They need more control on the no smoking we were wrongly accused of smoking in the room and was denied deposit back even though the whole 1st floor smelled like an ashtray tried to call and talk to someone with authority but I was denied the information we will never be staying there again and furthermore the clear disrespectfulness of the situation and the manner in which it was handled is just mind boggling that place is ran by liars and thiefs and I'm not even sure who is in charge not only am I out the $100 deposit but because I had to get the police involved I'm out even more money on deposits for other stuff we had planned for the day that I was unable to attend.

Nice would stay again. 2nd. Time here will stay again.

Not checking in till tomorrow but when I called the hotel, the front desk gentlemen was extremely nice, helpful and answered all my questions. They have an indoor pool which there are none near or in Douglasville by the Arbor Place Mall.

Friendly and comfortable and very clean the beds are so comfortable.

Had a pretty bad experience at this location. Not because of room conditions, but because of a another person staying there,. Right next to me. Was a man mid 50s clean shaven greyish hair with breast. This guy also dressed as a woman, blonde dirty wig dirt black cowboy hat boots Trench coat and talked like a female. Half the time he was a he, other a female with the whole get up. Got to be honest, I felt uncomfortable quite a few times. In the lobby and outside our rooms, he refereed to me as 'honey pie' 'honey' 'baby' 'hun' and I didn't like it. Also, and this was the bigger problem, he had multiple people, in and out all night both nights I was there. From what I witnessed, he was soliciting sex. Cops even came, but nothing happened, he stayed. I even complained, and nothing. I heard the people that came to his room calling him Miss Tuna or Tina, prob Tina. Room was great but this was a big issue, kept me up all night both nights. And yet he still stayed, why idk. Shame on you comfort inn @choicehotels. In my opinions this was unacceptable. F u. Misses Tuna/Tina for keeping me up all night. He's actually still there now! The early morning of August 28th 6am He's still there at your hotel, soliciting sex! Ugh!

Comfort Inn remember this name as this is best hotel in Villa Rica Atlanta Georgia! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in — We were gretted with the biggest smile and was checked in at the front desk and gave us our room keys just like that! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager Amanda who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine and computer with printers — all free to use for guests — surly can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows! :) ) ) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club, so we have great night out as well. After we came back — we found out that on every floor there are water stations with bottles so you can take them to the room! also guest request lockers — if we run out of tea, coffee of milk in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Amanda who checked us out was verry sweet and friendly…

Nice and clean place. Good variety of hot breakfast, but the quality of the food wasn't good. People were not very friendly or helpful.

The front desk staff wasn't exactly friendly but he wasn't rude. Our room was very nice! Clean and spacious. Everything looked new and well kept.

Very huge rooms. The staff was very helpful to my needs and even went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant. Very convenient location with a super store half a mile away as well as several restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Easy off I-20. The hotel is in a shopping plaza and close to other plazas. Everthing you need you can walk to. The staff are friendly, rooms spacious and clean. I highly recommend it if you are staying in Villa Rica Ga.

Pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing looks old or outdated. For a slightly lower priced hotel, breakfast was really good. Great stay.

My reservation was made with the Assistant manager Nene. I was told my room was $129.99 for the weekend and I asked to clarify and was told yes that’s the price for the whole stay. Upon checkout I was charged over $300 and was told it was due to taxes by the woman at the front desk. I explained to her the arrangement I had made over the phone. She then called the assistant manager who told her the price was per night and nothing would be done. Conveniently they are not on a recorded line. I’ll be calling the corporate office on Monday to take this further.

Excellent hotel that has friendly and polite staff. Customer service is excellent, food is great and general atmosphere is very welcoming.

The toilet paper was very thin and the remote control was visibly filthy, but otherwise the accommodations were nice and the hot free breakfast was decent and appreciated… except the coffee… it had coffee grounds loose in it and I don't like chewing my coffee.

We arrived and to check in and when we walked into our room it was super hot. The air was off in the room and the temperature was very uncomfortable along with a musty smell. We had my mothers service dog with us. When we released her from her leash she immediately went to sniffing the room out. She started finding trash all under the beds and under the curtains where they rested on the floor. She is trained to pick up items for my disabled mother so she immediately started picking things up that we did not want her to. There was candy wrappers, a plastic wal-mart bag, pistachio shells and a few other things in the floor and under the bed. I called for housekeeping and they didn't understand what I was needing since their was a communication barrier. So I lifted the bed skirt to show them. She grabbed the trash by had and showed it to me and shook her head and shrugged her shoulders as if it wasn't a big deal. I asked if they clean under the beds every time and she informed me yes. Which if they were cleaning under the beds there wouldn't have been trash left there! The door to the room did not have a tight seal and you could see daylight through the crack. It made me feel as if the door wasn't secure and could have been opened easily. There was also a problem with silverfish in the room. I killed 3 over a 24 hr period.

Nice stop for passing through on a road trip. Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast area. If you are looking for a friendly hotel that is clean and safe — then check it out. Not high scale but good prices for a good night’s sleep. Parking lot is well lite. Entrance is on a hill. Not a large area for large vehicle.

