Our stay was great. The hotel offers an indoor pool, and a hot tub. Breakfat is complementary and coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available round the clock at the breakfast area. The check-in was smooth and rooms are clean. They have complementary parking. If you have a rental car, make sure you have the number with you during check-in.

Good place to stay where all the facilities are available for family stay. Complimentary breakfast is good. TV is provided in the room. Totally felt happy to stay here.

Clean spacious rooms. AC is quite strong. Two luggage racks! Fridge and microwave. Pool and spa available. Breakfast is standard continental affair. Only downside is that the Wi-Fi isn't great at night when everybody else is using it. Other hours of the day are fine though.

It's exactly what you read and that worked perfectly for us after 4 days in Yellowstone. Despite staying in park at premium properties, we felt more relaxed and cared for at Yellowstone Lodge. The pool and jacuzzi spa is simple, clean with bright lighting that allows whole family enjoyment. Continental Breakfast is enhanced by eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pre-made waffles and canned fruit. Location permits easy walking access to all of the fun activities, shopping and restaurant dining in town.

This hotel exceeded all of my standards. The service was good, the swimming pool was nice and well maintained each hour and the continental breakfast was pretty good and it is in the middle of West Yellowstone so it was easy to access restaurants and attractions in West Yellowstone. The Grizzly and Wolf discovery center in only 2 minutes away. Rooms were big and nice. I enjoyed this hotel.

Room was nice but nothing special. Close to west gate. Lots of tour buses so breakfast was very crowded. No organization to breakfast so people were always in each other’s way. Pool was nice enough. Exterior doors did not require a key. Always people smoking at the door. And the chain lock to our door was hanging on by one screw. If you aren’t going to be in the room much it’s good enough.

A nice large room in a newer hotel. Everything was fine except the bed and the price. The bed was worn out on the sides so it felt like I was going to roll out of it. Very uncomfortable. The price was really high but seemed to be in line with what all the other hotels in West Yellowstone were charging. Still, it was the most expensive hotel room I have ever paid for. For the price, I expected the mattress to not have come from Goodwill.

Meh. Place was OK. It was nicely located, but nothing in West Yellowstone is far from anything. Place could use some upkeep and maintenance considering the price we paid per night. Staff was fine… not nice, not rude. They all seemed to hate working there. Breakfast was gross. They could step this up for little cost and make a big difference. I'll stay somewhere else next time I'm in town.

Great staff. Good hotel. No problems with a big group for a family reunion. Would stay again.

Clean and Comfortable rooms. Located in the heart of town so close to restaurants, shopping, gas, etc. Only about 5 minutes to gate of Yellowstone Park. Good breakfast buffet. We had a problem with thermostat in our room and they came and replaced the A/C unit while we were out. Front desk help were all extremely nice and helpful.

Clean and simple. Great location. Walking distance to Wolf and Grizzly Discovery Center and IMAX. Parking lot not huge. We had a trailer in tow and it was a tough fit.

I enjoyed my stay! Staff were kind and the beds were comfy, can't complain.

It had a great room, amazing pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good and the staff treated us like family. Definately the place to stay in this town.

The staff earned this review from me. We checked-in at 1:30 am and left as soon as we could drag ourselves out in the morning (snowmobiling in Yellowstone). The staff had our check-in all ready when we got there, so we could get to bed quickly instead of dealing with check-in processes. I misunderstood where the snowmobiling place was, so the staff looked-up our outfitter, called them to ensure she knew where they were located, and then gave me a map to get there. When we asked to leave early due to not wanting to drive in snow again (we were booked for 2 nights and past the cancellation deadline), the same person graciously answered, "We would never make you stay against your will. " The staff is why I will stay here again. The room was fine and breakfast was good.

Awesome room. Great breakfast. Coffee and tea is always on. The people at the front desk are the best. Also:we got tons of snow. Great time in west Yellowstone. I hope I can come back soon. Thanks for everything.

Decent hotel in a favourable location. The room was fairly spacious, and the included breakfast was good in quality (if not choice). However, the beds were somewhat uncomfortable. In addition, the bathroom fan was far too loud, as was the air conditioning, and most of the TV channels were either unavailable or unwatchable.

It's a perfectly good hotel to stay at but just not worth the price you pay — breakfast was average, the beds could have been more comfortable. Also the fan in the bathroom was very loud so woke anyone up if you used it during the night. The room wasn't sound proofed so you could hear people walking around easily.

