Room was clean and friendly service. Good place for the price.

Today is 6/2/18 I just stayed in room 207. It's 3 am right now I left because bed bugs. People in room 107 also had them and were complaining with me at 1am. Beware this hotel. Spend a couple extra for the extended stay down the street.

I pulled into the Days Inn at nite. There were several guys outside my room drinking and having a good time. Little sleep that nite. I woke up the next morning and I noticed vans with 3 out of the 4 tires flat and looks as if all their possessions were in the van. I also noticed several other cars loaded with peoples life belongings. The following morning I was bolted out of bed at 6am as a strange man with long scraggly hair opened my room with his key. I started screaming and the guy backs out and apologizes. I called the front desk and the girls apologized giving him the wrong room. Never Ever again will I stay in this lowest of lows what they call a hotel.

Our first room the sink leaked and smelled like mold. So they then moved us to the room next door. We checked everything, and then we found bed bugs in this room. Not advisable to stay here.

Basic room. Kind of small. But very comfortable. And the night clerk was very friendly and acomidating to our needs. For the price. We will stay there whenever we are in town. Thank you.

Not a good hotel, staff not friendly, rooms not clean, had to call 911 at 4am from other people in rooms next door.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the bed was comfortable. They were quick to give us items we needed such as an extra pillow and shampoo. Breakfast was great and they stayed on top of stocking all the breakfast items right ultimate until 9 am. Will stay again when we are in the area!

The room was perfectly fine. If all you need is a place to sleep, Days Inn works. If you're expecting more, you might want to look around. The staff was friendly.

Finding this place was NOT easy. For some one not furmilur with area. I told the clerk it took me awhile to find it. He said did you use mapquest I said yes, then he said you should have clalled me. Sure hope there food is better then there location!

The room was clean. And just right enough for 2 people. Breakfast was ok.

Terrible customer service. They stole $82 from my card and canceled my room because I arrived one hour later than what I told them over the phone. I paid for the whole day but they decided to count me as a no show only because I get held up one hour.

The hotel bedding and room is absolutely disgusting. The Clerk with the eye patch is extremely rude as well. This hotel actually should be condemned. Please go elsewhere. You will waste your money coming here…

The stay was fine except for how small the bathrooms were and the water pressure in the shower was very low it almost took me 15 min to rinse my hair and my hair is just to below my shoulder blades. And the breakfast wasn't all that great. Just basically cereal eggs biscuits and gravy and sausage. Which the eggs were sitting in a soupy egg juice and the biscuits were chalky tasting and the sausage was dry. And the gravy was runny. But like I said the stay in the room was fine besides what I mentioned.

Location is fine. Tucked away right off the highway. Not too noisy or anything. Near a bunch of decent restaurants. The room we were in was fine for what we paid, which wasn't much. Seemed very clean and tidy. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Water pressure was lacking, but did the job. Only reason I wouldn't rate it 5 stars was because everything was fine, as opposed to great. Worth it for the price and being within 20 minutes of the downtown area.

Overall it was a great stay. Got checked in quick. Wide enough parking for my dually. Clean room. Soft bed. Cool when I walked in. Only complaints: pillows need to be updated, breakfast buffet needs a little more. It had no waffles, no eggs and sausage or no biscuits and gravy. All other Wyndham hotels I stay in had at least one of those items on the buffett.

Everything was easy and smooth. Room was clean and cozy. Price was awesome, close location to everything in Overland park.

The bad reviews are overblown. On my stay 7/7/16, I was treated incredibly kindly and got a clean, spacious room with a clean, fresh King bed for $65/night. Zero complaints about the room or service. In fact, I only have praise. The gentleman that helped me (didn't catch his name, but he's soft spoken and has a good looking moustache) gave me some of the nicest customer service I've gotten at a hotel. He's a true gem. If I had any complaints, it's that I'd like some more hot items for breakfast (there's no eggs/sausage, etc), but hey, for $65 I can afford to drop by McDonald's in the morning. I'll be staying here again for sure. Edit: I checked the mattress again for bed bugs, just to be sure, and it was clean as a whistle. Also a fairly new mattress. The tag reports that it was manufactured in February of 2016, which was nice to see. Maintaining my 5 star rating because of the ratio of cleanliness to cost.

It was very run down. There were wet dirty towels left in the room by housekeeping. One towel was folded with makeup all over it. Very gross.

I will never ever stay here again. The front Desk was very Rude. The rooms are very small not to mention the palace was Dirty the Bathroom smelled like urine. So I found out why the Bathroom smelled like urine. After flushing the toilet The toliet started running OVER Urine was every where. I called the front desk and once again they where Rude. I had to literary Raise Hell to be moved to another room. Long story short don't stay here!

