Located near a major intersection and multiple dining options, the hotel front desk was friendly and efficient, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The room felt much nicer than a two star hotel. The room doors lead directly outside in classic motel style (which I actually love) so we were able to park directly in front of our door. They also have an outdoor pool, but I didn't bring my swimsuit.

This is a nice motel. It has easy access to the interstate. There is a number of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator which is nice. There is a small, but clean pool. The rooms are basic in furnishings and size, but clean and comfortable. The hotel is near several distilleries. We will book here again on our next bourbon trail tour.

Nice quiet place. Good value for the price. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Not fond of the bed. I may require years of chiropractic therapy.

Clean room, good cable TV, very nice staff, comfy beds, and everything in the room worked. Room came with a nice big fridge, microwave, and a Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to the interstate and came with truck parking (we had a large moving truck with car hauler), and the parking was lit up at night. All in all I would stay there again.

It was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. The inn is located in a great location, wash to get to all of your vacation attractions, and down the street from grocery stores.

First let me say the motel was clean and the staff were professional. The check-in room is very cramped. The room is small and there is no comfortable place to sit. One chair next to the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. I'm a big guy and my feet didn't touch the floor when I sat on it. Great staff and great location, uncomfortable night.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible manager. We were suppose to stay Saturday, our grandma had a stroke that morning and due to trying to make arrangements at the hospital and trying to figure out how to afford her care I neglected to call and tell them we were unable to make it. They charged my card $90 because I had not called and when I explained the situation he was not a bit sympathetic. Simply just said No there is nothing I can do. I'm happy we didn't stay here because now we know in the future the kind of cold hearted money hungry people they are. That $90 May not have been much to you all but to us that could have gone towards my grandmother's care and hospital bill. Money hungry businesses like this do not create repeat customers.

Stayed in Frankfurt, Kentucky. Not too fancy, but the bed was comfortable & I enjoyed the breakfast (mostly continental with waffles too). Friendly front desk as well.

VERY nice. VERY Clean. Looked like a nice recent remodel. Mattresses we're GREAT. Flat screen TV, microwave & mini fridge. Waffles for breakfast. Terrific water pressure. And extremely quiet. Only thing, they could use a little Downy on their towel. But for the price it was wonderful.

Fresh Remodel, Good Breakfast, 80$ cash and an I. D. At 3am. What more can you ask for.! A kind service and we got it!

The staff at check-in was very welcoming and helpful as was the housekeeping staff. The reason I chose to make reservations here was because the are a pet friendly motel which is difficult to find these days. Continental breakfast is included and the motel has been recently remodeled and is quite nice. The only thing I could see that may be a problem for some folks would be the height of the beds which were quite tall even for myself and I am 5' 8".

Prices very reasonable. Paula at front desk very nice and helpful. Rooms clean with microwave and fridge and continental breakfast includes waffles. Easy access from highway.

Entire complex has been updated. Rooms are very nice. Fridge, flat screen, new beds, end stands, TV stands, lamps… etc. Family friendly, pool for the kids to play and it's a prime location. Restaurants and car lots EVERYWHERE!

Single rooms are adequate. Nothing luxurious or state-of-the-art. But, they are comfortable if you are looking for a standard room. The location is in a good area. It has quick access to any direction you need to travel. Customer service is extremely courteous and professional. I have not been close to the pool, but it seems to be nice. Not crowded.

Adequate budget hotel room. Rooms were small and dated, but clean. Woman at front desk was very friendly. Wifi was poor but useable. Location is quite noisy from road traffic. Area seemed safe and grounds were well-lit. I would consider staying here again. I'd give it a 3.5 rating if I could.

Clean, comfortable, great value! What more can you ask for? Just a one night stay and I was happy and slept good. AC worked amazing! Seriously worth every penny. My family was able to sleep in a clean, comfortable room for an outstanding price.

Desk was pleasant and informative. Room was small. Beds were comfortable. TV was wide screen with different choices. Good value for our overnight stay.

Not the pretties or cleanest place I have ever stayed in, but for the price you get what you get. My room was put together at least although the distinct stale odor of smoke still permeated the air. However bearable, it wasn't pleasant. On a side note all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and all in all if I was to stay in the area again I would most like look for the blue grass again. Even with it's troubles. The charm and atmosphere of the establishment really brings you in.

