It's always a pleasure to stay at the Hilton Garden in Valdosta Ga. The service is great and so is the hospitality. The rooms are always clean and nice. They always accomplish to accommodate my every request. Especially when we ask for connecting rooms. Conveniently located right off of I75. It's also across from the mall. And has plenty restuarant near by.

For the price. I don't think I would recommend it. Breakfast is Not complimentary! Unusual for a large chain like Hilton I feel. I usually stay at Hampton inn (yes part of the Hilton family of hotels) and I think they are on the same level as this Hilton and above it in certain ways (especially getting a wonderful free breakfast) so. I don't think I will return here just yet.

We had car trouble and they were absolutely lovely to give us a later check out time on a VERY busy holiday weekend! Great service! Very comfortable bed! Wonderful employees! A+

Had a great stay from my anniversary! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the Hilton grill and the grilled salmon was excellent. There are complimentary drinks with your stay and free continental breakfast! Hilton is located just across from mall and several diners just off I75.

Please be aware that the negative reviews that are being posted about the incident concerning the raciest comments and incident regarding the General Manager, Rose did not happen at this property-Hilton Garden Inn in Valdosta nor the Hampton Inn and Suites at the Conference Center in Valdosta. Clean well maintai ed friendly staff. Opportunities for faster service at breakfast. TV in room was too small for size of room. I would stay here again.

Well I was surprised when we got there and how nice everybody was there… first Holly give me a call to verify my account and also to verify that I was checking in because it was late and then I got a second phone call from Samantha, which was a darling. We checked in, we had two rooms apparently they notice that I put the non-smoking Rome in, called me to check on that which is awesome because we do not want that and then as well as a great room went downstairs at breakfast and Kelly the general manager was so nice and so sweet, she wanted to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves everything and now we got our continental breakfast instead of points hats off to her and her great staff I look forward to coming back to this establishment.

The room was nice, staff was great, drinks were perfect. Only reason why 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the food. Food was just okay.

The night staff at check in was over the top nice and even though we kept interrupting her while she was trying to get all her duties done before the next shift, she welcomed us with a smile and some giggles. I wish I had gotten her name to write a note to the manager on how accomodating she was. The breakfast server was also fantastic. She came out showed me all the teas, placed our orders, and the cook had her on the way back before I could get sugar in my tea. Only drawback at breakfast was no strawberry jam. We would definitely stay here again in yhe future.

Suite was clean, comfortable, and provided a pleasant respite during a visit to Valdosta. The entire hotel was clean and all of the staff and hotel represenatives were courteous. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I purchased the premium internet and it had great speeds. The only thing missing for me was a complimentary breakfast.

Average at best. Remote cover missing, door safety latch completely ripped off door, room worn. Theses are things the lazy management and staff has seen for days/weeks/months and could easily repair. I wonder if they have the same attitude toward the cleanliness of thier linens. Gross! No excuse.

This Hilton Garden Hotel isn't what we expected to be. It is just an "ok" room. The room is clean but doesn't stand up to the Hilton chain. This may be an older hotel, our room is very plain. Toilet doesn't want to flush properly, no complimentary breakfast was a big disappointment. Last night we stayed at a Quality Hotel in Knoxville TN that was very nice, had beautiful appointments in the room, big breakfast. Thank you for listening.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when in Valdosta. They have the great breakfast and this hotel gives free drink vouchers at the bar during weekday happy hour. Clean hotel with a nice selection of restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.

My family & I was here @ an unfortunate time, the passing away of our brother Henry Cormier. The entire staff was VERY nice & accommodated us ALL arriving in from different states with different needs. Bigger than average rooms. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Breakfast is great for what it cost you. Bar area is a very nice place to distress after a long day of travel. Many options to eat within driving distance. I would stay here again when I'm in town.

Friendly and well kept property. Plenty of parking for oversized vehicles and trailers. Pull out sofas as extremely uncomfortable with thin mattress and springs that are pokey. Not enough bedding is provided for pull out bed and when requested for more the staff is unable to find addition blankets. Breakfast bar is small and lacking of food selection compared to other Hilton Garden properties. We receive the breakfast free with Diamond status, otherwise would pass on the $10.95 breakfast as it would not be a good value.

