Dirty, filthy rooms and unhelpful staff. Buying my own cleaning supplies because there are no other rooms, housekeeping is gone and it is not the front desk "job" to take care of the customer because "they have other things they have to do. " Never so disappointed and disgusted!

No dishes, not even a cup for water. No bedding for the pull-out sofa. Lamp shade had stained spots all over it. Trash was not taken out before we checked in. We planned on cooking in the room and had to ask the front desk for a pot and dishes and they only gave us one plate, one fork and a knife. They said that was all they had available. I went back to ask for cups because there were none in the room to even drink water. The front desk guy was very reluctant to help before finally getting me a coffee cup from the staff break room. But they are dog friendly, which we needed. And the room was comfortable and spacious for my family.

The staff has accommodated my needs Extended Stay America hotel's is the best place to stabilize. The beds are comfortable and I have a lot of gratitude for the stress free environment.

This is a one star hotel at best. It will work for the short time that we are here. Very strange smells in the rooms. There were cigarette holes in the comforters. The rooms are really small. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had to change rooms, our initial room wreaked of smoke, and wasn't clean, and then our room key didn't work after we changed rooms, so that was frustrating. Then on our second night, the room next to us had a Rottweiler or Pitt Bull, that barked incessantly for atleast 2 hours, and all the gentleman at the front desk said was, sorry about that…

Good value and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Not the most updated but very good for the money.

Room was so gross, I think they only changed the sheets on the bed. Bathroom tub had hair it in, kichen area was covered in dried food and the room was smelly. Around midnight we went down to the front desk to change rooms after we tried cleaning it ourselves. No one was around, after 30mins we finally had to call the hotel to get assistance. She gave us a new room but that room was just as gross. Didnt seem like she really cared about our concerns. We checked out and went across the street to the holiday inn, had to pay twice as much but it was so worth it. Will never stay here again.

I stay at the extendedstay for the first time the room clean and good the front desk person work at the morningship she was nice my wife and I we enjoy staying 3 days at this place. I be come back again when we visit the Kansas again.

Front desk on break for 30min, unable to check inar 8:30pm. While cancelling reservation we got attitude while checking in. First room gibs if hair, dried food bits in sink, floor, tub, sinks filthy. No kitchen utilsils, plates, glasses, etc. Demanded new room, pretty much the same problems only with roaches this time. Gave up on kitchen stick after hours of requests. Frige dirty, and dented. No coffee pot. Light bulb out. Queen linen on King bed. Spare pillow in the floor if dirty closet. So much more to say but you get the idea. Other guests complaining with us. Stay away at all costs.

It was a good stay for the money we paid. The room was clean to my name eye. I got Pot and pan to cook. From the front desk she was kind to me. There is no real breakfast just coffee and tea cookies etc. We are a trucking family who moves a lot. So yes I would come back for a overnite stay again.

Theres no lobby and breakfast is muffins and coffee… plan on going elsewhere for breakfast. Super thin blankets. And there was no housekeeping while staying there. Also had a musky smell to the room. Pros — 5 mins away from Top golf and shopping centers.

The first night of my stay the room smelled terrible from the neighboring room smoking cigarettes. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. I got up the next morning and someone dumped a huge mess directly on the hallway floor including chicken wing bones and other garbage. I got back from my business meeting that night, opened my room door and the whole room reeked of weed. Again the neighboring room was clearly smoking non stop. I got my room moved, and the staff was helpful. Came back upstairs to my new room (same floor, just accross the hall) and a lady was screaming and cussing extremely loudly in her room. This was after 10pm. A friend that I was traveling with had the same issue with weed & cigarette smoke in his room. I would definitely never stay here again and I'm glad I wasn't traveling with kids. We ended up cancelling the 3rd night of our stay and just drove through the night to get home instead.

I've stayed here a couple times and had success. It is close to work, shopping and restaurants. The room is large and with a good layout. But most importantly, they allow my 4 legged child. With most dog owners he is like my child that I just can't leave at the house or board for months at a time. It is always next to impossible to find a long term accommodations when you have a dog. And I appreciate that it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to stay here long term with him as most places have pet fees that just keep adding up.

Outstanding! Very pleased with my stay. HOT water, clean sheets, expanded cable… and all at a reasonable price. Thank you from a satisfied customer!

Extremely bad Internet Connection. Complaining front desk and services provider seems to be going to deaf ears. FYI it after paying $25.00 extra for decent Internet.

Rude staff. Waited 10 minutes to check in because the front desk person was busy talking about her new weave to some other lady. Then the front desk person tells me that she got promoted to overnight because the last person died. The room was subpar, dried blood stains on the lamp shade. Coagulated pool of blood next to the dresser that I did not notice until morning. When I made the reservation I asked for a quiet room since I was traveling with my two year old and we just wanted to sleep. Upon checking in the same front desk person as I mentioned before laughed when I asked about the quiet room and told me, "Too bad we booked up deal with it. "

Did not stay after 1: being placed in a room that had all the lights and TV on plus someone’s bag. 2: Next room was not “cleaned” as told by the front desk. Pubic hair in bed, floor not swept, soap and hair in bathroom sink plus 2 wash rags in shower, never dusted, food and food stains on counter, hair & dust in leather chair, dirty mirrors. If you want a job where you get paid and don’t work this is the place for you. Ruined New Years Eve fun with pure grossness. This place should be shut down, don’t waste your money. I would stay in a cardboard box before ever staying here.

