Comfortable rooms and a friendly stay made a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was very good as was the gym and pool. Definitely a worthwhile stay.

Wonderful experience! Clean, friendly, and fantastic. My husband and I ran into car trouble on our way through Kansas and had a surprise stay of three days. What could have been a stressful setback for our trip turned into a relaxing mini-vacation thanks to the folks at the Hampton! Very fast Wi-Fi, nice pool, bowling alley and good food a short walk away through a pleasant park. I can't recommend it enough. Everyone was great but Kennedy at the front desk was outstanding. Thanks!

Staff is always friendly when I stay here. Rooms are always clean and well decorated. Free coffee and breakfast always finish off a nice restful overnight stay.

Nice hotel. If you're a trucker, just beware there is not a whole lot of room. Extremely tight to navigate through the parking lot. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'm not blocked in. Nice place though. Very clean. Staff is very friendly.

Stayed for graduation. They have our little bags that contained everything we needed while there. Great hotel with tasty breakfast and good parking. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Great hotel — super clean and updated. Nice pool area {but no hot tub! }. Good breakfast set up, a lot of good options and delicious coffee. Staff was very nice. We were very impressed with this hotel and if we're ever in the area again, we'll be back!

Strong Wi-Fi. Very modern with door key that could run through an app on the phone. Close to campus and restaurants. Nice free breakfast, which is mostly toast, waffles and coffee. Free cookies upon check in we're great.

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't the best around and they could have served more. Choices are scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles for a hot breakfast. Cereal and pastries for other options. No complaints about the rooms other than there is a door between two rooms and they are very thin. Noise travels through them very easily. We've stayed a couple of times and heard the neighbors very clearly but it's not intolerable if they go to bed at a decent hour. The first time a drunk couple came in about 2 am and talked in a drunken manner for at 20 minutes before it got quiet. The next time it was a crying baby but I had babies once so that didn't bother me. This is really the only complaint I have with this hotel is that thin door. I would recommend and will likely stay here again.

I would just like to thank Justin here at the Hampton Inn in Lawrence Kansas. We were having a run of bad luck and even though it followed me, he was more than polite, accommodating and helpful. Huge shout out! Thanks again!

Fantastic room. We are very picky and this Hampton Inn exceeded our expectations. I have never experienced a cleaner fitness room in a hotel and everything from the service, amenities, room, and location were top notch!

Newly remodeled. Clean and nice as it should be. No Internet access whatsoever. Not at all up to the Hampton standards for a business hotel. Local ISP doesn't know what it's doing. No one here knows enough to know it's bad. If you need to work here, bring your own hotspot. Escalate complaints to GM and Hilton.

I was pleased with the hotel. It was clean and well-placed. The weight room was as expected. It had what you need to get the job done. The breakfast was very good. It's not really walking distance of anything in particular. The downtown area is too far. Any sports stadiums are too far. But it's situated on the intersection of the roads you need to be at so you get around town whichever direction you go. I would recommend it.

Ok. Nothing comes to mind to brag about. Adequate and pretty quiet.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Only complaint I have is the sheets and pillows were too plush, but that's just personal preference.

Fairly recently renovated with modern features. Continental breakfast had decent choices. Staff was pleasant. Convenient location if you do not mind driving to get places. Room cleaning was spotty during my stay.

I was a bit sceptic at first, but the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and was a great help. They even helped us find directions to our next hotel. The breakfast food was good as well.

Sadly they are under renovation but the customer service here was excellent the front desk took care of all of my needs. Would definitely recommend.

Currently under renovation so not much to look at. The pool is also closed currently but the hot tub in my room made up for it! Clean room but oddly laid out. Desk is too close to the couch and there is no room to move the chair around to work. Bed is large and comfy and the hotel was quiet so I slept well which is what matters. Didn't try the breakfast. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location was convenient to the college.

There is no doubt that Hampton is home away from home. The quality of service is superior to all others. The rooms are always clean. The hosts are always hospitable. The decor is always up to date and if you want a nice quiet place to rest after traveling. The Hampton is the best choice. Good Job Hamptonians! Keep it up!

This is an incredibly nice hotel. Everything was nice and clean. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I dock it for was because at the time of my visit (5/2016) it was under construction but it was still clean. I will definitely stay here again.

One of the most outdated Hampton Inns I've ever stayed at. Not maintained as well as it should be. Needs funding. Everything needs updated from the bathroom to the hvac system. My room isn't unique. Others in my group have similar issues. Haven't interacted with employees so I don't know about their service.

The room seems nice and the staff is friendly however the pool makes me think it's not been taken care of in a very long time.

Basic hotel. Everything was clean and comfy but I can't sleep in a room with connecting doors. That alone cost them 2 stars for me.

I stay here about every 3 months. This Hampton is nicely located but it needs some TLC quick. The lobby has been remodeled within the past two years, but the hallways and rooms themselves haven't been touched for years. They need new carpet and new furnishings through out the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. And to every hotel out there: A 30" flat screen TV is too small when the TV is far from the bed. Please start putting in larger TV's in your rooms.

Hot tub no jets. Small but nice warm pool. Pool house not so warm. Excellent breakfast. Excellent beds. Dresser drawers needed wiped out. I would try and find a hotel with a better pool/ hot tub. Next time maybe. Maybe not because of the great breakfast. No charge for roll aways. Group value and close proximity to rock chalk park.
