Iwas he for a family Reunion and It was a great time at the hotel as well. The free breakfast was on point and the staff member that kept the area clean and the food replenished the Saturday morning when I came down to eat was the best. There was so much to food to choose from. The room were nice and spacious. The front desk was one of the best. I needed a late check out and they accommodated me. Thanks.

Absolutely have loved the rooms. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. We are staying here for the Regional softball tournament and the hotel has been so awesome in welcoming us. The complimentary breakfast is so good with many options to choose from. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and smells great! The beautiful Gina, at the front desk, is always so wonderful and accommodating & super friendly.

My wife and I couldn't be any happier. We have been here for a month with at least two more months to go due to a flood in our home. We have had every need met and feel like family. Its super clean everywhere. Mr. Charles does a great job at night cleaning the pool and jacuzzi and anything else he sees necessary! No complaints at all. Oh and breakfast is great!

The staff was incredibly friendly. My wife and I checked in at 2:30am, and checked out at 2am, and there was always someone at the desk ready to help. The room was very clean as well.

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed in! The decor was clean, modern and very welcoming and the staff had decorated the common areas for spring. Our room was clean, quite and very spacious, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was hot and plentiful. Overall this hotel was top notch!

I've stayed at his hotel multiple times over the past 5 years. They just recently renovated, and the rooms look absolutely beautiful. HBO is included. Wifi could be better, but it's not any worse than other hotels.

Horrible people. Over charged my card for a full week! I've still not received any of my money back. The manager walked in the room with out knocking. Me and my husband was having sex. He acted offended. And to make it better I was complaining about BED BUGS! I posted the picture and he was asking me to leave.

Wonderful suite. Extremely spacious. Convenient location with plenty of places nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel especially for families traveling.

The hotel has recently gone through a remodel, I like it some others might not. Rooms are great and the beds are greater, very comfortable. The only questionable occurrence happened at check in. Since I booked on line and am a Hilton Honors member I pre paid on line. When we arrived at check in there was a one dollar extra charge for something I was a bit confused. The $1 was put on my card.

Generally all right. Staff very pleasant and eager to please. Room typical for a limited service hotel; clean and relatively comfortable. Negatives: Room air was VERY dry and aggravated my sinuses, but might be attributable to the current cold weather in the region. Breakfast was acceptable but little more than canned Sysco options. In general, though, I'd stay here again. =)

The space is great with an indoor pool. It's small, but perfect for us. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful.

This is a good place to stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean & comfortable. Coffee available 24/7 and a good breakfast. Will stay here when we come back to town.

Awesome staff! Super welcome, genuinely want to help us find the right room. For the most part, that worked out. Bear in mind that the hotel is under construction. Yet the rooms for the most part appear to be okay. The day, we ran over a roofing nail which cost us two hours in a flat tire repair. I think once this hotel is completely renovated, it will be a very nice place to stay.

I stayed here a week and it was great. Every staff person I met was nice, room was quite nice and always well cleaned everyday, good breakfast spread, and awesome gym. They were also decorated for fall/Halloween and it was so pretty, even had a dozen different pumpkins staff had decorated.

Drove up to hotel and my heart sank. There were blue tarp all over roof and my first thought was I should have stay at the Holiday Inn. To my surprise they were just doing renovations and all the room were done. The room was huge with a couch sitting area and a king size bed. The bed was a little harder than I like but I was comfy and slept well. I took pictures of the bathroom because I want to do some of the accessories in my own home. Beautiful and comfortable I will be back. My only negative was the price with taxes it came out to 189.00 for one night and I was alone. The area has every restaurant you could ask for. Kroger Kohls Bed Bath & Beyond if shopping is what you needed. Great area.

Although the building is undergoing repairs from what appears to be roof issues the employees here were friendly, and the room was very clean and modernized. I look forward to the continental breakfast in the morning. And the beds are comfortable and firm.

Room was clean excellent and spacious. Good coffee and delicious cookies too. Staff was very nice. Definitely will stay here again!

My family was here when we, and many others, had to evacuate from hurricane Irma. The staff were all so kind and understanding to everyone's situation. Staff understood that many guests were nervous and on edge due to not knowing what they were returning to. If we needed anything, the staff was right there to help. At breakfast, the staff was running around making sure everything was there and ready for us. I only gave 4 stars due to the food could have tasted better, but hey, it was included. Thank you so much Hampton Inn. You truly helped to put many guests at ease.

I am currently staying at the Hampton Inn for an extended period period due to work. My visit so far has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast/snacks are delicious. Some of the rooms are in need of a makeover, but that is only a small portion, otherwise beautiful hotel and lobby.

Clean, bright & well maintained rooms and public areas. Added to that was a friendly and helpful staff. Not just the front desk. The housekeeping staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

I checked in to my local Hampton due to a power outage, serious rise in house temps. Last minute, but they were ready. 11:30 pm staff were so friendly and got me all the info and on my way. Room was so nice, big, and clean. Would recommend!

Great place to stay and the staff are great! I loved it!

First off, I'd like to point out that the staff was very nice and accommodating. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and wonderful. The building itself and its amenities are another story. This is an older building that was acquired by Hilton about 6 yrs ago. They are still renovating, and the main areas are visually as one would expect at any hotel of this brand, but the rooms are in serious need of updating. The 2Q bedrm we stayed in was very large, with extra space for a desk and separate chair with ottoman, and a larger bathroom. Some of the toiletries were used (bottles not full and labels were soiled). There's no vent in the bathroom, so the wallpaper's peeling, gaps in the tile, etc. The rug and furniture are also outdated… the worst part is that their mattresses are over 16 yrs old, and are crappy budget mattresses that one would certainly not expect at a hotel like this! To make matters worse, we all got bit by bedbugs, which the lady up front admitted that there was a problem of in the area. We stay at Hampton Inns because their beds are newer, pillowtop type mattresses… NOT these disgusting things! The fact that they never replaced these mattresses is simply appalling. For $150+/night, this isn't worth it. Maybe $60. The pool and fitness center was nice, but the Jacuzzi jets are broken in the got tub, which needs repair. Our room was also far enough away from the ice machine and elevator but both were still loudly audible from our room.

Clean, details of room need update such as peeling wallpaper in bathroom and hard, squeaky bed. Nice staff.

This place is all you could ask for in a hotel. Their staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms and restrooms were very clean as well. And most importantly, when I got home I realized that I left a shoe in my hotel room so I called the front desk to see if they had it and sure enough they did and it was sent to me the following day. Great experience!

It was a nice hotel in Georgia. They had some noisy maintenance going on but it didn't start until right before checkout. The rooms were clean and comfy and breakfast was delicious.

Beware of this hotel! This Hampton Inn allows scam artists to rent there conference room and bring inn local residents, by invitation, and try to steal residents of Warner Robins money! I listened to a presentation on joining a vacation "club". The 30 or so people that were told they would receive cruise vacations just for attending. We all got our cruise! Once we tried to book cruise we were told that there would be a $200.00 port fee that would have to be played. Just $200.00 for a cruise? Wow sounds good! Once my money was paid, that was it. This travel company vanished! We lost our money! And Hampton Inn REFUSED to give out the names of these crooks. Why? Take your business to one of the other hotels less than half a mile from there. I'm sure they don't welcome crooks like Hampton Inn likes to do.

A recent overnight business stay afforded me the opportunity to stay in a economically priced venue, with upscale quality. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping. Certainly much more than I expected from an "inn". Wish I had time to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast was rewarding: oatmeal, cereal, eggs, ham, english muffins, bagles, wide assortment of fruit, milk, juice, coffee, and tea. I don't normally provide reviews, but this was worth it.
