Curtains were ripped, trash on the floor, and dirty bedding!

Room is huge, 2 comfortable beds, couch with table and chair, fridge and microwave. Cheap.

I would not recommend anyone to book any of their venues. My husband and I got married yesterday on 6/27/2020 and there was no AC in the building (venue area). One of the ladies that was working there that morning to afternoon had told one of my family members that they will fix the AC. We came to find out AFTER the wedding that they didn’t have any AC. The “manager
“ that was working there said “oh I told you that their is no AC. ” No he did not, if we knew that was the case we would’ve NEVER booked them. Everyone was dripping in sweat, our wedding cake was melting LITERALLY, we couldn’t have the wedding that we wanted. When we brought the issue to the “manager” all he did was cal someone on his phone and told us “I still expect you to pay the full amount. ” He did not apologize or even try to help with anything. We had to buy fans from Walmart to make the wedding happen. This is very very poor management. Not to mention it was 90 to 100 degrees inside the venue. Imagine wearing a suite and a wedding dress in that head. I hope this gets resolved so that no one runs into the same issue. I will make sure that this matter gets to the management corporate.

The room and service was decent… The breakfast was awful! The milk was bad, the waffle mix was made with bad milk, the bagels were stale, the Danish didn't taste right…

Very good room. Overnight desk clerk went out of his way to get us to the airport so we could make our flight.

This is a wonderful hotel! Excellent and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and the swimming pool was well kept as well. The breakfast was hot and fresh and delicious. The price was very fair. I stayed on a Saturday night in the middle of summer; for a double queen it was $128. It's just a few miles from restaurants and right next to the highway. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book with them again.

Stayed one night. Room was good, pool was good. Went to breakfast at 7:30 the next morning and they were out of food. If a breakfast is advertised, you should have food.

Big spacious rooms terrible location. Terrible coffee.

Great place good breakfast but pull out bed needs a new mattress.

The ice machine was broke and when I went to take a shower there was no hot water.

Nice atmosphere, beautiful atrium filled with exotic tropical plants, well-maintained, clean rooms, very professional staff with a good eye for detail.

I originally booked a stay for one week through my company. After I booked I found out I was being assigned to another store in Wichita, KS. I didn't want to cancel and rebook because it will sometimes cause problems. I called and asked if she could match the rate already in the system. For some reason they never seem to be able to do that but, she did finally give me a rate that was satisfactory. When I got my final bill however the rate jumped 5.00 a day. Granted I don't pay the bill but, I don't like my company being taken advantage of like that. Just a crooked way to do business. I won't stay here again simply because of that. There were some other little things like the toilet paper wouldn't stay on the holder. The holder was not secured in the wall. Ironing board cover not on the ironing board. Did not have cable TV for a couple of days. Don't watch but just a little because my work days are long. Still an inconvenience. For some reason one of the exit doors was not secured at night. Wide open on two occasions. Only noticed because I would use the stairs to get my ice on the second floor. The room was clean and spacious. Close to shopping. The Hotel is a little difficult to navigate in and out of. Not real fond of the person that changed my rates but, help was friendly.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean and very spacious. I will definitelycome back.

Great hotel. Service was amazing, room clean. The only thing was the door was a little hard to open.

Basic room. Tile on bathroom wall was missing and 2x12 board replaced it. Bathroom door had been rehung with old hinge placements still showing. Tub & Shower need replaced as old. Staff was nice and was pleasently suprised by continental breakfast options.

Always clean and quiet. Enjoy staying here every year.

We recently stayed here for a 2 nights. We had a wonderful room over looking the square in front. Room was quite large with a large bathroom too. Very clean, comfortable and had nice A/C. Further any other items we needed and dinner reservations they assisted us with. Great staff. Breakfast was quite good too. Served downstairs in the attached restaurant. Besides they typical breads & cheeses, they made eggs however you wanted prepared. If you are looking for a hotel centrally located in Kansas Wichita, this is the one. Highly recommend.

