean. The mattresses have been definitely used. The towels were dingy and the customer service was lacking. Not recommended at all.

Come here about once a week for business. Pretty nice for the price. Nice staff usually. Breakfast is lacking. Needs bagels or something more. Really can't complain other than that.

Fairly clean rooms, simple but to be expected for the price. Location was convenient and service was fairly decent. Overall not bad for what was paid.

It is very nice and clean the beds sleep so comfortable the prices r very reasonable able it is n a good location next to restaurants shops etc on a main strip so u have access to every thing staff very nice.

I'm only giving 1 star because you can't rate without at least 1. We booked a room in the morning hours, didn't show up until 9:30pm, the ac was off. It was 92° outside and over 95° in the room! The room looked NOTHING like what the website depicted. There are several burn holes in the sheets/blankets. And the shower matt was dirty. I would not recommend this place. You can have a look for your self, I've uploaded pictures.

The outside lights were very bright shining through the windows hard to get any sleep. The receptionist was not friendly at all. Room was clean and well-stocked.

Chose to come here since I've stayed before, more than once. Walked in at 3am due to son having 1st child to simply sleep & was told check in is at 3pm. They have tons of open rooms! Apparently they don't like money & obviously have terrible workers! Will NEVER stay again!

Room was dirty. Sticky spots on the floor. The chair in the room had black marks all over it. There was snot on the walls and art frames. The toilet in the bathroom was an inch away from the tub. The continental breakfast was cereal and toast. Nothing like the website suggests. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

Bait-n-switch Price // Rusted Fridge // Unusable sink **About 8 cars in the parking lot. Told me all his Non-Smoking rooms are out of Service after a busy weekend. It's wednesday. WHO KEEPS ROOMS DIRTY FOR FOUR DAYS? — — DAYS INN FRANKFORT DOES! ** He wanted to unload an unrentable condition room on a walk-in customer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Full Story: Walk-in customer… Gave me two different prices for Smoking/Non-smoking. Rate difference was $10 so I chanced Smoking Room. HOWEVER — Days Inn website lists them as same which I checked after checking in. I attempt to phone to complain about the bait and switch shortly after checking in only to find the phone disconnected. After troubleshooting the phone I got it working (Was unplugged/Clip Broken on Reciever. Imagine if it was an emergancy). Inquired about the availability of Non-smoking room (THIS ROOM SMELLED, NEEDED A NON-SMOKING) and mentioned the rusted sink and fridge. No satisfaction from front desk. AND THIS IS WHERE IS SPIRALED OUT OF CONTROL; walked to the front desk and asked if the sink and fridge were acceptable. Not sure I got an answer but I was definitely told I could leave. Vick the Manager became hostile and rude. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS //AVOID I accept certain things when I pay $40/nt, not when I pay $70.

Days Inn was an Alright* place to stay. It was quiet and the rooms were clean. Although the air conditioning units could be cleaned this decade. :)

There were some minor things like it is an older place, milk left in the fridge by a prior guest, thin walls, and poor breakfast selections. However, the people were nice, the bed comfortable, and outside entrance. Also I had left something behind and they were very helpful in getting it to me.

Stayed in an updated room, not really worth the extra cost. Hotel is a bit rough, but is a decent place to stay a night cheaply.

Heat didn't work, no toilet paper, or wash cloths in room, room had a musty smell, had to keep getting key fixed. Housekeeper didn't knock or announce themselves just walked right in room, all kinds of trash under beds. Something was wrong with electric in that breaker needed to be reset 2 times. Pet fee was not refunded completely when checked out early.

The motel was exactly what I thought it would be. It was clean but outdated and there was no remote control for the CRT television set, but I was literally just looking for a place to sleep for the night. If you are expecting luxury or contemporary design, look elsewhere (obviously).

Crappy. Sheets had stains on them. A MOLDY towel was left hanging on the back of the bathroom door from the previous tenant. Missing the quilt on one bed. Towel rack was coming off the wall in one of the bathrooms. Bathtub faucet was loose and practically coming off the wall. Lights between beds didn't work. Decent price, but not worth the nastiness.

I for one enjoyed my stay at Days Inn. I was placed into the new rooms which were absolutely beautiful at great prices. The front desk man helped me very much so with great hospitality, I believe his name was Josiah. My first night there the pool was not what I had expected though when I awoke the next morning it was crystal blue and beautiful. They had shown a lot of kindness as it came time to leave, I would recommend staying here again.