I look for 2 things at a hotel; clean and quiet. This was neither. I showed up around midnight, and there was no one at the front desk, and no bell to ring. Just a sign that said "We will be back shortly. " I ended up calling the hotel to get the woman to return to the front. She was really nice, but said that my temporary ID issued by the DMV wouldn't suffice. I showed her a college ID, and she said she would have to check to see if it would be acceptable. It was. As others have mentioned, the room was dated. I don't care about that. What I can't stand is stained pillow cases, hairs from multiple people on the sheets, a layer of dust on the night stand, and mold spots on the shower curtain. I didn't look any closer. I just took multiple showers. I won't be back to this location.

The mattress protector under our sheets was really gross with multiple stains. Cleaning needs to be improved. Had to clean our tub out before giving my toddler a bath because there were multiple pubic hairs in it. No carpet was nice and the furnishings are modern. I guess you have to check out pots and pans and whatever you need in the kitchen. Also no housekeeping unless you're there longer than a week.

Needed something quick and accepted pets. I've stayed at other hotels similar and they provide cookware for the kitchen and fresh towels. This location won't service your room unless you stay there for more than a week. You have to check out the cooking utensils. Disappointing.

Our room was pretty dated it. The countertops in the kitchen area and the kitchen cabinets themselves looked like they we're from the 90s. The bathroom wasn't anything fancy, either. The shower even had a rust stains. Now, I will say the place was very clean otherwise and the bed wasn't hard as a rock. The bed was definitely not sink — into — soft. But when it comes to affordable hotels I have definitely slept on much worse.

Incomplete housekeeping. Lazy housekeeping employees. Very pleasant front desk and maintenance employees. Ended up having to change our own bed linens due to housekeeping going home without finishing their job. Website boasts 24/7 service.

The staff is friendly and helpful, however the cleanliness is very poor. Bed sheets were freshly stained, toilets had hair and urine on them, bugs in the kitchen, trash wasn't dumped, fridge didn't work, and I can't even imagine what I didn't actually see. The location is great and I feel the area is safe. I was able to park my car right outside my window which is nice. For those staying with compromised immune systems, seek lodging elsewhere.

Decent hotel, nothing special. No pool, no continental breakfast. Fridge didn't work when I got here and there was someone else's trash under the bed. They did fix the fridge quickly after I told them about it. Not horrible if you get a room that doesn't smell bad, friendly staff.

The location was great, the rooms okay, and the service impressive. The Wi-Fi however was finicky and the breakfast service very small.

I liked it because they accommodated us after our online reservations were cancelled at the other Extended Stay for the same price as the online reservation. However our fridge didn't work and the bathroom pipes made extremely loud noises, and I sleep through snoring but that sound kept waking me up. Overall it is good just needs repairs.

Very nasty rooms and the staff is lazy and unprofessional… The worst extended stay we stayed in and extended stay is high on our list but this one is going nowhere fast. The restroom is horrible and the room smells of flocka and beer its very weird.

Very poor service does not clean the bedrooms to change the towels you have to take the guests to the lobby there are no breakfasts; But above all there is chinchis in the beds because they allow animals inside the bedrooms; No pool and no Spanish TV.
I don't recommend it at all.

Nice for staying a few days but nothing fancy or spectacular. Breakfast was only grab and go with limited options.

No ice machine, pool, gym or spa… decent clean room. No frills here just a place to lay your head.

Wouldn't recommend. Uncomfortable/hard beds, Wi-Fi is a joke even after an upgrade, no fitness, one vending machine, very minimal breakfast, not quiet, not even a gas station within 5mins of hotel, always something odd happening — — a lady running down the hall screaming 911, cops cars in front twice now, doors slamming up and down the hall at 2am, glass bottles put under my tires so I run them over when leaving, etc. The only good thing is the full size fridge. And definitely ask for a king bed room for the extra $2 so you get a somewhat nice-ish room.

The room was very spacious. Home amenities were available upon request. Floor was not carpeted, but a nice clean laminate flooring.

Laid back, quiet neighborhood, clean.

Wifi bearly works… not that this is a big deal but it is a big deal BC I can stay somewhere that it is good… and air conditioning was awful it had a mind of its own… real noisy… No fitness room. I feel like there is something else but too busy at the moment on top of having to stop my life to leave a negative review so that other people are aware of the mess I just got out of. Also it seems to me that there is people on this review that work for the hotel. Very biased.

Very nice, home away from home!

Some of the front desk people are very nice. The room wasn't clean (the bathtub, kitchenette and dishes looked dirty) and the place is noisy. I forgot a bag in the room (my bad) and when I called to see if it was turned into lost and found, the manager took a snippy rude tone asking "are you sure? and you waited 2 days to call about it? " Not that I owed her an explanation, but I was traveling and didn't get a chance to call before then. The FACT is housekeeping took something that didn't belong to them and they do a terrible job cleaning the rooms. I will never stay there again and don't recommend it for anyone. If I was the owner, I would replace housekeeping and management at this location!

Very excellent! Excellent people and April is the best up most kindess sweetest helpful person that will help you with what ever question you need! I am from out of state and had got lost and called her three or four times freaking out cause I was lost and she calmed me down and got me to the hotel with such a nice tone. She is EXCELLENT! April at the Overland Park in Kansas needs a promotion to manager she is awesome. Rooms are clean and nice and they have kitchens in them and they supply you with the dishes to cook with because they have stoves in the rooms too. Excellent I say!
