We paid a lot of money for a cabin as shown in pictures. When we got here it was like a duplex. The people next to us cooked disgusting smelling food late at night that kept us up late. They wouldn’t move us to another cabin. Too much money for cheaply constructed cabins. Do not stay here.

We stayed here when we visited Yellowstone and would definitely stay again! Cozy, comfy and private. Almost like staying in a vrbo but with service!

Beautiful cabins, beautiful National Park. Fireplace plus a fire pit outside, with some ores ingredients in the kitchen. Short walk into shops and restaurants. The Slippery Otter is the best!

Amazing place to stay — especially after days in the park! Very relaxing and some mores were a very special treat even in the cold rainy night!

Very cozy! The staff is friendly and love that they give you s’mores so you can hang by the fire pit and snack! Highly recommend!

The cabins are nice with fireplaces, kitchenettes, and comfortable beds. Really clean and cozy!

Clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for our winter adventures into the park! We had 7 people in two cabins with plenty of room to hang out!

Stayed here for my 11 yr olds Make A Wish Trip. Once in a lifetime 5 day trip with are family. Hard a AMAZING trip & stay. The staff was wonderful & the town of West Yellowstone is beautiful & welcoming. I'm hoping to come back sooner than later!

I went back and read this whole thread since it had been sometime and I should have returned earlier to boast of our stay and room conditions. I am extremely particular and would be the one to complain about anything that was wrong. I found nothing. The grounds were immaculate, the room was immaculate, it was a perfect base camp for our 5 day stay in West Yellowstone. If I were going to be disappointed in anything it would be that the kitchen is too small to cook in. It was great for nuking Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches but too small to cook bacon and eggs. I wish they had a bigger kitchen because the restaurants suck. We were disappointed with each meal but it was only 5 days and when the Jimmy Dean's run out you're right next to McDonald's and can grab an Egg McMuffin. No worries. We are considering returning, this time there is no dog (He's gone to the bridge) and still wouldn't consider trying someplace different that wasn't an option to us before because of my dog. The beds are comfy, the bathroom spotless, had nice linens and were individually climate controlled. Perfect set-up.
PS: I returned with a handsome beau too, Yellowstone Jack, he can be purchased at the desk.

Dirtiest place we have ever stayed. We have been here since monday, but will never come back. The toilet bowl is orange and has a ring around it. When we checked in, the bathroom floor had not been cleaned at all. They sent someone right over to do it, but why wasn't it done before? Now it has debris on it again — most hotels vacuum rooms every day — not this one. The kitchen sink has had A ring around it all week, since I washed things the first day. To get to the parking lot, which is behind the cabin, we had to trek through unmowed grass and weeds and wind our way around scaffolding. The parking lot fills up in the evening with buses. We stayed here rather than in the park because thet say there is Wi-Fi. It is very sporadic, and cuts in and out while you are trying to use it. The room is too dark at night, not enough light bulbs, and the ones they do have are not bright enough to even read by. This has been a very unpleasant place to stay. I wish we had left the first night.