Pretty nice little motel. Didn't have any problems with it. Clean and comfortable. Standard for it's price point. Convenient location and typical continental breakfast.

Clean. Polite employees, girl at check in especially. Pool is awesome. Room was nice. Bed was a little hard but not painful. Coffee was really good. We will go back.

This is my family 2nd time staying here in the last 7month's! Clean inside and outside the rooms. Any time I needed anything the staff was friendly and helpful. I tried their breakfast this trip and it was better than I expected. If parking was better I'd rate it 5 stars. It's location is near a main interstate and easy to find. It was quiet and peaceful, so just a great experience!

Nice bed, safe parking, clean room, very friendly front desk, excellent value, 1 mile from interstate. Matched Travelocity 's price. Only problem was the grass was green not blue…

By far the best hotel I've stayed at in Frankfort. We're active duty military and have staying in Frankfort for 2 months. We've had our share of hotel experiences. This one is very clean. Newly renovated and updated. Flat screen TV. Nice bathrooms, swimming pool, and pet friendly! If you're coming to Frankfort for an extended stay — I reccomend the Bluegrass inn.

Priced better then the days inn staff super nice pool is in good shape rooms are super nice way nicer the any of the other hotels in frankfort hands down best motel in town.

Friendly office staff, good price … however, rooms outdated and cheap. No installation heat goes right out the rooms, small beds, bad breakfast just poor quality.

The people there are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are average and have a somewhat must smell to them. The building itself is aging but reasonably well maintained. I have stayed here on several occasions and will most likely return for several more.

Desk clerk said she would knock the rate down to $60 with my AAA except $60 is the regular rate. Average room at best, had to chase down and kill flies. Then I was woke up at 2 am because the alarm clock was set to go off unbenounced to me. At checkout I told the desk clerk and she didn't even apologize. I told her housekeeping should make sure the alarms are turned off and should not be the responsibility of the guests, especially if they are tired from driving as I was. I won't be back.

Overpriced, old & outdated. Bathroom was just barely clean. Laundry (Washer & Dryer) were worse than a bad laundry-mat. Difficult to understand Owners when they talk to you (Poor English) They have Long-term workers staying here. Breakfast is unhealthy and full of Sugar If possible, Stay elsewhere. I'm not a fan.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, the pool area was clean. We would revisit this hotel.

Everything was old and not very clean. The room smelled smoked in even though it was a nonsmoking room.

Moldy shower curtains, mildew scent, etc. The management is very rude too they wouldn't accommodate me with a new room or a refund. Stay away from this one.

It was fine, clean enough, nothing special but fine for the price. I would stay there again.

Service was poor. Desk attendant acted like helping me was a problem. I found their website which price was advertised differently than what they were charging so I asked could I have it for advertised price and they were very reluctant but did. Room was clean, smelled like smoke when was supposed to be nonsmoking. But had adminities I wasn't expecting like a fridge and microwave and free breakfast. Over all for what I paid I can't complain.

We called in last minute while we were driving from Virginia to California, they were pet friendly and were very helpful in making sure there was a room for all five of us and our two dogs. The room was decent — two beds, a microwave, a fridge, and a television. The price was just what we were looking for with the budget we were on and we basically got what we paid for. The rooms were somewhat musty, we all woke up with stuffy noses. Fortunately the room didn't smell of smoke, though. Breakfast was good — Belgium waffle maker, coffee, tea, cereal, pastries. The staff was very considerate and helpful.

I recently stayed here for two nights. I made the reservations nearly last minute, which would have been a mistake for Memorial Day weekend but the staff was very accommodating. For the price at such a time of the year, it was excellent. They have a clean pool to use. The bathroom had very minor amounts of mildew on the ceiling; nothing worse than one expects in one's own home. The hot water in the shower was consistent and great, and the shower curtain has a bowed rod to give more head and shoulder room. The bed was firm and high, so that might be an issue for someone with specific needs. There were no bedbugs in my room or sign of any, nor other insects or critters. The pillows were very lumpy and did not give support, but we carry our own pillows during travel anyway. The television set was an older CRT model with a slight audible buzz to every station. The continental breakfast included waffles you can make yourself, in addition to frosted flakes and fruit loops cereals, various muffins and bagels, orange juice and milk, and coffee and hot chocolate. The hotel has available Wi-Fi locked with a password you get from the front desk; the speed was around 5Mbps the entire time.