The building gives a grand first impression. Staff is delightful and friendly. Room was clean, and with a comfortable bed. Many restaurants close by; walking distance, or a short drive.

Have stayed here many times in the past. It's has been over a year since my last stay. The cooked to order breakfast was my reason for staying here unfortunately this stay may change my mind. The servers are nice but cause more confusion than help. They ask what I would like but I eventually got my coffee and other items myself. The quality of the cooking is not good, burnt bacon, raw vegetables in The Omelette, no butter for the French toast. Just not enjoyable anymore.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Parking is a little tight up front. Rooms are good. The bathrooms need an upgrade to walk-in showers. The tub/shower combo is kind of cramped.

Hotel appeared to be new, was very nicely decorated and clean. Room was very nice. I am disabled and we had never thought of staying in a accessible room but will from now on. My husband had the on site breakfast the next morning and said it was good. Only issue we encountered was handicap parking. They had only four that really close to the building. They had a few more in the rear of the building but if you were traveling on your own they would be very inconvenient to use.

Everything was really great and clean with only a couple complaints. The shower/bath had the hot/cold handle mismatched with the diagram which is super minor. The other thing is that the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd have liked it. There was mold around the shower area that hasn't been tended and the toilet wasn't fully cleaned when I arrived. Besides those few things the rest was good. Would recommend.

The room we stayed in the air kept running even after we turned it off. The bed was ok nothing special. We had room service for dinner and a veggie burger chicken fingers and fries everything was excellent. Breakfast was great also, really likes the make your own waffle station. The breakfast buffet was $10.95. I would stay here again& just ask for a different room next time.

I had a company meeting here and the staff really took care of us, they made sure wet didn't run out of drinks, our conference room was spacious and comfortable, they were very quiet when they had to enter the room. We also was provided lunch which was amazing, the staff walked around checking on everyone making sure we had everything we needed. We have a lot of company meetings here and I see why.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Beds are amazing. The kitchen offers great food at any time, and there are plenty of other options for food within the area.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. Our first room was not clean, but the lady at the front desk immediately gave us another room and a free breakfast ticket. The secind room was very clean. The staff is very nice and the bed wonderful. The price was also reasonable. I would stay here again, despite the issue with the first room.

Well stocked and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not bad for a hotel. Elevator is near the lobby. So if you have sleeping kids and lots of luggage. Request a room near the elevator.

I stayed here while taking my son to Wild Adventures for the weekend. The staff. Everyone from the hotel manager, hostess, dining, even the maintenance guy who lent a screwdriver to put batteries in my son's RC car, were incredibly awesome. My son didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend staying here when in the Valdosta area.

Staff was great. Hotel was way too pricey for what it was. I've had better experiences at cheaper hotels that offered a free breakfast in the morning, not $220 for substandard accommodations and no reach around. I did give it a 2 star rating because they're refunding me 50%.

I travel a lot for work and this is my favorite hotel to stay at anywhere. Its very reasonably priced with a bar and restaurant on site. The made to order breakfast at Hilton Gardens are so much better than the continental at other hotels. As an added bonus this hotel also gives every member of your party a free drink voucher at the bar. Clean and newer.

Nice hotel, descent rooms. There is never any carts. No carts when we arrived. No carts when we were ready to leave. I have an infant and a 2.5 year old. Those of you with kids and babies know how much stuff you have to carry around with you even for a one night stay. Bs.

Two weeks on the road… stayed at everything Marriott, Hilton, and their subsidiaries… this is 5 star compared to everyone else. Incredible staff… CONGRATS to management. A truly lovely experience! I will look for this division whenever I travel from this time forward… quite an incomparable experience.

The stay was very nice. Breakfast was good. The room clean and nice. Good price. Lots of restaurants and mall across from the hotel.

Great hotel, great location, close to highway and other areas. I would stay again for sure. Rooms and hotel were well appointed. The staff was friendly and professional.

Excellent hotel. Super clean and luxurious. Bottled water and soda are inexpensive. The BEST coffee. Lisa who works in lobby and dining area is a dear and a joy.