Great stay! Staff was very friendly. Rooms are very cozy, I had a hott tub I enjoyed. Breakfast had a decent selection. L definitely would stay here again. The indoor pool water could have been more clear. Other then the pool this is my hotel Comfort inn suites for life!

I have stayed at this location several times and never had a problem. I stayed a night this week and when I woke up to check out I was looking for my phone and flipped the covers back and there were blood stains on the sheet. I hit the roof and I complained to management and he gave me a free night. He took me to the room and looked over it with me it was bigger and amazing. Thanks MR. PG for taking care of the problem. 4 stars because he did not argue with me he gave me another night for free.

Great service, I forgot my pillow there and they had it at the front desk with my name on it. The shower could have used some way to counteract how slippery the tub was and the toilet was so loud you could hear it rooms away. Clean and comfy beds at a good price.

Please smelled weird. Front desk persons didn't speak once. Breakfast the eggs were all water but the sausage was good. Ladies there were nice. House keeping came twice in one day after I said no the first time… Weird. Also difficult to find, the GPS takes you to another location. Elevator is old and slow. There was a long blonde hair in my sheets. Huge spider outside the window. Tv was weird and difficult to change the channel… I would not stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. Good proximity to the interstate, restaurants, gas stations and a grocery store. The breakfast is standard if you've ever stayed in a comfort inn before, good selection for varying tastes and consistent quality. Can't ask for much more value for the money in a hotel.

Great staff, convenient location to the interstate and highways. Walking distance to grocery store, multiple fast food, Chinese, Mexican restaurants and gas stations.

This is well worth $94… $110 with tax… Very clean huge king deluxe room, couch, office chair & desk. Bed is so comfortable, nice pillows. Pool inside, kids will love this! Friendly office staff! Will be back guys! Thanks so much!

Comfort inn & Suites in Villa Rica, GA. Location was great, right off the interstate and close to restaurants. Could tell when pulling up to the hotel, it was an older building and out dated. While checking in, the employee at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant options. So on our way to our room, my husband and I noticed how dingy the carpet were and an odor in the hallways but proceeded to our room. Once entering the room, there was some type of smell that was lingering and could tell the rooms haven't been updated in a while. As my husband sat down in the chair, he moved the ottoman and a big roach (palmetto bug) came running from underneath it. We immediately grabbed our belongings and headed to the front counter. We told the employee what we spotted in the room and she switched us rooms. At this point we were ready to just get in the car and find another hotel but we were forced to be here considering the cancellation policy with the booking site we used.

I have traveled to many different countries and stayed in countless hotels. The Comfort Inn & Suites always has the nicest staff. Better than anywhere I've ever been.

No wonder they only 2 stars. I havent even arrived yet for my stay and already getting attitude from the person answering the phone false calming to be the manager. I called because I didn't receive my conformation email. Im going to pause right there for one people have ways of doing things different unlike people thats stuck in small town ways yes I did book my room online through a third party to get cheaper rates ok big fn deal. Back to what I was saying the lady sent the conformation email to me. Once I received it I notice I only have a king bed not what I asked and payed for could have been an honest mistake. Like most people that are leaving the confront of their home to another state spending their hard working money want to be conformably while doing so. I called back to let her know what I discovered to my surprise she insanely told me that I booked with a third party and that its my fault they been booked since January there is no way I could have seen double beds as an option. Then went on as to letting me know when I booked and when the teams that took all her rooms booked. Which I thought was unnecessary. I called to see if there was any way to fix the problem, but no instead I got attitude and a finger pointed at me for booking through a third party. Once I had enough taking her rudeness I asked to speak to the manager. She then stated she was the manager in my mind no way in hell you are the manger not how you acting.

We had a very wonderful room and the staff was great.

Our 3 nights stay at this hotel was excellent… Indoor heated pool, clean room and great staff service! I have forgot my DL and cell phone in the room which we have received via overnight mail at no cost to us.

BED BUGS! Yes, bed bugs! Now let me begin by saying the staff on-duty were as accommodating as possible. The problem lies with the GM of this place. Bed bugs are not the hotel's fault and I do not, in any way, mean to cast this hotel in a bad light as it is a nice facility and serves the purpose of a hotel in all of the right ways. With that said, after already moving once due to a location issue we arrived in room 316. After returning from dinner we (my travel companion and I) discovered bed bugs on and around the bed. At 10pm on a Sunday night and a business meeting the next morning we resigned to moving a third time in lieu of seeking another hotel that late at night. The on-duty manager spoke with the GM via phone who replied with this: they can go to another hotel and we won't charge them for this room or they can change rooms and we will give them a discount. Knowing how absurd of a comment that was considering we were exposed to bed bugs, we thoroughly checked another room away from 316 and got the best rest achievable after discovering bed bugs in the hotel. Our discount? $20 off of our room! Yes! How absurd do you think this GM is? I called this GM the following day after returning home and having taken extreme measures to ensure we did not bring any uninvited guests into our own homes which is a fairly tedious undertaking because, after all, bed bugs are a scary thing to encounter anywhere, much less your own home.

Love this hotel. Clean and the staff is friendly. Worth the money and will leave u satisfied. Best in the area.