This motel has outside access. They did not give us the option of smoking or non smoking, then gave a stinky smoking room. In the bathroom there was stuff floating in the bowl, a dead roach on the floor and pubic hair stuck to the shower walls. They charged ten bucks for a roll away cot, and I strongly question if the bedding had been changed. When I woke up upon further investigation the corners behind the furniture, but in plain view there were more dead roaches. For one hundred dollars this place is stinky and dirty. I have stayed hundreds of nights in all kinds of hotels and motels and this is one of the five dirtiest rooms I have stayed in, and the other four were obvious flea traps, they definitely did not have the Wyndham or Days Inn name on them.

My first time staying at this hotel was a bad experience, but one night I happened to be traveling south and began to get tired. So I stopped in Frankfort, KY; being that it was a busy weekend many hotels were full, Days Inn of Frankfort was where I had to stay that night and I must say the made some HUGE improvements. From when I called to book the room until I checked in, checked out the staff members from the front desk to housekeeping were very nice and helping. I told the young lady at the first desk the story about my first experience here, and she was very confident when she told me I would have no worries, she explain that they were remodeling and suggested a room type and it was so much better than my first go round there. It was a nice stay, the only thing that I could see could beneficial to your customer service is to serve a better breakfast!

I was in Frankfort Ky for the Kentucky State Graduation. Upon arriving at the motel, I was not impress at the appearance on the side. It looked like a ghost town from the movies. At first, my traveling guests and I were given a room located on the front of the motel on second floor. The first floor was being renovated "They say". You could see dirty mattresses through the windows. We immediately sought to find other accommodations but no luck. Therefore we demanded a different room, we were accommodated. The price was over $75 definitely not worthy it. But it was a busy weekend for the capitol city and college town. I would not suggest any one go there. It really needs an extreme make over.

This was the worst! Management is horrible as well as the rooms.

I. Was very displeased with our room when I checked in I asked if we had a clean room and the clerk said of course and I didn't, asked if we would have Wi-Fi and she said yes but we didn't, ran of hot water in the shower after 20 minutes. Didn't have a remote to the TV and our towels smelled of smoke. And what should have been 7 hours of blissful sleep turned into 7 hours of no sleep nightmare. $63 wasted.

Do not stay here without booking online! They will say they honor the online price, but the next day you find out you have paid $20. More! And they refused to fix it.

I checked into the hotel paid for my three nights up front the lady at the front desk gave me the keys to room 242 I went to the room opened the door and the room was occupied with a couple having sex the lady screamed of course and my daughter and I just turned and walked away back to the office of course the screaming lady had already called the front desk the lady at the desk in turn gave me the key to room 243 right next door I wanted my money back but was told it would take up to three days to refund back to my card and I needed a place to stay I was able to stay in the dorm with my daughter two nights but I had to stay in that hotel the third night I didn't get any sleep I was so afraid that someone would walk in on me.

Billions of galaxies, millions of solar systems, nine planets, seven continents, over 100 countries, 50 states and I had the unfortunate luck of staying at this hotel. Words of the G rated genre cannot even begin to describe this hotel. During my stay, I encountered scrum raining upon me while I was in the shower, holes in the walls, and a strange man driving back and forth in front of my room. And if that isn't enough, three people that I was traveling with had to have room changes as a result of Satan's favorite hotel guest, bedbugs. Upon hearing this, my roommates and I had stripped the sheets off of our beds only to find that one of our mattresses had either been the place a pregnant woman's water broke, or was the scene of a murder. We pray that it's the former. So we ended up sleeping on towels that we had retrieved from the front desk, as well as some irritation from the woman working the desk, and tried not to think about where we were.

Stayed here during the Inaugural Kentucky 400 NASCAR race. Close to the track, lots of places to eat really close. Staff was very friendly and the price was great. $71 for a king room smoking next to the pool. Shower was very clean and large enough for a large man. Everything was clean, and the room was nice and cool when we first entered. I'd definitely stay here again.

I called to make a reservation asking how many people in wheel chairs they could accomadate and the person was uncaring told me how old the building was and that I could get onto the sidewalk at the end of the curbs. I specificly asked how wide the doors were and "i have no idea ahhhh" well I know which hotel we won't be staying at.