The staff are very nice, but the rooms are disgusting! We got a room with two queen beds and when we pulled back the covers, there was pubic hair in the sheets. We were upgraded to a Junior suite, and there was another suspicious looking hair stuck in the covers. When I took a "clean" hand towel off the bathroom rack, there was a long brown hair folded up in it. Also, when I tried to turn the TV on, it would not work with the remote or by doing it manually on the TV itself. It randomly came on about 30 minutes later. I appreciate the staff trying to help, but it's so nasty here. Unfortunately it's too late to drag our children to another hotel. Some employees brought us clean sheets and towels, and we mostly made up the beds ourselves. I guess this is one of those you "get what you pay for. " Yuck! We were given one complimentary breakfast, but I'm afraid to eat it.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Valdosta was great. It was quiet, the staff was attentive, and their amenities were well kept. Only down side was that much closed early in the area, and luckily there is a Tropical Smoothie Cafe right down the road because there are not many other healthy options near the Inn.

I'm a Hilton rewards member and got this room for free utilizing my rewards points. Room was excellent. Staff were all courteous and knowledgeable. Wonderful stay as always. Love Georgia and love the Hilton family hotels. Can't wait to stay again.

I rely on the quality of the Hilton brand when traveling with my family but no more. For $157 (including Tax), my family and I had a dirty room with 2 queen beds with mattresses where our heads were lower than our torsos and slept in the indentations left by innumerable prior guests; and a non-functioning Heater unit. Could not sleep all night because of freezing cold and suffered all week during our vacation because of that. We did complain to the front desk and were told that the hotel was fully booked and did not have a room to accommodate three people. Had our arrival been earlier in the evening, we absolutely would have left and sought out other accommodations. I called the front desk to share everything I have here and at no time was offered any apology, any mention of a customer satisfaction guarantee, or any ownership of these issues. Fellow travelers, heed our warnings.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Valdosta was great! The staff was very nice. The rooms were up to date, clean and presented well. Breakfast was excellent! The only issue was with the adjustable beds. One side would not adjust to the desired firmness but the management made adequate accommodation.

Pretty standard fare. It's clean and comfortable, however the neighboring hotel is a bit shady looking. The staff is always professional and friendly. $10 for breakfast is probably not worth it, but it is very convenient.

The gym is pathetic! The room service is horrible they don't pick up the phone and the little girl who brings the food try's to get a tip outside the automatic 18% gratuity. Oh room service stops at 10pm I was calling for 20 min finishing my final and they never picked up.

I will say it is clean. One working elevator, one broken elevator. Hot tub in pictures online, but yep you guessed it, no hot tub. Instead the had flowers planted where it use to be. Desk person was rude and condensing to many people I observed. Nice enough to give a complimentary towel by the pool, I have wash clothes that are bigger. Need your room key to exit the building to get outside to the pool. However people off the street can walk into the pool through the gate without a key. Great job housekeeping staff, everyone else needs much training.

I am very disappointed every time I leave this hotel and shocked that it has the name Hilton on the building. I usually stay a week at a time, and after my second visit, I keep the do not disturb sign on the door. Maids do a horrible job and go through your stuff. The advertise the garden sleep system bed, but good luck getting a room that these actually work in, if the whole knob isn't torn out of the mattress. I am used to the disappoint of this location now, but still disappointed in Hilton.

I am a Diamond member and stay at many of your hotel brands and am a very loyal Hilton customer. This stay wasnt what I have been accustomed to. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. My daughter and I were travelling and needed to stop for the night and I used my phone app to help find a hotel. I chose the Hilton Garden instead of The Hampton Inn, thinking it would be a step better. The bathroom was dirty, I went to take a bath and there was hair everywhere, in the tub on the side of the tub, on the floor in the bathroom and the bottom of the toilet was dirty. I had to clean the bathroom just to use it. Also the carpet was gross. When I took my shoes off we had to keep our socks on and they were "sticking" to the carpet. I just left me feeling dirty and not rested at all. We arrived close to midnight and had to leave by 5:00 the next morning. I had no energy to complain and at that hour I am accustomed to know that there are no cleaning people and we had alread brought all our bags in the room and it was too exhausting to move them. I will be entering comments on yahoo and any other web based survey for this hotel. Thanks for taking the time to view this email. Feeling very disappointed.

Unbelievable! In an effort to "go green" they decided to turn off the power from 1 to 2 p. M. No ice, no elevator, no bar, no t. V. This was not thought out very well. Why not do this in the middle of the night? Is it because no one would notice your efforts? There was also a very foul smell coming from the bathroom.