Huge room, clean, quiet and pleasant, no odor. Great hot breakfast items in a large atrium area. I'll stay here again. Some items are due for an update but all was clean and everything worked.

Worst experience every! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They tried to double charge us. Should of stayed at Motel 6 it would of been more comfortable and cheaper.

It was a pretty decent place to stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and I would stay there again. Location was good for us. We went to the Vortex festival which was about 3 miles down the road. Worked fine for us. The front desk attendant was helpful and very friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with many options. Rooms were large and kid friendly. Pool was nice for the extended family to come swim. Overall a good experience. And I saved money booking throuh my Choice Hotels benefits.

Key cards wouldn't work multiple times. Remote to TV missing in first room, replacement remotes also didn't work, got moved to a different room, door would not lock. Maintenance fixed the next morning. Safe would not work. On second day I left about 9 A. M. When I returned in the evening housekeeping had merely pulled the sheets up on my bed. They didn't refill coffee service, empty trash cans, sweep or mop or absolutely anything else. I took pictures to show front desk. Totally unacceptable. I complained to the manager the next day. She was very nice, apologetic and clearly unhappy that I was unhappy. The whole experience was just disappointing. She comped me one day of my four day stay, and I thought that was very fair. I stay here when I come to visit my 87 year old mother a couple of times a year. I can't stay with her, she doesn't have room. I will give this place another chance when I visit Wichita. I hope they get their housekeeping trained and straightened out, and other items in working order. Management and maintenance was excellent with what they had control over.

Room is nice, very spacious. Lobby is nice with real plants. But it is currently being renovated and there's a lot of hanky stuff. TV is crooked, front door was wide open without a door knob, etc.

Lovely hotel, with a beautiful atrium/breakfast area (nice hot breakfast! ) and glass-backed elevator. Large rooms with a very comfortable bed. The hotel shows its age a bit, but not in anyway that matters.

The staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was really nice. My favorite part was the lobby area with all the plants. My kids loved the glass elevator.

Great look to the hotel in Wichita, loved the plants indoors. The room was very spacious. Very accepting of pets (traveling with a cat). Only negative is the breakfast: The eggs were strange discs, and there was no sausage.

Lovely inside representation, good sized breakfast area and nice breakfast. Front desk was very nice and great sized rooms. Could have better Internet speed and could have a channel menu.

Very nice hotel was very clean and looked great except we had an issue with the key provided that didnt open our door causing front desk to come for further assistance. But other wise great hotel. Would definitely book again!

The room wasn't awful but during the night someone had broken into our car and stole both my wife's and my suitcases. What the hotel failed to tell us is that just minutes prior to is checking in there was someone in the parking lot looking into cars and another guest had called the police. We only found that information out in the morning when we woke up. Needless to say, I hope we never have to step foot in Wichita KS ever again.

Hotel was very nice. Love the outside pool. I give very much credit to the employee's for overall cleanliness, and great customer relations. Got my vote.

Older building with older furniture. Needs updating. Pillows were incredibly small, and led to an uncomfortable night. Breakfast was standard but filling, mostly carbs. Service was fantastic.

Clean rooms with friendly staff. Hotel changed ownership/management about 3 months ago. I travel for business and I know some brands within this chain are inconsistent in terms of quality, but this hotel is a keeper. Current management cares about the guest experience. It's not a new hotel, but they offer clean rooms at a reasonable rate. I plan to stay here during my next visit to the area.

Some reviews said that this hotel wasn't up-to-date, but I thought it was very modern. I did my usual checking under everything for bugs, and checking the telephones and remote for dirtiness, but everything was better than I expected. We got the king suite with the jetted tub, which was very tiny and not very comfortable for one person. A little disappointed by that. The only other thing I would suggest to the hotel is to make sure the fruits at the breakfast bar are fresher. The apple I got, I could push my finger through it and the banana I picked up was turning brown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall though, I would come here again!.