The beds are great! Breakfast great! Only the WLAN is a bit weak.

Rooms clean. Internet slow. House keeping impatient n walk in before u even check out. And don't count on breakfast. Our $50 motel on the way here had better. It was sooo dirty. Never restocked. Sausage n eggs cold. Juice overflow flowing over. Was not impressed at all for a $200 motel I expected something decent.

3 blocks from the park. Francisco at the front was very helpful in helping us book our room in a hurry related to being overbooked at our previous reservation. They have a nice pool and hot tub with continental breakfast in the am from 8-10am. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. The shower always had hot water and the beds were 6/10 for comfort. TV and Wi-Fi included. The price was $189/night. It was busy this weekend and almost booked up related to a marathon being run in town. We enjoyed the convince of the location. I would stay here any night.

A great hotel in a perfect location. Our room was one of largest have rooms I have ever stated in. The decor was a little dated but the comfy beds made up for everything. Clean rooms and lobby, good breakfast and friendly staff make this place a winner.

The hotel is well located. On foot you can eat or go shopping from there. Breakfast is right but not exceptional.

We booked our room in January. We checked in late in the evening on the day of arrival. Our room smelled like a stinky dog kennel. The staff were apologetic, but said that this was the pet friendly floor. I had not asked for a pet friendly room. The smell was so bad we had to leave. The staff did offer to call around the area to find us a hotel because they were booked for the night.

We just checked in, rooms are pretty much big. Lot of mirrors and good toilet accessories. But lack of charging plugs in reachable spots, I asked for an extra shampoo at reception while checkin but they said they are out stock. No conditioner or hair blower at toilet.

Room was kind of grungy, couch was very broken down and uncomfortable. Pool was closed nearly the entire night we checked in, opened at nearly 8pm. There were 2 tour buses staying at the hotel. The hotel should have split people up into groups to come down for continental breakfast… or some other way. There were people EVERYWHERE, along with luggage. No where to sit. We could barely squeeze in to grab a cup of coffee and go back to our room. They need some sort of organization so ALL of the guests can enjoy breakfast. Overall… it was OKAY.

Good hotel. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. A bulb was out in the room, and another one flickered for a while before turning on, but overall a good experience. They had actual breakfast (included for free) with eggs and sausage, and waffles that you can toast and put syrup on, in addition to the "continental" stuff (cereal, muffins, and toast). Not the Ritz, but great for the price!

Decent rooms, but the Wi-Fi was useless.

At first attempt we walked into our room, it hadn't been cleaned. Second attempt room was clean. Bed was cozy enough. The manager gave us a discounted rate for our anniversary which was very much appreciated. Only really bad thing is could hear the people in the room next to us talking and feel the doors slamming while in bed. Breakfast left much to be desired.

Nice and authentic Yellowstone Hotel. Issue is that our room had bubbling walls under the windows and the "Queen" beds are more like Twin beds. Also the breakfast was sparse. The person who was in charge of it was just talking with the front desk person and not paying attention to the food.

No Wi-Fi and poor services. The sofa bed was terrible. Not worth $250 per night. Never ever back there again.

This is an absolute shit house. Room is so cramped and the Wi-Fi is non existent. TV only has 5 channels and they're all stock channels. But the pool was absolute crap. It was freezing cold and the hot tub was full of dirt or bacteria or something. When we complained to the manager, he just wiped it up and then a few minutes later it came back. Don't go here.

2.5 star rooms at a 2 star price. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms decent and clean. Free continental breakfast, nice pool, plenty of easy parking, very close to West Entrance of Yellowstone, close to restaurants and services. Only negative was very flaky Wi-Fi service — constantly dropping connection.

The motel was a great experience! We paid a little over $130 but for what we got was definitely worth it. Everything was nice and clean, room was spotless and looked very presentable. The pool and hot tub area are nice as well and open till 10P. M. The breakfast in the morning was probably the best out of all that I mentioned, plenty to eat with a big variety of items! I would definitely recommend it especially since it is so close to Yellowstone Park (1 mile from the west entrance).

They have a nice breakfast in the morning. They are clean. They are friendly. They are a sink inside and outside of the bathroom which is really nice! They don't have a ton a channels but you won't really need that many anyways (about 10 channels). Plenty of parking. Hot tube and pool. I would stay there again! You can walk anywhere from the hotel.