I was at International House of Prayer until 4:30 AM, then grabbed a bite to eat and headed hear because it was cheap, since I lived 2 hours away and didn't want to drive back exhausted, the women who checked us in, at 4:55 AM said that if we stayed past check out time (noon 12, aka 7 hours from then) we would just be prorated for the extra time, which is reasonable. Then 7 hours and 5 minutes later (12:05 PM) there is a man literally pounding on our door yelling "check out, wake up, house keeping" and over the next ten minutes (no exaggeration) he pounced on the door, attempted to open the door, and banged on the window, until we finally got out of bed. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The place seemed clean until I left the next morning full of bed bug bites. The manager in so many words called me a lair and did not compensate me at all. I didn't even recieve an apology at the least. Someone should check out how the rooms are cleaned so no one else has to go through that horror. Never dealt with anything biting me in a hotel in my entire life visiting hotels. Disgusted is the nicest way to describe my experience. The breakfast was nice. Thanks to my booking agent I at least felt some sort of customer service.

Unfortunately never got a chance to stay at thisllocation. Booked with card expecting to pay cash when we arrived. Was told upon arrival they would not accept cash. Ok, well problem number two is we live 3hrs away and we took all cash out (for this trip) of account and no bank in the area of the hotel to deposit it back in our account. Asked if we could give them a different credit card from a relative over the phone and was told no. Well lucky for me the card I booked with is not attached to a bank account and will not overdraft. So they will not get anything from me and I will never be choosing a days inn again. On another note the motel 6 across the driveway was very friendly and took our American CASH!

Pretty nice, clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was kinda small, but the shower head was nice and high, which is nice for a tall guy. Only downside is the outlets. I counted four in my room, all but one of them was in use for fridge/tv. For $50, nice clean room with nice staff.

-12 stars! Literally the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my 64 years hear on this Earth. My wife called in to see if there were any rooms available. To verify she would not be charged she asked the front desk clerk, "I will not be charged yet right"? The clerk then responded yes we just need it on file. Well as we arrived and realized the hotel was not up to par the guy behind the counter state we had already been charged and there was nothing he could do about it. The room was horrible and the service was distasteful.

Clean room, big bath room, comfe bed. Room was to be handicap barely got wife's scooter in door that was it. She is a large woman and could not get it any farther. Would not be able get a normal wheel chair between the bed and desk/dresser. She called and asked for a shower chair was told they didn't have one. Room was cold when we walked in and with my wife having cancer and under going chemo she gets cold real easy, turned on what was told was the heat blew cold air finally found the thermostat and it took way over an hour to get room warm. Older building needing up grading and property needs work also. The motel was hidden behind others need a GPS to find it. Thought the stool was going to run over every time we used it, also with the government standards it uses 3 to 4 times more water than what the government allows. The room was to be paid by a friend we ended up paying for it, they told me it was to be paid when we arrived, then they wanted a credit card told them I don't use them after handing them some old ones or prepaid ones that had no money they finally took cash and we had to leave a deposit of $30. Went to ck out this morning desk clerk had to make 2 phone calls before I got my deposit back. Will never stay at that Days Inn again and well have to think again twice about staying with any of the members of that hotel chain that that Days Inn belongs to.

Stayed here last week. Was a great place the rooms were clean and in great shape with new carpet and comfy new beds. Travel to kc every week will be staying here from now on. I would definetly recommend this place.

Best price around if all you need is a place to sleep. The economy room was mega-tiny but fulfilled my need. The staff was helpful and friendly and it was clean enough to sleep in for one night. I don't think they keep the laundry separated so the bedding is smoky, but not unbearable. It's right off the interstate and nearby lots of places to eat. I would not recommend it to anyone except the value seeker. Don't take your wife here, it won't be romantic.

I came into town and this room was purchased over the internet by a secretary in the office. Their add states the rooms have new bedding — "plus and luxurious" I would describe them as thin and less than comfortable — the sheet count feels like its 100 @ Best. Dog crap on the walk way of the 2nd floor to my room. Television has a bunch of channels — and that at least was a blessing as the amount of noise from the young adults running around and setting off fire crackers @ 12AM waking everyone was to much to bear. When I called the front desk to complain — there was no answer. I called again a short time later — no answer. the 3rd call around 12:45 or so (45 min later) I was given the response "What would you like me to do — they paid to use the motel and have fun just like everyone else. " I ended up leaving and going across the street to the Drury Inn — sure I spent a whole $11 dollars more. I am asking Visa to make sure that the $94 I spent for a wall paper pealing, bed not made, dog crap in the walk way, noisy firecracker dive of a hotel will be refunded.
